In opening a new route, all airline companies in Indonesia need to get approval from the Ministry of the Transportation Republic of Indonesia. When asking an approval to open a new route, it becomes an important thing and needs careful planning. The national flag carrier of Indonesia, which serves a full-service product to its customers, has plans to open several new domestic and international routes in 2019. Like other Indonesian airlines, it also needs to submit its five-year business plan to get the Air Transport Business Permit (or Surat Izin Usaha Angkutan Udara - SIUAU) from Ministry of Transportation. This paper focuses on several high-frequency domestic routes from/ to Soekarno Hatta International Airport, such as Jakarta – Denpasar, Jakarta – Medan, Jakarta – Semarang, Jakarta – Surabaya, and Jakarta – Yogyakarta. By using both a combination of the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods in selecting the most suitable aircraft type, several criteria and alternatives were defined. 6 (six) important criteria in selecting the most suitable aircraft (Maximum Take Off Weight (MTOW), Cost per Available Seat Kilometer (CASK), operational performance, delivery time, fleet commonality, and additional benefits) and 4 (four) alternative aircraft types (B737-800NG, B737-8MAX, CRJ1000, and A330-300) that are suitable for those routes were defined. The result shows that the most suitable aircraft for highfrequency domestic routes is B737-800NG, which rank first in fleet commonality, operational performance, and delivery time. Then followed by B737-8MAX, A330-300, and CRJ1000. Thus, this study provides an illustration of aircraft type selection problem solving for known routes, which expectedly could help other airline companies in considering more careful planning in the future

The fisheries sector is one of the prima donna of Banggai Regency because the maritime and fisheries sector development is mentioned in the vision statement of the Banggai Regency Government. The purpose of this research was to determine superior local products in the sub-sector of the processing industry of Banggai Regency Indonesia by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach. This research aims to determine the superior local product in the fishery sector of Banggai Regency Indonesia with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach and supported by Expert Choice 11 software. The research was conducted based on several criteria such as production facility availability, market potential, human resource support, uniqueness, and economic contribution. The data were taken by purposive sampling method by considering the capacity and ability of respondents consisted of 15 SMEs stakeholders in fishery sector, 12 heads of division in Fisheries and Marine Affairs Department, and 7 academics in Faculty of Fishery, and 5 Faculty of Economics. The data were collected through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and indepth interview. The result shows that the priority of superior local products of Banggai Regency can be developed by the local government namely wild fisheries products (pelagic fish species). In addition, the emphasis in aspects of human resources and means of production facilities.

The increased rate of maize production in Indonesia is relatively slow, on the other hand, the need for corn as raw material for the food industry and faster food improvement. Still, demand for maize for direct consumption during the economic crisis also increased. This study aims to identify corn development strategy in Banten Province and formulate priority scale efforts for corn commodity development strategy in Banten province.  The type of this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, with the research location taken intentionally (purposive). The in Banten Province, then prioritize the strategy to improve and expand the marketing network in the form of fruit and corn processing products (corn kernels) through the program of local superior product introduction to outsiders of Banten Province. The priority of the fifth development strategy is to increase cooperation between farmers, processing industries, and traders with the government. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method with 52 respondents consisting of farmers, the processing industry, traders, and the government. Data analysis using Analytic Hierarchy Process and Focus Group Discussion. The result of this research is the alternative development strategy of 25 strategies which are all obtained through Focus Group Discussions and Analytic Hierarchy Process method, then get the strategy priority scale, the priority strategy to improve corn cultivation technique in Banten Province, then the priority of strategy improvement of facilities and infrastructure. The priority of further development strategy is to improve the quality and quantity of maize.

Power plants as electricity producers need to be maintained using monitoring performance and continuous improvements. Company management of power plant is difficult to make a decision for the continuous improvement, requires Performance Measurement Tools (PMT) to determine the performance of a gas engine power plant. PMT developed using Key Performance Indicator (KPI) that was defined through Forum Group Discussion (FGD) with different field of expertise in company and based on references and the weighting of KPI criterion that was developed by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). This study has developed the weight of KPI that the weight of each criterion which will be used as a reference is Rank 1 – Power Output (MW) – PO (70.81%), Rank 2 – Heat Rate (Btu/kWh) – HR (14.91%), Operating Ratio (%) – OR (8.06%) and Rank 4 – Capacity Factor (%) – CF (6.22%).

Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) is a well-known method which is currently used by many researchers all around the world. However, the problem lies where the steps are lengthy and consumes time. This paper does the purpose to share a method where Decision Makers (DM) can reduce error or any mistakes while manual compute. A MATLAB programming is develop and field of sustainable supply chain is use as experiment purpose. There is one out of four criteria need to be selected by using FAHP. The criteria are cost, quality, delivery time and supplier distance. Both methods are done simultaneously and the answers were recorded. The percentage accuracy shows 100% for every step showing there is no error and the answers are the same if MATLAB is applied. Final answers for both shows that quality is the highest criterion to be selected based on the weightage.

Through an active administration approach, the Local Living Security Commission (LLSC) has provided relief to protect the poor strata and reinforce the distribution of entitlements. However, the absence of a system to monitor operational performance makes it difficult to manage it efficiently. The purpose of this study is to find ways to strengthen and efficiently operate the functions of the LLSC through priority analysis of its operation. To this end, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was conducted based on the results of the focus group interview to derive priorities for the operation of the LLSC. The variables used in the AHP analysis included regional conditions, operational performance, organizational method, and network. The result of the analysis revealed, first, that the performance of the committee has increased due to a joint evaluation or verification survey conducted at the end of each year, second, that the creation of a budget for the organization and the operation of an independent LLSC is necessary, and third, that operational performance is the most important, followed by organizational method, network, and regional conditions. Therefore, a system for monitoring performance should be established to improve the operation performance of the LLSC. Additionally, it is necessary to establish an independent LLSC and secure the budget for each city and county. It should be possible to provide feedback on operations through regular priority analysis.
