Extracting knowledge from big document databases has long been a challenge. Most researchers do a literature review and manage their document databases with tools thatjust provide a bibliography and when retrieving information (a list of concepts and ideas), thereis a severe lack of functionality. Researchers do need to extract specific information from theirscholarly document databases depending on their predefined breakdown structure. Thosedatabases usually contain a few hundred documents, information requirements are distinct ineach research project, and technique algorithms are not always the answer. As most retrievingand information extraction algorithms require manual training, supervision, and tuning, itcould be shorter and more efficient to do it by hand and dedicate time and effort to perform aneffective semantic search list definition that is the key to obtain the desired results. A robustrelative importance index definition is the final step to obtain a ranked importance concept listthat will be helpful both to measure trends and to find a quick path to the most appropriatepaper in each case.

This covid pandemic has changed everything 180 degrees, especially in the world of education. Students who are accustomed to face-to-face learning are required to move in the process of learning methods. The learning method implemented during this pandemic uses online learning. This measure was taken to maintain the quality of education and to prevent the spread of Covid-19. With online meetings, there will be many changes in learning methods to align the essence of learning appropriately and effectively because when compared to previous learning methods, it is very different. This article will highlight various online learning methods to always build the behavior characteristics of the millennial generation for the better. The question that arises from this topic is what is the right method of managing character education in a pandemic situation like this? The research aims to identify what problems occur in online learning and provide effective methods for the learning process in Indonesia. The writing of this article uses the literature review method, a description of the theory, findings, and other research materials obtained from reference materials to be used as the basis for research activities to develop a clear frame of mind from the formulation of the problem to be studied. The data are from the latest research, namely from 2019 to 2021 published through Google Scholar, totaling 12 articles, and data were analyzed qualitatively using available theoretical frameworks. The results of this study show the behavioral process of the millennial generation in building character amid online learning, and to create optimal learning, distance-learning or online strategies are carried out using methods to maximize the optimal learning system. From the research, literature review methods proved to be effective to study this topic while Covid-19 is happening to keep safety measures, but it does not give many details and specific information well. This method is recommended for researchers who work from home without having to go to the field to find information and avoid exposure to COVID-19.

This chapter focuses on the similarities and differences between quantitative and qualitative marketing research projects and the possibilities of combining them in triangulation. The comparative analysis of both types of the research was conducted on the basis of literature review and the empirical research results, which were obtained from the evaluation of usability of Polish bank website. In the following sections, the authors discuss issues such as: 1) specificity of quantitative vs. qualitative marketing research, with regards to the implemented research projects; 2) methodological aspects of quantitative and qualitative research. They compare the selected research and sampling methods. Also, the problems which may occur with reference to quantitative and qualitative marketing research triangulation on different stages of the research project are discussed. Moreover, strengths and weaknesses of triangulation are analyzed. At the end, the example of quantitative and qualitative triangulation in the research project investigating the usability of websites is presented.

AbstractRoadmapping has been addressed as a management approach used to support strategic and innovation planning of organisations over recent decades. This paper introduces a new standpoint for addressing roadmapping through the application of service theories as a way for tackling the demand for the digitalisation of roadmapping. To this end, the concept of roadmapping as a service offer is developed and employed to analyse three customer perspectives of roadmapping: owners and sponsors, team members, and facilitators. Based on a literature review and interviews with roadmapping experts, customer jobs, pains, and gains are described for each of the perspectives. In the end, the paper provides insights for the understanding of the concept of roadmapping service and opens opportunities for further theoretical and empirical developments around this new path. These results are part of a broader research project exploring the digitalisation of roadmapping.

The aim of this study was to analyze the information available in the literature about the drugs that can be administered through hypodermoclysis and the resulting impact that this information may have on the routine of the pharmacist working at a hospital. The study was based on a review of the literature. The results showed positive points of the procedure, but little specific information about medications such as routes of administration, standard dilutions, optimal doses, etc. Thus, it was possible to verify that there is no definite information as to the correct way to administer the drugs in this route, even though this is an effective and safe option, according to the literature. The lack of information has a negative impact on the support provided by the pharmacist to the nursing staff to ensure that the drug actually reaches its therapeutic goals safely.

In a research project investigating information requirements for increasing SA in the attack helicopter domain, we examined issues concerned with the presentation of dynamically changing information about a tactical situation. We explored features including an underlying digital map, supplementary unit information, and dynamically updated information about enemy and friendly unit movements. We found that although continuous updating would most accurately represent the current tactical situation, periodic updates were more successful in making subjects aware of the changing enemy and friendly dispositions, thereby supporting higher levels of SA. We found that some features rated as highly useful were not actually invoked during the simulation, suggesting that subjective evaluations of utility of display features may be a misleading indicator of their actual usage.
