Abstract: This study aims to determine whether there is influence of human resource development on performance in the Government of Murung Raya Regency either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this study is quantitative research is a research model that requires the existence of the calculation of the numbers, while the approach used is a survey approach that is research that takes a sample of the population and use the questionnaire as a basic data collection tool. The results of this study indicate that the development of human resources influence significantly and changes in the direction of the performance of employees in the Government of Murung Raya Regency.Keywords: Human Resources development, Performance, Murung Raya RegencyAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia terhadap kinerja di lingkungan Pemerintahan Kabupaten Murung Raya baik secara parsial maupun simultan. This study aims to determine whether there is influence of ability and job satisfaction on employee performance in Puruk Cahu Village, Murung Subdistrict, Murung Raya District, either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this study is quantitative research, which is a research model that requires the calculation of numbers, while the approach used is a survey approach, namely research that takes samples from the population and uses questionnaires as the main data collection tool. The results of this study indicate that the variables of ability and job satisfaction have a significant effect and the changes change in line with the performance of the employees of the Puruk Cahu Village, Murung Village, Murung Raya District. This means that if the level of influence of ability and job satisfaction is felt to be higher, then the higher the performance will also result.

Permata Finance Banjarmasin either partially or simultaneously. The results of this study indicate that intrinsic and extrinsic innovation have significant influence and change in the direction of employee performance of PT. Permata Finance Banjarmasin. With the change in the concept of human resources, paradigm shift is needed in activities to develop our human resources from now on. All the human resources development activities including education should be humanistic and be toward the cultivation of desirable attitudes and values, not just the instruction of knowledge and technology. In the knowledge information society, it became more important to raise the quality level of human resources. In the field of human resources development, the government should take a steering approach of indirect guidance through the operation of indirect incentive systems, to achieve the goals of the established plan(policy). In establishing an operating the system of human resources development toward the 21st century, several principles should be followed. First, human resource development should achieve a maximum of efficiency at a minimum cost. Second, diversification and characterization should be promoted through autonomy and decentralization in operating the system. Third, everyone should be given appropriate opportunities to fully develop their potential and show their abilities in the right place.

