ABSTRACT<br /> <br />Utilization of information systems in the industry provides convenience in the management of<br />large amount of transaction data, to be processed efficiently and obtain accurate data. This<br />research focuses on designing and developing a tuna fish processing system from whole product or<br />loin product into frozen loin 30 Kg product. There are some step of system design, preliminary<br />study, system analysis, system design, system development, system development and system<br />implementation.The processing of tuna in PT Blue Ocean Grace International consists of<br />receiving, cutting, retouching, packing and shipping. The use of internal lot code, facilitate in<br />searching the source of fish, based on QR Code on loin label, the data input process becomes<br />faster and efficient. Through the utilization of fish processing information system, the company can<br />manage the transaction data and the user can make traceability of product related to supplier,<br />process date, and batch area<br /><br />Keywords: Tuna Processing, Information System, Traceability <br /><br />ABSTRAK <br /><br />Pemanfaatan sistem informasi dalam industri memberikan kemudahan dalam pengelolaan data <br />transaksi yang jumlahnya besar, untuk dapat diolah dengan efisien dan memperoleh data yang<br />akurat.Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada perancangan dan pembangunan sistem pengolahan ikan<br />tuna dari produk utuh atau produk loin menjadi produk frozen loin 30 Kg.  Tahapan perancangan<br />sistem terdiri dari studi pendahuluan, analisa sistem, desain sistem, pembuatan sistem, pembuatan<br />sistem dan implementasi sistem. Proses pengolahan ikan tuna di PT Blue Ocean Grace International<br />terdiri dari proses receiving, cutting, retouching, packing dan shipping. Penggunaan kode internal<br />lot, memudahkan dalam melakukan penelusuran sumber ikan, berbasis QR Code pada label loin,<br />proses input data menjadi lebih cepat dan efisien. Melalui pemanfaatan sistem informasi <br />pengolahan ikan, maka perusahaan dapat mengelola data transaksi dengan baik dan pengguna dapat<br />melakukan penelusuran balik tehadap produk akhir terkait supplier, tanggal proses, dan wilayah<br />(batch) tangkapan ikan<br /><br />Kata Kunci: Pengolahan, Ikan Tuna, Sistem Informasi, Ketertelusuran

ABSTRACT<br />Background of research is human errors in manual data recording, less accurate and data<br />searching requires several time, thus cause difficulties in traceability system, while traceability is<br />to collect product history from receipt of raw materials, processing, packaging until product<br />delivery to customer. The purpose of this research is to design, and develop information system in<br />fish processing to assist traceability of seafood product from receiving, processing until shipping<br />to customer. System have feature to print QR Code label to put in products, which is readability<br />through label scanning, in packaging stage and product shipments. Information label consist of<br />product information,, species type, grade, and weight, supplier information, processing date, and<br />fishing location. System design consist of feasibility study, data collection, system analysis,<br />system design, and development, testing and implementation. Through the summary transaction<br />module, fish processing can be traced from the beginning, starting from the stage of receiving,<br />cutting, retouching to packaging. The QR code stores information where input data is faster<br />through scanning. The use of internal lot codes, makes it easier to trace fish resources at each<br />stage of fish processing, which consists of the code of the fish catch area, supplier code, and fish<br />processing date.<br />Keywords: Traceability, QR Code, Data Management, Information System<br />ABSTRAK<br />Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah banyaknya kesalahan dalam input data manual,<br />ketidakakuratan dan pencarian data yang memerlukan waktu yang lama, kesulitan dalam sistem<br />penelusuran dimana penelusuran sebagai kegiatan mengumpulkan data riwayat produk dari<br />penerimaan bahan baku, pengolahan, pengemasan sampai pengiriman ke pelanggan.Tujuan<br />penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang, dan membangun sistem informasi pengolahan ikan untuk<br />membantu penelusuran produk perikanan dari awal sampai akhir. Sistem menyediakan fitur untuk<br />print label QR Code untuk ditempel pada kemasan produk yang dapat dibaca oleh alat pemindai<br />dalam pengemasan maupun pengiriman produk. Informasi label terdiri dari informasi produk,<br />jenis spesies ikan, jenis, grade dan berat, informasi pemasok, tanggal pengolahan dan lokasi<br />penangkapan ikan. Perancangan terdiri dari studi pendahuluan, pengumpulan data, analisa sistem,<br />perancangan sistem dan pengujian dan implementasi sistem. Melalui modul summary transaction,<br />dapat di telusuri pengolahan ikan dari awal mulai dari tahap penerimaan, pemotongan, retouching<br />sampai pengemasan. Kode QR menyimpan informasi sebagai kode untuk scanning tahap<br />pengolahan lanjutan, proses penginputan data lebih cepat melalui pemindaian maka data ikan<br />sudah otomatis tercatat pada sistem. Penggunaan kode internal lot, memudahkan dalam<br />melakukan penelusuran sumber ikan pada setiap tahap pengolahan ikan, yang terdiri dari kode<br />wilayah tangkapan ikan, kode supplier, dan tanggal pemrosesan ikan.<br />Kata Kunci: Penelusuran, QR Code, Manajemen Data, Sistem Informasi

