This study aims to determine the relationship between leadership style and work environment with work motivation. The research was conducted at BRIMOB POLDA SUMUT. The number of respondents in this study was 106 members of BRIMOB POLDA SUMUT  with sampling technique random sampling. Based on spearman rank data analysis, there is a significant level between leadership style (X1) with work motivation (Y) with significant value 0.000 0,05, that was to prove that there was a partial relationship of leadership style with work motivation. While the working environment relation (X2) with work motivation (Y) with significant value 0,000 0,05. It proves that there was a partial relationship work environment with work motivation. While the significance level of leadership style (X1) and work environment (X2) with work motivation (Y) with significant value 0,000 0,05 were related simultaneously, the hypothesis in this research was accepted. The correlation of leadership style relation and work environment with work motivation of BRIMOB members was 49.7% .

This study aims to determine the relationship between work environment and self concept with burnout. The study was conducted at the mobile brigade police of the Republic of Indonesia North Sumatra in the city of Medan. The number of respondents in this study were 196 members of the mobile brigade with non probability sampling techniques. Based on Spearman rank data analysis obtained a significant level between work environment (X1) with burnout (Y) with a significant value of 0,000 0,05, meaning that there is a partial relationship between work environment and burnout. While the relationship of self-concept (X2) with burnout (Y) with a significant value of 0,000 0.05. This proves that there is a partial relationship between self-concept and burnout. While the significance level of the work environment (X1) and self-concept (X2) with burnout (Y) with a significant value of 0,000 0,05 are related simultaneously, then the hypothesis in this study is accepted. The correlation between work environment and self concept with burnout on members of the mobile brigade in the city of Medan, North Sumatra is 56%.

This study aims to analyze the value of the density of marine debris, perceptions and participation in Temberan beach and Pasir Padi beach, as well as determine the relationship of perception and participation to the density of marine debris. This research is a type of research that is descriptive with a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative). The study was conducted at Temberan beach in Bangka Regency and Pasir Pasir Beach Pangkal Pinang in October 2019. The sampling technique used was random sampling and purposive sampling. The data collection technique was carried out using observation technique namely sampling and questionnaire. The validity test uses the Pearson Product Moment formula and the reliability test uses the Cronbach’s Alpha formula. The results showed that the density of debris in the Temberan beach was more dominant at 10.92 pieces/meter2, while at Temberan beach 3 pieces/meter2. The results of perception and participation are different, with the Temberan beach occupying more complex waste problems. The relationship of perception and participation in the density of marine debris have a relationship that affects each other.

Weaning at less</em><em> </em><em>than 2 years of age can cause problems in children such as incidence of infectious diseases, especially increased diarrhea, nutritional effects that lead to malnutrition in children and cause the relationship of children and mothers is reduced </em><em>closeness </em><em>because bounding attachment process is disrupted. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge  and  attitude  of  the  mother  with  the  decision  of  weaning  time  in</em><em> </em><em>Tangkerang Timur Work Area Puskesmas Tenayan Raya. This research was conducted in </em><em>Mei</em><em>-</em><em>J</em><em>uni 2017 and this research using research type is quantitative data with research design  using  cross  sectional.  Sampling  technique  using  Stratified  random  sampling, population in this study amounted to 368 people and samples 18</em><em>4</em><em> p</em><em>e</em><em>ople in East Tangkerang Village. The analysis used is univariate and bivariate. The result of this research is can be concluded that there is significant relation between knowledge with time weaning (p-value 0,000 &lt;0,05), there is significant relation between attitude with time weaning (p-value 0,000 &lt;0,05). Mothers exclusively breastfeed to their babies until 6 months of age and and continue with breastfeeding until 24 months of age.</em><em></em></p><p> </p><p>Waktu penyapihan yang baik dilakukan pada usia anak mencapai 2 tahun. Penyapihan yang dilakukan pada usia kurang dari 2 tahun dapat menyebabkan masalah pada anak seperti insiden penyakit infeksi terutama diare meningkat, pengaruh gizi yang mengakibatkan malnutrisi  pada  anak  dan  menyebabkan  hubungan  anak  dan  ibu  berkurang  keeratannya karena proses bounding attachment terganggu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap ibu dengan keputusan waktu penyapihan di Keluraan Tangkerang Timur Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tenayan Raya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Juni tahum 2017 dan penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian adalah data kuantitatif dengan  desain penelitian menggunakan  cross sectional. Teknik sampling menggunakan Stratified random sampling, Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 368 orang dan sampel 184 orang di Kelurahan Tangkerang Timur. Analisa yang diunakan adalah univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan waktu penyapihan (p-value 0,000&lt; 0,05), ada   hubungan   bermakna   antara   sikap   dengan   waktu   penyapihan   (p-value   0,000   &lt;0,05). Diharapkan ibu memberikan ASI eksklusif pada bayinya sampai usia 6 bulan dan dan dilanjutkan dengan MPASI sampai usia 24 bulan.</p>

