The government has issued policies and programs to anticipate the handling of this pandemic, one of which is the Social Assistance Program provided through the leading sector of the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in the form of social assistance programs provided to the poor and communities that have a socio-economic impact from the corona pandemic. One of the programs launched by the government through the Ministry of Social Affairs is the Cash Social Assistance Program or Cash Social Assistance. The research objective was to develop a decision support system application for cash social assistance recipients (BST) with the Tsukamoto fuzzy method which can be used as a tool to quickly determine BST recipients. The several stages of work consist of; data collection, analysis, design and application design, implementation, and testing and evaluation. Based on the results of research and testing of the decision support system to determine BST recipients using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method that has been carried out by researchers, several conclusions can be drawn, namely: 1) Expert system application for finding BST recipients is an application based on rules for solving problems to determine BST recipients with a high degree of accuracy and is used as a reference for BST recipients for the government to determine the right target recipients to be selected, and 2) The results of the analysis generated from this system are the same as the results of calculations manually using the theory of the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method so that the accuracy of the results is appropriate with calculations obtained from the trial.

Decision Support System can be an alternative solution to determine the candidate's decision. Bantuan Pangan Non-Tunai (BPNT) are selected based on criteria determined by the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. BPNT recipients are conducted by the government to help someone who is less able to meet their daily needs.  The occurrence of errors in determining the eligibility of prospective beneficiaries is a major problem, based on these problems there needs to be an information system that can provide a valid BPNT recommendation and one of which uses a grouping method with the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) algorithm. System development using the waterfall method. The results of system implementation and testing showed that 90% of the system was following what was expected according to the results of the test with the system being built.

Vocational schools that have been licensed from BNSP to LSP P1 (first party professional certification institute) are schools that have been able to carry out their own competency certification exams for their students and later a competency assessor who will test and declare the eligibility of the students, competency assessors are productive teachers who have participated in and been given training by the government, in that training the schools choose from the number of productive teachers from each department to become competency assessor trainees in accordance with predetermined criteria so a decision support system is needed so there is no gap in the selection of productive teacher assessor training participants, a vocational school that has become a P1 LSP must have a competency assessor and is a requirement to be a P1 LSP. one of the solutions to the problem is the right one by using the Decision Support System (SPK). Decision Support System (DSS) can help the school in making the decision to choose the productive teacher of the appropriate assessor training and improve the efficiency of the decision. The Extended Promethee II (EXPROM II) is a development of the Promethee II method based on the ideal and anti-ideal solution. Promethee II itself is a method of making decisions on the function of preferences with problems through an outranking approach (ranking) or is a multicriteria analysis, comparing one alternative to another and calculating the alternative gap in pairs so as to produce an output that is alternative ranking based on the highest value.Keywords: Competitive Assessor LSP P1, SPK, The Extended Promethee II


Corn is one of the economic support from the agricultural sector which has recently shown a positive impact with increasing production from year to year, it has increased to 12.49% per year and is predicted to increase. Increasing corn production has had a very positive impact on economy, reduced imports and increased exports greatly helped Indonesia in improving the economy. Therefore the government strongly supports corn farming in Indonesia so that the government and farmers are aggressively looking for superior seeds for planting, with a faster harvest period and resistance to pests, a decision support system is made to select superior corn varieties with AHP method (analytical hierarchy process). In order to facilitate farmers in selecting superior and profitable types of corn. With this decision support system, it is expected that it can help in selecting the right and accurate corn varieties according to the farmer expectation.

Waru Village is one of the villages in the Bogor Regency area. However, the selection of recipients of the Hope Family Program (PKH) in Waru Village is still subjective/qualitative so that the process of receiving the Hope Family Program (PKH) in Waru Village is not accurate and has not been on target. This makes the need for a method that can manage data on recipients of the Hope Family Program (PKH) and produce a ranking from the calculation of weight for the selection of recipients of the Hope Family Program (PKH). In making decisions about recipients of the Hope Family Program (PKH), there is a Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method that can be used in quantitative problem-solving. With the SAW method, each criterion is compared with one another to provide results of recipients of the Hope Family Program (PKH) and provide an assessment of each recipient (alternative) of the Hope Family Program (PKH) in Waru Village. This study aims to determine the recipients of the PKH assistance program so that it can produce a decision on recipients of PKH assistance that the government distributes to the Waru village accurately on target.

The development of Indonesia's population at this time is very rapid so that Indonesia has many problems including poverty problems that occur in the midst of society. In dealing with these problems the government has a program with a form of social assistance known today as the Elderly Family Hope Program (PKH). In accordance with the Decree of the Director General of Social Protection and Security Number 26 / LJS / 12/2016 in terms of social assistance the Recipients are those that have been determined by the Director General of Social Family. As well as in the Distribution this assistance is distributed in four stages one Year. Decision Support System is a computer-based system consisting of several components, namely language system components, system components of knowledge, and problem processing system components that are interrelated with one another, in making decisions through the use of data. data and decision models in order to solve a problem. This paper describes the development of decision support system application to assist students who want to enter college so that no one choose the majors incorrectly. This application uses fuzzy logic method because fuzzy logic is very flexible in data which are vague and can be represented as a linguistic variable. The purpose of this application is to assist students to choose available majors at University Multimedia Nusantara which are appropriate with his/her capabilities. This application accepts five kinds of input values i.e. Mathematics, Indonesian, English, Physics, and TIK. Received input will be processed by the calculation of the system for decision-making and the application will generate output that shows how great a match for each majors. With this application, prospective students can find out where the majors that match his/her capabilities. This application has ninety nine percentage of match result accuracy. This study is to determine whether the characteristics of coffee flavor can be implemented into a decision support system. In this study, the problem is the difficulty in finding coffee experts with adequate understanding and knowledge of coffee. The purpose is to implement Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the characteristics of coffee flavor and to transfer the knowledge about the taste of coffee to coffee lovers. The expected results are to assist in making a decision support system application in selecting the characteristics of coffee, so that it can provide the advice to the common consumers who want to enjoy and the knowledge about the coffee itself as well.

Abstract - The role of telecommunications technology is very important, especially in changing people's lives. The development of technology in the field of communication and information can now be enjoyed by various layers of society, starting from the upper layer, middle layer or lower layer even though the results are not satisfactory. The research entitled "Decision Support System Determination of the best cellular card operator using the AHP method" aims to provide convenience for consumers who want to buy cellular cards from various telecommunications operators according to their needs and save on bags. (economical). The number of cellular card operators provided by telecommunications makes it difficult for consumers to make the right choice, according to the desired criteria. Determining cellular cards with the AHP method is the right method to overcome the problem of determining the best cellular card with many criteria offered by each operator. Dengue Fever is a disease that often attacks the community. Sufferers of Dengue Fever are increasing every year. In this case natural treatments are still widely found drugs that can cure Dengue Fever and Typhoid Fever (tipes), to produce which medicinal plants are good, and examples according to Dengue Fever and Typhoid disease (typhus) still experience trouble. To overcome the selection of the right medicinal plants, a decision support system was created using Fuzzy Logic, Fuzzy Mamdani using Matlab system test aids. The method used in decision making is the fuzzy method. The method is because the fuzzy method can be used in making multi-criteria decisions and quite well in solving identification problems that require many criteria. On the results of testing existing data obtained data by comparison between data and processes in the matlab application, the valid level of application testing is 94.4%. Based on the results of the test carried out in this study, the Decision Support System is expected to help the community to determine the symptoms that arise so that it can be known about the fever between dengue fever and typhoid (typhus) so that the selection of medicinal plants is appropriate and can be used.
