The article highlights the main results of research conducted in the Forest-Steppe of Ukraine on typical soils of the zone – dark gray podzolic coarse-grained light loam to study the productivity of sorghum grain variety Armida. The efficiency of seed treatment with biological preparation, mineral fertilizers, foliar fertilization and nitrogen fertilization during the growing season on crop productivity was established. The combination of these components provides an increase in crop yields. The fertilizer system, which provided for the introduction of N60P60K60, turned out to be optimal for sorghum cultivation. Crop productivity with this technology was 8,49 t/ha, and for sowing seeds treated with biological preparation – increased by 32%.The productivity of the crop increased by 30,6% and with complex application – seed treatment, application of N60P60K60 in the main and application of microfertilizer in foliar fertilization, compared to the option without seed treatment (7,74 t/ha).The percentage of grain of the main shoot, panicle and tillering shoots in the biological yield of the crop is determined. It is determined that the main panicle always has a higher percentage (62,8–70,4) in the formation of crop productivity. The growth of the role of the main shoot in the formation of the overall biological yield depends on the smaller number of side shoots.

The development of new methods for the treatment of autoimmune thyroid disease is an actual problem of endocrinology. The aim of research was studying of the cell-free effect biological product of cord blood with immunomodulatory properties "Cryocell-Cryocord " on rats’ thyroid function with AIT simulated at an early period of the study. Simulation of autoimmune thyroiditis was carried out by immunization with a suboperatively isolated human thyroid antigen in combination completing Freund's adjuvant on 30 adult male rats weighing 130 - 150 g. Correction was carried out by parenteral ingection of the "Cryocell-Cryocord". Hormonal research (determination of the content of thyroid hormones and antibodies to thyroglobulin (TG-AT) were effected by using standard test kits for enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay at early stages after exposure (7 days, 1 month). Statistical maintained of the results was carried out using the methods of variation statistics. It was used normal distribution to unpaired Student's test to compare indicators. The difference was considered significant at p<0.05. It has been shown the biological preparation of cord blood "Cryocell - Cryocord" has a positive effect with induced autoimmune thyroiditis. It has been noted the normalizing result of the effected correction on the thyroid function of animals in the early period of the studying. It has been proved after the introduction of the biological preparation "Cryocell - Cryocord" in animals with experimental autoimmune thyroiditis observed the inhibition of the manifestations of autoimmune aggression and the normalization of the functional activity of the thyroid gland. These investigations can be the foundation for the development of a new approach to the treatment of patients.

Studies to determine the effect of mineral, biomineral fertilizers and biological products on the content of nutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium) during the growing season in spring barley plants were carried out in 2015-2017 on leached heavy loam chernozem of Ulyanovsk region. The soil of the experimental site contained: humus 6.43...6.62 % (according to Tyurin), total nitrogen-0.26 % (according to Kjeldahl), mobile phosphorus and potassium-214 ... 228 and 101...117 mg/kg of soil, respectively (according to Chirikov), pHKCl – 6.3...6.8 (GOST 26483-85), hydrolytic acidity – 1.20...1.29 mmol/100 g of soil (according to Kappen). The scheme of the experiment included the following options: without fertilizers (control); Bisolbiphite (seed inoculation); N15P15K15 (regular azofoska); N15P15K15m (azofoska modified with BisolbiPhite); N7,5P7,5K7,5m (azofoska modified with BisolbiPhite in a half dose). We used a complex mineral fertilizer-azofoska in a dose of 15 kg d. v. per 1 ha of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium and a microbiological preparation BisolbiFit, which serves as a modifier of seeds and mineral fertilizers. The drug is based on a strain of bacteria of the rhizosphere Bacillus subtilis H-13, isolated from chernozem soil. Inoculation of spring barley seeds with a biological preparation was carried out 1...2 days before sowing (400...600 g/t of seeds), mineral fertilizer was treated on the day of its application to the soil (4 kg/t of fertilizers). As the studied crop, the variety of spring barley Nutans 553, zoned in Ulyanovsk region, was sown on experimental plots. Mineral fertilizers and biological preparation had a positive effect on the nutrient content of spring barley plants. Under the influence of the studied fertilizer, the nitrogen content in the green mass of barley increased by 0.09...0.30%, phosphorus − by 0.09...0.18%, potassium-by 0.25...1.10 %, in relation to the variant where mineral fertilizer and microbiological preparation were not used. As a result of the correlation analysis, a positive relationship was established between the yield of barley and the content of nutrients in plants during the tillering, tubing and flowering phases: with nitrogen (r = 0.78; 0.83; 0.75), phosphorus (r = 0.80; 0.42; 0.71) and potassium (r = 0.66; 0.59; 0.91). As a result of this research work, it was found that the use of the studied fertilizers and the biological product BisolbiFit positively affected the content of the main nutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium) in spring barley plants in all phases of its development.

In the modern agricultural production, the use of herbicides and other biologically active substances is an important part of the cultivation technologies of most cereals, including the grain sorghum. It is known that most preparations, including the chemical ones, can directly or indirectly influence the development of microorganisms in the rhizosphere of plants, but the nature of their effect on the microbiota of grain sorghum rhizosphere has not been studied enough, which reasoned the relevance of this research. Microbiological activity of the grain sorghum rhizosphere (hybrid Milo W) was studied during 2019–2020 under the treatment by the herbicide Citadel 25 OD (0.6; 0.8 and 1.0 l/ha), plant growth regulator Endophit L1 (30 ml/ha) and biological preparation Bioarsenal (800 g/ 100 kg). The analysis of the obtained experimental data showed that use of the studied preparations both separately and in different compositions had a stimulating effect on the number of grain sorghum rhizosphere microbiota, which was observed in its increase, especially in variants with the combined use of the herbicide Citadel 25 OD, plant growth regulator Endophit L1 and the biopreparation Bioarsenal (compared to the control the number of rhizosphere microbiota increased by 29.4–80.6% in average by groups).

The aim of this work was to study the relationship between the isolates of Bacillus subtilis EFS, Lactobacillus plantarum, Propionibacterium freudenreichii, Lactococcus lactis, and Strepto-coccus lactis, which have the potential for the development of a bacterial preparation that improves the safety of plant-based feed during harvesting and storage. The possibility of using the tested iso-lates as part of the association was identified by the drip method, which is high quality and most suitable for primary testing. The method involved direct joint cultivation of microorganisms on the surface of a dense nutrient medium and visual assessment of signs of suppression or enhancement of the growth of one culture by another. As a result of the study, the following types of interactions between microorganisms were identified: neutrality, contact progression, antagonism, and contact regression. For inclusion in the association, isolates that showed neutrality and contact progression to each other were selected. The corresponding types of relationships were characteristic of B. sub-tilis EFS, L. plantarum, P. freudenreichii, and L. lactis isolates. Based on this, six recipes were formed that are promising for further research in order to develop a biological preparation that helps to improve the safety of plant-based feed during harvesting and storage.
