This study aims to formulate alternative strategies that must be appliedin the development of palm sugar production through modernization to increasethe quality and quantity of the product so that it has a direct impact on improvementwelfare of the village community, especially palm sugar craftsmen. Research sitesimplemented in Sejorong Hamlet, Tongo Village, Sekongkang District, DistrictWest Sumbawa. When the research was carried out in November 2019 andFebruary 2020. The type of research used in this study is a methoddirect survey. The data collected comes from primary data and datasecondary. Primary data is done by means of field observations, documentation andinterview with palm sugar crafter using a list of questions(Question). Secondary data were obtained from various related agencies andinformation from various literatures related to this research. PopulationIn this study, there are 4 traditional palm sugar craftsmenand the craftsmen of the Jalit L estari group of Tongo Village. The sample in this study was takenby means of purpose sampling, namely determining the sample with a specific goal. Techniquedata analysis using descriptive analysis to find out about modernizationpalm sugar production in Tongo Village and analysis of alternative strategies usingSWOT analysis is used to determine the development strategy. Resultresearch shows that based on internal and external analysis, small industryPalm sugar in Tongo Village, Sekongkang District has the power tomaintained or improved, and has opportunities that can be exploitedwell and as much as possible. The best development strategyused is a strategy that supports aggressive growth.

Home industry of coconut sugar in Tembokrejo village processes palm sugar from sap. The purpose of this research is to know (1) Value added at home industry of coconut sugar in Tembokrejo village, (2) productivity level of home industry of coconut sugar in Tembokrejo village (3) strategy of coconut industry home development in Tembokrejo Village. Determination of research area is done intentionally (Purposive Method), that is in Tembokrejo Village District Gumukmas Jember Regency. The research method used is descriptive and analytical method, and sampling method used is Total Sampling. Methods of data collection using interview and observation techniques. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. The analysis used is value-added analysis, work productivity analysis, SWOT and QSPM analysis. The results showed: (1) Value added on home indutry of coconut sugar in Tembokrejo village was Rp 1,637,04 / kg. (2) The productivity level of coconut industry home work is low ie Rp 5,858 / hour. (3) The development strategy of coconut sugar home industry is in White Area position. (4) QSPM obtained the priority of coconut industry home industry strategy with Total Attractiveness Score (TAS) value of 6,13 that is increasing coconut sugar production.

This study aims to determine how Administration, Reporting and Accountability of Dana Nagari in Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra Province. There are three (3) aspects in village funds, administration, reporting and accountability. To achieve these objectives, descriptive qualitative research methods are used. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show: (1) Administration carried out by the treasurer in the form of receipts and expenditures which are recorded in the general cash book, bank book, income details book, and financing details book which is equipped with receipts. (2) Reporting that the delay in disbursing village funds was due to the late regulation of the Regulations of the Regent of Padang Pariaman which caused the disbursement of stage I and phase II village funds to be delayed too late. (3) Accountability Submission of accountability reports to the public through various media, such as websites and billboards. Submission through this media can make it easier for the public to obtain information about the performance of the village government.

This study aims to determine whether there is influence over land tenure status to the income of rice farmers. Data retrieval is done with primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from the farmers through a list of questions that had been prepared, while secondary data obtained from the office of the village or the head of the village. The way of taking samples, to look at the total population of each of the existing land tenure status, then divided by the population over land ownership and divided by 60 as a sample to be taken. The data collection method used is descriptive analysis and ANOVA (analysis of variance) in one direction. The concepts of measuring variables used are over land ownership, production, farming costs, revenue and income. The results of this study indicate that there are significant land ownership to farmers' income, the highest income is income tenants. Different income is the income of farmers own property with tenant farmers' income.

The success of developing a village cannot be separated from the role of the Village Head and the entire community. A developed village can be seen from the adequate facilities and infrastructure. The head of government has a big responsibility for the progress of his village in order to create a prosperous society. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the role of the village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village and how the Siyasah Fiqh and Village Law review the role of the village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village. This type of research is classified as field research (field research), which is descriptive analysis, namely research that tells and describes data sourced from primary data through interviews, observations and reports in the form of documents and secondary data by conducting library research in the form of Al- Qur'an, Hadiths, opinions of scholars, laws and regulations, documents and books and other scientific works. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the role of the Li-Eue Village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village is generally less than optimal so that it is less trustworthy or responsible for the duties as village head. Judging from the existence of several developments that have not been implemented. And less transparent and less mobilizing community participation. Review of Siyasah Fiqh and Village Law, namely leaders who are less trustworthy and less responsible.