In this modern era today, information technology had become a thing where the society have to be cultivated. The development of information technology was currently running very fast and played an important role in various ways. Computers were one of the important parts in improving information technology. This research aimed to design a tool to be able to assist students in obtaining information in an accurate and effective manner. The design of this information system used the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method which was a common methodology in system development and design. System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) had six phases, are namely: identification, initiation and project design, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. The design carried out were the design and normalization of the database, Entity Relations Diagram (ERD), and system design. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan dasbor pada pemantauan data transaksi penjualan di PT. Prima Labeling. Data pada sistem diperoleh dari hasil aliran informasi pengolahan data penjualan dan aliran data informasi pemanfaatan dasbor pada pemantauan data transaksi transaksi penjualan pada PT. Prima Labeling. Model sistem yang digunakan adalah UML yang mana pengembangan sistem penelitian menggunakan metode OOAD. Sistem informasi dirancang berbasis situs web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Teknik penelitian kualitatif, dengan mengumpulkan data-data dan informasi secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini pengguna dapat mengelola transaksi dengan mudah sekaligus dapat melakukan memantau transaksi penjualan pada waktu yang sebenarnya sehingga mempermudah proses pengelolaan data dan transaksi penjualan pada PT. Prima Labeling.   Implementing a Dashboard for Monitoring Sales Transaction Data Abstarct: Objective of the research is to monitoring sales transaction data at PT. Prima Labeling by implemented a dashboard. Data on the system is obtained from the results of the sales data processing information flow and dashboard utilization information of data flow monitoring sales transaction data at PT. Prima Labeling. System model used is UML where the research system development uses the OOAD method. Information system is designed based on a website using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Qualitative research techniques is applied by collecting data and information descriptively. Results of this research users can easily manage transactions as well as monitor sales transactions in real time, thus simplifying the process of data management and sales transactions at PT. Jamu Payung Emas Siti Fatma vepretty much mastered the markets, especially in the area of East Java. With the development of Jamu Payung Emas Siti Fatma industry, the required data processing system more regularly so as to facilitate the herbal medicine industry is in a store all the information related to the production. Therefore, it is necessary to do research on agro-industry system design information Jamu Madura. This research method using system development life cyrcle (SDLC) method.  Preparation and storage database, using a MySQL the programming language used is PHP and interface design was created using LTE Admin Template the editor is Sublime Text. The results of this study indicate that the design of information systems agroindustrial of Jamu Madura require ten entities are tables on leave, the employee table, the table stops working, the product table, table sales detail, table salaries, tables other expenses, entry table another table the bill of sale, and the table notes production. Each entity has a data type that has been tailored to the needs of data and linked with other entities that have relevance to make the system completely. Ten of these entities then designed and built the system up into four modules, namely modules personnel (containing sub-modules of employees, submodule salaries, submodule off, and submodule stops working), production modules (containing submodule products and submodule production records), marketing modules (containing submodules, and submodules sales note monthly demand), and the financial module (submodule contains other income and other expenses submodules). In each submodule, there are several actions that menu adds, edit, delete, and print so that users can monitor and control the company's system more easily.

Industrial Revolution 4.0 menyebabkan pelaku supply chain untuk dapat terus beradaptasi dengan teknologi agar tetap kompetitif. Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan bagi pelaku supply chain adalah dengan menerapkan teknologi IoT untuk membantu memudahkan pelaku supply chain dalam melakukan proses tracking dan tracing inventory. Dengan adanya IoT ini, seluruh pergerakan mulai dari proses penerimaan inventory sampai proses pengeluaran inventory dapat tercatat secara sistem online. Proses tracking dan tracing ini bertujuan untuk membantu mengetahui posisi dari inventory pada warehouse dan memastikan jika inventory dikeluarkan mengikuti aturan FIFO. Desain sistem berbasis IoT ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan System Development Live Cycle (SDLC) sampai pada tahapan desain sistem. Hasil akhir dari studi ini adalah desain sistem informasi yang menggunakan teknologi IoT dan QR code untuk proses tracking dan tracing inventory di dalam warehouse. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini, jumlah inventory yang kadaluarsa dapat menurun. Abstract[Information System Design for Tracking and Tracing Using QR Code in Warehouse] Industrial Revolution 4.0 causes supply chain player to continue adapting technology to stay competitive. One way for supply chain player is by implementing Internet of Things (IoT) for tracking dan tracing inventory in supply chain process. With IoT, all inventory movement and activity from inbound area to outbound area can be recorded by system. This tracking and tracing process aim to help determine the position of the inventory in warehouse and ensure the issued inventory is following FIFO rules. This IoT-based system created using System Development Live Cycle (SDLC) approach up to system design step. The result of this study is an information system design that uses IoT and QR code technology for tracking and tracing inventory in warehouse. Research conducted at the Office of Archives and Library of Padang Pariaman Regency aims to find out the data processing system library and data archiving. All data processing is done is still very manual by using the document in writing and there is also a stacking of archives on the service. By utilizing library information systems and archives that will be applied to the Office of Archives and Library of Padang Pariaman Regency can improve the quality of service that has not been optimal. This research was made by using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which is better known as waterfall method. The first step taken on this method is to go directly to the field by conducting interviews and discussions. This information system will be able to assist the work of officers in terms of data processing libraries and facilitate in search data archives by presenting reports more accurate, effective and efficient.

