The presowing treatment of barley seeds with the microbial preparation of complex action microgumin promotes sufficient increase of this culture yield and intensification of biological activity in rhizoshere. Combined application of microgumin with the raksil fungicide has not affected biological activity of biological preparation. Applied agricultural technology enhances barley seeds’ germination energy, promotes increase of potential nitrogenase activity on plants’ roots and prevents spreading of root rot diseases. It was established that tebuconasol (raksil reactant) in concentrations 0,01; 0,1; 0,3 g/l of nutrient medium promotes increase of nitrogenase activity of the microgumin bioagent Azospіrіllum brasilense 410.

The paper presents data on a comparative test of the efficacy of chemical, fungal and bacterial fungicides in limiting the harmfulness of main diseases of spring wheat. The research was carried out on leached chernozem of the forest-steppe of Priobye of the Novosibirsk region. It was shown that Sternifag, SP reduces the development of root rot at the end of the growing season by 48 %, which is comparable to the effect of a chemical dressing agent Scarlet, ME (imazalil+tebuconazole) and is slightly inferior to the action of combined application of fungal preparation Trichocin, SP with the bacterial preparation Vitaplan, SP (55 %). Preplanting seed treatment effectively reduced the development of leaf infections: Scarlet, ME suppressed the development of Septoria blotch by 54 %, Scarlet, ME + Vitaplan, SP – of powdery mildew by 69 %, Trichotsin,SP + Vitaplan, SP – of brown rust by 74 %. Fungicide Titul 390, KKR reduced the development of these diseases by 60, 81 and 85 %, respectively. Alirin-B, W with Trichocin, SP suppressed brown rust by 64 %. Cellulolytic activity increased 1.3–1.9 times compared to the control as a result of the action of biological products and Sternifag, SP. The amount of plant residues decreased 2.4 and 1.9 times 15 and 30 days after application. The greatest increase in yield was provided by chemical fungicides – 0.7 t / ha, they were not inferior to the use of Alirin-B, W with Vitaplan, SP against the background of etching with Scarlet, ME fungicide.

Investigations established, that when presowing seed treatment with electromagnetic fields of an extremely high frequency of ranges of different intensities, the seeding properties of seeds are improved, the field germination of seeds increases and the plants are preserved for harvesting. The combined application of electromagnetic interference (30 m) and chemical disinfectant Vial TT (2 kg per ton) with seed dressing resulted in a decrease in plant damage caused by root rot and leaf-stalk mycoses, increased prodcutivity and grain quality. The maximum harvest of winter rye is 3.84 tons per hectare on the seed treatment option “Extremely high frequency - 30 m + Vial TT -2 kg per ton” and applying estimated doses of NPK by 4.0 tons per hectare. The addition of grain yield from the joint application of preseeding seed treatment of extremely high frequency of 30 m. + Vial TT -2 kg / t on a background without fertilizers was 0.45 tons per hectare, on a fertilized background - 0.49 tons per hectare.

The paper presents the results of research into complex effect of organic fertilizers (decomposed cattle manure) in different doses with the biological preparation Flavobacterin on agrochemical parameters and biological activity of permafrost soils in the cultivation of the recognized potato variety Varmas. Field experiments were carried out in 2016–2018 on permafrost chernozem-meadow light-loamy saline soils of the Central Yakut lowland of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The yield of potatoes increased with the application of manure in the dose of 60 t/ha and biological preparation Flavobacterin by 61.4%, control (without fertilizers) – 9.7 t/ha. In the variant: manure 40 t/ha + biopreparation Flavobacterin, the yield amounted to 13.0 t/ha; when treating with the biological preparation – 10.7 t/ha. The use of organic fertilizers in different doses in all studied variants increased the content of phosphorus, potassium and total nitrogen in the soil compared to the control. Combined application of organic fertilizers and biological preparation Flavobacterin increased the biological activity of permafrost soils by 2.9–4.7 times. The intensity of the biological activity of permafrost soils in all years of research was observed during the growing season of crops. The number of soil microorganisms reached its maximum in July and decreased at the end of the growing season (early September), due to the peculiarities of the hydrothermal regime of the soil under study. To preserve soil fertility, it is recommended to use organic fertilizers in combination with the biological preparation based on agrochemical parameters of permafrost soils.

Weed infestation of agricultural crops in Ukraine is growing and is becoming a big threat to stable and high yields. Therefore, today, it is impossible to do without the development of science-based measures to control the level of weed infestation in crops, adaptation of herbicides to ecological farming methods and energy-optimized cultivation technologies. The analysis of the results of studies of weediness of winter pea crops at different rates of application of MaxiMox herbicide (0.8; 0.9; 1.0 and 1.1 l/ha) separately and in tank mixtures with plant growth regulator Agriflex Amino at the rate of 1.0 kg/ha on the background of seed treatment before sowing with the microbial preparation Optimize Pulse at the rate of 3.28 l/t, and without treatment is given. Spraying of vegetating plants with herbicide and their tank mixture with a plant growth regulator was carried out in the phase of 3-4 developed runners (BBCH 13–14) of the crop. Weed infestation of winter pea crops was counted on the thirtieth day after plant treatment with preparations. Weeds were counted by the quantitative weight method per 1 m2 according to the method of S. A. Tribel. Statistical processing of the data was carried out according to the generally accepted methods. It has been established that with the combined application of different rates of MaxiMox herbicide with plant growth regulator Agriflex Amino on the background of seed treatment before sowing with the microbial preparation Optimize Pulse, the technical efficiency of weed control increases, both in terms of quantity and weight. The greatest number and weight of destroyed weeds was noted in variants with the introduction of MaxiMox herbicide at the rates of 0.8; 0.9; 1.0 and 1.1 l/ha in combination with plant growth regulator Agriflex Amino at the rate of 1.0 kg/ha on the background of seed treatment with the microbial preparation Optimize Pulse at the rate of 3.28 l/t, where the percentage of destroyed weeds averaged 91–99 % quantitatively and 94–100 % in mass. The increase in the effectiveness of the studied preparations obviously occurred due to the improvement of biometric indices of winter pea plants under the direct action of the plant growth regulator and microbial preparation, which eventually increased the competitiveness of the crop to weeds.

Succinate containing compounds possess many types of biological activity and are used for the development of drugs with the target and complex action. This paper is devoted to some aspects of the mechanism of succinamides’ action in a dose of 100 mg/kg. We studied the influence of the compound with antidiabetic properties, -phenylethylamide of 2-oxysuccinanyl acid ( -PhEA-OSAA), and its metabolites such as 2-hydroxyphenylsuccinamide (2-HPhSA) and β-phenylethylsuccinamide ( -PhESA) on the marker indicators of energetic metabolism (EM), antioxidant system (AOS) and nitric oxide (NO) metabolism in subacute experiment on rats. Studies have shown that the action of -FEA-OSAKA on metabolic homeostasis is realized through stimulation of EM, reduction of intensity of NO-synthase metabolism and weakening of the AOS. The nature of the action of -FES and 2-GFS, taking into account the indicators of the state of homeostasis, largely coincides with β-FEA-OSAKA. It was found that the key links in the mechanism of toxic action of succinamides are the effect on antioxidant potential, NO metabolism and energy processes.