Abstract. In February 2019 KPID West Java issued a circular containing restrictions on the hours of broadcast of some English-language songs that were vulgar in content, both in the form of songs or video clips. There are 17 English songs contained in circular attachments issued by KPID West of Java. Dozens of songs can only be aired starting at 22:00 WIB until 03.00 WIB. The broadcast limitation starts from public complaints and KPID supervision of the broadcast content. A number of online media rollicking to preach this event, one of which is online media Detik.com which is a news site that is widely accessed by various groups. This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational approach that aims to find out the relationship of truth, relevance, balance and neutrality between the coverage of 17 western songs by KPID West of Java towards the interests of listeners of western songs on Radio as aspects of cognitive, evaluative and the interests of listeners of western songs on the radio The students of Faculty of Communication Sciences Unisba as the dependent variable, this study uses the objectivity theory of Westerstahl. From this study using the stratified random sampling technique, it was concluded that there was a significant and very strong relationship between Factuality, Impartiality and Western Song Listeners' Interests on Radio at the Faculty of Communication Sciences Unisba. Abstrak. Pada bulan Februari 2019 KPID Jawa Barat mengeluarkan surat edaran yang berisi tentang pembatasan jam penyiaran beberapa lagu berbahasa Inggris yang berkonten vulgar, baik dalam bentuk lagu atau pun video klip. Terdapat 17 lagu berbahasa Inggris yang terdapat dalam lampiran surat edaran yang dikeluarkan KPID Jawa Barat. Belasan lagu itu hanya boleh tayang mulai pukul 22.00 WIB hingga 03.00 WIB. Pembatasan penyiaran berawal dari aduan masyarakat dan pengawasan KPID terhadap isi siaran. Sejumlah media online beramai-ramai memberitakan peristiwa ini salah satunya media online Detik.com yang merupakan situs berita yang banyak diakses oleh berbagai kalangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional yang bertujuan mengetahui adanya hubungan kebenaran, relevansi, keberimbangan dan netralitas antara pemberitaan pembatasan 17 lagu barat oleh KPID Jawa Barat terhadap minat pendengar lagu barat di Radio sebagai aspek dalam kognitif, evaluatif dengan minat pendengar lagu barat di radio pada Mahasiswa Fikom Unisba sebagai variabel terikat, penelitian ini menggunakan teori Objektivitas dari Westerstahl. Dari penelitian ini yang menggunakan teknik penarikan sampel stratified random sampling ini ditemukan kesimpulan, bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan sangat kuat antara Faktualitas, Imparsialitas dengan Minat Pendengar Lagu Barat di Radio pada Mahasiswa Fikom Unisba.

