Religious moderation is currently one of the most loved courses in the framework of religious harmony. Even now, Ministry of Religion has been launching the Religious Moderation House program in all Islamic religious colleges in Indonesia. This paper discussed the program of activities carried out by Antasari State Islamic University of Banjarmasin to support the government program by instilling the values of religious moderation in all new students. This study applied a qualitative descriptive method with content analysis techniques. The sample in this study were questions posed by Mahasantri during the Islamic and National Insights material every Saturday night at Ma'had Jami'ah UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. The results showed that there were seven themes that most learners’ attraction, namely 1). diversity and tolerance, as many as 91 or 24.53% questions, 2). Synergy and the Importance of Islamic and National Insights, 54 or 14.56% of questions, 3). Radicalism, Terrorism, Fanaticism, 48 or 12.94% questions, 4). Nationalism and Love for the Motherland, 35 or 9.43% of questions, 5). Islamic State and Leaders, 20 or 5.39% of questions, 6). Islamic law in inter-religious relations, 25 or 6.74% questions, and 7). Conflict and Blasphemy, 16 or 4.31% questions. Tolerance and diversity were the most frequently asked questions. Thus, although this lesson carried the theme of Islamic insight and nationalism, this learning tent to be a space for students to ask questions and discuss tolerance which was an important element or part in religious moderation.

AbstractSustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is a concept of sustainable development combines aspects of social, economic and environmental 17 sustainable development Goals where the first point is No poverty or no poverty. No poverty to be the first point in the SDGs indicates that all the Countries that signed the Document of the SDGs agreed to see the problem of poverty became a serious problem that must be handled by all Countries in the world. To eradicate poverty of course, every Country has her way each. Interesting things seen in the program which is run by the government of President Jokowi in terms of the alleviation of poverty by through education. The concept of no poverty by way of education is not a new thing.  This study uses the study of a literature review with a focus on the study of how the government program in the fight against poverty through education. This study resulted that the efforts to alleviate poverty through education has been run by the Government of Joko Widodo in the period from the first through the Indonesia Smart Program whereby in the year 2015 until the year 2019 poverty significantly decreased and the school participation rate (APS) is increased. In addition have implemented the goals of the first SGD is no poverty, the government of Joko Widodo also indirectly apply goals to 4, namely Quality Education in Indonesia Smart Program.Keywords : sustainable development goals; no poverty ;education; kartu indonesia pintar.  AbstrakSustainable Development Goals (SDGs) merupakan sebuah konsep pembangunan yang berkelanjutan mengkombinasikan aspek sosial, ekonomi serta lingkungan dengan 17 Tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan dimana point pertama adalah No poverty atau tanpa kemiskinan. No poverty menjadi point pertama dalam SDGs mengindikasikan bahwa seluruh Negara yang menandatangani Dokumen SDGs sepakat melihat permasalahan kemiskinan menjadi masalah yang serius yang harus di tangani oleh seluruh Negara di dunia. Dalam memberantas kemiskinan tentunya tiap Negara memiliki cara nya masing-masing. Hal menarik terlihat dalam program yang di jalankan oleh pemerintah Presiden Jokowi dalam hal pengentasan kemiskinan dengan cara melalui pendidikan. Konsep pemberantasan kemiskinan dengan cara pendidikan bukan merupakan hal yang baru.  Studi ini menggunakan studi literatur  dengan fokus studi tentang bagaimana program pemerintah dalam upaya pengentasan kemiskinan melalui pendidikan. Studi ini menghasilkan bahwa upaya pengentasan kemiskinan melalui pendidikan telah dijalankan oleh Pemerintahan Joko Widodo pada periode pertamanya melalui Program Indonesia Pintar dimana pada tahun 2015 hingga tahun 2019 kemiskinan  secara signifikan menurun  dan angka partisipasi sekolah (APS) meningkat. Selain telah menerapkan goals pertama SGD yaitu no poverty, disamping itu pemerintahan Joko Widodo juga secara tidak langsung menerapkan goals ke 4 yaitu Quality Education pada Program Indonesia Pintar.Kata kunci:  sustainable development goals; kemiskinan; pendidikan; kartu indonesia pintar.

In 2020, the actualizing of another Government program called Patriotic education of Russian Federation citizens has been fulfilled. The main subject of the program is school students, as the Analysis of their idea of patriotism provides us with a Great chance to evaluate the effectiveness of patriotic education in Russian Federation, as well as to find the dominating idea of a citizen in minds of the Youth. In this article, based on Data coming from a mass Survey of senior school students from Siberian Federal District, we define students ideas of patriotism, as well as forms of behavior, acceptable for a patriot, and finally, subjects and reasons for Russian patriotism development and establishing. It was found that the idea of patriotism among school students is quite stereotypical with explicit retrospective, militaristic and imperial tendencies. There is also a correlation between patriotic identity and national identity. Thus, the school students who identify as Russians are highly patriotic, while school students with local national identity are less keen to be patriotic, according to their own words.

