The purpose of this work is to use information technology to help management decisions. The crux of the problem is the choice of suppliers of materials and components for mechanical engineering companies. Periodically, in the procurement process, suppliers should be assessed on a number of criteria. The importance of rating is due to the fact that in today's market there are a large number of suppliers of the same material resources. Purchase is made from the most competitive suppliers, constantly confirming their status as a reliable business partner. The company developed a method of evaluating suppliers based on the system of management of the bases of the bath Microsoft Office Access. MS Access works in the Windows operating environment and allows users to organize a local database (DB). The local Access database has its own tables, forms, reports and other DB facilities of the organization with a relatively small amount of data. With the help of the scoring method, suppliers are ranked by their level of reliability. The relationship is terminated with a supplier that does not meet the required level of reliability. In this way, management solutions for logistics of supply receive a tool to hang the efficiency and get good results of the enterprise, to achieve its market stability.

<em>Agribisnis merupakan sebuah sistem yang mengaitkan proses usahatani dengan subsistem hulu dan hilir. Setiap elemen entitas sepanjang rantai dalam agribisnis mempunyai hubungan saling ketergantungan. Hubungan tersebut disebut hubungan pemasaran (relationship marketing), merupakan pendekatan dalam pemasaran yang didasarkan pada pengembangan hubungan jangka panjang dengan pemasok dan pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah</em> <em>menganalisis hubungan pemasaran (relationship marketing) agribisnis beras organik dan tingkat keterikatannya. Kajian hubungan tersebut meliputi: costomer service, quality and marketing. Dalam menjalankan kegiatan bisnisnya, unit bisnis beras organik bekerjasama dengan petani padi organik sebagai pemasok dan distributor beras organik sebagai pelanggan. Hubungan kerjasama dievauasi melalui analisis tingkat relationship marketing yang ditinjau dari 4 dimensi (kepercayaan, komitmen, kepuasan, dan ketergantungan), serta tingkat keterikatan relationship marketing yang terjalin dengan rekan bisnisnya, dengan menggunakan metode scoring.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: bahwa tingkat relationship marketing antara unit bisnis beras organik dengan petani padi organik dan dengan pelanggan beras organik berada pada kategori sedang. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa antara unit bisnis beras organik, petani padi organik, dan pelanggan beras organik telah memiliki kepercayaan satu sama lain, memiliki komitmen untuk menjalin kerjasama jangka panjang, puas terhadap kinerja rekan bisnis, dan tergantung terhadap rekan bisnisnya. Tingkat keterikatan relationship marketing yang terjalin antara pelaku agribisnis beras organik adalah pada level koordinatif. Pada level ini hubungan yang terjalin antar pelaku agribisnis beras organik lebih dari sekedar kegiatan transaksional karena telah ada ikatan yang lebih erat.</em><div><p align="center"><em>RELATIONSHIP MARKETING OF ORGANIC RICE AGRIBUSINESS</em></p><p>ABSTRACT<strong><em><br /></em></strong><em><em>Agribusiness is a farming system that associates on farming processes with the up stream and downstream subsystem.  Each element throughout the chain in agribusiness entities have a interdependence relationship. That  is called relationship marketing, a marketing approach that is based on developing long-term relationships with suppliers and customers. The purposes of this reseach are: . analyzing of organic rice agribusiness relationship marketing and the level of its attachment. Study of the relationship includes: costomer service, quality and marketing. </em>In carrying out its business activities, the rice organic business unit is cooperating with organic rice farmers as suppliers and distributors of organic rice as customers<em>. The relationship between </em>rice organic business unit <em>with the business partner </em><em>is evaluated through the level of relationship marketing analysis in terms of 4 dimensions (trust, commitment, satisfaction, and dependency), and the level of attachment relationship marketing that exists with their business partner, that using scoring method .The results of analysis show that the level of relationship marketing between </em>rice organic business unit<em> with organic rice farmers and organic rice customers are on normal category. This show that between </em>rice organic business unit<em>, organic rice farmers, and organic rice customers have trust in each other, a commitment to establish long-term cooperation, satisfied with the performance of business partners, and dependent on its business partner . Level of relationship marketing attachment that exists between agribusiness organic rice is at the level of coordinatio . At this level the relationship between agribusiness, organic rice is more than just a transactional activity because there has been closer  relationship .</em></em></p></div>

A development and evaluation the Cloud Computing (ClComp) of Ministry of Electricity and Energy of Egypt (MEEE) is presented in this paper. In order to be able to judge whether the ClComp of MEEE is competence, there is a need to develop criteria which performance can judged. Competency based standards and the ability to perform the activities within an occupation to the standard expected in the organization structure are presented. The key objective of Cloud Computing is to integrate Authorized Groups (AuthGs) development with the needs of the organization structures of MEEE. The ClComp of MEEE was developed jointly between the telecommunication information technology and ClComp services. Evaluation enables participant to distinguish between AuthGs centered view and a customer centered view of cloud computing of MEEE is competence evaluation. Recognize the main types of evaluation, explain the purpose of evaluation compare the approaches to cloud computing evaluation and review the relationship between the process and policy of evaluation are investigated. Microprocessor architecture presented an optimistic view of multicore scalability to develop the ClComp. Moreover this paper investigates the theoretical analysis of multiprocessor developing and scalability. The analysis was based on the laws of Amdahl's, Gustafson's, Hill's and Marty for fixed-workload condition. Moreover, challenged the difficulties to develop better cloud computing is taken into account. Also, multicore analysis of ClComp scalability, performance and power under fixed-time and memory-bound conditions are studied. These results complement existing studies and demonstrate that ClComp architectures are capable of extensive scalability and developing.