Kebijakan kurikulum 2013 yang dikeluarkan oleh Pemerintah merupakan upaya dari penyederhanaan pembelajaran dan adanya penilaian sikap dalam struktur kurikulumnya yang bertujuan agar peserta didik memiliki kompetensi sikap, ketrampilan dan pengetahuan yang lebih baik dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 di Kelas IVB UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik Kecamatan Driyorejo Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penyimpulan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pelaksanaan K-13 sudah berjalan dengan baik tetapi masih terdapat kendala dalam pelaksanaannya yaitu melihat dari efektivitas dalam pelaksanaannya belum  sesuai karena materi ujian nasional masih berdasarkan KTSP; terkait dengan efesiensi jumlah guru masih kurang; terkait dengan kecukupan dalam materi K-13 belum mendukung kompetensi belajar peserta didik untuk materi ujian nasional, terkait dengan perataan masih belum merata karena kelas satu sampai kelas enam tidak semua melaksanakan K-13, terkait dengan responsivitas yaitu adanya respon dari peserta didik maupun wali murid dalam pembelajaran yang mudah diterima dan terkait dengan ketepatan dalam pelaksanaannya sudah tepat sasaran kepada peserta didik. Simpulan dari peneliti masih ada kendala yaitu jumlah SDM yang kurang memadai, semua guru belum mendapatkan pelatihan, dan tidak sinkronnya materi UN (Ujian Nasional) dengan kurikulum yang berlaku. Disarankan sebaiknya dilakukan penambahan Sumber Daya Manusia atau guru (tenaga pendidik) dan ruang kelas, Sinkronisasi materi UN (Ujian Nasional) dengan kurikulum yang berlaku serta pelatihan guru yang dilaksanakan oleh semua guru.   Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013, UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik   The 2013 curriculum policy issued by the Government is an effort to simplify learning and the existence of an attitude assessment in the curriculum structure that aims to make students have better competency attitudes, skills and knowledge in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to describe the 2013 Curriculum Implementation Evaluation in Class IVB UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the implementation of K-13 has been going well but there are still obstacles in its implementation, namely seeing the effectiveness in its implementation is not appropriate because the material for the national exam is still based on KTSP; related to the efficiency of the number of teachers is still lacking; related to the adequacy of the K-13 material, it does not support the learning competence of students for the national exam material, related to evenness it is still not evenly distributed because not all grades one to six grades implement K-13, related to responsiveness, namely the response of students and guardians in learning that is easily accepted and associated with accuracy in its implementation is right on target for students. The conclusion from the researchers there are still obstacles, namely the number of human resources is inadequate, all teachers have not received training, and the material is not synchronized with the applicable curriculum. It is suggested that the addition of human resources or teachers (teaching staff) and classrooms, synchronization of National Examination (National Examination) material with the applicable curriculum and teacher training carried out by all teachers. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi pengembangan SDM pustakawan di perpustakan IAIN Kediri serta kendala-kendala yang dihadapi oleh perpustakaan dalam mengembangan SDM pustakawan. Metode penelitian dalam artikel adalah kualitatif, sedangkan sumber  datanya  adalah  data lapangan  yang  diperoleh  dari  pengamatan,  dokumentasi dan wawancara  dengan kepala  perpustakaan  dan  para  pustakawan  di  IAIN Kediri. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan SDM pustakawan di IAIN Kediri bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kepustakawaan pada aspek manajemen, pengolahan dan pelayanan perpustakaan. Mulai tahun 2013-2019 terdapat 29 kegiatan pengembangan SDM, kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut bisa dikelompokkan menjadi:  kompetensi manajemen perpustakaan, kompetensi pengolahan bahan pustaka, kompetensi IT, Kompetensi penulisan karya ilmiah dan Daftar Usul Penetapan Angka Kredit (DUPAK) dan Literasi Informasi, dan terakhir kompetensi soft skills.  Kendala pengembangan SDM yaitu: kemapuan pustakawan dalam hal dasar-dasar kepustakawanan sangat beragam,  Pustakawan belum menguasai aplikasi dasar sistem informasi, Pustakawan tidak percaya diri sehingga minim tindak lanjut, minimnya anggaran pengembangan SDM, dan perpustakaan tidak otonom dalam merencanakan kegiatan pengembangan SDM. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan SDM, Pustakawan, Perpustakaan This article explores the development of librarians 'resources in the library of IAIN Kediri as well as the obstacles faced by the library in developing librarians' resources. The research methods in the articles are qualitative, while the source data is field data obtained from observations, documentation and interviews with librarians and librarians at IAIN Kediri. The results of this study indicate that the development of librarians' resources at IAIN Kediri aims to enhance the competency of librarians in the areas of library management, processing and service. From 2013-2019 there were 29 human resources development activities, which can be grouped into: library management competencies, library processing competencies, IT competencies, Scientific writing competencies and Credit List Assignment List (DUPAK) and Information Literacy, and finally soft skills competency. Human resource development constraints are: librarians' competence in terms of corporate fundamentals, Librarians have not mastered the basic application of information systems, Librarians are not confident enough to follow-up, minimal HR development budgets, and the library is not autonomous in planning human resources development activities. Keywords: development of librarians 'resources, librarian, library

