Riset with the title Effect of Work Motivation and Discipline and Leadership Style on Police Performance in Banyuasin Regional Police. The purpose of this study answers the problem formulation, which is first to analyze the effect of motivation, discipline and leadership style together (simultaneously) on the performance of the police in the Banyuasin Regional Police. Second, analyze the effect of motivation on police performance. Third, analyze the effect of discipline on police performance. Fourth, analyze the influence of leadership style on police performance. The design of this study is an associative type of research, which is to find out the relationship between two variables X (motivation, discipline, and leadership style) and Y (performance). The population of 462 people, with a sample of 82 respondents Banyuasin Police Personnel with an error rate of 10%. The F Test result states that there is a significant relationship between Motivational Variables (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Leadership Style (X3), on the Bound Variable, namely Police Performance (Y). T-test results of the three independent variables have a Sig coefficient value, namely that there is a significant relationship between Motivational Variables (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Leadership Style (X3), on the Bound Variable, namely Police Performance (Y1). The results of the multiple regression equation Y = 0.503 + 0.190X1 + 0.188X2 + 0.440X3. The three coefficients of the free variable are positive, this shows a positive linear direction (unidirectional) between Motivational Variables (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Leadership Style (X3), on the Bound Variable, namely Police Performance (Y). This study concludes first, work motivation, work discipline, and leadership style together have a significant effect on the performance of the Banyuasin Regional Police. Second, work motivation, work discipline, and leadership style partially have a significant effect on performance. Third, the leadership style contributed greatly to the Banyuasin Police Performance, while the lowest was the Work discipline towards the Banyuasin Police Performance (Y).

This study aims to analyze the relationship between motivation, competence, leadership, work environment and professional commitment to the performance of lecturer the Saint Paul Polytechnic Sorong by looking at the level of significance of the relationship between each variable. The population used in the study was the Saint Paul Polytechnic lecturer with a number of samples based on Harry King's Nomogram with 95% confidence intervals as many as 54 lecturers with sampling taken by Proportional Random Sampling. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and documentation studies. The results of testing the validity of 6 variables obtained 23 invalid items. The results of the correlation test found a positive and significant relationship between lecturer competency and lecturer performance and also between the commitment of lecturer work and the performance of the Saint Paul Polytechnic lecturer. While for the test results there is no positive and significant relationship found in the correlation test between lecturer work motivation and lecturer performance; between leadership and lecturer performance, and between the lecturer work environment and the performance of the Saint Paul Polytechnic lecturer.

The independent independent variables in this study as many as 89 respondents are determined by using saturated samples. To know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable partially, used t test. While to know the effect of independent variable to dependent variable simultaneously, used F test. The assumption used in the validity test is if R-count> R-table item is declared valid. The R-arithmetic shown in the table above, from each item indicates that R-arithmetic> R- table so the item is declared valid. Based on the validity test of the instrument of Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Competence on Employee Performance, all items are declared valid and reliability test results indicate that the instrument has high reliability. This means that the eligibility criteria of the Instrument of Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Competency and Employee Performance have met the criteria of good instrument requirements, that is valid and reliable. The result of regression analysis of Leadership Style obtained by tcount = 20,91 while ttable value = 1,988 tcount> ttable proved variable of Leadership Style influence to Employee Performance. Work Motivation regression analysis obtained tcount = 17.62 while the value ttable = 1.988 tcount> ttabel proven Motivational Work variables influence on Employee Performance. Regression analysis Competence obtained value tcount = - 06.85 while ttable =1.988 so thitung> ttable and proven variable Competence have a negative effect on Employee Performance.

<p>This study aimed to examine the alleged causality between the dependent and independent variables. This study is a descriptive research using survey method. Datan collected by using questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis to test the hypothesis. Engineering analysis will be determined by SPSS data analysis program. The result of the study were; 1) Leadership style has a significant relationship with the performance of officials local government in Gorontalo city. It is seen in the calculation of the product r correlation counted is 0.811 at the significance level (0.05), r table at 0,239 then count r &gt; r of the table so that we can conclude the existence of a significant relationship, while the relationship is based on arithmetic interval coefficient criteria r is 0.811, which means relatively strong relationship with the leadership style of performance in local government apparatus city Gorontalo relatively strong. While t is 0.957 and compared t table with a significance level of 0.044 (0.05) turns out t count&gt; t table with the sense of the hypothesis is accepted which stated the existence of a significant relationship. 2) Organizational Culture has a significant relationship performance in local government apparatus city Gorontalo, it can be seen that the calculation of the product correlation r counted is 0.922 at the significance level (0.05)r price table is 0.098 then the count r &gt; r table. It conclude the existence of a significant relationship, while the relationship is based on interval arithmetic coefficient criteria r is 0.922, which means has relatively strong relationship with the organizational culture apparatus as very strong performance. While t is 0.957 and compared t table with a significance level of 0.044 (0.05) turns out t &gt; t table. It means the hypothesis is accepted which states the existence of a very significant. 3) Relationship between Leadership Style and organizational culture have significant performance relationship in local government of Gorontalo apparatus city. It is seen in the strength of mastery skills and cultural organization along with the performance of the apparatus, comparing the r counting with r table it is known that 0.811 &gt; 0.239, the correlation both have strong significant relationship.</p>

This study aims to determine the relationship between the activeness of students following extracurricular scouting education with student discipline attitudes. This research is quantitative research. The research method used is the correlation with the type of product moment design. The population in this study were all high-class students who took extracurricular scouting education. Sampling using random sampling but the sample in this study the entire population because it is less than 100 then the entire population is sampled with a total of 57. The research instrument used was a questionnaire sheet. Prerequisite test data analysis using tests of normality, homogeneity and hypothesis. This technique is used to determine the significant relationship between independent and dependent variables by comparing r_calculations and r_tabels with a significant level of 5%. Based on the results of data analysis, the value of r_calculations= 0.66>  r_tabels= 0.266, which means that there is a significant relationship between activeness in scouting extracurricular education and disciplinary attitude. Furthermore, the significance test results obtained t_calculations = 6.8 ? t_tabels= 1.67303 means that there is a significant relationship between variables for the entire population with a contribution of 43.56% between the activities of joining extracurricular scouting education with student discipline attitude. It was concluded that Ha was accepted where there was a relationship between the activities of joining the scouting extracurricular education with the discipline attitude of high class students at 36 Primary Schools in Bengkulu City.

