Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel religiusitas dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Rahmat Syariah Swalayan City Walk Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh jumlah konsumen Rahmat Syariah Swalayan City Walk Padangsidimpuan sampai saat ini belum sesuai dengan harapan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi linear berganda. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang disebar kepada 69 orang responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan software SPSS. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan ditemukan bahwa secara simultan variabel religiusitas dan variabel lokasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan  terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Rahmat Syariah Swalayan City Walk Padangsidimpuan dengan kontribusi sebesar  92,3%, sedangkan sisanya 7,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Keputusan Pembelian= 16,984 + 1,481 Religiusitas + 1,291 Lokasi +e This research aims to know the influence of religiosity and location  to consumer purchasing decisions in  Rahmat Syariah Swalayan City Walk Padangsidimpuan. The background of this research is total daily customers are still below expectations. This is a quantitative research and use multiple linear  regression technique. This research use questionnaires with 69 consumers as samples and data processing with Software SPSS. From this research researcher know that Religiosity and Location have positive and significant influence to Consumer Purchasing  Decisions in Rahmat Syariah Swalayan City Walk Padangsidimpuan. The contributes  of Religiosity and Location to Consumer Purchasing  Decisions are  92,3% and 7,7% explained by others variables. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kualitas fasilitas wisata terhadap kepuasan pengunjung pemandian air panas Aek Milas Siabu. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya keluhan pengunjung tentang kualitas fasilitas wisata yang ada di lokasi pemandian air panas Aek Milas Siabu yang buruk dan belum memuaskan mereka. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi linear sederhana. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang disebar kepada 69 orang responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan software SPSS. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan ditemukan bahwa variabel kualitas fasilitas wisata memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan  terhadap kepuasan pengunjung pemandian air panas Aek Milas Siabu dengan kontribusi sebesar 23,6%, sedangkan sisanya 76,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dalam hal ini variabel kualitas fasilitas wisata memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengunjung pemandian air panas Aek Milas Siabu. This research aims to know the influence of the quality of  tourism facilities  to visitors satisfaction in Aek Milas Siabu Hot Springs. The background of this research is too many visitors complaints about their dissatisfactions. Some of them disappointed with the quality of tourism facilities in Aek Milas Siabu Hot Springs. This is a quantitative research and use simple linear  regression technique. This research use questionnaires with 69 visitors as samples and data processing with Software SPSS. From this research researcher know that the quality of tourism facilities have positive and significant influence to visitors satisfaction in Aek Milas Siabu Hot Springs. The contributes  of the quality of  tourism facilities  to visitors satisfaction are  23,6% and 76,4% explained by others variables. The  quality of  tourism facilities have positive effects  to visitors satisfaction in Aek Milas Siabu Hot Springs.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan penumpang menggunakan jasa angkutan penyeberangan PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Cabang Sibolga. Penelitian ini dilakukan dilatarbelakangi pentingnya menjaga loyalitas penumpang dengan memberikan kepuasan kepada mereka melalui pelayanan yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi linear sederhana. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang disebar kepada 69 orang responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan software SPSS. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif  kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan penumpang menggunakan jasa angkutan penyeberangan PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Cabang Sibolga. Adapun kontribusi kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan penumpang adalah sebesar 62,4%,  sedangkan sisanya 37,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Kepuasan Penumpang = 3,514 +1,176 (Kualitas Pelayanan) This research aims to know the influence of Service Quality to Passengers Satisfaction in  PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Cabang Sibolga. This research is important because passengers satisfaction has significant contribution to built passengers loyalty. Service quality will influence passengers satisfaction. This is a quantitative research and use simple regression technique. This research use questionnaires with 69 passengers as samples and data processing with Software SPSS. From this research researcher know that Service Quality has positive and significant influence to Passengers Satisfaction in PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Cabang Sibolga. The contribute of Service Quality to Passengers Satisfaction is 62,4% and 37,6% explained by others variables. The regression equation is Passengers Satisfaction = 3,514 + 1,176 (Service Quality).

The focus of this analysis is to know the effect of the teacher’s competence toward teacher’s indicator value.The population of this Research is the teacher in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Terpadu Ar-Roihan Lawang. In conducting this research, the researcher used correlational quantitative research. With the total of the sample are 37 teachers and using simple linear regression technique. The result of the analysis shows that the correlation coefficient value R = 0,596 and included medium category. In the “ANOVA”computation, the value of Regression Sig obtained 0.000 and <0.05 then concluded “There is a significant influence between the competence of teachers shadow (X) on assessment indicators (Y)”.

The research was conducted at the Regional Revenue Agency of Indragiri Hulu Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out how much effect the Effectiveness and contribution of Hospitality tax to the Original Revenue of Indragiri Hulu Regency both simultaneously and partially with the research period is 5 years from 2013 to 2019. This type of research is quantitative research using secondary data. The Research Method used is quantitative method with multiple linear regression equations, while the Equation is Y = 45712635725,406 - 19524572,193 X1 + 25765555,817 X2. From the results of data processing SPSS is known simultaneously known if the effectiveness and contribution of hospitality tax receipts have a significant effect on the original revenue of the region. From the SPSS results, it is known that there is partially no significant influence between effectiveness to the original revenue of the region and partially there is a significant influence between the contribution of hotel tax receipts partially to the original revenue of the region.

This study aims to analyze the influence of cultural and social factors on the purchasing decision of Samsung brand smartphones on IAIN Fattahul Muluk Papua Students. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were students of IAIN Fattahul Muluk Papua. The number of samples obtained was 280 students, consisting of 68 students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, 64 students of the Faculty of Syariah, and 148 students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah. Data were collected using a questionnaire, while data analysis techniques used is Multiple Linear Regression. This research shows that cultural factors have a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decisions of Samsung brand smartphones, while social factors have a positive but insignificant effect on the purchasing decisions of Samsung brand smartphones. Furthermore, the influence of cultural factors and social factors simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions Samsung smartphone brand.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of training and discipline on the performance of level 5 employees at PT. Quindofood Bogor. This research uses descriptive quantitative research using saturated samples of 43 level 5 employees of PT. Quindofood Bogor. Data collection in this study uses questionnaire, observation, and documentation, then with the SPSS program using the Multiple Linear Regression technique. The results of this study indicate that job training has a significant effect on the performance of level 5 employees at PT. Quindofood with t value t-table (2,085 2,021). Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of level 5 employees at PT. Quindofood, with t value t-table (4.001 2,021). Training and discipline affect simultaneously the performance of level 5 employees at PT. Quindofood with F-count value (34,428) F-table (3.23). This shows if PT. Quindofood wants to improve the performance of level 5 employees so training and discipline must be implemented and applied consistently.

The purpose of this research is to find out The Influence of Service Quality, Trust and Customer Value on Customers Satisfaction at Gerai Indosat Ooredoo WTC Surabaya in simultaneously and partially. This Research used quantitative method with 70 respondents of population and samples were collected by giving questionnaires to the customers who have bought Samsung’s Bundling Product from Gerai Indosat Ooredoo WTC Surabaya. The data was analyzed used multiple linear regression technique and classic assumption test. The results showed that the hypotheses have effects to Customers’s Satisfaction simultaneously and partially.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance..
