This study aims to determine community participation in the planning and implementation stages in the construction of agricultural road infrastructure funded by the Village Fund in Buhias Village, Mantehage Island, Wori Sub-district, North Minahasa Regency. The 3-month study was conducted from August to October 2018. Primary data were obtained through interviews, based on a list of questions, to 20 respondents who were chosen based on pusposive sampling method. Secondary data were obtained from the Buhias Village Office, from local bookstores, as well as from the internet through Google searching to obtain journal articles and theses relating to research topics, especially concerning community participation in road infrastructure development. Data analysis using descriptive analysis presented in tabular form. The results showed that community participation in the construction of agricultural road infrastructure in the village of Buhias was in the medium category at the planning stage and in the high category at the stage of implementing agricultural road construction. *eprm*

The success of developing a village cannot be separated from the role of the Village Head and the entire community. A developed village can be seen from the adequate facilities and infrastructure. The head of government has a big responsibility for the progress of his village in order to create a prosperous society. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the role of the village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village and how the Siyasah Fiqh and Village Law review the role of the village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village. This type of research is classified as field research (field research), which is descriptive analysis, namely research that tells and describes data sourced from primary data through interviews, observations and reports in the form of documents and secondary data by conducting library research in the form of Al- Qur'an, Hadiths, opinions of scholars, laws and regulations, documents and books and other scientific works. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the role of the Li-Eue Village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village is generally less than optimal so that it is less trustworthy or responsible for the duties as village head. Judging from the existence of several developments that have not been implemented. And less transparent and less mobilizing community participation. Review of Siyasah Fiqh and Village Law, namely leaders who are less trustworthy and less responsible.

Urban development from the past until now has always been an interesting theme discussed in development discussions, this is because the development of rural / urban villages is an integral as well as a central point of national development. The purpose of this study was to determine community participation in the development of road infrastructure through the PNPM Program in Kelurahan Ponorogo, Lubuklinggau Utara District II. This research is a survey research. The type of data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires, interviews, observations, documentation with the number of respondents 7 neighborhood units (RT) where to be taken are 2 KSM (self-help groups) in 2 RTs in Ponorogo Kelurahan, namely RT 1 and RT 2. The total population of the two Rt is 178 households. The sampling method used was purposive sampling by 50%, so the number of samples to be taken was as many as 89 people. Data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Participation of the community in the form of mind Ponorogo Village has been going very well, with a percentage of 86.6%. (2) The participation of workers by the community in the construction of road infrastructure is 77.5% with a good category. (3) Community participation in the form of expertise is 55.1% with a fairly good category, (4) Community participation in the form of goods is carried out voluntarily by 100% with a very good category (5) Participation in community money Ponorogo Kelurahan is basically non-existent, however more manifested in the form of consumption, such as providing coffee water, tea water and snacks during mutual assistance in the construction of infrastructure roads through the PNPM Program. This study aims to determine how much women's participation in the construction of agricultural road infrastructure. This research was conducted in Watulaney Village, East Lembean, Minahasa Regency and lasted for 3 months, from October to December 2018. Methods of data collection in this study used primary data collected through interviews based on a list of questions, using Likert Scale, that had been prepared previously. Secondarydata obtained from the Office of the Village Watulaney Timu, local book stores, and internet throught google scholar to get article from journals and thesis from others university that related to this research topic . Dataanalysis using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis, where this method describes each data taken from women's participation and then presented in table form. For the measurement of women's participation using a Likert Scale. The research results showed that the level of women's participation in agricultural road infrastructure development programs was classified as very active in providing participation in the form of thoughts, energy, skills and assets and objects at the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. With a total score of 426 or 71%, it can be said to be classified as very active.*eprm*

The purpose of this research is to know the forms of community participation of farmers and non-farmers in the Agricultural Road construction Aertrang Malalayang 1 East Village in the Manado City. The benefits of this research are: research is expected to provide information for the public and education about the forms of participation of farmers and non-farmers in agriculture road construction in the Village of Aertrang Malalayang 1, Manado City. This research collect primary dan secondarydata. Primary data collection through direct face to face interviews and field observations (observation) to 20 respondents using questionnaires. The analytical method used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of the study are presented in tabular form. The findings in this study are: (1) The forms of community participation in development activities of agricultural roads in the village Malalayang I Aertrang East, namely: labor, money, materials such as cement, stone and sand. And also, provision of consumption / food to the community members who do the work of farm road construction, (2) community members actively involved in agricultural road construction activities in the Village Malalayang I Aertrang East.

