This study aimed to know the effect of using the Systematic Thinking Skills in the collection of the fifth grade students in the eloquence subject. This study was performed in Al-Ma’amoon School for girls to be the field to apply the experience of the study. The sample consisted of (59) female students (29) students in the experimental group, (30) students in the standard group the Systematic Thinking Skills for the experimental group and the traditional way (standard) for the standard groupA statically comparison has been made by using T-Test in the following variables (age and the marks of Arabic language marks of the mid-year exam) and Kai Square in the parents education achievement. The researcher prepared and tested a collective dimensional test which is a multiple choices (30) itemsAnd the researcher treated her data statistically by using: T- Test. Test (Ka 2) Kai-square, and the equation of coefficient difficulty and the equation of the power of distinction and the effectiveness of wrong alternatives and kuder-richardson k.r-20. And the most important findings of the study is the presence of significant statistical difference a between the two groups, the experimental and the standard in variable collection for the benefit of the experimental group. Theresearcher recommended several proposals and recommendations.

The current research aims to design a proposed teaching model to improve the thinking skills of the students in the fifth grade of the primary and to know its effect on their achievement solving mathematical problems. The proposed model was used CASME, which means accelerating mental growth through scientific and mathematical education. Acronym to Cognitive Acceleration Through Science and Mathematics Education.This model combines two models: the CASE model and the CAME model, as well as the modification of some steps and procedures that help in the process of improving thinking and be compatible at the same time to the process of accelerating thinking.The sample was selected randomly  (62) students from the university mixed primary school, and the sample was divided into two, the first experimental group (31) students and the second group control (31) students, and the search tools were three, the first questionnaire for thinking, Second Pre- test and third Post-test, dimension It was sure to have psychometric properties, has been used Cooder Richardson equation 20,(t)test  for two independent samples and(t)  test for statistical samples interconnecting means, and the results showed .There were statistically significant differences between the pre and post test of the experimental group, as well as the existence of statistically significant differences between the post-test of the two research groups, both in favor of the proposed teaching model. In the end of the results, a set of recommendations were written.

The study was conducted to investigate the integration of electronic mind map within the Arabic vocabulary instruction for fifth-grade students at Jordan. The sample included two classes chosen by the available method from the fifth grade classes in two schools in northern Jordan. One of the classes (29 pupils) whom represented the experimental group; its members studied using the strategy of Electronic Mind map. The other class (30 pupils) represented the control group. The researchers used an achievement test, as well as a collective interview conducted with the experimental group after the post-test. The results revealed that the computerized mind map reinforced students' educational accomplishment in Arabic vocabulary, increased their concentration and created the instructive process more interactive fascinating and gratifying and continue to learn. The study suggested the acceleration of the integration of mind maps in the Arabic language in several education stages. The necessity to produce schools with internet and pcs particularly within the second stage and also to require advantage of specialists within the field of educational technology to attain the highest-quality lecturers.

This study aims to determine the effect of scrapbook media on students' creative thinking skills. The type of research used is Quasi Experiment using the Nonequivalent Control Group Design research design with a sample of fifth grade students at SDN 59 Rasalewi, Bima City. The instruments used in this research are test instruments and observation sheets. Analysis of the data used in the form of percentage analysis for students' creative thinking skills, N-gain test and t-test. The results of data analysis show that from 21 students the total number of students is 76.19% or 16 students get the N-gain in the very high category and 23.81% or 5 students get the influence in the high category. The t-test results show that tcount = 2.259 > ttable = 1.725 (significant level = 0.05) so Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of using scrapbook media on students' creative thinking abilities.

This study aimed at investigating whether or not there was a significant effect of using Word Clap Game on the vocabulary mastery of the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Banjar Jawa. The research was true experimental with Post-test Only Control Group Design. The population was the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Banjar Jawa. Cluster Random Sampling was assigned to select the sample of the study. The samples were 30 students at grade 5A for experimental group and 30 students at grade 5B for control group. Those two groups were determined by lottery. The experimental group was taught by using Word Clap Game and the control group was taught by using conventional teaching technique. The data were analyzed by using T-test through SPSS program. The result of the data analysis showed that students in experimental group performed better than the students in control group. It was proven by the result of the descriptive statistics that showed the mean score of the experimental group was 89,33 while the mean score of the control group was 84,67. The result of the t-test also showed that the value of the tobs was greater than the tcv where the tobs was 2,586 while the tcv was 1,672. Based on the findings, it was concluded that there was a significant effect of using word clap game on the students’ vocabulary mastery rather than using conventional teaching.

This study was aimed at investigating whether or not there was a significant effect of the implementation of Big Book as media on reading comprehension achievement of the fifth grade students. This study was conducted in SD Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja in the form of an experimental research with post-Test only Control Group Design. The population was the fifth grade in which two classes were selected as the sample of the study. Then, the samples were decided as the experimental group and control group by using lottery. The experimental group was taught by using Big Book as media and the control group was taught by using conventional media. The data were analyzed by using t-test through SPSS 17.0. The result of the data analysis showed that students in experimental group performed better than the students in the control group. It was proven by the result of the descriptive statistics that showed the mean score of the experimental group was 85.51 while the mean score of the control group was 75.56. The result of the t-test also showed that the value of Sig (2-tailed) 0.000 was less than 0.05. It can be concluded that there was a significant difference of reading comprehension achievement between students treated with big book as media and those treated using conventional media at fifth grade of elementary school in SD Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja.