Abstract Due to the vast ocean area and limited human and material resources, hydrographic survey must be carried out in a selective and well-planned way. Therefore, scientific planning of hydrographic surveys to ensure the effectiveness of navigational charts has become an urgent issue to be addressed by the hydrographic office of each coastal state. In this study, a reasonable calculation model of hydrographic survey cycle is established, which can be used to make the plan of navigational chart updating. The paper takes 493 navigational charts of Chinese coastal ports and fairways as the research object, analyses the fundamental factors affecting the hydrographic survey cycle and gives them weights, proposes to use the BP neural network to construct the relationship between the cycle and the impact factors, and finally establishes a calculation model of the hydrographic survey cycle. It has been verified that the calculation cycle of the model is effective, and it can provide reference for hydrographic survey planning and chart updating, as well as suggestions for navigation safety.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to empirically examine knowledge management (KM) practices as a moderator in the relationship between organizational culture and performance. The effect of four types of organizational culture on organizational performance was studied. In addition to direct effects, most importantly, KM practices as a moderator in strengthening the culture-performance relationship were empirically examined. Design/methodology/approach A carefully crafted survey instrument was distributed and data was collected from 1,255 respondents from 10 information technology companies in India. After checking the psychometric properties of the instrument, this paper performs hierarchical regression to test hypotheses. Findings The results reveal that: cooperative culture, innovative culture, consistent culture and effectiveness culture were all positively and significantly related to organizational performance; KM practices were positively and significantly related to organizational performance, KM practices moderate the relationship between various dimensions of organizational culture and organizational performance. Research limitations/implications As with any survey-based research, the present study suffers from the problems associated with self-report measures. These are common method bias and social desirability bias. However, this study attempts to minimize these limitations by following appropriate statistical techniques. Practical implications This study contributes to both practicing managers and the literature on KM and organizational culture. The study suggests that managers use KM practices, which are all-pervasive and very important for improving organizational performance. The results highlight the importance of implementing KM practices in organizations. Originality/value This study provides new insights into the importance of KM practices in achieving sustained competitive advantage by achieving organizational effectiveness. To the knowledge, the importance of KM practices is underemphasized in organizational culture research.

This article presents the theoretical underpinnings of the framework together with a thorough review of the literature. This research indicates that there is a positive relationship between transformational leadership, knowledge management, and firm performance. The synthesis of the literature also lends support for the mediating role of information technology in the relationship between transformational leadership and knowledge management.

PurposeThis paper aims to investigate information technology capabilities (ITC)’s influence on organizational performance (OP) within the hospitality industry. Specifically, it analyzes the indirect effects of sustainability practices (SP) and service quality (SQ) on the relationship between ITC and OP. The moderating effect of top management support (TMS) is also examined.Design/methodology/approachUsing a three-wave time-lagged design, 507 UAE hotels' managers took part in the study. Hierarchical regression bootstrapping approach was used to examine the hypothesis.FindingsThis study suggests that ITC are positively related to OP. Furthermore, the study found that SP and SQ mediate the ITC-OP relationship. TMS moderates the positive relationship between ITC and OP and also moderates the relationship between SQ and OP. Additionally, TMS moderates the indirect effect of SQ on the association between ITC and OP, such that the mediating effect is stronger when TMS is at a high level.Research limitations/implicationsThe study shall assist the practitioners of the hospitality firms to focus their attention on ITC to improve SQ and hence achieve optimal performance.Originality/valueThe novelty of this research lies in the presentation of an integrated framework based on a resource-based view to solve the contemporary challenges facing hospitality firms operating in emerging markets in integrating ITC and SP for better organizational results.

The Quality of education depends on the quality of teachers. For nourishing the creative potentials of children, creative teaching is required. In this type of education, the available human and material resources are utilized in such a striking way that satisfactory results are ensured. Teachers using such methods can enhance their teaching competency. In the present study, an attempt is made to investigate the relationship between general teaching competency and the attitude towards creative teaching. The study was carried out on a sample of 120 B.Ed. trainees of Aurangabad City. The data was collected through the General Teaching Competency Scale (GTCS) developed by Passi and Lalitha and the Attitude Scale of Creative Teaching (ASCT) by Shukla. The result reveals that there is positive but low and negligible correlation between general teaching competency and attitude towards creative teaching. Results also portray that the degree of general teaching competency is high and attitude towards creative teaching is also positive.
