Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan kompetensi kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai Dinas Pemuda dan Olah Raga di Kota Gorontalo. Desain penelitian ini adalah survei, untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian serta melakukan interpretasi mengenai hubungan variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Populasi dan sample dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan pegawai Dinas Pemuda dan Olah Raga Kota Gorontalo sebanyak 47 orang. Instrumen utamanya adalah angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan kompetensi dengan kinerja pegawai tergolong pada katagori sangat signifikan; hubungan lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai dikatagorikan tingkat hubungan lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai dikatagorikan signifikan; hubungan kompetensi (X1) dan lingkungan kerja (X2) secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja pegawai (Y) dapat dikatagorikan tingkat hubungan Kompetensi dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-sama dengan Kinerja Pegawai dikatagorikan sangat signifikan.The purpose of this study to describe the relationship of competence and work environment with employee performance Department of Youth and Sports in the city of Gorontalo. This is a survey research design, to test the hypothesis of the study and interpretation of the relationship of independent variables with the dependent variable. Population and sample in this study was overall employee in the Department of Youth and Sports Gorontalo 47 people. The main instrument was a questionnaire. The results showed: the relationship competence with employee performance belong to the category of very significant; relationship work environment with employee performance level categorized workplace relationships with significant categorized employee performance; relationship competence (X1) and work environment (X2) together with employee performance (Y) level relations Competence and Working Environment together with the very significant categorized Employee Performance.

This study aims to analysis (1) influence of the work environment on employee performance, (2) influence of the work environment on employee involvement, (3) influence of teamwork on employee performance, (4) influence of teamwork on employee involvement, (5) the effect of employee involvement on employees performance, (6) the role of employee involvement mediates the working environment relationship on employee performance, (7) the role of employee involvement mediates teamwork relationship to employee performance. The population in this study was 680 of all MAP employees at the Dili, the sample using the slovin formula so as to get 156. Data were analyzed using the Smart-PLS The research findings the work environment, teamwork, influence positive not significantly to employee performance. This research shows that work environment, teamwork is not able to improve employee performance. The effect of work involvement on employee performance found that involvement had a positive significant effect on employee performance. The study was conducted at the mobile brigade police of the Republic of Indonesia North Sumatra in the city of Medan. The number of respondents in this study were 196 members of the mobile brigade with non probability sampling techniques. Based on Spearman rank data analysis obtained a significant level between work environment (X1) with burnout (Y) with a significant value of 0,000 <0,05, meaning that there is a partial relationship between work environment and burnout. While the relationship of self-concept (X2) with burnout (Y) with a significant value of 0,000 <0.05. This proves that there is a partial relationship between self-concept and burnout. While the significance level of the work environment (X1) and self-concept (X2) with burnout (Y) with a significant value of 0,000 <0,05 are related simultaneously, then the hypothesis in this study is accepted. Sedangkan hubungan konsep diri (X2) dengan burnout (Y) dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan secara parsial konsep diri dengan burnout. Sedangkan taraf signifikasi lingkungan kerja (X1) dan konsep diri  (X2) dengan burnout (Y) dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 berhubungan secara simultan, maka hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Besar korelasi hubungan lingkungan kerja dan konsep diri dengan burnout pada anggota satuan brigade mobile kepolisian daerah Medan Sumatera Utara sebesar 56% .   Kata Kunci: Burnout, lingkungan kerja, konsep diri.

This study aims to determine the relationship between leadership style and work environment with work motivation. The research was conducted at BRIMOB POLDA SUMUT. The number of respondents in this study was 106 members of BRIMOB POLDA SUMUT  with sampling technique random sampling. Based on spearman rank data analysis, there is a significant level between leadership style (X1) with work motivation (Y) with significant value 0.000 0,05, that was to prove that there was a partial relationship of leadership style with work motivation. While the working environment relation (X2) with work motivation (Y) with significant value 0,000 0,05. It proves that there was a partial relationship work environment with work motivation. While the significance level of leadership style (X1) and work environment (X2) with work motivation (Y) with significant value 0,000 0,05 were related simultaneously, the hypothesis in this research was accepted. The correlation of leadership style relation and work environment with work motivation of BRIMOB members was 49.7% .

The objective of this research was not only to investigate the relationship between working environment (WE) and job burnout (JB), WE and organizational commitment (OC), WE and psychological capital PsychCap, OC and JB, PsychCap and JB but also to investigate the mediating effect of OC and PsychCap between the relationship of working environment and JB of doctors working in hospitals of KP, Pakistan. Data were collected from three hundred and thirty doctors. The results revealed a significant negative relationship between WE and JB, OC and JB, PsychCap and JB while positive relationship was found between WE and OC, WE and PsychCap. The results also explored that OC partially mediated the relationship between WE and JB. PsychCap also partially mediated the relationship between WE and JB. When both OC and PsychCap were included as mediators, the relationship between WE and JB became insignificant (full mediation).

