Recently, the industry of healthcare started generating a large volume of datasets. If hospitals can employ the data, they could easily predict the outcomes and provide better treatments at early stages with low cost. Here, data analytics (DA) was used to make correct decisions through proper analysis and prediction. However, inappropriate data may lead to flawed analysis and thus yield unacceptable conclusions. Hence, transforming the improper data from the entire data set into useful data is essential. Machine learning (ML) technique was used to overcome the issues due to incomplete data. A new architecture, automatic missing value imputation (AMVI) was developed to predict missing values in the dataset, including data sampling and feature selection. Four prediction models (i.e., logistic regression, support vector machine (SVM), AdaBoost, and random forest algorithms) were selected from the well-known classification. The complete AMVI architecture performance was evaluated using a structured data set obtained from the UCI repository. Accuracy of around 90% was achieved. It was also confirmed from cross-validation that the trained ML model is suitable and not over-fitted. This trained model is developed based on the dataset, which is not dependent on a specific environment. It will train and obtain the outperformed model depending on the data available.

Investment in stocks is one of the many options to invest. In stock investing requires a proper analysis and action so that an investor can invest according to their needs. One way is fundamental analysis. Fundamental analysis is an analysis method that focuses on key data contained in the financial statements of a company to assess the financial performance of the company. This research aims to design a process of fundamental analysis of stocks based on the analysis of financial ratios, methods of SAW and TOPSIS methods. Analysis of financial ratios generally include the liquidity ratio, solvency, activity ratios, profitability ratios and the ratio of the market. Fuzzy numbers used in the method of SAW and TOPSIS to provide effectiveness in determining the value of the decision matrix. SAW method used to find the value of the normalized matrix for each criterion and TOPSIS methods used to find solutions / alternatives based on the normalized matrix. Then the design is applied in the form of a ranking system based web application.Tests conducted with 60 financial reports in the period from 2013 to 2015 and is divided into 20 issuers. The accuracy of the test results using Spearman correlation ranking based on Springate models obtained the lowest value of 85.45% and the largest 100%.

Much of the research dedicated to recent political changes in Poland emphasises the conservative agenda pursued by the ruling Law and Justice party. Many of the articles briefly mention Ordo Iuris (OI). This non-governmental organisation, established in 2013, deserves a proper analysis as it presents a rare success story of an actor pursuing a pro-life agenda from Poland which is not officially affiliated with the local Catholic Church. Ordo Iuris is not only able to influence domestic socio-political dynamics but has also developed a capacity to act beyond Poland’s borders. This paper focuses on OI’s international activity with two goals in mind. Firstly, it shows how OI—with its narrative, methods and actions—fits into the broader phenomenon of the Global Christian Right. In this regard, the paper draws attention to the similarities as well as the specificities of this Central European NGO. Secondly, it discusses the consequences of entanglement in politics for Ordo Iuris’s agenda.

Abstract The purpose of this work is to select a rational concept of the transmission of the tractor being created on the basis of an objective quantitative comprehensive assessment of the considered possible design options. The object of research is the transmission of wheeled tractors of 4 and 6-8 traction classes and forest machines based on their chassis. Making a decision on the principles of building a transmission is an important stage that requires a proper analysis of known theoretical developments, production experience, competitors’ achievements, market conditions and other factors. The decision is based on the ranking of the options available for implementation of the object. It is advisable to support such a ranking with the results of an objective quantitative comprehensive assessment of the compared options. The key points in this case are the formation of a nomenclature of objective private performance indicators and the choice of a data processing method. The paper considers the issue of applying the method of expert assessments when choosing the concept of constructing a transmission and the type of transforming mechanism of a tractor. The algorithm of the method, initial data, and evaluation results are presented. The main solutions for the construction of the transmission of tractors of 4 and 6-8 traction classes have been formulated.

Hridroga (cardiovascular diseases) are the major causes of death globally, taking an estimated 17.9 million lives each year. In view of increasing incidence of cardiac disorders in the present era, there is a need to understand the disease more elaborately. Ayurveda has a unique approach towards understanding and diagnosing diseases. Diag- nosis must be done by proper analysis of presenting symptoms of a disease. By the thorough knowledge regarding these signs and symptoms, right diagnosis can be done before planning any treatment. Ayurveda has given utmost importance for diagnosis with due consideration of Lakshanas. Hritshoola (chest pain), Vaivarnya (cyanosis), Moorcha (syncope), Shwasa (dyspnea), Kasa (cough) are the cardinal features of Hridroga. By knowing the whole concept of Lakshanas, diagnosis can be done at an earlier stage. Keywords: Hridroga, Cardiovascular diseases, Samanya Lakshanas

Abstract: In engineering practice, the earth construction requires the compaction of the existing subgrade by improving the density and strength of the data. All types of earth structures, i.e., highways, pavements, etc., rest directly on the soil beneath them. The safety of these entities depends upon the strength/bearing capacity of the soil over which these are constructed. Therefore, a proper analysis of the soil properties and the design of their compression parameter become necessary to ensure that these structures remain stable and are safe against unequal settlements. To determine the suitability of any soil type for use as subgrade, subbase, or base material, one of the parameters generally used is the California bearing ratio (C.B.R.). The coarse aggregates available as a reinforcing material can enhance soil properties and increase its C.B.R. value. This paper will study the effects of coarse aggregates on the C.B.R. value, determine suitable size range of aggregates with their percentage, and their application for the earth structures. Keywords: Soil, CBR, Aggregate, Compaction, pavement.

The health of the brain and muscles depends on the proper analysis of electroencephalogram and electromyogram signals without noise. The latter blends into the recording of biomedical signals for external or internal reasons of the human body. Therefore, to obtain a more accurate signal, it is needed to select filtering techniques that minimize the noise. In this study, the techniques used are empirical mode decomposition and its variants. Among the new versions of variants is the improved complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise. These methods are applied to electroencephalogram and electromyogram signals corrupted by natural noise and white Gaussian noise. The obtained results through the use of the improved complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noises how the high performance that includes minimizing the noise and the effectiveness of the components of the signals used in the present research. This method has low values of the mean square error and high values of signal-to-noise ratio compared to other methods used in this study.

There are different theories about the nature of pseudo-incorporated nouns (PINs), which feature a non-specific, number-neutral interpretation. For a proper analysis it is crucial to take their anaphoric potential into account. This paper investigates if and how PINs introduce discourse referents, with evidence from Persian, and which theory matches this behavior best. We report on experiments in which the stereotypical enrichment of the number-neutral interpretation was systematically varied with two types of biases — towards a singular or a plural interpretation — and in the neutral case, when such a bias is lacking. The results of the experiments are compatible with Krifka & Modarresi (2016), which considers PIN objects as dependent singular definites (similar to weak definites) within existential closure over an event variable.

Protein and hydrocarbon metabolism disorder, along with the effect of carcinogenic substances is the most important factor of cancer formation. Acid-base homeostasis is of crucial importance for human health. Based on the majority of researches one may say that disorders of acid-base homeostasis can be related to acid-base transport systems in the kidneys, though it still remains a subject of discussion and proper analysis.
