The study aim is to analyze are brand image and product quality partially positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions at Starbuck; Do brand image and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Starbucks; Which variable has the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions at Starbucks. In this study, the authors chose the research location in Starbucks, Trans Studio Mall, Makassar City. In connection with the problems previously stated, an analysis will be carried out based on the data obtained using the following calculation: (1) Validity test, used to measure whether a questionnaire is valid or not. A questionnaire is said to be useful if the questionnaire's questions can reveal something, which is measured by the questionnaire. The results showed that the brand image variable had positive and significant influences on purchasing decisions; this indicated that Starbucks should maintain a good brand reputation, increasing consumer loyalty. Introducing products to consumers will give a good impression, and consumers will also remember the product.  The results showed that the product quality variable had positive and significant effects on purchasing decisions; this indicated that Starbucks had to improve the quality of the products offered to increase sales levels. 12.9% of variables are not examined in this thesis, and this also affects the purchasing decision at Starbucks Trans Studio Mall Makassar; the variables that are not examined are (Price, Location, and Lifestyle). Researched, so you can find out what variables influence a person to make purchasing decisions at Starbucks Trans Studio Mall Makassar. This study aims to examine the relationship between brand image and product quality on customer loyalty in sports products. Data were collected through a questionnaire of 68 respondents. Through regression analysis, the results show that brand image and quality can explain variations in consumer loyalty with the brand image as a dominant factor. This finding implies that producers can increase consumer loyalty by enhancing brand image. Companies need to think about how to develop key messages so that consumers can clearly understand the position of the product. The unique aspects of the product need to be improved to create a special impression on the customer. Keywords: brand image, produk quality, customer loyalty

Kemajuan dunia digital komunikasi menyebabkan persaingan pasar semakin mengetat, berbagai perusahaan harus lebih peka dalam menentukan rencana pemasarannya. Perencanaan itu meliputi sebuah strategi yang dapat meningkatkan brand awareness (kesadaran merek). Salah satu strategi yang bisa diterapkan oleh perusahaan adalah strategi viral marketing. Strategi viral marketing ini sudah dilakukan oleh Harvies Coffee di Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan proses viral marketing melalui instagram dalam membangun brand awareness di Harvies Coffee di Banda Aceh, peneliti bermaksud menganalisis bagaimana proses viral itu dapat terjadi melalui pesan pemasaran yang disampaikan kepada khalayak melalui media sosial instagram. Untuk mengetahui karakter konsumen Harvies Coffee, peneliti berpijak pada konsep teori Elaboration Likelihood sehingga didapatkan viral marketing yang digunakan adalah high integration strategy. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang yang terdiri dari 1 orang informan kunci dan 4 orang infoman pendukung. Pemilihan informan dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling purposive yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria yaitu owner Harvies Coffee, tim kreatif Harvies Coffee dan konsumen Harvies Coffee. Hasil penelitian ini adalah brand Harvies Coffee berhasil meningkatkan awarenessnya diposisi brand recall setelah melakukan viral marketing dengan memanfaatkan drama Korea Start Up melalui media sosial instagram. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Marketing Communications on Customer Value. To know and analyze the influence of product quality on Customer Value. Product quality and significant positive effect on Customer Value. Distribution Channels positive and significant impact on Customer Value. Marketing Communication, Product Quality and Distribution Channels simultaneously positive and significant impact on Customer Value. Partially Marketing Communications dominant contribution in influencing the Customer Value. Marketing Communications positive and significant impact on consumer loyalty. Product quality and significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. Distribution Channels positive and significant impact on consumer loyalty. Customer Value positive and significant impact on consumer loyalty. Sistem rekomendasi saat ini sedang menjadi tren. Kebiasaan masyarakat yang saat ini lebih mengandalkan transaksi secara online dengan berbagai alasan pribadi. Sistem rekomendasi menawarkan cara yang lebih mudah dan cepat sehingga pengguna tidak perlu meluangkan waktu terlalu banyak untuk menemukan barang yang diinginkan. Persaingan antar pelaku bisnis pun berubah sehingga harus mengubah pendekatan agar bisa menjangkau calon pelanggan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat menunjang hal tersebut. Maka dalam penelitian ini, penulis membangun sistem rekomendasi produk menggunakan metode Content-Based Filtering dan Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) dari model Information Retrieval (IR). Untuk memperoleh hasil yang efisien dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan solusi dalam meningkatkan Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Sistem rekomendasi dibangun dan diterapkan sebagai solusi agar dapat meningkatkan brand awareness pelanggan dan meminimalisir terjadinya gagal transaksi di karenakan kurang nya informasi yang dapat disampaikan secara langsung atau offline. Data yang digunakan terdiri dari 258 kode produk produk yang yang masing-masing memiliki delapan kategori dan 33 kata kunci pembentuk sesuai dengan product knowledge perusahaan. Hasil perhitungan TF-IDF menunjukkan nilai bobot 13,854 saat menampilkan rekomendasi produk terbaik pertama, dan memiliki keakuratan sebesar 96,5% dalam memberikan rekomendasi pena.

This research was conducted to determine the price and product quality towards consumer loyalty in the city of Bandung. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze how the price and quality of products provided by Xiaomi to its consumers, as well as the magnitude of the effect of product quality and price simultaneously and partially on consumer loyalty in Bandung. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and causal research types. Sampling was done by using non-probability sampling method, purposive sampling type, with the number of respondents as many as 100 people. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis with SmartPLS software, it was found that the price and product quality factors together had a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty in Bandung..