INTISARI    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan PT. ITRASAL yang dimediasi oleh Motivasi Kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian metode asosiatif dengan jenis penelitian  survey  yang akan mengungkapkan hubungan dua variabel, yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan sebagai variabel bebas dan Produktivitas sebagai variabel terikat. Data primer berasal dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan bagian Liquid Departemen Produksi PT ITRASAL, dan hasil diskusi dengan karyawan bagian tersebut. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode korelasi dan regresi linear. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai r untuk variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas adalah 0,557 dan nilai t adalah 8.951. Nilai r untuk variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi adalah 0,278 dan nilai t adalah 5,022. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap Motivasi. Nilai r untuk variabel Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas adalah 0,377 dan nilai t adalah 6,251. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas. Kata kunci : Gaya kepemimpinan, Motivasi kerja, Produktivitas karyawan  ABSTRACT  This study aims to identify the relationship of leadership style to employee productivity PT. ITRASAL is mediated by work motivation. This research uses the research design of associative method with the type of survey research that will reveal the relationship of two variables, namely Leadership Style as independent variable and productivity as dependent variable. Primary data comes from a questionnaire distributed to employees of the Liquid Department of Production Department of PT ITRASAL, and the results of discussions with employees of that section. Further data obtained were analyzed using correlation and linear regression method. From this research, the result that r value for leadership style variable to productivity is 0,557 and t value is 8,951. The r value for the leadership style variable for motivation is 0.278 and the t value is 5.022. There is a positive relationship between leadership style on productivity and leadership style have a positive effect on motivation. The r value for the Motivation variable on productivity is 0.377 and the t value is 6.251. There is a positive relationship between motivation to productivity. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi ternyata didominasi oleh pendapat yang menyatakan setuju yang menjadi angka mayoritas, yaitu sebesar 63% sementara yang berpendapat negatif dengan persepsi ketidaksetujuan atas variabel ini mencapain33%. Adapun variabel produktivitas kerja karyawan ternyata didominasi oleh pendapat yang menyatakan setuju sebesar 83%, sementara yang menilai negatif mencapai 17%. Sedangkan besaran pengaruh kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan, dimana berdasarkan hasil korelasi antara kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan adalah sebesar 0,719 artinya hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut kuat. Dan berdasarkan hasil uji signifikan didapat t hitung > t tabel atau 8,343 > 1.294 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel kompensasi dengan variabel produktivitas kerja karyawan. Sedangkan hasil uji determinasi diperoleh sebesar 51,7% dan sisanya sebesar 48,3 % diperkirakan dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.   The results showed that the compensation variable was dominated by opinions that agreed to be the majority, namely 63%, while those with negative perceptions of the disapproval of this variable reached 33%. The employee work productivity variable was dominated by opinions that agreed to 83%, while those with a negative rate reached 17%. While the magnitude of the effect of compensation on employee work productivity is that there is a significant effect, which based on the results of the correlation between compensation to employee work productivity is 0.719, meaning the relationship between the two variables is strong. And based on the significant test results obtained t count> t table or 8.3343> 1.294, which means that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variable compensation with the variable work productivity of employees. While the results of the determination test were obtained at 51.7% and the remaining 48.3% was estimated to be influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

This study aims to examine the effect of compensation, environment and leadership style on employee morale and performance through study motivation at PT. EX. This study used a sample of 95 respondents, namely employees of the production section of PT. EX. which is taken using non-probability sampling techniques from the population or production employees. The data analysis technique used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using the Smart PLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that: Compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on morale, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and employee morale. Leadership style has no effect on work motivation, employee performance and morale. Compensation and work environment have no effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation through work motivation, the environment has a positive and significant effect on morale through work motivation. In addition, motivation cannot mediate the relationship between leadership style and employee performance, and motivation cannot mediate the relationship between leadership style and morale.

This research was conducted to test the influence of promotion, price and brand image towards the use of service interest Bamita Java Studio Wagir Malang Regency, to know the customer's response to the promotion, price and brand image of interest in service usage in Bamita Java Studio, and to know how much the influence of promotion, price and brand image of interest in the use of services in Bamita Java Studio. The research used is a quantitative with a survey method. This type of research is explanatory. The population in this research is the consumer of Bamita Java Studio who visited within three months from October to December 2019. The data used is data managed by the Administration section of Bamita Java Studio. Sampling techniques used are accidental sampling. The analytical techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression to obtain a thorough picture of the relationship between the Variabel or the other variables. The t test result indicates that the significance value of each free variable is 0.036 for the promotion variable, 0.000 for the price Variable, and 0.004 for the brand image variable. While T values can be said to be significant when (T < 0.05), and from the statistical test results, the promotion variable has a signification value T 0.036 which means < 0.05, then Ha in the received and Ho rejected, so it can be said that the promotional Vatican is positive and significant to the interest in the service usage, for the price variable has a significance value of 0.000, which means that the Ha 0.05 Ho Interest in using the service, while the brand image variable has a signification value of T 0.004 meaning < 0.05, then Ha in the received and Ho rejected, and also can be said that the brand's variable effect is positive and significant to the interest in service usage.
