Purpose: This study aims to determine the role of big five personalities simultaneously and partially towards the tendency of hard adventure travelers. Research methodology: This study will also look at the five traits found in the big five personalities which tend to play a role in the hard adventure traveler. This research is a replication study of Kristin Scott and John C. Mowen with a quantitative approach involving 1,558 subjects with a purposive sampling technique. Big five personality was measured using the big five infentory scale, while the hard adventure type would be measured using a scale from Scott & Mowen. Data analysis of this study using multiple regression techniques. Results: The results showed that there is a role of big five personalities that is simultaneous towards traveler's hard adventure type of 7,6%, whereas partially openness, extraversion, and neuroticism trait had a role towards the type of hard adventure, where openness trait had the biggest role towards hard adventure type. Limitations: Based on the magnitude of the role generated in this study, there are still other factors that can influence traveler's decision making to choose the traveling type, so that these other factors are expected to explore more. Contribution: This research can be a reference in the development of tourist attraction marketing by taking into account visitors' personality types.

Decision making in buying a product is a difficult thing for consumers, because it really depends on the type of personality which belongs to consumers. Several studies explain that the personality type of big five is a variable that could influence decision making. The aim of this research is to explain the correlation between personality types of bigfive with decision making in choosing perfumes. The research population is perfume consumers in Pekanbaru Mall with a total of 400 consumers. Data were collected using BigFive Personality inventory scale and Decision Making scale. The sample was taken using accidental sampling technique. The analysis technique that was used in this research is Product Moment correlation test analysis techniques. Based on the analysis, there is correlation between Bigfive personality and decision making in choosing perfumes with a correlation value (r) of (0.839) with a significant value (p) of (0.035) (p<0.050). The hypothesis of this research is accepted, which means there is positive and significant correlation between personality type of bigfive and decision making in choosing perfumes. The effective contribution of BigFive Personality with Decision Making is 32.9%

Introduction: The aim of the present study was to investigate the predicting role of the big five personality traits in the four components of moral decision-making. Method: The population of this descriptive-correlation study included all the students in the University of Mazandaran. The participants were 384 students selected by stratified random sampling. In order to collect data, the Mini-IPIP, Ethical Sensitivity Scale, DIT-2, Moral Identity Questionnaire and the Moral Courage Scale were used. The data were analyzed by SPSS-24.Results: According to the results of this study, neuroticism was a negative significant predictor of moral identity and moral courage, extraversion was a negative significant predictor of moral identity, openness was a positive significant predictor of moral identity, agreeableness was a positive significant predictor of moral sensitivity and moral identity and conscientiousness was a positive significant predictor of moral identity, and moral courage.Conclusion: According to the results of the present study, it can be stated that different personality traits can predict different aspects of moral decision making.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the role of the Chairperson and Cooperative Manager in the preparation and application of Financial Statements based on SAK ETAP in cooperatives in the city of Palembang. This research is a quantitative study using data obtained from questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study was the Chairperson of the cooperative and the manager of the cooperative in the city of Palembang. The cooperatives studied were 203 cooperatives. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the role of cooperative leaders and managers had a significant positive effect on the preparation and application of SAK ETAP-based financial statements.Keywords : chairman, manager, SAK ETAP, cooperative

The current study tries to understand the diverse nature of relationship between personality Big Five Model (PBFM) and student's perception of abusive supervision in higher education institutions of Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa Pakistan. Data was collected in dyads i.e. (supervisors were asked to rate their personality attributes while student were asked to rate the supervisor behavior) through adopted construct. For this purpose, data was collected from three government state universities and one Private Sector University. The focus was on MS/M.Phill and PhD student and their supervisors of the mentioned universities. After measuring normality and validity regression analysis was conducted to assess the impact of supervisor personality characteristics that leads to abusive supervision. Findings indicate interestingly that except agreeableness other four attributes of (PBFM) are play their role for abusive supervision. The results are novel in the nature as for the first time Neuroticism, openness to experience, extraversion and conscientiousness are held responsible for the abusive supervision. The study did not explore the demographic characteristics, and moderating role of organizational culture, justice and interpersonal deviances to understand the strength of relationship in more detail way. <p>Abstract: The purpose of this research at finding out empirical evidence concerning whether clustering technique and vocabulary mastery are effective or not for the student to write recount text. The research methodology used is an experiment. The sampling technique uses random sampling at Private Vocational High Schools in East Jakarta. Data collection is obtained by testing their vocabulary mastery and writing skills. Data analysis to test hypothesis is two ways ANOVA. The research results conclude 1) There is a significant effect of the clustering technique on students’ writing skills with the value (Sig) being 0.000 &lt; 0.05 and F0 = 36.740. 2) A significant effect of vocabulary mastery on students’ writing skills with the value (Sig) is 0.000 &lt; 0.05 and F0 = 72.161. 3) There is a significant interactive effect of clustering technique and vocabulary mastery on students’ writing skills. With the value (sig) is 0.018 &lt; 0.05 and F0 = 5.921. Then all of H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted.