     AbstractThe purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the Fisherman Insurance Government Program in Tanggetada District, Kolaka Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive type of research that provides an overview of all the problems regarding the implementation of the Fisherman Insurance Government Assistance (BPAN) program in Tanggetada District, Kolaka Regency. The results, discussion and conclusions of this study indicate that there are four critical factors that affect the success of the implementation process. The first is communication, where the socialization of BPAN has not gone well, because information about the BPAN program has not been distributed properly to all fishermen in Tanggetada sub-district. Second, natural resources, where there is no socialization budget incentive for employees or extension workers. The third disposition, where the implementation of the Fisherman Insurance Government Assistance program, from the service is not committed because they have not felt the benefits as promised to provide welfare for themselves and their families, there is no democratic nature of the implementer because there are still fishermen who do not get a fisherman insurance card. The fourth is the bureaucratic structure, where the Fisherman Insurance Government Assistance program has SOPso that the implementation has a reference, namely the service is expected to be able to cooperate in the issuance process and the fishermen's insurance claim process.Keywords: Fisherman Insurance; Government Assistance; Implementation  AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis Implementasi Program Pemerintah Asuransi Nelayan di Kecamatan Tanggetada Kabupaten Kolaka. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yaitu memberikan gambaran seluruh permasalahannya tentang implementasi program Bantuan Pemerintah Asuransi Nelayan (BPAN) di Kecamatan Tanggetada Kabupaten Kolaka. Hasil penelitian, pembahasan dan kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat empat critical factors yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan proses implementasi. Pertama komunikasi, dimana dalam sosialisasi BPAN belum berjalan dengan baik, karena informasi tentang program BPAN belum tersalurkan dengan baik kepada seluruh nelayan di kecamatan tanggetada. Kedua sumber daya alam, dimana dalam insentif anggaran sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh pegawai maupun penyuluh tidak ada. Ketiga disposisi, dimana pelaksanaa program Bantuan Pemerintah Asuransi Nelayan, dari dinas tidak bersikap komitmen karena belum merasakan manfaat seperti yang dijanjikan memberikan kesejahtraan bagi dirinya dan keluarganya, tidak adanya sifat demokratis dari pelaksana karena masih ada nelayan yang tidak mendapatkan kartu asuransi nelayan. Keempat struktur birokrasi, dimana program Bantuan Pemerintah Asuransi Nelayan memiliki SOP agar pelaksanaannya memiliki acuan, yaitu dinas diharpakan dapat menjalin kerjasama dalmam proses penerbitan dan proses klaim asuransi nelayan.    Kata Kunci:   Asuransi Nelayan; Bantuan Pemerintah; Implementasi

Uninhabitable Housing Assistance (RTLH) is a government program which distribute  to village office, it has purpose to improve the life quality of community. Poor people can life convenient with Uninhibitable Houses Assistence. Determination of social assistence construction of Uninhabitable Houses is going to do by relying on the intitution. The purpose of this research is creating a decision support system that can help to determine the appropriate poor people are receiving social assistence of Uninhabitable House  (RTLH) using simple additive weighting (SAW) method. It is used the creteria such as, the monthly income, the occupation, the total of burden, the condition of house wall, the condition of house floor, the condition of house roof, and the condition of bathroom. The result of this research is the beneficial system for receiver of Uninhabitable Houses.

This article was written with the aim of the implementation of gender mainstreaming is an important government program, this study aims to examine how the implementation of gender mainstreaming policies (PUG) in education programs. The problem is focused on the implementation of gender mainstreaming policies in education programs by the Education and Culture Office of Buru Regency because the initial data encountered in the implementation of gender mainstreaming is still limited to socialization and discourse but has not progressed to policy implementation. This research is a qualitative research, the source of data is obtained from purposively selected informants such as the Head of Service, Head of Division at the Education and Culture Office of Buru Regency, and the Head of SMP 9 Buru, and SMK 7 Buru who are considered to have knowledge that is in accordance with the research objectives. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique was carried out by source triangulation and technical triangulation. This study concludes that the District Education Office of Buru has not yet made or initiated legal regulations that support gender mainstreaming. On the other hand, the education office, which should be an institution that carries out mandatory affairs in the field of education, has not fully implemented or implemented gender-based policies so that it will affect directly related institutions or institutions such as schools and other supporting institutions in the education sector.

The data collection and distribution of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) by the Village Head is the implementation of the Central Government program in order to help ease the economic burden of the poor who are affected by the Covid-19 outbreak. The data collection and distribution of Village Funds is carried out through the respective Village Heads so that the assistance can be distributed smoothly and on target according to the goals that have been set, including in the District of Depati VII, Kerinci Regency. However, in its implementation, data collection and distribution activities are in the spotlight because there are discrepancies with the expected goals. Therefore, this study aims to further discuss the implementation of data collection and distribution of the Village Fund BLT Fund in the District of Depati VII, Kerinci Regency and the problems encountered in it.

Theoretical principles and history of study of eventful tourism, his classification, and also modern state of this sphere, are considered in the article. Progress of eventful tourism trends are analysed on Zakarpattia and it is set that during the last years there are positive tendencies in relation to their development, in particular: the specialized tour operators that offer corresponding tours and the new objects of eventful rest are opened appear. It is educed that Zakarpattia is extraordinarily rich in traditions and ethnic colour and has considerable advantages for development of eventful tourism, as here is considerable tourist-recreational potential. In villages and small towns Zakarpattia the most various and interesting festivals and holidays pass that, it is possible conditionally to divide into three groups-guilty, gastronomic and folklore. Lately large popularity was purchased by the tours of flowers on Zakarpattia. Eventful tourism is perspective on Zakarpattia, with inexhaustible resource potential, and the programs of festivals are saturated, original and interesting and profitable. They assist to socio-economic development of area, popularization of potential tourist resources among a population. Important pre-condition of organization of festival tourism is the timely informing and advertising of events, popularity to information about her and organization of her systematic realization. Most permanent festivals have own web-sites, on that there is information about realization and program of measures, tourist infrastructure, transport report. Forming of positive image of region and increase of amount of tourists is assisted by tourist-informative centers that accumulate information about tourist-recreational suggestions. Without regard to plenty of festivals international status is had only separate from them. Therefore, in order to attract the attention of tourists to Zakarpattia, it is expedient to create the government program of assistance and development of festival motion and distinguish the regional centers of festival tourism. Such regional centers can be cities that are selected on the principle of scale and the possibility of representation of an event. Such centers in the region can be Uzhgorod, Beregovo, Rakhiv, Mukachevo.
