Abstract: This study aims to determine whether or not the influence of service quality on community satisfaction in Disdukcapil Office of Murung Raya Regency either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this study is quantitative research is a research model that requires the existence of the calculation of the numbers, while the approach used is a survey approach that is the research that takes samples from the population and use the questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The results of this study indicate that the services provided by employees Disdukcapil Murung Raya District to the public influence significantly to the satisfaction. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yaitu suatu model penelitian yang mengharuskan akan adanya perhitungan angka-angka, sedangkan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan survei yaitu penelitian yang mengambil sampel dari populasi dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data yang pokok. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pegawai Disdukcapil Kabupaten Murung Raya kepada masyarakat berpengaruh secara siginifikan terhadap kepuasan. This study aims to determine whether there is influence of ability and job satisfaction on employee performance in Puruk Cahu Village, Murung Subdistrict, Murung Raya District, either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this study is quantitative research, which is a research model that requires the calculation of numbers, while the approach used is a survey approach, namely research that takes samples from the population and uses questionnaires as the main data collection tool. The results of this study indicate that the variables of ability and job satisfaction have a significant effect and the changes change in line with the performance of the employees of the Puruk Cahu Village, Murung Village, Murung Raya District. This means that if the level of influence of ability and job satisfaction is felt to be higher, then the higher the performance will also result.

Permata Finance Banjarmasin either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this study is quantitative research is a research model that requires the existence of the calculation of the numbers, while the approach used is a survey approach that is the research that takes samples from the population and use the questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The results of this study indicate that intrinsic and extrinsic innovation have significant influence and change in the direction of employee performance of PT. Permata Finance Banjarmasin. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Public Service Quality on Community Satisfaction in the Marawi Family Office, Tiroang District, Pinrang Regency. The population in conducting this study were people with male and female gender, amounting to 1,342 family cards from three environments, the sampling technique used was the Slovin formula with the results of 93 people, taken based on cluster techniques. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, data collection techniques used are observation techniques, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data selection, data clarification, data tabulation, data standardization using the SPSS 21 application. Based on the research taken from the results of the questionnaire data processing, the recapitulation of the Public Service Quality variable with a percentage of 64 % is included in the "Good" category, while the recapitulation of the Community Satisfaction variable is with a percentage of 63%.

This study aims to determine the level of community satisfaction in the Population and Civil Registration Service at the Public Service Mall, Sidoarjo Regency. This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique using the population is calculated using the Slovin formula. Research sample of 100 respondents consisting of service users. data collection techniques using a questionnaire. In this study, using 9 elements of community satisfaction survey indicators and data analysis techniques. The results showed that the level of service user satisfaction showed good performance. The achievement value this time is 3.39 with the achievement of all elements of service quality. There are two elements that are still below the average, namely requirements with an element value of 3.27, and facilities and infrastructure with an element value of 3.26. Services that get less value are a top priority consideration to improve service quality.

If the customer is greater than acceptable level of service, the cutomer is not satisfied. Conversely, if an acceptable level of service greater than the expectations of customers, the customer will be satisfied. This means that if Bank BRI branch Fatmawati can improve service quality to its customer it will affect the level of satisfaction. In this research found evidence that, in terms of the creation of quality services, Bank BRI branch Fatmawati is one of the branches that participate to implement the established policies and service in accordance with the exiting service standard in the banking world. Amount of influence the determination of quality of service policies applied by the Bank BRI branch Fatmawati indicated by r2. r2 value only 45 % and the rest 55 % influenced by other variables not studied. Meanwhile, the variable relationship of service quality to customer satisfaction can be seen from the values r = 0,67. This shows the value of the correlation coefficient between the variables of service quality to customer satisfaction. This means there are strong relationships between the independent variable X (quality of service) to the dependent variable Y (customer satisfaction). Since r = 0,67 (67 %) greater then 50 %.

This research article examines the significance of the influence of leadership managerial abilities on the quality of administrative services at the Alauddin State Islamic University in Makassar, while the objectives of this research article are: first, to analyze the reality of the managerial abilities of the postgraduate leadership of Alauddin State Islamic University Makassar; second, analyzing the reality of the administrative service quality of the Postgraduate Administration at the State Islamic University alauddin Makassar; third, to analyze the significance of the influence of the managerial ability of postgraduate leadership on the quality of administrative services at the Alauddin State Islamic University in Makassar. The type of research used is survey research through a quantitative approach with the data collection tool used is a questionnaire, while the analysis used is the product moment analysis and correlation analysis. The indications for the results of this study are that: first, the reality of the managerial ability of the postgraduate leadership of Alauddin State Islamic University Makassar is in the good category (71.4%); second, the reality of the quality of administrative services at the Postgraduate Program at Alauddin State Islamic University in Makassar is in the medium category (65.8%); third, the managerial ability of the postgraduate leadership of the Alauddin State Islamic University in Makassar has a significant effect (16.5%) on the quality of administrative services at the Postgraduate Program at the Alauddin State Islamic University in Makassar

This research aims to determine the immigration office services providing services to the community and how much influence the quality of immigration office services on the level of community satisfaction. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. The population in this research amounted to 21613 people. While sampling uses the Slovin formula with convenience sampling technique so that a sample of 100 people is obtained. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires and literature studies. The results of this research are that the service at the Bengkalis Immigration Office has been well fulfilled based on the determination of the central government. Then the service quality of Bengkalis Immigration Office has a significant effect on the level of community satisfaction with a percentage of influence of 68.6% and the remaining 31.4% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract—This research was conducted in 2018 to determine the opinions of prospective teachers about the usability of Web 2.0 tools in education. Quantitative research method was used in the research. The research was conducted in the spring term of 2018–2019. The study group consisted of prospective teachers studying at the faculties of education of the foundation university. 114 prospective teachers participated in the study. The data collection tool called Son The Problems of the Last Year Students of the Faculty of Education and Their Problems in Teaching Practice gelistiril developed by Aylin Demirhan and Meryem Yakut was applied to the teacher candidates. The data were collected by the researchers. The collected data were analysed using the SPSS program. To analyse the data obtained from the data collection tool, frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, minimum and maximum values, T-test and analysis of variance applied. According to the results of the study, prospective teachers’ opinions about the use of Web 2.0 tools are highly positive. It is thought that the students' ability to create content with active participation, support social interaction, and creativity in educational environments, and it is seen in the results of the research that the prospective teachers reported positive opinions. Web 2.0 tools are thought to have a positive effect on learning due to their rich content and may be useful in increasing the prospective teachers' communicative abilities with their common workspaces. Therefore, it is predicted that teachers' use of Web 2.0 tools in their courses will contribute to the development of prospective teachers. In addition, it is thought that the training to be provided by educators who have an important role in guiding prospective teachers and guiding them for a better education will enable prospective teachers to use Web 2.0 tools more frequently and efficiently.

This paper presents the research and analysis process showing that transport system customers have a specific perception of service quality, as an indicator of transport system. Determining satisfactory level of service quality implies knowledge of travel demand and travel behaviour. There are a lot of elements that define the transport system quality. The goal of this paper is to identify the public transport system’s service quality elements that should be primarily acted on, in order to increase the level of service quality from transport system users’ (public transport users’ and non-users’) point of view, with minimal investment. The paper describes a specifically defined research methodology for determining service quality elements that should be primarily acted on, from the transport system users’ point of view. Methodology involves the use of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) which is upgraded with the state preferences analysis. Presented methodology, which is used to determine user perception of service quality, can be considered to be universal. This methodology can be applied in other cities, with additional research that must precede its use. The methodology was tested on transport system users in Belgrade.
