In the article I demonstrate the connection between Fazekas and Csokonai through two poems. Fazekas’s Az érzékenységek énekben (The Senses in Song) was written in imitation of Csokonai’s A’ Reményhez, and A serdűlő bajuszhoz (To the Pubescent Moustache) was written similarly after Csokonai’s A’ Pillangóhoz, in these two poems by Fazekas Csokonai’s influence can be observed from formal characteristics through themes to intertextuality. However, this influence is not merely a copy of form, but it is an expression of Fazekas’s poetic irony and his polemic mentality with Csokonai. Both poems target the Lilla-affection and the love cult of sensitive poetry, as opposed to which, as poetic banter, Fazekas depicts on the one hand, an ordinary woman character who requites love, and on the other hand, a woman of easy virtue. The subtle irony is present on multiple levels in both poems due to the verbunkos (a Hungarian dance originated in military recruiting) and sensibility-classical melody.

<p><strong>Resumen</strong></p><p>Iniciamos este análisis identificando una serie de aristas políticas asociadas a las tecnologías de intervención corporal para el caso de personas trans. Ello constituye una invitación abierta a repensar, por un lado, el papel de los pacientes/ usuarixs/ consumidores y, por otro, los efectos sociales que se desprenden de la actualización de los sentidos y los propósitos con que fueron idealmente concebidos los artefactos. Sostenemos que la Ley de Identidad de Género en Argentina propició un proceso de politización de las demandas y las subjetividades de las personas trans. Al tiempo que habilitó una instancia de democratización de las tecnologías de intervención corporal, tanto en lo que respecta al acceso, como a la direccionalidad y los fines con que son utilizadas.</p><p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>We begin this analysis by identifying a series of political edges associated with body intervention technologies in the case of transgender people. This constitutes an open invitation to rethink, on the one hand, the role of patients / users / consumers and, on the other hand, the social effects that arise from the updating of the senses and the purposes with which the artifacts were ideally conceived. We maintain that the Gender Identity Law in Argentina promoted a process of politicization of the demands and subjectivities of transgender people. At the same time, it enabled an instance of democratization of body intervention technologies, both in terms of access, as well as the directionality and the purposes for which they are used.</p>

Erwin Straus (1891–1975) was a German neurologist, psychiatrist, psychologist, and philosopher who was forced to emigrate to the United States in 1938. Based on Husserl’s phenomenology, he developed a phenomenological psychology based on sense perception and bodily movement which he applied to various areas of psychopathology. A crucial distinction he developed is between a passive or “pathic” (sensing) moment of perception on the one hand, and an active or “gnostic” (recognizing) moment on the other hand. The former may become decoupled and preponderant in anxiety, delusional mood, or drug intoxication, whereas the latter prevails in derealization and depersonalization. Among Straus’s major works are The Primary World of the Senses (1963) and Phenomenological Psychology (1966). He may be counted among the leading representatives of phenomenological and anthropological psychiatry even to the present day.

In the recent decades ample attention within the study of cinema has been paid to the human body, yet few films deal so directly with our physical nature as Hungarian director György Pálfi’s Taxidermia. This 2006 surreal family saga presents three generations of men obsessed with their corporeal needs. In its reflection on the body, the film juxtaposes the extremes of the human form. On the one hand, it probes the inside and the outside of the body. On the other hand, it investigates Bakhtin’s carnivalesque corporealities and considers Baudrillard’s notion of the body ‘as the finest of the consumer objects’. In contemplating the corporeal exterior, Taxidermia celebrates the senses as well as the varied textures and hues of the skin. Revisiting the visceral depths of the body, it imposes its own aesthetics as it exhibits the interior anatomy. Furthermore, while the film begins with grotesque depictions of the corporeality and its urges, in its conclusion these are replaced with the image of a modern, constructed physicality whose enslavement to its needs is rebuked. Such a body, emptied of its organic connections and ultimately likened to a taxidermist mount, constitutes a commentary on the contemporary perception of our own physical nature. Tracing Taxidermia’s exploration of the human body, this chapter analyses the film’s references to different theories revolving around the human corporeality.

Simmel, qui fut l’inspirateur d’une « sociologie des sens », on veut faire ressortir d’une part l’importance de la jouissance dans la vie sociale, ce qui d’autre part induit un mode d’analyse sociologique qui sache intégrer la dimension esthétique de l’existence. Le devenir communicationnel de nos sociétés devrait nous inciter à être attentif à ce que l’on peut appeler la rhétorique sociale et à l’intersubjectivité qui en est la conséquence directe. Le paradigme esthétique n’est cependant pas synonyme d’une abdication de la pensée d’où l’élaboration d’un « formisme » sociologique.Palavras chave : Esthétique. Connaissance. Formisme. Socialité. Simmels’s example, who was the inspiration for a « sociology of the senses », we wish, on the one hand, to emphasize the importance of pleasure in social life, which has the effect, on the other hand, of bringing about a type of sociological analysis with the capacity of integrating the aesthetic dimension of existence. The evolution in communications in our societies should encourage us to be attentive to what might be called social rhetoric and to intersubjectivity which is its direct consequence. The aesthetic paradigm is, however, not synonomous with an abdication of thought, the result of this being the development of a sociological « formism ».Key words: Aesthetics. Knowledge. Formism. In the Synopsis to the Meditations Descartes assures us that ‘extensive doubt… [provides] the easiest route by which the mind may be led away from the senses’ (12). And in the Fifth Replies Descartes adds that it is essential to a proper understanding of the Meditations that ‘the entire testimony of the senses should be regarded as uncertain and even as false’ (350). But to deny our ordinary trust in the senses on the grounds of such ‘hyperbolic’ or ‘metaphysical’ doubts as that one might be dreaming or the victim of an evil demon is, as Descartes himself puts it, quite mad: ‘no sane person has ever seriously doubted that there really is a world and that human beings have bodies’ (16). We seem, then, to be confronted with a dilemma: on the one hand, the skepticism about the senses that we find in the First Meditation must be taken seriously. On the other hand, it is, in some sense, a sham. How, then, are we to understand these doubts?

