The purpose of this study was to determine the distribution of plastic waste along the coast of Madidir, Bitung City. This type of research is descriptive quantitative using a survey approach that analyzes data spatially. The method of collecting waste is carried out in 2 ways, namely: the first way, the installation of points at 4 locations, namely at Madidir Weru, Madidir Uure, Madidir Unet, and Madidir Main which follow the coastline of Madidir. The second way, when point installation takes place in 4 locations where calculations, measurements and weights are also carried out directly on the coast of Madidir. Based on the research results, the plastic waste obtained starts from mineral drink bottles, straws, aqua glasses, etc. At 4 location points, it is known that the amount of plastic waste in madidir weru is 221 per piece, madidir unet is 172 per fruit, madidir madidir is 141 per piece, and madidir ure is 71 per piece. While the total amount of plastic waste along the coast of Madidir City of Bitung is 605 per piece. The results of the identification of the distribution of plastic waste along the Madidir coast of Bitung City can be seen as contributing to marine pollution.

Marine pollution has been common in Indonesian waters, including one of the hot issues that just happened is the discovery of plastic waste in the bodies of dead whales stranded in Wakatobi, Sulawesi. Marine pollution, in this case, garbage, is more often due to human behavior in littering. It also includes the possibility of fishing behavior. Fishermen in their work, it often takes days to go to sea, so they bring supplies, which are not uncommon to supply food into garbage in the open ocean. And also garbage or other pollution caused by fishermen. In maritime science, there are many conventions that regulate environmental concerns when humans are in the waters. These conventions are the basis for providing education to fishermen regarding environmental concerns.

The development of the world, especially in relation to the condition of the earth which includes nature and its environment, increases the time it experiences an increasingly dire situation. News about the occurrence of floods, smog that causes pollution, land damage and marine pollution due to uncontrolled plastic waste and garbage and various forms of environmental pollution have become news that is commonly heard and even tends to be considered wind. Earth's worsening conditions can no longer be underestimated. The condition of the earth will affect the continuity of human civilization in the future and the inevitable consequence is that today's humans are also responsible for the condition and health of the earth which will be passed on to their children and grandchildren. While on the other hand, religion, with its teachings that talk more about heaven, is accused of being the cause of all causes of damage due to human neglect of nature. This is where Ecotheology is expected to become a bridge to resolve this gap so that understanding of God and care for all of His creation are connected with the biblical explanation. This study aims to present the biblical idea of saving the earth and its contents, so that Christians can share responsibility for the management of the earth. As for the conclusion are: First, humans must return to the original concept of its formation, as guardians, preservers, managers of the earth with full power but not done arbitrarily. Second, saving the earth actually begins with a mandate for humans to protect their own race, the task of procreating and multiplying is the task of balancing the existing population, the task of balancing also includes being responsible for education for the next generations. Third, the laws in the Old Testament provide an important concept which until today can be a pattern for humans to care for the preservation of nature. Fourth, the concept of redemption carried out by Christ includes the restoration of the earth and everything in it and this restoration requires cooperation and awareness from humans to work for it.Perkembangan dunia, khususnya berhubungan dengan kondisi bumi yang meliputi alam dan lingkungannya, bertambah waktu mengalami keadaan yang semakin memprihatinkan.

The ocean and its marine resources play an important role in providing sources of livelihood to the Indonesian people. Indonesia is currently dealing with a major plastic waste problem, and this, in turn, also impacts the marine environment since the plastic waste ends up in the ocean. The issue of marine pollution is regulated under international conventions such as the MARPOL and UNCLOS, though none is specifically addressing marine plastic waste. Moreover, Indonesia has enacted several regulations to manage marine plastic waste, including Presidential Regulation Number 83 of 2018 on Marine Waste Management, and Indonesian citizens have taken an active role in reducing plastic waste. However, stricter and more specific regulations are needed as guidelines for the long-term strategy in handling marine plastic pollution in Indonesia, and proper analysis on the impact of such regulation towards the stakeholders and affected parties would be needed.

Abstract: Many materials for asphalt mixture are from waste that believed can be improved the pavement performance, such as stability and durability. The remaining polyethylene terepthalate type (PET) plastic waste which is used for plastic bottles of mineral water and second tires dust (STD) was the result of grated outer tires of the four wheels vehicle. The aims of this research is to determine influence of collaboration PET waste and STD into asphalt pen. 60/70 against Marshall test on AC-WC mixture. The first stages of this research is to determine the optimum asphalt content, then create the specimens without substitution waste and with collaboration substitution both of  waste additive  on collaboration percentage variations of PET 25% + STD 75%, PET 50% + STD 50%, PET 75% + STD 25% with Marshall test. From the research results obtained the value of stability without substitution those were 1602,84 kg and the greater results of stability value with collaboration variations obtained on percentage of PET 75% + STD 25% those were 1942,44 kg. The result of Marshall parameters value without and with collaboration both of waste such as stability, flow, Marshall Quantient, density, VIM, VMA, and VFB, still meet the requirements of Bina Marga specification (2014). The durability value without and with collaboration substitution were 93,82 %, and 97,13%. All of the durability value with substitution on waste percentage variation into asphalt had met the requirement of Bina Marga (2014), those were 90%.Abstrak: Banyak bahan material untuk campuran ke dalam aspal merupakan dari limbah yang diyakini dapat meningkatkan kinerja seperti stabilitas dan durabilitas. The management of marine waste is an increasingly complex issue facing the world today. Our study provides an interesting take on the issue of marine waste by examining how Indonesian indigenous communities can deal with plastic marine pollution. While there is an obvious need for mitigating plastic use, for effective legislative policies regulating plastic waste management, and to do more to develop sustainable waste management practices; there are also opportunities for indigenous communities to take an innovative approach by using plastic waste in a manner that drives economic development from both non-market and neoliberal theoretical ideologies. As part of this assessment, alongside Indonesian examples we include examples of plastic re-use by indigenous communities of the Philippines and Australia. Moreover, our study highlights some of the areas in which this is being done in the fields of art and infrastructure development.

Detailed ultrastructural analysis of fungal mitotic systems and cytoplasmic microtubules might be expected to contribute to a number of areas of general interest in addition to the direct application to the organisms of study. These areas include possibly fundamental general mechanisms of mitosis; evolution of mitosis; phylogeny of organisms; mechanisms of organelle motility and positioning; characterization of cellular aspects of microtubule properties and polymerization control features. This communication is intended to outline our current research results relating to selected parts of the above questions.Mitosis in the oomycetes Saprolegnia and Thraustotheca has been described previously. These papers described simple kinetochores and showed that the kineto- chores could probably be used as markers for the poorly defined chromosomes. Kineto- chore counts from serially sectioned prophase mitotic nuclei show that kinetochore replication precedes centriole replication to yield a single hemispherical array containing approximately the 4 n number of kinetochore microtubules diverging from the centriole associated "pocket" region of the nuclear envelope (Fig. 1).

Abstract Many children who use AAC experience difficulties with acquiring grammar. At the 9th Annual Conference of ASHA's Special Interest Division 12, Augmentative and Alternative Communication, Binger presented recent research results from an intervention program designed to facilitate the bound morpheme acquisition of three school-aged children who used augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Results indicated that the children quickly began to use the bound morphemes that were taught; however, the morphemes were not maintained until a contrastive approach to intervention was introduced. After the research results were presented, the conference participants discussed a wide variety of issues relating to grammar acquisition for children who use AAC. Some of the main topics of discussion included the following: provision of supports for grammar comprehension and expression, intervention techniques to support grammatical morpheme acquisition, and issues relating to AAC device use when teaching grammatical morpheme use.