Attractions Puger Beach in Jember District, East Java Province. Puger Beach 35 km northwest of the city of Jember known as a fish auction, will Puger Beach has a very interesting beauty with a large waves also can be used for surfing. Another potential that can be developed is the island of Nusa Barong is located not far from Puger Beach, Development of attractions that must be done with more focused and sustainable.The formulation of this research is how is the strategy of puger beach tourism development in increasing the tourists in Jember District Government? So the purpose of the research is to analyze the strategy of puger beach tourism development in increasing the tourists. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by conducting interviews to tourism managers, the public. Related offices and visitors who are in the location of research, while secondary data obtained from BPS, Department of Culture and Tourism Kab. Jember, libraries and internet, data analysis techniques used using Descriptive Analysis method while to obtain tourism development strategy using SWOT analysis.Based on the results of data analysis and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded tourism object. Puger Beach can be developed using aspects of attractiveness, accessibility aspects, aspects of activities and facilities, social, economic and cultural aspects. This study aims to describe the prevailing sijon system in clove farming in Raanan Baru Village, West Motoling Subdistrict. This research was conducted for 3 (three) months starting from the preparation phase until the preparation of the report that is since December 2017 s / d February 2018. The data used in this study is primary data which is research data obtained directly from the farmers as respondents and data secondary data which is a research data obtained indirectly through agency information or documents relating to this research and village data. Sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method, meaning that researchers determine their own samples taken because there are certain considerations. Data Analysis Method in this research is processed by using descriptive analysis and then Analysis This data is processed / presented in written form and table. The process of bond transfers in Raanan Baru Village has been going on for generations and has even taken root in the village community itself. From the results of case studies encountered in the field stated that the transaction system of ijon that occurred in Raanan Baru Village, West Motoling Subdistrict of South Minahasa Regency is done on the basis of both parties have agreed and have good intention to do the transaction of debt by only having mutual trust with each other.

Pantai Batu mejan (Echo Beach). Beach Echo Beach is located in the village of Canggu, northern district of Kuta, Badung regency. Distance traveled to this location approximately 14 km from the city of Denpasar. Many foreign tourists come this beach for sunbathing, swimming and surfing while enjoying the beautiful scenery at sunset (sunset). The beach is famous as a sport surf for foreign tourists. The purpose of this study to determine the potential of Echo Beach and to determine the development strategy in Echo Beach.                        The method of research is qualitative descriptive analysis with SWOT approach. The technique of collecting data is divided into four: observation, in-depth  interview, documentation and literatureFor informants using purposive sampling technique. Results from this study is the tourism potential held in Turkish Echo Beach as a tourist attraction is the natural potential as sport surfing. Cultural potential that there is a sacred place (temple) and the Rejang Dance and Mask Dance. In anticipation of threats and weaknesses and increase the opportunity and power to develop the potential of Echo Beach Beach this to be sustainable, then reviewing the SWOT approach for Coastal Development Strategy in Echo Beach.   Key words: StrategyDevelopment, Potential Tourism, Coastal Tourism

The performance of a village head as head of village government must be able to carry out its main duties, namely leading and coordinating the village administration in implementing village development. The role of the village head is one aspect that stands out and affects the success of village development. The village head is assisted by village officials, as an element of village government administration. The formulation of the problem in this research is "What is the Role of the Village Head in the Implementation of Development in Mekarjati Village, Haurgeulis Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency" and "How the Siyasah Fiqh Review and the Village Law on the Role of the Village Head in Implementing Development in Mekarjati Village". The purpose of this research is "To know the role of the village head in the implementation of village development, and" to know the Siyasah Fiqh Overview of the role of the village head in the implementation of village development." This type of research is classified as field research (field research), which is descriptive analysis, namely research that tells and describes data originating from primary data through interviews, observations and reports in the form of documents and secondary data by conducting library research. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the role of the Mekarjati Village Head, in the implementation of village development in general, there are still some that are not optimal. The purpose of this study to determine the impact of the presence of Coconut Flour Industry (PT. Global Coconut) to the community in the Radey Village. This research was carried out on members of the village community Radey as respondents. Total respondents 32 people consisting of workers in the industry (25 persons), who did not work in the industry that ordinary members of community (5 persons) and community leaders (2 persons). The study lasted for 3 months from September to November 2016. The sample selection using snowballing method. Types of data collected in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained by direct interview to the respondents. Secondary data is obtained from the Village Office. The data collected concerning Identity Respondents, namely: (1) Name of Respondent, (2) age, expressed in units of years, (3) Level of education, measured by educational level already attained (elementary, junior high, high school, diploma, and University). Data regarding positive or negative impact of the presence of Industry on the community in the village of Radey regarding: (1) Income received before and after working in the company, (2) employment opportunities, (3) business opportunities. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis method qualitative and quantitative modest presented in tabular form. The results of this research showed that the presence of PT Global Agro-Industry Plant in the Radey Village has gave positive and negative impacts for rural communities in the form of increases in income, employment and business opportunity, the new procurement of agricultural roads better and their support for the national celebration activities in the village. The negative impact of such a foul odor had happened only when the management of the rest of the selection in the form of broken coconut and waste production is not done well.Keywords: impact, agro-industry, community, village Radey, South Minahasa District

This study aims to determine community participation in the planning and implementation stages in the construction of agricultural road infrastructure funded by the Village Fund in Buhias Village, Mantehage Island, Wori Sub-district, North Minahasa Regency. The 3-month study was conducted from August to October 2018. Primary data were obtained through interviews, based on a list of questions, to 20 respondents who were chosen based on pusposive sampling method. Secondary data were obtained from the Buhias Village Office, from local bookstores, as well as from the internet through Google searching to obtain journal articles and theses relating to research topics, especially concerning community participation in road infrastructure development. Data analysis using descriptive analysis presented in tabular form. The results showed that community participation in the construction of agricultural road infrastructure in the village of Buhias was in the medium category at the planning stage and in the high category at the stage of implementing agricultural road construction. *eprm*