The aim of this study was to find out whether it was effective or not to teach English vocabulary by using guessing game to the fifth grade students of Elementary school 117 Palembang. The population of this study was all the students of elementary school 117 Palembang in the academic year of 2016/2017 with the total number of students was 205. Meanwhile, the sample of the study was taken convenience sampling method. There were 40 students who were classified as the control group and 40 students who were classified as experimental group. The method of the study was quasi experimental method. In collecting the data, the researcher gave a test. In analyzing the data, the researcher used student’s individual score, conversion score range, and t-test. Based on findings, independent sample t-test indicated that value of t-obtained was 5.046 at significant level p>0.005 for two-tailed test t-table is 1.9908. It was concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. It is clear that teaching English vocabulary by using guessing game was effective to the fifth grade students of Elementary school 117 Palembang.

This research aims to find out the effect of the cooperative problem-based learning on the improvement of the critical thinking and interpersonal intelligence of the fifth-grade students. This research was a quasi-experiment with the pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects were all fifth-grade students of SDN Liang Anggang 1, Pandahan 1, and Pandahan 2, Bati-Bati District of South Kalimantan in the second semester of the academic year 2015/2016. Data collection techniques that used were test and scale technique. The test was used to find out the critical thinking and the scale were used to find out the interpersonal intelligence.The hypothesis was tested using t-test and MANOVA with 0.05 significant levels. The result of this research shows that the use of the cooperative problem-based learning model in natural science teaching is effective in improving critical thinking and interpersonal intelligence of the fifth-grade students. Based on the result of t-test in posttest, the experimental I and II with control group show that the sig. < 0.05 and the result of the MANOVA in the experimental I and II with control group show that the significant value 0.000 ˂ 0.05.

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to describe the implementation of activities based learning to facilitate students' creative thinking skills and mastery of concepts. Samples were fifth grade students at SDN Babat Jerawat II Surabaya and fifth grade students at SDN Rangkah VII Surabaya. The topic used in this study is Human Organs and Animals. Research conducted the academic year 2016/2017. This type of research is quasi experiment. The research design was pretest-posttest control group design. The instrument used in this study include: 1) observation sheet implementation of learning; 2) student activity observation sheet; 3) creative skills test instruments; and 4) the test instrument mastery of concepts. Data analysis technique using inferential analysis to determine the differences in the test results of creative thinking skills and mastery of concepts between the experimental group and the control group using t-test analysis. Based on the results of t-test results obtained significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 for creative thinking skills tests. As for the concept mastery test results obtained significance value of 0.020 < 0.05. From the test results of t-tests, we can conclude that there are significant differences between creative thinking skills and mastery of concepts in the control group (instead of activities based learning) and experiment group (activities based learning).Keywords: Concept Mastery, Creative Thinking Skills, Students Activities Based Learning.  ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasian pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis aktivitas siswa untuk melatih keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan penguasaan konsep. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V di SDN Babat Jerawat II Surabaya dan siswa kelas V di SDN Rangkah VII Surabaya. Adapun materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Tema Organ Tubuh Manusia dan Hewan. Penelitian dilaksanakan tahun ajaran 2016/2017.  Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi: 1) lembar pengamatan pelaksanaan pembelajaran; 2) lembar pengamatan aktivitas siswa; 3) instrumen tes keterampilan kreatif; dan 4) instrumen tes penguasaan konsep. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis inferensial untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan hasil tes keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan penguasaan konsep antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol menggunakan analisis uji t-tes. Berdasarkan hasil  uji t-tes diperoleh hasil nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 untuk tes keterampilan berpikir kreatif, sedangkan untuk tes penguasaan konsep diperoleh hasil nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,020 <  0,05. Dari hasil  uji t-tes tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan penguasaan konsep pada kelompok kontrol (pendekatan pembelajaran bukan berbasis aktivitas siswa) dan kelompok eksperimen (pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis aktivitas siswa). Kata Kunci: Keterampilan Berpikir Kreatif, Pembelajaran Berbasis Aktivitas Siswa, Penguasaan Konsep.

The aims of this research are to find out (1) the differences of the use of video and random cards with pictures and worksheets on the skill of writing experience-story of fifth grade students of SD Negeri Panggang; (2) the effectiveness of the use of video and random cards compared to the pictures and worksheets on the skill of writing experience-story of fifth grade students of SD Negeri Panggang.The research approach is quantitative and the method is quasi-experimental with pretest and posttest. Based on the results of the calculation of the t-test, the score of posttest on the experimental group and the control group is 2.193 with df=38 obtained p=0.035 which are less than 5% (p <0.05). The t-test results showed that there was the difference between the skills of writing experience-story from the experimental group that uses video and random cards with pictures and worksheets. Gain score showed the differences in the level of per cent (t = 2.895; P <0.05) (t = 2.895; 0.006 <0.05). The results showed that video has more effective effects than random cards with pictures and worksheets on improving the skills of writing experience story of fifth-grade students of SD Negeri Panggang.
