This study empirically examined the relationship between digital interactions on students purchase decision. Survey research design was employed in the study. The population of interest was 9,743 students, with a sample size of 370 students. Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient were used for analysis with the aid of Statistics Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20. The study finds that digital interaction strategies significantly influences students purchase decision in varying degrees. It was therefore recommended that e-tailing industry should research into the digital interaction needs of the students and take advantage of its use in order to effect their purchase decision positively. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between location and the decision to purchase a subsidy at PT. Graha Estetika Property Bengkulu and to find out the relationship of promotion with the decision to purchase a subsidized house at PT. Graha Estetika Property Bengkulu. The method of analysis uses Spearman rank correlation and hypothesis testing. Spearman rank correlation coefficient on location relationship (X1) with subsidized house purchase decision (Y) at PT. The Bengkel Property Aesthetic Graha is known that the value of rho count = 0.85 means the relationship between the location and the decision to purchase a subsidy at PT. Bengkulu's Graha Estetika Property is very strong, because the correlation value is in the coefficient interval of 0.800 - 1,000. The value of the Spearman rank correlation coefficient on the relationship of promotion (X2) with the decision to purchase a subsidized house (Y) at PT. Bengkel Property Aesthetic Graha is known the value of rho count = 0.68 the meaning of the promotion relationship with the purchase of a house subsidy decision at PT. Bengkulu's Graha Aesthetic Property is strong, because the correlation value is in the coefficient interval of 0.600 - 799.

This research was designed to study the relationship between interactional justice and employees’ commitment to supervisor in Nigerian health sector. A self-administered survey questionnaire was sent out to a sample size of 103 employees, resulting in 99 responses out of which 13 copies of the questionnaire were not statistically usable. The Spearman rank correlation coefficient was used for data analysis, and our findings reveal that employees who have received fair informational and interpersonal treatments commit themselves to their supervisors. We discovered that the degree of influence exerted by interpersonal justice on employees’ commitment to supervisor was stronger than that of informational justice. We concluded that employees attach themselves to supervisors that are fair in communication and relationship. The fairness of interaction and communication boost employees’ confidence, impacting positively on employees’ commitment to supervisor and making employees see themselves as part owners in the organization. We, therefore, recommended that organizational managers or supervisors should communicate and relate properly with employees, in order to satisfy their customers and other stakeholders.

This study focused on assessing the effectiveness of innovation management in the hospitality industry. The inability of the change managers of these hotels to meet their expected organizational goals even as they strive to inject something new to meet the ever-rising demand of their clients made this study so essential. To achieve this objective, both primary and secondary data were employed. From a given population of 966, a sample size of 283 was derived using the Taro Yamane’s formula. A survey research design was also employed, and the study proved to be valid and reliable given a content validity and a Cronbach alpha of 0.863. The techniques adopted in analyzing the data were both the descriptive and inferential statistics. Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient was used in testing the hypotheses. The result of the findings reveals that there is a significant association between the extent of innovation at a given period and the performance of the firms; innovation management does significantly correlate to the growth of the firms. Based on these findings, the researcher concluded that innovation management in the hospitality industry is effective. The researcher therefore recommends among others that there should be a concrete organizational arrangement to improve on the practice of innovation as often as possible in order to enhance the performance of the organizations and be effective.

One such efforts to develop rubber business by forming a farmer group. This study aims to: (1) measure the level of performance the combined farmer group and the rubber farmer group, (2) measure the behavior rubber farmer, (3) calculate the production and income, (4) analyze the relationship the combined performance of the farmer group and the rubber farmer group with the behavior of rubber farmers, (5) analyzing the relationship behavior with production and income of rubber farmers. Research in the District Banyuasin III. This research method uses survey methods. Data from research and interviews made qualitatively presented in tabulation, mathematical calculations explained descriptively and Spearman Rank correlation analysis. Respondents are members of rubber farmers. The results of the study (1) the level of performance the combined farmer group high (98.00%) and the farmer group high (93.73%), (2) the behavior of farmers high (93.26%), (3) the average production (5,008 tons/year/cultivated) and average income of (Rp.33,600,059,122,-year/arable), (4) there is a significant relationship the performance of Gapoktan and Poktan with the behavior of rubber farmers, the value of Spearman Rank correlation coefficient 0.340 and 0.374 α 0.01, (5) there is no relationship behavior and production and income of rubber farmers with Spearman Rank correlation coefficient -0.032 and -0.070.

Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pelayanan perjalanan wisata/ tour and travel, merupakan perusahaan yang menawarkan jasa kepada kepada masyarakat baik atas nama individu ataupun badan usaha. Untuk mempertahankan eksistensi usaha ditengah persaingan usaha yang semakin kompetitif karena banyaknya bermunculan perusahaanperusahaan sejenis, baik yang berskala nasional maupun internasional, maka setiap perusahaan harus dapat memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pengguna jasa ataupun calon pengguna jasa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Pelayanan dengan Keputusan Menggunakan Jasa PT. Anugrah Quba Mandiri Bengkulu. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasi rank spearman. Dari hasil perhitungan korelasi diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi spearman rank atau rho hitung (ρ) sebesar 0, 71 artinya hubungan antara variabel pelayanan dengan keputusan menggunakan jasa adalah kuat karena berada diantara interval 0,60 – 0,799. Dari Uji hipotesis diperoleh rho hitung 0, 71 artinya lebih besar dari rho tabel (0, 71 > 0,364), dengan demikian hipotesis Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Pelayanan dengan Keputusan Menggunakan Jasa PT. Anugrah Quba Mandiri Bengkulu. The method of analysis in this study are: a qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Obtained from the calculation of correlation Spearman rank correlation coefficient or rho count ( ρ ) of 0.71 means the relationship between the variables of service with the decision to use the services is strong because in between the interval from 0.60 to 0.799 . Testing hypotheses derived from rho count 0, 71 means greater than rho table (0.71 > 0.364), so the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha accepted means there is a significant relationship between the Decision Service Using the Services PT. Abstract Background Non-invasive estimation of the cardiac iron concentration (CIC) by T2* cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR) has been validated repeatedly and is in widespread clinical use. However, calibration data are limited, and mostly from post-mortem studies. In the present study, we performed an in vivo calibration in a dextran-iron loaded minipig model. Methods R2* (= 1/T2*) was assessed in vivo by 1.5 T CMR in the cardiac septum. Chemical CIC was assessed by inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectroscopy in endomyocardial catheter biopsies (EMBs) from cardiac septum taken during follow up of 11 minipigs on dextran-iron loading, and also in full-wall biopsies from cardiac septum, taken post-mortem in another 16  minipigs, after completed iron loading. Results A strong correlation could be demonstrated between chemical CIC in 55 EMBs and parallel cardiac T2* (Spearman rank correlation coefficient 0.72, P < 0.001). Regression analysis led to [CIC] = (R2* − 17.16)/41.12 for the calibration equation with CIC in mg/g dry weight and R2* in Hz. An even stronger correlation was found, when chemical CIC was measured by full-wall biopsies from cardiac septum, taken immediately after euthanasia, in connection with the last CMR session after finished iron loading (Spearman rank correlation coefficient 0.95 (P < 0.001). Regression analysis led to the calibration equation [CIC] = (R2* − 17.2)/31.8. Conclusions Calibration of cardiac T2* by EMBs is possible in the minipig model but is less accurate than by full-wall biopsies. Likely explanations are sampling error, variable content of non-iron containing tissue and smaller biopsies, when using catheter biopsies. The results further validate the CMR T2* technique for estimation of cardiac iron in conditions with iron overload and add to the limited calibration data published earlier.

This article examines the issue of gender differences in attitudes towards life in older people. The study found that older women are more positive about life than men. To process the research results, such methods of mathematical statistics as the Spearman rank correlation coefficient and the Mann– Whitney difference criterion were used. Based on the results of the work carried out, recommendations were formulated for specialists working with the elderly.

This study aims about relationship of organization structure with job effectivity. The method is explanatory survey research so date was got based on sample form all of population. Number of sample are 34 people which was got random on simple random. To know exist or not relationship used statistic test of Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient.Based on analysis result can be explain, that the effectivity grade of officer work on education and culture service look good. Accourding to three indicator which was measured is job productivity, job efficiency, and job satisfication and follow in all of responden opinion look good. This means job effectivity of officer which was not optimal is causal from organization structure was not applicated exactly yet.From aspect for organization structure less support to job effectivity lock by share job which less with need of officer and the deparity treatment make the officer apt to character not constructive. Although in share of job as rule accourding to normative rule and as to organization structure but implementative only take the name of organization personnel, and the irony is not all of officer understand what the job description.

Caricature-plant cultivation is often damaged due to the attack of Doleschallia bisaltide larvae. High reproduction ability of D. bisaltide is a serious problem that need to be managed, therefore it will not inflict a financial losses. This study was aimed to determine the fluctuation of D. bisaltide larval population in the caricature-plant plantation in Kalisoro, Tawangmangu. The observations were carried out with a survey method on five observation plots for seven months from March to September 2018. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and the Spearman rank correlation coefficient test. The results showed that the population structure was changed during the observations with the highest larval population in May. The results of Spearman rank correlation coefficient test showed significant and positive correlation between third, fourth, and fifth instars larvae with the rainfall. The control of D. bisaltide can not only depend on the presence of natural enemies, therefore control interventions were needed especially at a suitable time and environment whne the population increased.
