This study aims to determine the relationship between workload and self-efficacy with burnout. The study was conducted at the mobile brigade police of the Republic of Indonesia North Sumatra. The number of respondents in this study were 196 members of the mobile brigade with non probability sampling techniques. Based on Spearman rank data analysis obtained a significant level between workload with burnout with a significant value of 0,000 <0,05, meaning that there is a partial relationship between workload and burnout. While the relationship of self-efficacy with burnout with a significant value of 0,000 <0.05. This proves that there is a partial relationship between self efficacy and burnout. While the significance level of the workload and self efficacy with burnout with a significant value of 0,000 <0,05 are related simultaneously, then the hypothesis in this study is accepted. The correlation between workload and self efficacy with burnout on members of the mobile brigade, North Sumatra is 90%. The conclusions of this research are workload and self efficacy have relationship significant with burnout. Keywords: Burnout, workload, self-efficacy.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dan efikasi diri dengan burnout. Penelitian dilaksanakan di satuan brigade mobile kepolisian daerah Sumatera Utara. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 196 anggota satuan brigade mobile dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling. Sedangkan taraf signifikasi beban kerja dan efikasi diri  dengan burnout dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 berhubungan secara simultan, maka hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Besar korelasi hubungan beban kerja dan efikasi diri dengan burnout pada anggota satuan brigade mobile kepolisian daerah Sumatera Utara sebesar 0.90%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah beban kerja dan efikasi diri berhubungan signifikan dengan burnout.   Kata Kunci: Burnout, beban kerja, efikasi diri.

This study aims to determine the effect of attendance assessments on the performance of employees and administrators at KPRI Betik Gawi Kota Bandar Lampung. This study uses a qualitative analysis approach (used to find out how the relationship of the influence of motivation on employee productivity of the Republic of Indonesia Employee Cooperative) and quantitative analysis (used to determine how much influence the absenteeism assessment on employee performance). Samples in this study used non-probability sampling techniques. Based on the results of the analysis it was concluded that there was a positive influence between the analysis of the effectiveness of attendance assessments on employee performance at KPRI Betik Gawi Kota  Bandar Lampung.

<strong>Abstrak:</strong> Asumsi dasar kajian ini adalah hubungan Muslim dan Kristiani di Sumatera Utara berlangsung dalam berbagai domain dimana interaksinya bisa terjadi secara harmonis maupun disharmonis. Berpijak pada asumsi itu, fokus kajian ini akan menelaah bagaimana hubungan Muslim-Kristiani di Sumatera Utara berlangsung pada domain dunia pendidikan. Artikel ini hendak mengkaji hubungan Muslim dan Kristiani dalam dunia pendidikan. Secara khusus, akan diteliti bagaimana hubungan antara tokoh dan lembaga pendidikan Islam dan lembaga pendidikan Kristen dalam membangun kerukunan di Sumatera Utara. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Sosiologi Agama, sedangkan analisa data menggunakan pendekatan analisis domain dan analisis taxonomi yang diajukan Spradley. Kajian ini menemukan bahwa hubungan Muslim-Kristiani berlangsung secara harmonis. Banyak kasus dimana lembaga dan tokoh pendidikan mengadakan kegiatan-kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan kerukunan, selain lahirnya sejumlah karya yang dinilai dapat mendorong perubahan paradigma masyarakat tentang hubungan Islam dan Kristen.<br /> <br /><strong>Abstract: Muslim-Christian Relations in Educational Institution in North Sumatra. </strong>The basic assumption of this study is that the relationship between Muslims and Christians in North Sumatra takes place in various domains where interactions can occur harmoniously and disharmonically. Based on that assumption, the focus of this study is how the Muslim-Christian relationship in North Sumatra takes place in the domain of education. This article will examine the relationship between Muslims and Christians in education. In particular, will be examined how the relationship between figures and institutions of Islamic education and Christian educational institutions in building harmony in North Sumatra. The research was conducted by using Sociology of Religion, while data analysis using domain analysis approach and taxonomy analysis proposed by Spradley. The study found that Muslim-Christian relations are harmonious. Many cases where educational institutions and leaders conduct activities related to harmony, in addition to the birth of a number of works that are considered to encourage a change in the paradigm of society about the relationship of Islam and Christianity.<strong></strong><br /><strong> </strong><br /><strong>Kata Kunci</strong>: Muslim, Kristiani, pendidikan, agama-agama, dialog

