ABSTRACTThis type of research is an experimental study which aims to describe theeffectiveness of the cooperative learning model TPS-TGT type in mathematicslearning in class VIII SMP N 1 Makassar. The sample in this study class VIII.5 wastaught by cooperative learning model TPS-TGT type taken using techniques clusterrandom sampling. The data collected consisted of data on student learningoutcomes, data on learners' motivation, data on student activities during thelearning process, and data on student responses to the application of cooperativelearning models of the TPS-TGT type.The results showed that the score of mathematics learning outcomes of students inclass VIII.5 was in the high category with a mean of 80.15 and a standarddeviation of 9.79, completeness in classics was 82.5%, the average normalizedgain was in the high category, scores the average learning motivation of students isin the high category, the average gain normalized learning motivation is in themedium category, the activity of students in following the learning process is in agood category, and student responses to the application of the cooperative learningmodel TPS-TGT type are positive. In general, it was concluded that the cooperativelearning model type TPS-TGT was effectively applied to mathematics learning inclass VIII.5 of SMP N 1 Makassar.The results of the hypothesis test at a significant level α = 0.05 with the t-test showthat H1 is accepted which means that the cooperative learning model type TPSTGTis effectively applied to mathematics learning in SPLDV material in class VIIIof SMP N 1 Makassar.

This research is to prove whether the learning result of Student Mathematics with cooperative learning model of TPS type is better than the result of student learning of Mathematics with STAD type cooperative learning model on tangent material of circle. The population is the students of State Junior High School 1 East Cikarang. The sample was taken by using cluster random sampling technique from the population by randomized method, ie students of class VIII F and class VIII G as many as 60 students. The analysis test is done by normality test and homogeneity test. Normality test using Lilliefors test and Homogeneity test using Fisher test. While the hypothesis test using t-test. Based on the calculation obtained data that Lilliefors model of cooperative learning model type TPS Lhitung = 0.0954 and for Ltabel = 0.161 (0.0954 < 0.161) and for cooperative learning model type STAD = 0.1266 and for Ltabel = 0.161 (0, 1266 < 0.161), so it can be concluded that the cooperative learning model of TPS type and STAD type cooperative learning model come from the normally distributed population. Homogeneity test using Fisher test obtained Fhitung = 1.15 and Ftabel = 1.86 (1.15 < 1.86) so that TPS and STAD homogen. Hypothesis testing obtained thitung = 2.388 and ttable = 1.651. Because thitung > ttable then H0 is rejected. The conclusion of this research is there are difference of mathematics learning result of students using cooperative learning model of TPS type and mathematics learning result of students using STAD type cooperative learning model in tangent circle material in class VIII SMPN 1 Cikarang East Bekasi.

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in maths learning achievement between classes taught by cooperative learning model Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) type and class taught by cooperative learning type Numbered Head Together (NHT) in material sistim coordinat cartesius class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kediri 2018/2019 school year. Data collection techniques in this study are test techniques with instruments in the form of learning achievement test, learning implementation observasion sheets and learning implementation. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics. Hypothesis test of students' final ability (posstest) with t-test of two parties at a significance level of 5% resulted in tcount <ttable namely 0,020 < 2.030 which means that there were nothing differences in mathematics learning achievement between classes taught by cooperative learning model Student Team Achievement Division ( STAD) and classes taught by the cooperative learning model Numbered Head Together (NHT) in material sistim coordinat cartesius class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kediri academic year 2018/2019.

This study aims to find out the significant differences between students' mathematical understanding abilities that are taught using the Cooperative Learning Model type Auditory Intellectualy Receptition (AIR), Numbered Heads Together (NHT), and conventional learning models, and which learning model gives better results to improve students' mathematical understanding abilities. This type of research is quasi-experimental. The population in this study was class VIII 27 of Seluma State Junior High School consisting of 4 classes. The sample of this study was chosen 3 classes randomly, namely class VIII A as the experimental class I using the Cooperative learning model type Auditory Intellectualy Receptition (AIR), class VIII B as the experimental class II using the cooperative learning model type Numbered Heads Together (NHT), and Class VIII C as a control class using conventional learning models. Data collection on student mathematics learning outcomes in the form of tests consisting of pre-test and post-test. Data were analyzed using ANAVA and BNT. Based on ANAVA results, there are differences between students' mathematics learning outcomes in experimental class I, experimental class II, and control class. Based on the LSD test it was found that the treatment between the experimental class I with the experimental class II, the experimental class I with the control class, and the experimental class II with the control class there were differences. Auditory IntellectualyReceptition (AIR) cooperative learning model provides better results than the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type of cooperative learning model and Conventional learning model.Keywords: mathematical understanding ability,  AIR,  NHT, learning model

