The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of understanding entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship training on interest in entrepreneurship, the effect of understanding entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship training on business productivity and the effect of interest in entrepreneurship on business productivity. The population in this study were 264 students participating in the entrepreneurship development program at Muria Kudus University. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula consists of 136 students, with a side technique using proportional random sampling. Data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 21 software. The results showed that understanding of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship training had a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, understanding of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship training had a positive and significant effect on business productivity and interest in entrepreneurship had a positive and significant effect on business productivity. interest in entrepreneurship has a positive and significant influence in mediating the understanding of entrepreneurship on business productivity. Interest in entrepreneurship has a positive influence to become an intervening in mediating entrepreneurship training on business productivity

The purpose of this study is to determine how price, service quality, customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and how much influence, price, service quality on customer satisfaction which has implications for customer loyalty. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were taken by simple random sampling technique. Data analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which was carried out with the help of the SEM program from Smart PLS 3.0. Besides, this research also proves that the price variable will affect customer satisfaction, then the price will also affect customer loyalty, as well as service quality affects customer satisfaction and will also affect customer loyalty. and also the mediating variable of customer satisfaction which will affect customer loyalty. Results of the conclusion of the study aimed to examine the positive influence of the Work Environment on Work Motivation, the positive influence of the Work Environment on Work Discipline, the positive influence of Work Motivation on Work Discipline, the positive influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance, the positive influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance. Structural  Equation Modeling with the help of AMOS 21.0 is used to test the proposed hypotheses. After data analysis and in-depth discussion of the five hypotheses in this study, the following conclusions can be drawn. 1) The work environment has a positive effect on work motivation. 2) The work environment has no positive effect on work discipline. 3) Work motivation has a positive effect on work discipline. 4) Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. 5. Setelah dilakukan analisis data dan pembahasan yang mendalam dari kelima hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut.1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif pada motivasi kerja.2) Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh positif pada disiplin kerja. 3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif pada disiplin kerja. 4) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif pada kinerja pegawai. 5. Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh positif pada kinerja pegawai.

This study aimed to determine empirically learning organization have affect to competence, competence have significant affects to performance, learning organization through competence have significant affect to performance. The method used in sampling was simple random sampling, a total of  200 employee at Bank “XXX” in Jakarta The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), using by LISREL versi 8.8 are need to test the hypothesis. The results showed, learning organization give effect competence, competence give effect performance, learning organization through competence give effect performance  which means that the research hypothesis tested.  Through these results can be material for the attention of Bank “XXX”to keep improving the learning organization, competence heve affect the performance of the business, because through good performance can affect the competitive advantage for Bank XXX” in running the business. Keywords: learning organization,competence, performance, SEM

<p>The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of brand identity on brand value, customer satisfaction and brand trust and the influence of brand value and customer satisfaction on brand trust and its impact on brand loyalty. Respondents in this study is the beauty clinic customers in Jakarta which consists of 112 respondent . Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS version 16 used in this study for data analysis . Results of the testing showed that the brand identity has a positive influence on brand value and brand trust, and customer satisfaction and brand value has a positive influence on brand trust that subsequently will have positive influence on brand loyalty. The results also showed that the brand identity does not have an influence on customer satisfaction</p>

This research aims to identify and examine the effect of the Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance existing areas of Jakarta. The method used is descriptive and associative. Target population studied is Unit in Unit 14 Analysis of the Tax Office in the region of Jakarta. Sampling technique used is random sampling. Model influence analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling ) with alternative method PLS ( Partial Least Square ) which is aimed at testing the Influence between Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance that there diunit analysis has been given permission to conduct research. Results of the analysis showed that partially Tax Transparency and unsignificant positive effect on the Taxpayer Compliance. Similarly, the Trust Taxpayers partially positive and significant impact to the Taxpayer Compliance . Simultaneously Transparency and Trust Tax Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance effect, this means that the Tax and Trust trades Taxpayers together will increase the Taxpayer Compliance.   Keywords: Tax Transparency, Trust, Taxpayer Compliance.     Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak yang ada wilayah DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi target yang diteliti ialah Satuan Kerja yang ada di Unit Analisis 14 Kantor Pelayanan Pajak diwilayah DKI Jakarta. Teknik sampel yang digunakan ialah random sampling. Model pengaruh di analisa menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan metode alternative PLS (Partial Least Square) yang bertujuan menguji Pengaruh antara Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak yang ada diunit analisis yang telah diberi ijin untuk melakukan penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa Transparansi Pajak secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Begitu pula dengan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak yang secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Secara simultan Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak berpengaruh Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak, hal ini berarti bahwa dengan Transakasi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak bersama-sama maka akan meningkatkan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak.

