The purpose of this study is 1. To determine the liquidity, company size, profitability and value of the company in the Ceramic, Porcelain and Glass Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. 2. To determine the effect of liquidity, company size, profitability and firm value on the Ceramic, Porcelain and Glass Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange both simultaneously and partially. This research was conducted using quantitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The object of the research is the Ceramic, Porcelain and Glass Sub-Sector Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection is done by documentation method. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, hypothesis testing. This analysis was carried out using the IBM SPSS Statistic Program version 21.0.The results of this research can be concluded as follows: 1. Overall average value of Current Ratio (CR) fluctuates tends to increase 2. overall the average value of size has fluctuated tends to increase. 3. overall the average value of Return on Assets (ROA) fluctuates but tends to decrease. 4. F test found that simultaneously the magnitude of Fcount> Ftable of H0 is rejected, meaning that liquidity, firm size, and profitability have no significant effect on the value of the company in the Ceramic, Porcelain and Glass Sub-Sector Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 .

Signal theory emphasizes that company information can be responded differently by investors. One method used to analyze company value is using the Price to Book Value (PBV) approach. This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, dividend policy, profitability, and firm size on firm value. This research was conducted on companies listed in the LQ 45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. The number of samples taken as many as 10 companies used the nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, so that the number of samples during the 4 years of observation became 40 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that liquidity and profitability have a positive effect on firm value, while dividend policy and company size have no effect on firm value. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of promotion Tiket.com through several stages, such as: identification dimensions empathy, persuasion, impact, and communication. Further reviewed how the effectiveness of promotion Tiket.com it can affect the decision to buy air tickets to Bali. Data collection techniques used obeservation, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies and documentation. Data collection techniques use non-probability sampling with accidental sampling procedure. The analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study shows that the dimension of empathy (x1) has a positive and significant effect of 0.001 on buying decisions (y), persuasion dimension (x2) has a positive and significant effect of 0.001 on buying decisions (y), impact dimension (x3) significant 0,041 to the buying decision (y) and the last dimension of communication (x4) have a positive and significant effect of 0.000 on buying decision (y). From the EPIC model is the face of communication is the biggest factor influencing the decision of tourists to buy ticket through the website Tiket.com. This is because the communication contained in promotion Tiket.com easy to understand and attached to the memory of tourists to use the website Tiket.com when buying air tickets if want to travelling.

One of the basic laws that the zakat seems to be ordered is the word of Allah SWT QS. At-Taubah verse 103, The study aims to analyze the effect of  productive Zakat, Infak, Sedekah (ZIS) to the micro-business growth of mustahik of Muhammadiyah Society in Medan City, micro-business growth towards mustahik welfare of Muhammadiyah Society in Medan City, and simultaneously effect of Productive Zakat, Infak, Sedekah (ZIS) and micro-business growth to the mustahik welfare of Muhammadiyah society in Medan City. This research used quantitative descriptive analysis, the sample was selected by using quota sampling, and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between productive Zakat and mustahik welfare, there is a relationship between micro-business growth and mustahik welfare and also simultaneously there is a relationship between productive Zakat and the micro-business growth towards mustahik welfare of Muhammadiyah society in Medan city. The implication of this study is emphasizing the distribution of Zakat that more prioritizing on Productive Zakat.

This research aims to examine and analyze the impact of profitability, leverage, liquidity, company size and asset structure on firm value in the company of sub-sector property and real estate listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia period in 2015-2019. The population of this research is the entire property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the IDX. The sampel selection in this research using purposive sampling with certain criteria thus obtained 38 samples of data to be researched. The data used are secondary obtained from financial report. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that liquidity, company size, and asset structure affect on firm value. Meanwhile profitability and leverage do not affect on firm value in the company sub-sector property and real estate period 2015-2019

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of profitability, debt, and company size on the value of food and beverage companies. This research was conducted in all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2018 period, amounting to 13 sample companies. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling and data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. This research aims to specify the effect of liquidity, leverage, profitability and company size on the stock price of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2013-2017. This type of research is descriptive statistical research. The object of this research had been done on 26 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that were collected by purposive sampling. The data type that used in this research is called secondary data in the configuration of mining company financial statements for the period 2013-2017. The ratios used during this research are Current Ratio representing Liquidity, Debt to Equity Ratio that represents Leverage, Return On Assets representing Profitability and LN (Total Assets) representing Company Size. The analysis used is descriptive analysis, graph analysis also multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion showed that liquidity had a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Leverage has a negative and not significant effect on stock prices. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Company Size has a negative and significant effect on stock prices.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implications of the variable capital structure, managerial ownership, and dividend policy on firm value in the property and real estate sub sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2019 period. The sample in this research is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2019 period with a total of 6 companies obtained using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis which is supported by classical assumption tests such as normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. The results of this study indicate that capital structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value, managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on firm value, while dividend policy has no significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously, capital structure, managerial ownership, and dividend policy have a positive and significant effect on firm value. The purpose of his study aims to determine and analyze how much the income level of tuna fishing business is and what factors affect the level of tuna fishing business income in Manokwari Regency. The analytical method used is the quantitative descriptive analysis method with interview guides and questionnaires as instruments. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously and partially the variables of capital, length of time at sea, number of workers and experience at sea had a significant effect on the income of tuna fishermen in Manokwari Regency.

Abstract: The objective of this research is to Implementation of the good corporate governance (GCG) principles in addition to improving bank competitiveness itself, also provide more protection to the community. The implementation of the good corporate governance (GCG) principles becomes a trust given the banking industry that manages public funds (customers). The objective of this research is to know the analysis implementation of good corporate governance (GCG) principles in PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Branch of Bengkulu. The object of this research is permanent employee of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Branch Office of Bengkulu which amounted to 67 people, with sampling method that is total sampling. The sources of data in this study through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis with mean method and frequency distribution table. The results of this study research that, implemtasi good corporate governance (GCG) principles at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Branch of Bengkulu has been running well with the average value of the statement 3.77 (good). Furthermore, the implementation principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness have gone well with the average value each statement of 3.71 (good), 3.86 (good), 3.76 (good), 3.67 (good), 3.86 (good).Keyword: governance, bank, competitiveness.

The main objective of this research is to examine theeffect of manajerial ownership, investment decision, funding decision, and dividend policy on firm value that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In this study, firm value measured by Price Book Value (PBV). Samples used in this study consisted of 11 companies. This study used a purposive sampling method is by determining the number of samples taken to certain criteria. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis which previously has been tested with the classical assumption test. The results showed that simultaneously managerial ownership, investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend significantly influence on firm value in the companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Partially managerial ownership and funding decisions does not affect on firm value in the companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, while investment decisions and dividend policy positive effect on firm value in the Companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange
