The experience of leading foreign and domestic companies, enterprises of veterinary medicine confirms the priority role of marketing as a mechanism for generalization and information modeling of the market for products for veterinary medicine and animal husbandry. Marketing organizes and manages the activities of enterprises for the production and sale of products, taking into account the processes and relationships that develop in the market. Market marketing information is a comprehensive knowledge of the market, which includes the study of factors without the knowledge and analysis of which the probability of making an unreasonable or positive payback decision is quite high. Therefore, manufacturers of products for veterinary medicine consider priority price information in the markets of different levels, the level of competitiveness of products and its range, on consumer inquiries. Important is the information for enterprises, market participants, on agricultural policy news, statistical reports on production, processing, sales of competitors' products and prices, commercial offers. In particular, the Agricultural Marketing Project with the support of APK-Inform (Andrushko, 2004; Yarmak, 2004) provides and provides the following information to product manufacturers, respectively market participants, namely: – information on prices that are formed in the product market; – analyze and forecast price trends and the development of the price situation in the market; – information about round tables, exhibitions, seminars, trainings that take place with market participants; – provide statistical data on production, processing, consumption of products, forecast expected changes; – information market participants about price offers from companies that produce or sell products; – information about legislative changes. Information support of marketing tasks is based on the use of both socio-economic and scientific and technical information. The peculiarity of marketing information is the need to study the characteristics of products taking into account the existing and future opportunities of the market, a comprehensive analysis of all its components. However, the use of business information in the management system of processes occurring in market relations, require improvement and modernization of methods of its collection and analysis. The lack of information needed to ensure the completeness of market research is not only because some important data are not collected, respectively, and not analyzed, but also not communicated to consumers. In modern conditions, the orientation of producers of products for veterinary medicine and animal husbandry to the real requirements of the market encourages a new assessment of information marketing links, which will contribute to the effective operation of enterprises based on balanced improvement of product quality, competitiveness, demand and cost haring at all stages.

The problem of ensuring high quality products in general, including for veterinary medicine, at this stage of economic development is perhaps the most important not only economic, sectoral, but also social component. Among other measures, an important role is given to information aspects of product standardization and quality management. In this important place is given to marketing as a mechanism of analysis and information support of the market of veterinary products. The essence of marketing is the collection, generalization and analysis of information about the market, products, their requests, assessment of the competitiveness of products, its range, compliance with standards in production, the effectiveness of advertising. This information allows you to track the strengths and weaknesses of competitors, the capabilities of their enterprises. The importance of marketing information is that it can provide data on the use of production resources, organization of supply of products in circulation, analyzes the potential of the market, including its share that belongs to the company, and assesses pricing, distribution and promotion. The practice and experience of leading foreign and domestic enterprises confirms the need for continuous improvement of information support for standardization and quality systems, which will contribute to better use of their resource potential and, accordingly, to ensure stable and efficient operation of enterprises.

This journal discusses the application of performance-based budgeting at the Bandung City Health Office. The budgeting process at government agencies currently uses a performance-based budgeting approach. This study aims to determine the implementation of performance-based budgeting at the Bandung City Health Office by looking at inhibiting factors in the implementation of performance-based budgeting, as well as knowing the steps that have been taken by the Bandung City Health Office in overcoming budgeting problems. The results of this study indicate the application of performance-based budgeting at the Bandung City Health Office has been carried out in a clear, relevant, economic, adequate and monitorable manner. However, the implementation is still not optimal, this is due to the lack of available budget, the existence of collaborative tasks with other agencies and the lack of information support provided by health workers. Barriers come from internally such as lack of available budget and come from externals such as changes in the economic and social environment that cause changes in prices and changes in disease patterns.

Abstract Introduction People with Parkinson’s (PwP) and their caregivers often report poor diagnosis experiences and a lack of information, support and control over Parkinson’s. First Steps is a two-day course delivered by volunteers with Parkinson’s, which aims to help those newly diagnosed and their caregivers face the future positively and take control of Parkinson’s. This study aimed to capture the views and experiences of participants and volunteer hosts of First Steps, and evaluate if it meets those aims. Methods Using purposive sampling, twelve participants comprising four PwP, five caregivers and three volunteer hosts were recruited. Face-to-face, semi-structured interviews were conducted, audio-recorded, transcribed verbatim and analysed thematically. Results Course participants found First Steps informative, supportive, and helpful in feeling more positive about Parkinson’s. Participants were reassured by the hosts having Parkinson’s, despite prior concerns regarding seeing people who might have more advanced Parkinson’s. Some found First Steps more relatable than other support services and reported that the course complemented clinician-led courses as the content was aimed at caregivers as well as PwP, with variation in information delivery techniques. Among the PwP and caregivers, two thirds reported a lack of control over Parkinson’s and some felt First Steps had improved their control. Hosts felt they had control over Parkinson’s and perceived their role to be both challenging and rewarding. Conclusions First Steps was perceived as a helpful course, offering information and support for those newly diagnosed and their caregivers in a positive and non-clinical environment. Volunteer hosts felt more control over Parkinson’s than other participants, but there was evidence that the course helped some experience more control. Suggested course improvements included: additions to the presentation content with more emphasis on taking control, and offering group follow up sessions. This will inform current expansion across the UK.

The article deals with the application of the system approach for constructing informationalgorithmic support for the pharmaceutical development of solid dosage forms. Information modeling of the life cycle of pharmaceutical drug development has been carried out starting from the stage of studying the active pharmaceutical substance and ending with the utilization of the drug. These models are built in the IDEF0 nomination. A generalized block diagram is presented that reflects, in its most general form, the iterative process of developing a ready-made dosage form as applied to the further transfer of technology. The basis of the system approach is QbD - "Quality planned in the development". To implement the QbD principle on the basis of the system approach, systemic set-theoretic models of information support of pharmaceutical development in the nomenclature of Melentiev have been constructed. A model for controlling the pressing process is also provided, which takes into account all the technological stages in the development of a solid dosage form. Functional models in the IDEF0 nomenclature of the technological process are constructed from the preparation of premises, personnel and components of the dosage form to the stage of packing and packaging of the finished dosage form. The construction of an informational intellectual control system for pharmaceutical development has been considered in detail with particular attention paid to the construction of a database of medicinal and auxiliary substances using the example of solid dosage forms. In Melentiev's bracket notation, the database of auxiliary substances necessary for the design of a solid dosage form is filled. The "Entity-relationship" model and the relational model for the database of medicinal and auxiliary substances have been constructe

In modern market conditions, knowledge of laws and regulations in the field of technical regulation allows managers and specialists of veterinary medicine to avoid unnecessary costs and risks in the development, supply and organization of production, greatly facilitates the preparation and completion of registration procedures in Ukraine and protects against inconsistencies in activities. Given the importance of this, the President of Ukraine in 2005 issued a Decree "On measures to improve activities in the field of technical regulation and consumer policy." For its implementation in Ukraine the Concept of development of technical regulation and consumer policy is developed. The purpose of the Concept is to create a modern system of technical regulation and consumer protection adapted to EU and WTO requirements, which will promote economic development, entrepreneurship, fair competition, protection of human health and the environment, consumer rights to quality and safe products, eliminate trade inconsistencies. In these conditions, national standardization is rapidly being established. Since 2005, the Law of Ukraine “On Standards, Technical Regulations and Conformity Assessment Procedures” has been implemented. Introduced a new type of legal document - technical regulations, and this significantly and targeted-specifically increases the level of requirements for all types of enterprises, including enterprises of veterinary medicine. The main requirement laid down in the technical regulations is the quality and safety of products. Quality is the absolute confidence of the manufacturer in its products at any level of its development, production and consumption. Therefore, a justified and cost-effective policy for veterinary enterprises should be to focus on advanced achievements in ensuring stable and competitive product quality. The technical regulation, as a normative legal document, directly and through reference contains mandatory requirements for the technology of production of products for veterinary medicine and animal husbandry, rules of conformity assessment, rules of identification, packaging, labeling, etc. These requirements are enshrined in the new Law of Ukraine "On Veterinary Medicine". It is also important that strict compliance with the provisions of technical regulations gives manufacturers the opportunity to assess and control the risks that are significant in terms of product safety, and to implement in the practice of the enterprise rules of good manufacturing practice. Regarding the completeness of the development of technical regulations that would take into account the specialization of enterprises, there is a need to continue research, summarize the experience of leading foreign firms, improve the mechanisms of their implementation in the practice of veterinary enterprises.