This study aims to measure the level of public participation in the development of road infrastructure in the village plantations Munte through PNPM - PPIP . Data collection was conducted from July 2014 - February 2015. Data collection was conducted from July 2014 - February 2015. The data is in the form of primary data through a list of questions or questionnaires , and secondary data is data obtained from government Munte village , as well as scientific papers related to the study . , previous literature or from the internet . The analysis technique used in this study is a descriptive analysis techniques that will be qualitative and quantitative results of this study are presented in tabular form . The results showed that the level of participation in middle category . In the planning stages of the majority of respondents are less active in participating by reason of busy work . Stages of implementation of the most respondents are not actively participating in the grounds committee perdeasaan infrastructure development program is not consistent with the results of the meeting or the decisions taken in the planning stage different from its implementation . While pemelihraan stage only 1 respondent who is not active in this stage by reason of busy work and the rest are in the active and less active , this is because the respondents have felt the results of the development so that the respondents or the public want to be involved in this stage.

This study aims to what extent the community involvement in the development of agricultural road infrastructure through the PNPM-PPIP program. This study lasted for 3 months from September until November 2017. The research location is in Kini Village, Hilipuk Sub-District, Yahukimo Regency. The type of data were collected in this research is primary data and secondary data. Selection of the sample used purposive sampling method. The number of respondents is 20 people who are Community Leaders in the implementation of Local Community Organization (CSO) activities. The analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive. The results showed that community participation in the development of agricultural road infrastructure in Kini Village is in the medium category. Because of the three stages of infrastructure development, only the maintenance phase is the stage that involves the most participation of the community while the planning stage and the implementation stage there is no participation from the community. Community involvement in the maintenance phase because at this stage the community has felt the result of the development of agricultural road access infrastructure.

This study aims to determine how Administration, Reporting and Accountability of Dana Nagari in Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra Province. There are three (3) aspects in village funds, administration, reporting and accountability. To achieve these objectives, descriptive qualitative research methods are used. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show: (1) Administration carried out by the treasurer in the form of receipts and expenditures which are recorded in the general cash book, bank book, income details book, and financing details book which is equipped with receipts. (2) Reporting that the delay in disbursing village funds was due to the late regulation of the Regulations of the Regent of Padang Pariaman which caused the disbursement of stage I and phase II village funds to be delayed too late. (3) Accountability Submission of accountability reports to the public through various media, such as websites and billboards. Submission through this media can make it easier for the public to obtain information about the performance of the village government.

This study aims to determine whether there is influence over land tenure status to the income of rice farmers. Data retrieval is done with primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from the farmers through a list of questions that had been prepared, while secondary data obtained from the office of the village or the head of the village. The way of taking samples, to look at the total population of each of the existing land tenure status, then divided by the population over land ownership and divided by 60 as a sample to be taken. The data collection method used is descriptive analysis and ANOVA (analysis of variance) in one direction. The concepts of measuring variables used are over land ownership, production, farming costs, revenue and income. The results of this study indicate that there are significant land ownership to farmers' income, the highest income is income tenants. Different income is the income of farmers own property with tenant farmers' income.

The type of research used in this study is a methoddirect survey. The data collected comes from primary data and datasecondary. Primary data is done by means of field observations, documentation andinterview with palm sugar crafter using a list of questions(Question). Secondary data were obtained from various related agencies andinformation from various literatures related to this research. PopulationIn this study, there are 4 traditional palm sugar craftsmenand the craftsmen of the Jalit L estari group of Tongo Village. The sample in this study was takenby means of purpose sampling, namely determining the sample with a specific goal. Techniquedata analysis using descriptive analysis to find out about modernizationpalm sugar production in Tongo Village and analysis of alternative strategies usingSWOT analysis is used to determine the development strategy. Resultresearch shows that based on internal and external analysis, small industryPalm sugar in Tongo Village, Sekongkang District has the power tomaintained or improved, and has opportunities that can be exploitedwell and as much as possible. The best development strategyused is a strategy that supports aggressive growth.

This study aims to describe the prevailing sijon system in clove farming in Raanan Baru Village, West Motoling Subdistrict. This research was conducted for 3 (three) months starting from the preparation phase until the preparation of the report that is since December 2017 s / d February 2018. The data used in this study is primary data which is research data obtained directly from the farmers as respondents and data secondary data which is a research data obtained indirectly through agency information or documents relating to this research and village data. Sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method, meaning that researchers determine their own samples taken because there are certain considerations. Data Analysis Method in this research is processed by using descriptive analysis and then Analysis This data is processed / presented in written form and table. The process of bond transfers in Raanan Baru Village has been going on for generations and has even taken root in the village community itself. From the results of case studies encountered in the field stated that the transaction system of ijon that occurred in Raanan Baru Village, West Motoling Subdistrict of South Minahasa Regency is done on the basis of both parties have agreed and have good intention to do the transaction of debt by only having mutual trust with each other.
