ІНФОРМАЦІЙНА ФУНКЦІЯ АРТ-РИНКУ В КОНТЕКСТІ СУЧАСНОГО УКРАЇНСЬКОГО МИСТЕЦТВА (НА ПРИКЛАДІ БІЄНАЛЕ)

Обґрунтована необхідність розширення культурологічних досліджень арт-ринку з урахуванням останніх культурно-мистецьких тенденцій, а також його наукової концептуалізації у вітчизняній культурології. Враховуючи зростання ролі інформації, арт-ринок набуває нових ціннісно-смислових аспектів, а інтерес до цієї теми потребує культурологічного осмислення. Інформаційна функція арт-ринку актуалізується завдяки формуванню і розвитку інформаційно-технологічної революції, тому має вплив на соціокультурну діяльність митців та презентацію їхнього мистецтва. Функцію інформування на арт-ринку виконують організаційні структури, серед яких виділено виставки та бієнале. Проаналізовано проєкти українських митців на першій Київській міжнародній бієнале сучасного мистецтва ARSENALE 2012 та проєкт Ж/ Кадирової під час 58 Венеційської бієнале у 2019 р. The necessity of expanding the cultural researches of the art market, taking into account the latest cultural and art tendencies, is considered, as well as its scientific conceptualization in national cultural studies. The art market is gaining new valuable and semantic meanings, because of the growing role of information. So the interest in this topic requires cultural reflection. The information function of this market is actualized due to the formation and the development of the digital revolution, so it has an impact on the socio-cultural activity of the artists and the presentation of their art. Information structures in the art market are performed by organizational structures, among which exhibitions and biennials are highlighted. The projects of Ukrainian artists from the first Kyiv International Biennale of Contemporary Art ARSENALE 2012 and the project of Zhanna Kadyrova from the 58th Venice Biennale in 2019 are analyzed. Abstract Today’s western society is characterized by a transition towards self-organization by citizens in communities. Increasingly, societal problems are addressed by groups of citizens who take action to find concrete solutions. A second feature of western society is that it is an information society in which information and communication play a key role. In this paper, we analyse how these two societal trends come together at the community level. Applying a relational and contingent perspective to how green urban citizens’ initiatives develop, we look into the role of information in their interactions with other people, organizations and institutions. We analyse the mechanisms whereby information plays a role in the citizens’ initiatives. This leads to the conclusion that informational capital is fundamental to the realization of citizens’ initiatives and that informational capital is generated, identified, used and enlarged through the relational strategies of bonding, bridging and linking. It is a process that works in both ways and reinforces citizens’ initiatives.

Аннотация: В данной статье рассматривается роль информационных технологий в социальной, экономической и политической и других сферах жизнедеятельности Кыргызстана. Раскрываются понятия “информационные технологии”, “информационное общество”, “цифровая трансформация”. Приводятся основные направления применения информационных технологий в сфере образования страны, описываются условия для их дальнейшего развития. Анализируется сущность понятия информационного общества, перспективы развития Кыргызстана и безопасности информационного общества. Сформулированы основные проблемы развития информационных технологий, что неизменно отражается на уровне экономического развития страны. Приводятся пути для решения всех этих проблем и продвижения реформ в области внедрения IТ - технологий в стране, необходимых для дальнейшего развития цифрового общества. This article discusses the need and importance of information literacy as an essential component in information society. The article highlights the role of information and information technology as well as the relationship between information and literacy. This article also studies the impact of ICT in rural areas and examines the awareness of the term like, information, information literacy, computer literacy etc. in the rural communities in Manipur, India. Further, it elaborates the need for information literacy and challenges faced by the rural communities in the global information environment.


To identify and characterize the role of transdisciplinary and multidisciplinary dialogue in modern information society. Theoretical basis of the study is presented by works on essence and development of post-classical information society. A separate block is represented by works on knowledge and science, which are changing in modern societies under the influence of informatization and globalization. Theoretical basis of the study is grounded on ideas about transdisciplinarity, transdisciplinary field of research as a field of dialogue between different sciences and paradigms. Scientific novelty. It is hypothesized that transdisciplinary dialogue is one of the basic principles of modern information society formation, in this double principle of dialogization is implemented - both plurization, dialogization of truth in science and philosophy is performed, and another process - science and transdisciplinary research contribute to the development of new information technologies, mediation and democratization of society, where information society acts as a main customer and consumer of transdisciplinary knowledge, adapting it to new needs of media culture and digitalization. The role of transdisciplinary and interdisciplinary dialogue in modern society is shown, as well as the understanding of this dialogue from the point of view of philosophy and the humanities. The need for democratization and harmonization of knowledge is proved, it is shown that with the spreading of interactive dialogue democratic institutions penetrate into information structures, thus providing an opportunity to talk about the plurality of truth and complementarity of different ways of cognition. It is revealed that transdisciplinarity is provided by special procedures of dialogue and scientific research, including reflection and transflection, fractality, «included» view, intersectoral expertise, including environmental parameters. Thanks to dialogue, knowledge is centered around man and civil society, a combination of anthropological, socio-philosophical, physical-mathematical and ecological-biological paradigms. It is stated that the development of transdisciplinary and scientific dialogue leads to overcoming the boundaries between humanitarian and natural approaches to reality, the universalization of science as a way of cognition.

Formation of e-governance has resulted in the leading role of information in the digital society. Thus, the main feature of the information society is the participation of all members of the society in the interchange of information. Therefore, information creativity has become a subject of discussion as a modern form of freedom of artistic creativity. Of course, this is not about simple information, but rather the creation of knowledge, which is the most superior form of information. Such information creativity makes necessary to regulate intellectual property issues and restrictions on information creativity. In the article werer analyzed these issues and were put forward suggestions and recommendations.

During the current period of rapid technological change, business students need to emerge from their introductory course in Information Systems (IS) with a set of fundamental principles to help them “think about Information Technology (IT)” in future courses and the workplace.  Given the digital revolution, they also need to appreciate the role of information in business as well has how to meet the challenges involved in managing information effectively.  This paper addresses both those needs by presenting a fundamental principle concerning information management:  How you store information affects how you can retrieve it.  The paper commences by presenting the principle in a manner that can be used to introduce it to the class.  It continues by providing numerous concepts and examples that draw on the principle and that students are likely to encounter in the core IS course, subsequent courses, and their real-world use of technology.  The paper concludes by raising a set of issues suitable for class discussion or exam questions.