PT. Semacom Integrated merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang panel listrik. Perusahaan ini perlu mengelola data pegawai tetapi belum mempunyai sistem informasi khusus untuk mengelola data pegawai tersebut agar memudahkan dalam pengelolaan data, pengontrolan serta meningkatkan pekerjaan Human Resource Development, Pimpinan dan Pegawai. Teknologi pemrograman dan database sebagai media penyimpanan diyakini sampai saat ini masih sangat berguna dalam membantu menklasifikasikan data informasi. Pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah waterfall. Metode ini terdiri dari requirement gathering, analysis, system design, implementation, testing, dan maintenance. Adapun tools yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah System Operating 10 Pro 64 Bit, Notepad++. Sedangkan, database yang digunakan sebagai penyimpanan data adalah Xampp. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi kepegawaian. Sistem ini meliputi daftar pegawai, daftar SK kerja, daftar prestasi, daftar hukuman, surat kontrak, surat keterangan, surat perintah dan surat peringatan, dan lain-lain. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memudahkan Human Resource Development dalam pencarian dan pengelolaan data kepegawaian pada PT. Semacom Integrated.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of group investigation by sigil and The objective of the research is to obtain information about the effect of group cohesiveness and job satisfaction on productivity of the employee on Human Resource Development Agency of Ministry of Home Affairs. The research was conducted to all of employees on on Human Resource Development Agency of Ministry of Home Affairs by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 133 employees as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The research conclude: (1) there is direct effect of group cohesiveness on productivity. (2) there is direct effect of job satisfaction on productivity. (3) there is direct effect of group cohesiveness on job satisfaction. Therefore, to enhance employees’ productivity can be carried out by group cohesiveness, and job satisfaction.

Abstract—This research was conducted in 2018 to determine the opinions of prospective teachers about the usability of Web 2.0 tools in education. Quantitative research method was used in the research. The research was conducted in the spring term of 2018–2019. The study group consisted of prospective teachers studying at the faculties of education of the foundation university. 114 prospective teachers participated in the study. The data collection tool called Son The Problems of the Last Year Students of the Faculty of Education and Their Problems in Teaching Practice gelistiril developed by Aylin Demirhan and Meryem Yakut was applied to the teacher candidates. The data were collected by the researchers. The collected data were analysed using the SPSS program. To analyse the data obtained from the data collection tool, frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, minimum and maximum values, T-test and analysis of variance applied. According to the results of the study, prospective teachers’ opinions about the use of Web 2.0 tools are highly positive. It is thought that the students' ability to create content with active participation, support social interaction, and creativity in educational environments, and it is seen in the results of the research that the prospective teachers reported positive opinions. Web 2.0 tools are thought to have a positive effect on learning due to their rich content and may be useful in increasing the prospective teachers' communicative abilities with their common workspaces. Therefore, it is predicted that teachers' use of Web 2.0 tools in their courses will contribute to the development of prospective teachers. In addition, it is thought that the training to be provided by educators who have an important role in guiding prospective teachers and guiding them for a better education will enable prospective teachers to use Web 2.0 tools more frequently and efficiently.

The use of best practices and their lateral expansion as a benchmark is one of effective methods of “knowledge management (NK)”. Best practices of human resources development were collected (selected examples are listed below) from all 11 training centers annexed to the nuclear power plants in Japan and lessons were learned for possible lateral development for improving other stakeholders’ NK. Such best practices will provide productive information for designing their own human resources development strategies. Examples of collected good practices: • Exhibition of troubles and negative legacies: The actual machineries, equipment or components, explanatory documents or news articles of the past troubles experienced by themselves are effective to maintain and refresh the awareness and preparedness of trainees and other employees for recurrence prevention. The exhibitions are open to the visitors, too. • Experience-type training facilities: Off-normal conditions of components and systems are simulated for the staff practical training by the use of the facilities which provide an off-normal environment. Examples are: water hammers, abnormal vibrations and noises of rotating machineries, pump cavitations, pinholes, plumbing airs, etc. • Advanced simulators for operators training: Each electric company has its own simulators for training their own operating staff. These simulators are annexed to the nuclear power plants and used to train the operation staff by the experienced shift managers. The operation staff use the simulator for continually confirming the operation procedures and the plant behavior, etc. specific to their plants. Training for generic plant behavior and operators’ responses are mainly outsourced to the dedicated training centers run by the Owners’ Groups (BWR, PWR). • The SAT methods: The IAEA proposed SAT (Systematic Approach to Training) approach is applied to the training of the operating staff and the maintenance staff. It is structured in a flow of Job analysis ← Training program design ← Training material development ← Training ← Evaluation. • Training in real situations: An example is a trainee actually hung with a lifeline on a harness to learn a method of putting on the lifeline. On the other hand, the efficiency (availability) of the training facilities for maintenance work is very limited, because each electric company installs the training facilities individually. Experiences of ICONE-16 participants from other countries in improving the availability are of our interest.