Abstract : Sex education is teaching effortsm awareness and provision of information aboutsexual problems, information provided including knowledge of the functions of reproductiveorgans by instilling morals, ethics, commitment, and religion, so as not to abuse thesereproductive organs. Sex education provided through parenting is expected so that childrenget the right information about sex, this is due to other media that can teach children aboutsex. Every parentusually has a different parenting pattern, parenting pattern of perents isdivied into three, democratic parenting pattern, permissivea parenting and authoritarianparenting. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of parenting parentswith the provision of sex education in 5th and 6th graders of SD N Inpres Boyong Pante.Thedesign of this study using Cross Sectional approach, sampling method by total sampling is41 parents. Instruments in this study from of questionnaires an analyzed using spearmanrank statistic with a significance level of 95%.: α = 0,05. Spearman rank test results with asignificance level of 95% (α = 0,05).Conclusion, three is a relationship of parenting patternswith the provision of sex education in 5th and 6th graders of SD N InpresBoyongPante, wherethe p.value of both is 0,000samller than (α = 0,05).Keywords: The Parenting Parents, giving sex education to childrenAbstrak: Pendidikan seks adalah upaya pengajaran, penyadaran, dan pemberian informasitentang masalah seksual. Informasi yang diberikan di antaranya adalah pengetahuan tentangfungsi organ reproduksi dengan menanamkan moral, etika, komitmen, dan agama, agar tidakterjadi penyalahgunaan organ reproduksi tersebut. Pendidikan seks yang diberikan melalui polaasuh orang tua diharapkan agar anak mendapat informasi yang tepat mengenaiseks, hal inidikarenakan adanya media lain yang dapat mengajari anak mengenai pendidikan seks. Polaasuh orang tua berpengaruh terhadap pemberian pendidikan seks pada anak. Setiap orang tuabiasanya memiliki pola asuh terhadap anak yang berbeda-beda. Pola asuh orang tua terbagiatas tiga yaitu pola asuh demokratis, pola asuh permisif dan pola asuh otoriter. Tujuanpenelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pola asuh dengan pemberian pendidikan seks padaanak kelas 5 dan 6 SD N Inpres Boyong Pante. Metode penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan cross sectional. Cara pengambilan sampel dengan caratotal sampling yaitusejumlah 41 orang tua. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa kuesioner dan di analisa menggunakanuji statistic spearman rank dengan tingkat kemaknaan 95%: α = 0,05. Hasil uji spearman rankdengan tingkat kemaknaan 95% (α = 0,05), menunjukkan ada hubungan pola asuh denganpemberian pendidika seks pada anak kelas 5 dan 6 SD N Inpres Boyong Pante, dimana nilai padalah 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05.Kata Kunci: Pola asuh Orang Tua, Pemberian Pendidikan Seks Pada Ana

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of organizational commitment and readiness to change. This study is a quantitative research with an explanatory method. The subject for this research conducted to 75 employee of PT X Jatimbalinusra. Data collection using Organizational Commitment Scale developed by Allen and Mayer (1991) and READ 3 Readiness for Change Scale belongs to Hanpacern (1997). Data analysis using IBM SPSS Statistic 22. From the result of this study showed the correlation between the value of organizational commitment and readiness for change is 0,000 which is worth less than the significance level of 0,05. The strenght of the correlation between two variables is strong with a value of 0,856. This indicate that there is a significant correlation between organizational commitment and readiness to change.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between self confidence with adversity quotient of post-drop out students at Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. The hypothesis is that there is a relationship between self confidence and adversity quotient in post-drop out students at Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. The research method is a quantitative approach. The number of participants was 130 people with a purposive sampling technique. The scale used is a scale of self confidence and adversity quotient. Data analysis using the Spearman Rank and analyzed using the SPSS 23.0 program. The results show the correlation is 0.844 (significance level 0.000 0.05) which means the level of relationship between variables is very strong. It illustrates that there is a positive relationship between self confidence and adversity quotient in post-drop out students at Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. In other words, the hypothesis is accepted. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menguji hubungan self confidence dengan adversity quotient mahasiswa pasca drop out di Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. Adapun hipotesisnya adalah ada hubungan antara self confidence dengan adversity quotient pada mahasiswa pasca drop out di Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. Metode penelitiannya adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah partisipannya sejumlah 130 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Skala yang digunakan adalah skala self confidence dan adversity quotient. Analisis data memakai Spearman Rank serta dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS 23.0. Hasil menunjukkan korelasinya adalah sebesar 0,844 (taraf signifikansi 0.000 0,05) yang artinya tingkat hubungan antar variabel adalah sangat kuat. Hal itu menggambarkan ada hubungan positif antara self confidence dengan adversity quotient pada mahasiswa pasca drop out di Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. Dengan kata lain, hipotesis diterima.

This study aims to determine the relationship of confidence with the results of learning Civics students Class V SDN-4 Pahandut Even Semester Year Lesson 2016/2017. The population in this study is all students of class V in SDN-4 Pahandut in the 2016/2017 school year, amounting to 45 people. The sample of this study is the entire study population (population research). Instruments in this study are questionnaires and tests. The method used in this research is correlation method and the analysis used is Product Moment Correlation formula. Conclusion that there is a relationship Confident with Learning Outcomes Civics Students Class V SDN-4 Pahandut Palangka Raya Lesson 2012/2013. It is based on the results of data analysis is r arithmetic> r table = 0.797> 0.248 (at 5% significance level).