This research aims to identify the role of involvement as a moderating variable in the model of customer loyality. The population in this study is the Xiaomi smartphone users in Yogyakarta. Data is collected through survey method that is guided by questionnaire. The data samples are 200 respondents to eligible the data analysis by structural equation modeling. The results indicate that the involvement moderates the effect of perceived quality, perceived price and after-sales service towards customer satisfaction.. Besides, the result is the involvement moderates the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The results are used to develop strategies to effectively increase customer loyalty by designing a stimulus to increase customer loyalty considering the level of customer involvement.

Abstrak - Pendidikan digunakan sebagai tolok ukur untuk menilai kualitas sumber daya manusia sekaligus penentu kualitas bangsa. Kualitas generasi  unggul dan mampu bersaing akan lahir dari proses Pendidikan. Budaya organisasi dan teknologi informasi yang dibarengi dengan komitmen organisasi dosen merupakan model pemetaan perguruan tinggi untuk menghasilkan kinerja optimal. Menyadari akan pentingnya model tersebut, maka permasalahan belum tercapainya kinerja dosen, merupakan permasalahan yang harus diselesaikan melalui model pemetaan peningkatan kinerja. Metode yang digunakan adaIah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. PopuIasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Dosen International women University, melalui teknik sampIing proporsional random sampling dan rumus slovin, maka diperoleh sampel sebesar 88 dosen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, selanjutnya analisis menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM).  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Dosen International Women University dipengaruhi secara simultan maupun parsial oleh Budaya Organisasi, TeknoIogi Informasi, dan Komitmen organisasional. Dari ketiga variable, komitmen organisasional memberikan kontribusi tertinggi, sedangkan kontribusi terendah ditentukan oleh teknologi informasi. Abstract - Education is used as a measurement to assess the quality of human resources as well as a determinant the quality of the nation. The quality of a excellent generation and able to compete will be exist from the education process. Organizational culture and information technology followed by lecturers' organizational commitment is a model for higher education mapping to produce optimal performance. Realizing the importance of this model, the problem of not achieving lecturer performance is a problem that must be solved through a performance improvement mapping model. The method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is all Lecturers of International Women's University, using the technique of proportional random sampling and Slovin formula, a sample of 88 lecturers was obtained. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews, then analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that the performance of International Women University Lecturers is influenced simultaneously or partially by Organizational Culture, Information Technology, and Organizational Commitment. From the three variables, organizational commitment shows the highest contribution, while the lowest contribution is determined by information technology.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh diferensiasi produk dan diferensiasi citra terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan pengaruhnya terhahadap kinerja pemasaran Industri Kecil Menengah Kopi di Kabupaten Temanggung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 156 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proporsional area random sampling, penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, sehingga diperoleh 61 responden dengan taraf signifikansi 10%. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square). Hasil analisis menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan dan positif dari diferensiasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing, sedangkan diferensiasi citra tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Simpulan yang diperoleh adalah semakin tinggi perusahaan menerapkan strategi diferensiasi produk maka akan meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing, namun semakin tinggi diferensiasi citra yang diterapkan perusahaan belum tentu meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing dan keunggulan bersaing meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran

Basic methods and techniques involved in the determination of minimum sample size at the use of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in a research project, is one of the crucial problems faced by researchers since there were some controversy among scholars regarding methods and rule-of-thumbs involved in the determination of minimum sample size when applying Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Therefore, this paper attempts to make a review of the methods and rule-of-thumbs involved in the determination of sample size at the use of SEM in order to identify more suitable methods. The paper collected research articles related to the sample size determination for SEM and review the methods and rules-of-thumb employed by different scholars. The study found that a large number of methods and rules-of-thumb have been employed by different scholars. The paper evaluated the surface mechanism and rules-of-thumb of more than twelve previous methods that contained their own advantages and limitations. Finally, the study identified two methods that are more suitable in methodologically and technically which have identified by non-robust scholars who deeply addressed all the aspects of the techniques in the determination of minimum sample size for SEM analysis and thus, the prepare recommends these two methods to rectify the issue of the determination of minimum sample size when using SEM in a research project.

Abstract This article emphasizes entrepreneurial skills in adolescents, in order to determine the relationship between entrepreneurial skills (dependent variable) and the key factors for their development: personal, social, and educational (independent variables). It has an empirical‒analytical design which is explanatory in nature. After the design, validation, and application of the evaluation instrument, the estimation was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show great impact of potential entrepreneurial capacity on effective entrepreneurial capacity, determined by the direct effect of personal traits and life skills, the family as a moderating element, as well as the mediating role of entrepreneurship training processes. The complex nature of entrepreneurship is highlighted, which is influenced by multiple factors as possible boosters for the success of entrepreneurial initiatives.
