Background: Health problems arising in the post-operation must be addressed immediately to speed up the recovery process and minimize surgical complications thereby reducing the length of stay in hospital. Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) interventions have been introduced to perioperative to reduce hospitalization days. Objective: this study aims to determine the effect of postoperative ERAS interventions on Length of Stay (LOS). Data Source: This systematic review was carried out in several international data bases published from 2010 to 2019 on Pubmed, Proquest, Google Scholar, and Science Direct which began searching on 01 to 31 July 2019. Method: a systematic review using the PRISMA checklist, then the research questions were arranged using PICO in the search for articles so that 11 articles met the inclusion criteria and then analyzed using CASP. Results: There were 7 out of 11 articles that had reviewed ERAS protocol interventions in the postoperative phase reducing the length of stay after the intervention was given and there were differences between the treatment group and the conventional group. While 4 articles were given early mobilization interventions which were part of ERAS in the postoperative phase there were 2 articles which after given the intervention also reduced the length of stay and the remaining 2 articles there was no difference in length of stay. However, the articles that have been reviewed are not known which items in the postoperative phase ERAS protocol cause a reduction in length of stay so that they become recommendations for research by looking at the effect of each item on the postoperative phase ERAS protocol. Conclusion: ERAS intervention in the postoperative phase reduces the length of stay. Keywords: laparotomy, abdominal surgery, colorectal surgery, ERAS, early mobilization, length of stay.

Abstract Restrictions on activities outside the home were imposed during the Covid-19 pandemic to minimize the spread of the Covid-19 virus. One of the activities outside the home that is often carried out is taking medication at a health facility. Children are an age group that is vulnerable to disease exposure. Many diseases that often occur in children, including diarrhea. One of the places prone to disease transmission is in health facilities, while children with diarrhea tend to be taken by their parents to health facilities. Therefore, there is a need for socialization about the handling of diarrhea in the pre-hospital phase or at home, so that children can be treated at home first if the conditions allow. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Mother's Smart Card, which is a simplification of the MTBS book, on knowledge in managing diarrhea in children in the pre-hospital phase. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a pre and post test approach with purposive sampling technique on 30 mothers. Maternal knowledge is measured from knowledge of diarrhea and its management. The results of data analysis using the paired t-test showed that there was a significant effect of the Mother's Smart Card on the mother's knowledge in managing children's diarrhea at home with a value of p = 0.000. This means that the Mother's Smart Card can increase maternal knowledge in the management of pre-hospital phase children's diarrhea. This result is expected that the Mother's Smart Card can be a reference in increasing maternal knowledge, and minimizing treatment in inappropriate health facilities that can be at risk of Covid-19 transmission. Stroke is a cut in blood flow to the brain, generally occurs due to rupture of blood vessels to the brain or blockage of blood vessels so that the supply of nutrients and oxygen to the brain is reduced. Stroke causes physical impairment or disability. The study reports that in the last 20 years there has been an increase in the burden of stroke in several European countries by 1.1 million per year in 2000 to 1.5 million per year in 2025. In most cases of stroke, it shows that stroke occurs from an accumulated pattern. life and habits of daily living a day. Stroke prevention efforts are also influenced by the knowledge and attitudes of stroke sufferers. This research uses descriptive analytic method with cross sectional approach. The total population of 30 patients with grade II hypertension was also taken as a total population of 30 patients. Data analysis using Chi Square test. Results: There is a relationship between knowledge and efforts to prevent stroke in hypertensive patients, which is the value of P = 0.000 where the p value is less than p (0.05). There is a relationship between attitude and stroke prevention efforts in hypertensive patients with a value of p = 0.000. As a suggestion: the research site is expected to provide input to improve health services, especially hypertensive patients who are at high risk of stroke. For further research, it is hoped that the research will be better so that the patient's knowledge about the relationship between the knowledge of stroke prevention in hypertensive patients in the neurological clinic of Kotamobagu City Hospital is even better. For health workers at the Nerve Police, they should be active in providing health education about the dangers and prevention of strokes. Keywords: Knowledge, Attitude, Stroke, Hypertension Patients
