The article discusses the essence of communication influence on the process of intellectualization of the work and modern approaches to the management of the human resources of the organization in the conditions of the digital society. What is disclosed is the content of the cognitive aspect of communication impact on the process of staff work intellectualization. The world has entered a new phase of development – the era of digital society. Under the influence of a new round of technological progress, the mechanisms and practices of the world order, as well as equipment and technologies, are changing. The range of innovations today is not limited to one or two industries; changes cover almost everything – telecommunications, information and communication sectors, nanotechnology, space, bioengineering, robotics, etc. The research aims to study the processes of changing the paradigm of social development under the influence of the formation of a digital society. The article analyzes the concept of "digital society," shows how the tools of the digital economy are used to justify a paradigm shift in social development for the modern generation. The research methodology is based on a systematic and structural-functional approach. Also, methods of sociological survey and statistical processing of information were used. As a result of the analysis, plans to the definition of the digital economy are formulated, the stages of development of digital society are presented, the trajectories of technological changes in the digital era are identified, and problems that inhibit the digitalization process are formulated.

The problem in this research is the head of the school can manage all the components or resources that exist in the school environment with good so thatstudent achievement continues to rise in academic and non academic. The purpose of this study is: (1) Describe and analyze so that the head of school in implementing managerial competencies in SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap. (2) Describe and analyze the response of the teachers and education personnel  of the competence of the managerial head of school in SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap. (3) Describe and analyze the contraints of the head of school in implementing mangerial competencies in SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap. The results of this study are: (1) The head of the SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap has been making efforts to utilize existing resources in the school environment both from human resources, school facilities and infrastructure, financial resources of the school, and the advancement of technology in the field of information and communication, which includes 16 type of competence; (2) support of personal is realized by setting up the school adminstration well in order to improve the quality of education, as for the support of educators is realized with:  create lesson plans, implement learning process and assesment and evaluation; The head of SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap get the constrains in implementing  managerial competencies, namely limitations in manging the school’s finances.

The article presents the results of the analysis of the formation of moral norms in older adolescents in Russia and Kazakhstan. The authors posed the following questions: do the modern system of education in the digital society of Russia and Kazakhstan have prerequisites based on the historical traditions of our countries? What are the current trends in the modernization of the system of education in vocational education, characteristic of the digital society? Are there any justifications for the feasibility of forming a system of education of modern professional personnel for the digital economy based on the traditional principles of the system of education of professional personnel in Russia and Kazakhstan? It is shown that in adolescence it is a moral act that characterizes the formation of moral consciousness. The actions of a teenager are determined during this period by the recognition of responsibility, and not by the expectation of approval, which was typical for an earlier age period. Many adolescents have a high situational variability, adherence to diametrically opposite positions. Here is the violation of principles, and intolerance to the opinions of other people, and the demonstration of passivity in the violation of the rights of others, and the justification of immoral actions by profit. The authors proceed from the understanding that now teachers are educating those young people who have a completely different perception of reality, their thinking, moral norms, a new culture, and ways of communication. At the same time, no one removes from the modern teacher the task of transmitting to the young the existing moral and ethical norms that originate in the previous period of education.

The model of a modern society is a „digital society” based on the widespread use of information and communication technologies. Information is of utmost importance. However, „unprocessed“, „unprepared“ information is not valuable, but quite the opposite – it causes great damage economic, technical, psychological, political and others). First of all, this concerns young people, who are exposed to the influence of „harmful factors“ (information messages, appeals) more than other categories of the population.