This research aims to produce physics learning material based on cooperative learning model type of Think-Pair-Share with mind map strategy that valid, practical, and effective to improve students learning achievement on optical instrument material. The development of learning material used the 4-D model and was tested in class VIII of islamics junior high school Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata in academic year 2015-2016 with One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The result of this research are: 1) Learning material developed has a valid category an average score 3,51; (2) Learning material in terms of a practical category in feasibility of lesson plans and the students’ activities in accordance with steps of cooperative model; (3) The learning material effective to improve students learning achievement; it were supported by the results of positive response of student’s toward learning as much as 83%; mastery study results showed an increase in the attitude aspect with high category, n-gain of knowledge aspect 0,81 with high category, n-gain of skill aspect 0,66 with medium category, and n-gain of mind map skill 0,67 with medium category. Based on the data analysis it had been concluded that the learning material cooperative learning model type of Think-Pair-Share with mind map strategy were feasible to be used in learning process to improve students learning achievement on science. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran model kooperatif tipe TPS dengan strategi mind map yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi alat-alat optik. Pengembangan perangkat menggunakan model 4-D dan diujicobakan di kelas VIII MTs Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata Pamekasan tahun ajaran 2015/2016 dengan one-group pretest-posttest design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) perangkat yang dikembangkan berkategori valid dengan skor rata-rata 3,51; 2) Perangkat pembelajaran ditinjau dari keterlaksanaan RPP berkategori praktis dengan skor rata-rata 3,61 dan aktivitas siswa sesuai dengan tahapan-tahapan pada pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS; 3) Perangkat yang dikembangkan berkategori efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, hal ini didukung oleh hasil respon siswa positif terhadap pembelajaran sebesar 83%; ketuntasan hasil belajar pada aspek sikap dengan kategori sangat baik, ketuntasan hasil belajar aspek pengetahuan menunjukkan peningkatan dengan N-gain 0,81, kategori tinggi, ketuntasan hasil belajar aspek keterampilan proses sains menunjukkan peningkatan dengan N-gain 0,66, kategori sedang; dan ketuntasan hasil belajar aspek keterampilan membuat mind map menunjukkan peningkatan dengan N-gain 0,67, kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS dengan strategi mind map layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi Alat-alat Optik.

This research aims to determine the completeness of the results of learning mathematics students VIII SMP Negeri B.Srikaton academic year 2017/2018 after applied model of cooperative learning type Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFaE). This type of research is experimental, with the design used is pre-test and post-test group design. The population in this study is all students of class VIII SMP Negeri B.Srikaton which amounted to 258 students. One class was taken randomly, that is class VIII.6 was 37 students as experiment class. The result of the research is the final score of the analysis using the t-test. The average score on mathematics learning outcomes is 81.57. Based on the results of data analysis with significant level α = 0.05 obtained tcount = 6.41 and ttable = 1.69 because tcount > ttable, then obtained the conclusion that the Application of Cooperative Learning Model Type Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFaE) on Student Learning Outcomes Mathematics Class VIII SMP Negeri B.Srikaton Lesson Year 2017/2018 completed significantly. he background of this study is the low learning outcomes of English students. Of the 22 students only 9 studentsreached KKM. On this basis researchers do research by applying cooperative learning model type NHT toimprove English learning outcomes. This research is a classroom action research conducted in SMPN 1 Inuman,the subject of this study is the students of class VII with the number of 22 students. The results suggest that thelearning outcomes of English have increased in each cycle. This is evidenced by: In the basic score of thenumber of students who reached KKM or complete is 9 students (40.90%), the UH I has increased with thenumber of 17 students (77.27%) and in UH II increased with the number of 20 students (90.90%). In the basicscore of the learning result of the students get the value of 51,25 with the low category, at UH I experiencing theincrease of learning result with the acquisition value of 65,76 with the medium category, and at UH II studentlearning result again increase with the acquisition value equal to 79,25 with high category.

The study aims at examining (1) the effectiveness of the implementation of Problem Based Learning (PBL) model using Open Ended approach, (2) the students’ learning result in mathematics who were taught by using PBL model with Open Ended approach, (3) the students’ activities in teaching and learning process by using PBL model with Open Ended approach, and (4) the students’ response on learning. The study is pre-experiment research with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The populations of the study were class VIII students at SMPN 33 Makassar of academic year 2016/2017 wich consisted of 10 classes. Samples were selected by employing Cluster Random Sampling technique and obtained class VIIIE as the research sample. Data were obtained by using learning result test instrument, observation sheet of students’ activities, observation sheet of learning implementation, and questionnaire of students’ response. The results of the study reveal that the learning result score of class VIII students in mathematics I sin high category, the mean 83.22, and deviation standar 8.549, the classical completeness is 87.50%, the mean of normalized gain is in high category, the students’ activity is in very active category, and students’ response on the implementation of PBL model with Open Ended approach is positive. The result of hypothesis test indicates that PBL model with Open Ended approach is effective to implemented in Mathematics learning to class VIII students at SMPN 33 Makassar.

This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK), which aims to improve the learning outcomes of mathematics through NHT type cooperative learning model in students of class VIII A MTs. Muhammadiyah conducted collaboratively between researchers and teachers of mathematics studies. In the implementation of this research, it is done by giving group worksheet and observation sheet of student activity using NHT type cooperative learning model after giving an explanation about Pythagoras Theorem material as much as two cycles that cycle I and II. After being given group worksheets then conducted the assessment includes assessment of test results of a cycle I and cycles II and group worksheet to students that is by applying learning model of cooperative learning type NHT. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII A which amounted to 20 students consisting of 15 male students and 5 female students. Techniques of collecting data in research are this observation and test. The data obtained were then analyzed. The results of the study showed that the implementation using NHT type cooperative learning model on Pythagoras Theorem material. the ability of students in solving problems on the material above has increased. With the increase of the average value of students in the first cycle was 43.45 and increased in cycle II 83.90. Improvement of student learning outcomes to mathematics learning using NHT type cooperative learning is good. This is indicated by the average value of group learning outcomes in cycle I 60.00 or being in the medium category and the average score of the learning outcomes of the group in cycle I 82.50 or in the high category. This shows the result of increased mathematics learning after conducting cooperative learning model of NHT type
