This study aims to determine whether there is influence over land tenure status to the income of rice farmers. Data retrieval is done with primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from the farmers through a list of questions that had been prepared, while secondary data obtained from the office of the village or the head of the village. The way of taking samples, to look at the total population of each of the existing land tenure status, then divided by the population over land ownership and divided by 60 as a sample to be taken. The data collection method used is descriptive analysis and ANOVA (analysis of variance) in one direction. The concepts of measuring variables used are over land ownership, production, farming costs, revenue and income. The results of this study indicate that there are significant land ownership to farmers' income, the highest income is income tenants. Different income is the income of farmers own property with tenant farmers' income.

The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of the income of rice farmers based on: (1) land tenure status and (2) ethnicity in Dumoga Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Primary data collection in this study was in the form of data obtained from the results of direct interviews with farmers from each ethnic group of Bolaang-Mongondow, Minahasa, Bali and Java. Secondary data were obtained from documents from related institutions and journal articles and documents from libraries and the internet relating to the title of this study. Determination of the location of the study was done intentionally (purposive sampling) that is the area that is the center of the rice paddy plants. Sampling was done accidentally (accidently sampling) to the owner's farmers, tenant farmers, and tenant farmers based on land tenure and ethnicity status. Each ethnic of paddy rice farmers in the location was taken by 15 respondents so that the total number of respondents from all ethnic groups was 60 respondent farmers. The calculated variables are land area, total production, fixed costs and variable costs, revenue and income. To analyze the comparison of rice income based on ethnicity and land tenure status of rice farmers. Data analysis in the form of acceptance, income and descriptive analysis. The results showed the largest amount of income based on the status of land ownership owned by farmers in each ethnic owner. The biggest income based on ethnicity is owned by rice farmers who come from Ethnic Mongondow.*eprm*

This study aims to determine how Administration, Reporting and Accountability of Dana Nagari in Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra Province. There are three (3) aspects in village funds, administration, reporting and accountability. To achieve these objectives, descriptive qualitative research methods are used. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show: (1) Administration carried out by the treasurer in the form of receipts and expenditures which are recorded in the general cash book, bank book, income details book, and financing details book which is equipped with receipts. (2) Reporting that the delay in disbursing village funds was due to the late regulation of the Regulations of the Regent of Padang Pariaman which caused the disbursement of stage I and phase II village funds to be delayed too late. (3) Accountability Submission of accountability reports to the public through various media, such as websites and billboards. Submission through this media can make it easier for the public to obtain information about the performance of the village government.

This study aims to formulate alternative strategies that must be appliedin the development of palm sugar production through modernization to increasethe quality and quantity of the product so that it has a direct impact on improvementwelfare of the village community, especially palm sugar craftsmen. Research sitesimplemented in Sejorong Hamlet, Tongo Village, Sekongkang District, DistrictWest Sumbawa. When the research was carried out in November 2019 andFebruary 2020. The type of research used in this study is a methoddirect survey. The data collected comes from primary data and datasecondary. Primary data is done by means of field observations, documentation andinterview with palm sugar crafter using a list of questions(Question). Secondary data were obtained from various related agencies andinformation from various literatures related to this research. PopulationIn this study, there are 4 traditional palm sugar craftsmenand the craftsmen of the Jalit L estari group of Tongo Village. The sample in this study was takenby means of purpose sampling, namely determining the sample with a specific goal. Techniquedata analysis using descriptive analysis to find out about modernizationpalm sugar production in Tongo Village and analysis of alternative strategies usingSWOT analysis is used to determine the development strategy. Resultresearch shows that based on internal and external analysis, small industryPalm sugar in Tongo Village, Sekongkang District has the power tomaintained or improved, and has opportunities that can be exploitedwell and as much as possible. The best development strategyused is a strategy that supports aggressive growth.

The success of developing a village cannot be separated from the role of the Village Head and the entire community. A developed village can be seen from the adequate facilities and infrastructure. The head of government has a big responsibility for the progress of his village in order to create a prosperous society. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the role of the village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village and how the Siyasah Fiqh and Village Law review the role of the village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village. This type of research is classified as field research (field research), which is descriptive analysis, namely research that tells and describes data sourced from primary data through interviews, observations and reports in the form of documents and secondary data by conducting library research in the form of Al- Qur'an, Hadiths, opinions of scholars, laws and regulations, documents and books and other scientific works. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the role of the Li-Eue Village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village is generally less than optimal so that it is less trustworthy or responsible for the duties as village head. Judging from the existence of several developments that have not been implemented. And less transparent and less mobilizing community participation. Review of Siyasah Fiqh and Village Law, namely leaders who are less trustworthy and less responsible.

The study aims to determine (1) the factors that affect rice production in the district was. (2) Efficient use of land, seed, fertilizer, and labor on the fields in the district was. This research is quantitative. Sources of data in this research are secondary data from the primary data from questionnaires to farmers of paddy in Gorontalo. The data analysis technique used is the Cobb Douglas.These results indicate that (1) the results of the Cobb Douglas found that simultaneous land, seed, fertilizer, labor, and land tenure positive and significant impact on rice production in the district was the province of Gorontalo to the value of the determinant of 79,50% for tenants and owners of 67,50% to the tiller. Then the partial results only land, seed and labor are positive and significant impact on rice production in the district was Gorontalo province. The coefficient of land ownership that is positive indicates that farmers with its status as the owner of tenants is better than the sharecroppers in generating optimal production. (2) The results of the technical efficiency analysis shows that the area of land, seed, labor, and land tenure have a greater value than one that is in the category yet efficient (increasing returns to scale). Then for fertilizer has a smaller value than one that is in the category inefficient (decreasing return to scale). The results of the comparison in terms of the land status was found that the owner of tenants is better than the tenants in the efficiency of production input rice production in the district was.