This study aims to determine "The Influence of Competence on Employee Performance at Puskesmas Darussalam District, Aceh Besar District". Where the independent variables are Knowledge (X1), Skills (X2), Behavior (X3) and Work Experience (X4) and Employee Performance (Y) as the dependent variable. Population in this research is employee Puskesman District Darussalam. Samples were taken as many as 97 samples using saturated sampling technique (census). Data were collected using questionnaires filled out by respondents. The data obtained were analyzed by multiple linear regression. This analysis includes Test Validity, Reliability Test, Multiple Regression Analysis Test Classic Assumption, Hypothesis Testing through F Test and t Test , and Determination Coefficient analysis (R2). Based on the results of the study, obtained Y = 1.581 + 0.268 X1 + 0.232 X2 + 0.232 X3 + 0.430 X4. Of the four variables studied, only the working experience variables (X4) has the most dominant effect of 0.430 to the Performance of employees at the Puskesmas Darussalam District, Aceh Besar District. The relationship of each Knowledge (X1), Skill (X2), Behavior (X3) and Work experience (X4) to the Performance of employees at Puskesmas Darussalam District, Aceh Besar Regency with correlation coefficient (R) of 0.961 means that the relationship is very strong. Fcount> Ftable at 95% confidence level (a = 0.05), that is 175.092> 2.47. Then the coefficient of determination of each variable Knowledge (X1), Skills (X2), Behavior (X3) and Work Experience (X4) of 0.924 or 92.4% to Employee Performance (Y) means the four variables simultaneously affect Employee Performance on Puskesmas Darussalam District, Aceh Besar District, only 7,6% influenced by other variable not examined in this research. The purpose of this study was to test the significance of the influence of communication, work environment on employee performance Regional Planning Agency Sukoharjo with motivation as an intervening variable. The population in this study were employees of the Regional Development Planning Agency Sukoharjo. The sample in this study all employees. Data used in the study is primary data taken with a list of statements given to all employees. The analysis tools used are validity , reliability testing, linearity test, path analysis, t test, F test, test and correlation coefficient of determination. Individual testing of the hypothesis showed that communication variables, working environment and significant positive effect on employee motivation. Variable communication, working environment and motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance. Together - each variable communication, working environment and motivation positive and significant impact on the performance variables. Direct influence on the performance of communication larger than the indirect effect of communication on performance through motivation. Motivation in mediating the relationship between communication with ineffective performance. Direct influence on the performance of the work environment is greater than the indirect effect of work environment on performance through motivation. Motivation in mediating the relationship between work environment with ineffective performance. Because motivation is not effective in mediating the relationship between communication and performance of the work environment with motivation serve as independent variables.Keywords :communication, work environment, motivation, performance

<p>Ab</p><p>stract: This study aims to determine the relationship between motivation on employee performance in PG Soedhono Ngawi Regency, understand the relationship work environment on employee performance in PG Soedhono Ngawi Regency, and to figure out the relationship between motivation and work environment on employee performance in PG Soedhono Ngawi Regency. This research was conducted in PTPN XI work unit PG Soedhono Ngawi Regency. Technique of determining the location and population in this study is purposive sampling technique respondents using Slovin Formula where the number of samples are 76 employees. The techniques of collecting data are observation, interviews and recording. The basic analysis is descriptive analysis of the survey technique. The data analysis used Rank Spearman Correlation analysis. The results showed that motivation has a positive and significant relationship to employee performance in PG Soedhono with weak strength criteria. The work environment has a negative relationship and no significant effect on the performance of employees in PG Soedhono criteria very weak force. While the motivation and the working environment has a positive correlation to the performance of employees in PG Soedhono with weak strength criteria.<br /><br />Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi terhadap<br />kinerja karyawan di PG Soedhono Kabupaten Ngawi, mengetahui hubungan<br />lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PG Soedhono Kabupaten Ngawi, serta<br />mengetahui hubungan motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PG<br />Soedhono Kabupaten Ngawi. Analisis data yang<br />digunakan dengan analisis Korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan<br />bahwa motivasi memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja<br />karyawan di PG Soedhono dengan kriteria kekuatan yang lemah. Lingkungan kerja<br />memiliki hubungan yang negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PG<br />Soedhono dengan kriteria kekuatan yang sangat lemah. Sedangkan motivasi dan<br />lingkungan kerja memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja<br />karyawan di PG Soedhono dengan kriteria kekuatan yang lemah.<br /><br /><br /></p>

This study is motivated by how the work environment influences the performance of harvest employees with the limitation of problems in work environment activities that will affect the performance of harvest employees on oil palm plantations at PT. Dewata Sawit Nusantara. It should be understood that the expected performance of an employee is not easy because it is influenced by various compensation factors, motivation, work environment and many other factors. This study aims to determine whether the work environment influences the performance of harvest employees at PT. Dewata Sawit Nusantara. The data analysis method used was a simple linear regression statistical analysis and uses a hypothesis test to analyze the closeness of the relationship of individual variables, while testing the instrument using a validity and reliability test. Statistical test results showed that the relationship between work environment and employee performance was positive (unidirectional). Based on the results of hypothesis testing obtained a significant value of 5% then H1 was accepted or Ho was rejected. This means that the work environment influenced the performance of harvest employees at PT. Dewata Sawit Nusantara.
