Mapping land surface water bodies from satellite images is superior to conventional in situ measurements. With the mission of long-term and high-frequency water quality monitoring, the launch of the Ocean and Land Colour Instrument (OLCI) onboard Sentinel-3A and Sentinel-3B provides the best possible approach for near real-time land surface water body mapping. Sentinel-3 OLCI contains 21 bands ranging from visible to near-infrared, but the spatial resolution is limited to 300 m, which may include lots of mixed pixels around the boundaries. Sub-pixel mapping (SPM) provides a good solution for the mixed pixel problem in water body mapping. In this paper, an unsupervised sub-pixel water body mapping (USWBM) method was proposed particularly for the Sentinel-3 OLCI image, and it aims to produce a finer spatial resolution (e.g., 30 m) water body map from the multispectral image. Instead of using the fraction maps of water/non-water or multispectral images combined with endmembers of water/non-water classes as input, USWBM directly uses the spectral water index images of the Normalized Difference Water Index (NDWI) extracted from the Sentinel-3 OLCI image as input and produces a water body map at the target finer spatial resolution. Without the collection of endmembers, USWBM accomplished the unsupervised process by developing a multi-scale spatial dependence based on an unsupervised sub-pixel Fuzzy C-means (FCM) clustering algorithm. In both validations in the Tibet Plate lake and Poyang lake, USWBM produced more accurate water body maps than the other pixel and sub-pixel based water body mapping methods. The proposed USWBM, therefore, has great potential to support near real-time sub-pixel water body mapping with the Sentinel-3 OLCI image.

Jaya Launch Pad is a company engaged in educational services. It is undeniable that service sector companies such as Jaya Launch Pad also have a workforce whose work posture may be less ergonomic, which can lead to musculoskeletal disorders. Musculoskeletal disorders can be experienced by people of all ages. Therefore, this study focuses on work posture. This research occurred because of complaints experienced by staff. The number of samples used in this study was 1 person. This was influenced by the Covid-19 pandemic situation so that there was only 1 staff when the observation was made. The research method used was the nordic body map (NBM) to determine which parts of the body are experiencing complaints, and the rapid office strain assessment (ROSA) to measure the risk of injury due to the posture of sitting at a computer for 8 hours. The result is that the complaint assessment using the NBM questionnaire has a score of 52 (needs improvement at a later date) with 4 categories of severe pain, namely back, waist, buttocks, and buttocks. Meanwhile, the score from the ROSA table is 6 which means it is risky / dangerous so that it needs improvement. Therefore, a proposed condition is given in the form of a replacement of work facilities in the form of a work chair with adjustable height and adjustable armrests. This improvement is assumed to be able to reduce the level of staff complaints, and the calculation result of the rapid office strain assessment (ROSA) is 4 which means no risk so that this improvement is accepted and can solve the work posture problem of staff at Jaya Launch Pad.

The case in the metal casting process is when the metal is melted and then poured into a liquid metal reservoir and then poured into a pouring tool and then poured into a mold. In the process of pouring into the mold is still using manual equipment, namely by using wood which ends have a container such as a bucket ( bucket)) made of a mixture of white cement, brick fire sand and clay and the metal liquid pouring tool has a length of 1.5 cm, a weight of 5 kg with a diameter of 15 cm and a height of a container for liquid metal 20 cm does not include the load. If the pouring device filling with liquid metal, then the weight reaches ± 20 kg, with a weight of ± 20 kg the worker must pour the liquid continuously into the mold and at least each worker must go back and forth 6 times pouring metal liquid into a mold in a single combustion process. Based on the nordic body map questionnaire data as many as 8 workers felt pain in the shoulder and arm because the burden was born, resulting in workers often feel pain in the muscles of the arms and back. Because the wooden handle used to pour metal liquid is too slippery (exposed to sweat), so there is a need for improvement in activities. From the results of the above observations, it is necessary to design ideas for new work facilities. It expects to affect the improvements related to the position of the hand in the process of pouring liquid into the mold. Then the design idea needs to be done in the form of a casting tool that has been modified and can be used according to user needs and can be said to be ergonomic, safe, and comfortable. The method used in designing castings is quality function deployment and anthropometric techniques.

Introduction: Musculoskeletal disorders occur due to various factors: main factors, such as extortion of the muscles, repetitive activities, non-ergonomic working postures; secondary factors (pressure, vibrant, microclimate), and individual factors (age, years of service, sex, nutritional status, physical endurance, smoking habits, physical strength and anthropometry). The workers in the Injection Department at PT. ARPS mostly work with non-ergonomic working postures. The aim of this study is to analyze the correlation between age, nutritional status, and working postures and the complaints on musculoskeletal disorders among the workers in the Injection department at PT. ARPS. Metods: This study applies analytic observational method with a cross-sectional design. The sample is chosen by implementing simple random sampling with a total of 52 respondents. The data collection to measure the ratio risk level of the working postures of the injection workers is completed by using Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) measurement method, while Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire form is used to measure risk level of the disorder, and anthropometry measurement is applied to evaluate the nutritional status of the workers, such as their height and weight. The data are analyzed using Spearman Rho’s Correlation (significance level α = 5%). Results: The percentage of injection workers are <35 years old (76.9%), have normal nutritional status (59.6%), 27 workers (51.9%) have low musculoskeletal disorders and 19 others (36.5%) have low-risk postures. Concluded: That there is a correlation between age (ρ-value = 0.005), nutritional status (ρ-value = 0.003) and working postures (ρ-value = 0.036) and musculoskeletal disorders on the injection workers at PT. ARPS. Keywords: injection worker, musculoskeletal disorders, Nordic Body Map, Rapid Upper Limb Assessement, working postures

Musculoskeletal problems are problematic in Indonesia because manual work activities such as lifting, transporting, pulling and pushing are still being done. Pottery-making workers in the Kasongan are still doing those moves traditionally such as lifting, transporting, pulling and pushing manually. The purpose of this study was to analyze the risk of MSDs in the pottery making workers in Kasongan. This research was cross sectional design. The sample amounted to 78 workers selected using accidental sampling techniques. The instruments used Nordic Body Map questionnaire and Rapid Entire Body Assessment. Data analysis was using the chi fisher test. The results showed that the variables associated were age (sig= 0.000) and variables that had no relationship were gender (sig= 0.341) and work posture (sig= 0.352). The risk factor associated with complaints of MSDs is age, so to reduce the risk of the occurrence of MSDs, they can do physical activity or stretch muscles.