AbstrakBank Sampah Bantur Berseri merupakan tempat menabung dimana seseorang  menggunakan sampah sebagai tabungan dan sampah yang ditabung dikonversikan menjadi nilai uang. Sampah tersebut sudah ditetapkan harga oleh petugas bank sampah. Permasalahan pada bank sampah Bantur Berseri adalah petugas masih sering kerepotan dalam hal transaksi tabungan dan pembuatan laporan.Selain itu harga sampah dan jenisnya sering tertukar karena sering berubah. Petugas juga kesulitan dalam hal pencarian data nasabah serta tidak adanya backup data yang baik pada tabungan nasabah. Pada penelitian ini solusi yang diusulkan yaitu pembuatan sistem informasi pada tabungan bank sampah Bantur Berseri agar dapat membantu pengelolaan data transaksi nasabah sehingga adminstrasi lebih teratur, pencarian data lebih mudah dan arsip laporan lebih rapi. Pengembangan sistem menggunankan metode prototype.ttAbstract Bantur Berseri Waste Bank is a place to save where someone uses garbage as savings and the waste that is saved is converted into money value. The waste price has been set by the garbage bank officer. The problem with the Bantur Berseri garbage bank is that the officers are still often troubled in terms of savings transactions and reporting. In addition, the price of garbage and its types is often confused because it changes frequently. Officers also have difficulties in finding customer data and there is no good data backup on customer savings. In this study, the proposed solution is the creation of an information system in the savings bank of Bantur Berseri bank so that it can help manage customer transaction data so that administration is more organized, data search is easier and the report archive is neater. System development uses the prototype method.

An approach to an ontology-based information system design theory for spatial information system development is presented. This approach addresses the dynamic nature of information system development at the beginning of the 21st century and addresses the question of how to establish relationships between the various design components of a spatial information system. It should also help to automate and guide the design process while at the same time improve the quality of the process along with its outputs. An example of this approach is presented, along with examples of the various ontologies utilized in the design of this particular spatial information system. Finally, a method to mitigate the issues regarding the organization and management of a growing library of ontologies is discussed.

As science and technology have grown, the role and use of information technology has become important. In creation of the book activities on the campus of the Jakarta high school administration of information and computers that have been carried out each year, there are some problems with the data of the activities being carried out and the list of students who have followed the activities that have been carried out, so the certificates and schedule of the activities are ineffective and efficient. In constructing student information-support information system at the Jakarta high school for information management and computers muhammadiyah using Visual Basic (vb.net) as the language oh this program and mysql as database. The system development uses the waterfall model with the step-by-step analysis, design system, coding and testing, implementation and maintenance. The study produced a student’a educational information system that could facilitate the activity data input processstudents can be done quickly, accurately and efficiently. The built system may show student’s overall data, which consists of a list of activities, activity activity times, and activities that have been followed.

Abstract: To increase the competitiveness of a company requires information, including accounting information. With a good accounting information system, it is hoped that the results of physical process efficiency, data updates and accuracy will be achieved. The system design methodology in making the system goes through the stages (1) System Survey (2) System Analysis (3) System Design (4) System Development (5) Testing (6) System Implementation (7) System maintenance. However, with limited time and funds, the researcher completed the research to the system design stage in the form of standard operating procedures (SOP). As for the conclusion, it was found that the work was still inconsistent (same work but implemented in different ways), recording errors, process delays and poor quality.The system design model that has been prepared by the researcher for the Income Accounting Information System of PT Marci consists of the following procedures: (1) order receipt (2) contract agreement (3) work process (4) billing (5) recording. Keywords: System design, accounting information system, PT MARCI