Abstract. Two experiments examined the influence of stories on recipients’ self-perceptions. Extending prior theory and research, our focus was on assimilation effects (i.e., changes in self-perception in line with a protagonist’s traits) as well as on contrast effects (i.e., changes in self-perception in contrast to a protagonist’s traits). In Experiment 1 ( N = 113), implicit and explicit conscientiousness were assessed after participants read a story about either a diligent or a negligent student. Moderation analyses showed that highly transported participants and participants with lower counterarguing scores assimilate the depicted traits of a story protagonist, as indicated by explicit, self-reported conscientiousness ratings. Participants, who were more critical toward a story (i.e., higher counterarguing) and with a lower degree of transportation, showed contrast effects. In Experiment 2 ( N = 103), we manipulated transportation and counterarguing, but we could not identify an effect on participants’ self-ascribed level of conscientiousness. A mini meta-analysis across both experiments revealed significant positive overall associations between transportation and counterarguing on the one hand and story-consistent self-reported conscientiousness on the other hand.

SummaryThe prognosis of patients with acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) has improved considerably by introduction of aggressive consolidation chemotherapy and haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (SCT). Nevertheless, only 20-30% of patients with AML achieve long-term diseasefree survival after SCT. The most common cause of treatment failure is relapse. Additionally, mortality rates are significantly increased by therapy-related causes such as toxicity of chemotherapy and complications of SCT. Including radioimmunotherapies in the treatment of AML and myelodyplastic syndrome (MDS) allows for the achievement of a pronounced antileukaemic effect for the reduction of relapse rates on the one hand. On the other hand, no increase of acute toxicity and later complications should be induced. These effects are important for the primary reduction of tumour cells as well as for the myeloablative conditioning before SCT.This paper provides a systematic and critical review of the currently used radionuclides and immunoconjugates for the treatment of AML and MDS and summarizes the literature on primary tumour cell reductive radioimmunotherapies on the one hand and conditioning radioimmunotherapies before SCT on the other hand.

On the other hand, the innovative character of his works is emphasized that allows to consider him a proponent of hetherodoxy. It is stressed that Schumpeter's revolutionary challenge can lead to radical changes in modern economics.

Abstract Pesantren are often associated with backwardness and traditionalism in everything: facilities, technology, learning methods, and even the curriculum. For now, it seems like the traditional term for pesantren is no longer relevant enough. The pace of movement in the era of renewal marked by the rapid development of technology has demanded pesantren to make adjustments. However, on the one hand, when viewed from the direction of change, the reform efforts pursued by pesantren are not to erase the old tradition, but merely to add something new so that the old tradition and conditions can be maintained while accepting the presence of a new one. On the other hand, the reform efforts undertaken by pesantren have implications for the fact that the typical values of the pesantren are fading away. Abstrak  Pesantren seringkali diasosiasikan dengan keterbelakangan dan tradisional dalam segala hal: fasilitas, teknologi, metode pembelajaran, dan bahkan kurikulumnya. Untuk saat ini, sepertinya istilah tradisional untuk pesantren, sudah tidak lagi cukup relevan. Laju gerak pembaharuan zaman yang ditandai dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi telah menuntut pesantren untuk melakukan penyesuaian diri. Kendatipun demikian, di satu sisi, jika dilihat dari arah perubahan, upaya pembaharuan yang ditempuh pesantren tidaklah untuk menghapus tradisi yang lama, tetapi sekadar menambah dengan sesuatu yang baru sehingga tradisi maupun kondisi yang lama bisa dipertahankan sambil menerima kehadiran yang baru. Di sisi yang lain, upaya pembaharuan yang dilakukan pesantren ternyata berimplikasi pada kenyataan akan semakin pudarnya nilai-nilai khas yang dimiliki oleh pesantren.

BASYARNAS’s verdict in resolving dispute can be negotiated or cancelled by submitting nullification to the Religious Court if the parties or one of them felt dissatisfied with the BASYARNAS verdicts. This case is important to be reviewed academically because of its paradox and ambiguity. On the one hand the decision is final and binding, but on the other hand it could be cancelled through the Religious Court. If the BASYARNAS verdicts really want to be final and binding, the nullification of the verdicts should be abolished. It can be replaced by an amendment of the verdict submitted to BASYARNAS and handed back to the arbitrator (arbitrator panel) who handles the dispute. Apart being fast and confidential, the arbitrator (judge) is more aware of the case, the reasons, evidences and witnesses of the dispute.