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Palu. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Palu yang terdiri dari 5 kelas. Sampel penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling, jumlah siswa yang menjadi sampel sebanyak 44 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dua instrumen yaitu, kuisioner kecerdasan emosional dan dokumentasi prestasi belajar dari nilai rapor. Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji korelasi product moment diperoleh nilai korelasi r = 0,417. Nilai rtabel = 0,297 untuk N = 44 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Nilai rhitung (0,417) > rtabel (0,297) maka diputuskan menerima hipotesis alternatif (H1) dan menolak hipotesis awal (H0). Artinya terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Palu. Kata kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional dan Prestasi Belajar Matematika The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence with mathematics learning achievement of VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 8 Palu. The population of this study is all students of VIII grade at SMP Negeri 8 Palu consisting of 5 classes. The sample was obtained by using random sampling technique. The total number of the sample was 44 students. The data collection used two instruments, namely, emotional intelligence questionnaire and documentation of learning achievement from the report card. The results of data analysis using product moment correlation test obtained correlation value r = 0.417. Value of rtable = 0,297 for N = 44 with significance level 5%. The value of rcount (0.417)> rtable (0.297) then decided to accept the alternative hypothesis (H1) and reject the initial hypothesis (H0). This means there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and mathematics learning achievement of VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 8 Palu. INTISARI    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan PT. ITRASAL yang dimediasi oleh Motivasi Kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian metode asosiatif dengan jenis penelitian  survey  yang akan mengungkapkan hubungan dua variabel, yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan sebagai variabel bebas dan Produktivitas sebagai variabel terikat. Data primer berasal dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan bagian Liquid Departemen Produksi PT ITRASAL, dan hasil diskusi dengan karyawan bagian tersebut. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode korelasi dan regresi linear. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai r untuk variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas adalah 0,557 dan nilai t adalah 8.951. Nilai r untuk variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi adalah 0,278 dan nilai t adalah 5,022. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap Motivasi. Nilai r untuk variabel Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas adalah 0,377 dan nilai t adalah 6,251. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas. Kata kunci : Gaya kepemimpinan, Motivasi kerja, Produktivitas karyawan  ABSTRACT  This study aims to identify the relationship of leadership style to employee productivity PT. ITRASAL is mediated by work motivation. This research uses the research design of associative method with the type of survey research that will reveal the relationship of two variables, namely Leadership Style as independent variable and productivity as dependent variable. Primary data comes from a questionnaire distributed to employees of the Liquid Department of Production Department of PT ITRASAL, and the results of discussions with employees of that section. Further data obtained were analyzed using correlation and linear regression method. From this research, the result that r value for leadership style variable to productivity is 0,557 and t value is 8,951. The r value for the leadership style variable for motivation is 0.278 and the t value is 5.022. There is a positive relationship between leadership style on productivity and leadership style have a positive effect on motivation. The r value for the Motivation variable on productivity is 0.377 and the t value is 6.251. There is a positive relationship between motivation to productivity.       The aim of this study is to analyzed the influence of leadership style on managerial performance and the reward system as the moderating variable that may affect the relationship of leadership style on managerial performance. The type of this research is associative. Respondents are managers and staff with the lowest level of supervisor in the entire supermarket in Mataram, as many as 66 respondents. Sampling technique is census. Using simple regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) as analysis.      The results showed that leadership style negative significantly influence on managerial performance and the reward system influence negatively significant the relationship of leadership style on managerial performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of compensation, environment and leadership style on employee morale and performance through study motivation at PT. EX. This study used a sample of 95 respondents, namely employees of the production section of PT. EX. which is taken using non-probability sampling techniques from the population or production employees. The data analysis technique used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using the Smart PLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that: Compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on morale, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and employee morale. Leadership style has no effect on work motivation, employee performance and morale. Compensation and work environment have no effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation through work motivation, the environment has a positive and significant effect on morale through work motivation. In addition, motivation cannot mediate the relationship between leadership style and employee performance, and motivation cannot mediate the relationship between leadership style and morale.

In 2017 the number of maternal deaths was 28, consisting of 6 maternal deaths, 10 maternal deaths and 12 puerperal maternal deaths. The purpose of this study is to know the relationship of age and parity with the incidence of preeclampsia in pregnant women at dr. M. Yunus Hospital in Bengkulu year 2018. The type of research used is case control. The population in this study were all pregnant women in dr. M. Yunus Hospital in Bengkulu year 2018. The sampling technique was a case sample using total sampling, namely all pregnant women with preeclampsia and control samples using systematic random sampling technique that is sampling using multiples recorded in the hospital register of dr. M. Yunus Hospital in Bengkulu year 2018. The results of this study there is no relationship between age and the incidence of preeclampsia in pregnant women at RSUD dr. M. Yunus in 2018. With the value of p = 0.424> α = 0.05 and the value of Odds Ratio or Risk Estimate = 1.496 and there is a significant relationship between parity and the incidence of preeclampsia in pregnant women at RSUD dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu in 2018. With the value of p = 0.011 <α = 0.05 with the medium category.It is expected that the results of this study can be a program development and service improvement in reducing the prevalence of preeclampsia.

This study aims to determine the influence of Physical Work Environment and Non Physical Work Environment Against Job Satisfaction of Employees Office of Marine and Fisheries Office of Central Sulawesi Province. Independent variable of this research is Physical Work Environment (X1) and Non Physical Work Environment (X2). While the dependent variable is Job Satisfaction (Y). The research method is quantitative descriptive method. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data  while the data sources used are primary and secondary data. The population used in this study were 216 respondents. The sample of this research is 68 respondents with sampling technique that is proportional random sampling. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the physical work environment and non physical work environment simultaneously affect the variable Job satisfaction. Partially the working environment of physical and non working physical environment have an effect on to job satisfaction of officer at office of Marine and Fishery Office of Central Sulawesi Province. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Kantor Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Variabel independen penelitian ini adalah Lingkungan Kerja Fisik (X1) dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik (X2). Sedangkan variabel dependen adalah Kepuasan Kerja (Y). Metode penelitian adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 216 responden. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 68 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu proportional random sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik secara serempak berpengaruh terhadap variabel Kepuasan kerja. Secara parsial lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada kantor Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah.