This study aims to compare the level of welfare of farmers who seek in the field of wetland rice and corn farmers in the Village Matani Tumpaan District in South Minahasa. The study lasted from July to September 2017. The data used are primary data collected throught interviews with farmers by purposive sampling taken 15 corn farmers and 15 rice field farmers.The study on farmers’ welfare level is seen from the form of economic and non economic variables enjoyed by respondents based on the criteria of BKKBN covering 5 stages of family welfare indicators. Secondary data is obtained throught documents and research results and library, data and information in village, sub-district and district offices. The result of this research concludes that rice farmers are more prosperous than corn farmers in Matani Village. Tumpaan Subdistrict of South Minahasa Regency. Wet land paddy farmers are included in the stages of the Prosperous Family II (KS II) and Prosperous Family III (KS III) while corn farmers are included in the stage of the Prosperous Family I (KS I).

Health Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis) BPJS Health as a system of health services and proactive approach implemented in an integrated manner involving participants, health facilities and BPJS Health becomes an important factor because it becomes one of the indicators of the fulfillment of the commitment of service at puskesmas. This study aims to determine the management of Prolanis which includes membership, activities, availability of drugs and availability of funds Prolanis, knowing the barriers to the implementation of Prolanis and know the ratio of visits and quality of life of participants Prolanis. The research was conducted by descriptive method through interview technique, check list and WHOQoL questionnaire for quality of life measurement. Data retrieval used primary data by interviewing 40 informants and filling questionnaire on 262 participants of Prolanis. The secondary data was obtained from P-Care Puskesmas application. Analysis of the results of research was using descriptive analysis with narrative exposure accompanied by data tables. The results showed that from 20 Puskesmas 1 Puskesmas had not fulfilled the minimum requirement of Prolanis formation, 4 Puskesmas had not conducted gymnastic and educational activities, 2 Puskesmas did not implement pharmacy service standard for drug distribution Prolanis and 4 Puskesmas had not utilized Prolanis fund provided by BPJS Kesehatan. 50% in some puskesmas cause puskesmas to be in unsafe zone for assessment of capitation indicator. For measurement of quality of life of participants Prolanis obtained 95, 04% of respondents have good quality of life.

The objective of this research is to know rambutan fruit income ratio during holiday and not holiday. This research was conducted in Talawaan Village Talawaan Subdistrict. For three months, ie from June to August 2015, from preparation, data collection to the preparation of research reports. The data used are primary data obtained through interviews to 20 (twenty) respondents of rice farmers and 20 respondents for sellers of Rambutan Fruit and secondary data obtained from the government of Talawaan subdistrict of North Minahasa. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis, where the data collected will be presented in tabular form. The results showed that agro-tourism influenced the income of rambutan fruit seller is seen from the day of the holiday increment compared to the day is not a holiday.

This study aims to find out how the perceptions of the peasant community towards the tradition of rambu solo / traditional funeral in Marinding Village. This study lasted for 4 (four) months starting from April 2018 to July 2018 in Marinding Village, Mengkendek Sub-district, Tana Toraja Regency. The data collection method used is primary data collected through direct interviews with the community members and secondary data obtained from the Marinding Village Office. The sampling method used the purposive sampling method. The number of respondents is 15 people. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis. The results showed that there were two types of perceptions from the farmers community towards the tradition of rambu solo / traditional funeral in Marinding Village, Mengkendek Sub-district, Tana Toraja District, namely not supporting and supporting. There are 8 out of 15 respondents who do not support the rambu solo tradition because it is considered a waste that costs very large and expensive and is often for showing their social status in the community. But there is also support in which 7 out of 15 respondents support this tradition because the tradition of the rambu solo tradition reflects the life of the Toraja people who like togetherness and family. In addition, the implementation of solo signs opened up markets and huge profits for the rice farmers, coffee, and cattleman, especially for buffalos and pigs, because they could sell their all agricultural products to people who carried out rambu solo tradition which were usually carried out after the harvest period.*eprm*.

This study aims to describe the prevailing sijon system in clove farming in Raanan Baru Village, West Motoling Subdistrict. This research was conducted for 3 (three) months starting from the preparation phase until the preparation of the report that is since December 2017 s / d February 2018. The data used in this study is primary data which is research data obtained directly from the farmers as respondents and data secondary data which is a research data obtained indirectly through agency information or documents relating to this research and village data. Sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method, meaning that researchers determine their own samples taken because there are certain considerations. Data Analysis Method in this research is processed by using descriptive analysis and then Analysis This data is processed / presented in written form and table. The process of bond transfers in Raanan Baru Village has been going on for generations and has even taken root in the village community itself. From the results of case studies encountered in the field stated that the transaction system of ijon that occurred in Raanan Baru Village, West Motoling Subdistrict of South Minahasa Regency is done on the basis of both parties have agreed and have good intention to do the transaction of debt by only having mutual trust with each other.
