Evaluation of the effectiveness of aminophthalhydroside in the complex treatment of patients with recurrent genital herpes was carried out. The efficacy of the drug was assessed by clinical, biochemical, and immunological criteria. The inclusion of aminophthalhydrazide in the complex therapy of patients with recurrent herpesvirus infection led to an earlier relief of clinical manifestations of the disease, an increase in the relapse period, a decrease in lipid peroxidation products in the blood plasma, an increase in the content of antioxidant defense components, and correction of immunological disorders.

Recurrent genital herpes and anogenital warts differ in etiological factor and clinical presentation. The main objectives afflicting the gynecologist are to lengthen the period of remission as long as practicable and reduce recurrence rates of genital warts. The article presents the analysis of the effectiveness and safety of the complex therapy for recurrent genital herpes and anogenital (venereal) warts.

Chronic recurrent herpes virus infection of the genitals caused by the herpes virus type 2 is an inflammatory polyetiological disease, in the pathogenesis of which the reduction of non-specific resistance of the organism, an imbalance of immune factors plays an important role. Treatment of genital herpes infection should cover all the links of pathogenesis, including immunological. Clinical and immunological assessment of the effectiveness of intravenous laser light of blood in the UV spectral range (wavelength 365 nm, the device "Lasmik- VLOK") was carried out. This study involved 79 women at the age of 29,9±0,2 years with clinical signs of chronic recurrent genital herpes. Etiotropic therapy was conducted with the use of the Aciclovir in a dose of 500 mg once a day for 6 months. The complex therapy included the use of laser ultrasonic irradiation of blood simultaneously with the application of standard methods of treatment. The results of the study indicate the presence of positive clinical dynamics and immune-modulating activity of laser ultrasonic spectrum, that allows to recommend this method in complex therapy of chronic recurrent genital herpes.

Несмотря на достигнутые успехи в диагностике и лечении, на сегодняшний день проблема хронического простатита у пациентов с доброкачественной гиперплазией простаты продолжает оставаться актуальной. Тем временем, выздоровление или же стойкая ремиссия хронического простатита наступает только у 30-35% больных, которые получают традиционное лечение. В патогенезе хронического простатита важное место занимают мембранопатологические процессы, которые обусловлены активацией перекисного окисления липидов и нарушением состояния антиоксидантной системы защиты. У больных с хроническим простатитом и доброкачественной гиперплазией простаты наблюдается существенное усиление процессов липопероксидации на фоне сниженной функциональной способности антиоксидантных систем защиты организма. Поэтому равновесие в оксидантно-антиоксидантной системе является важным звеном в поддержании гомеостаза и, в частности, при патологии предстательной железы, предопределяет включение в комплексное лечение средств антиоксидантного действия. Перспективным можно считать применение препаратов с высоким содержанием биофлавоноидов и антиоксидантных витаминов. Включение в комплексное лечение таких пациентов препарата Кверцетина приводит к сокращению сроков нормализации клинико-лабораторных проявлений заболевания благодаря восстановлению равновесия между перекисным окислением липидов и состоянием антиоксидантной системы защиты Despite the successes achieved in the diagnosis and treatment, to date, the problem of chronic progression in patients with benign hyperplasia of the growth continues to remain relevant. Meanwhile, recovery or persistent remission of chronic prostatitis occurs only in 30-35% of patients who receive traditional treatment. In the pathogenesis of chronic prostatitis, membrane-pathological processes take an important place, which are caused by the activation of lipid peroxidation and impaired state of the antioxidant defense system. In patients with chronic prostate and benign hyperplasia, a significant increase in lipoperoxidation processes is observed against the background of a reduced functional ability of antioxidant defense systems. Therefore, the equilibrium in the oxidant-antioxidant system is an important link in the maintenance of homeostasis and, in particular, with the pathology of the prostate gland, allows the inclusion of antioxidant drugs in the complex treatment. The use of drugs with a high content of bioflavonoids and antioxidant vitamins can be considered promising. The inclusion of such patients in the complex treatment of the drug Quercetin leads to a reduction in the normalization period of the clinical and laboratory manifestations of the disease due to the restoration of the equilibrium between the peroxidation of the lipid peroxidation system and the state of lipid peroxidation

The aim of the study was to assess the state of lipid and protein peroxidation in children with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia (UCTD). In this study, 63 children (33 children with UCTD and 30 children without UCTD were recruited and the indicators of lipid and protein peroxidation were measured. The enzymatic, colorimetric method was used to measure the level of total cholesterol (TC). The phospholipids were analyzed by liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry using electrospray ionization. Lipid peroxidation was studied by assessing the change of index and the end product of lipid peroxidation, malondialdehyde (MDA), using spectrophotometric method. Protein peroxidation - by the content of carbonylated protein based on 2,4 dinitrophenyl-hydrazones derivatization. The activity of the antioxidant defense system enzymes was assessed by measuring catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD). Our study revealed a significant increase of PPO products in the venous blood plasma and LPO products in erythrocytes in children with UCTD. Furthermore, an imbalance of the antioxidant defense system was observed in both blood plasma and erythrocytes membrane.

The activity of superoxidismutase and catalase in thrombocytes as well as content of -tocopherol and -carotin in blood plasma and cerebrospinal fluid in 193 patients with ischemic insult are studied. Incompetence of the mechanisms of antioxidant defense correlating with gravity and outcome of ischemic insult is established. Depression of various links of the antioxidant defense system in blood plasma, thrombocytes and cerebrospinal fluid affects the gravity of clinical manifestations of the disease.

The types of therapy of herpes simplex virus are considered and their own recommendations are given on the management of patients with recurrent genital herpes.

The author has investigated the effect of an extract of Ginkgo Biloba on the intensity of the processes of lipid peroxidation, proteins, the antioxidant system, the state of the blood photeolytic activity of patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency (CCI) of ischemic genesis and concomitant chronic cholecystites (CC). It has been established that the use in the multimodality therapy of patients of a Ginkgo Biloba extract diminishes the processes of lipoperoxidation and accelerates a normalization of antioxidant disturbances, as well as decreases the blood plasma proteolytic activity, accelerates a regression of the clinical manifestations of CCI and concomitant vascular lesions of the brain.

Introduction. Degenerative-dystrophic changes in the spine are the most common chronic human diseases. Pronounced clinical manifestations of vertebrogenic diseases are observed during active labor activity and represent one of the most frequent causes of temporary disability. It is also known that any pain syndromes are accompanied by the development of psychovegetative disorders, which reduces the effectiveness of treatment. In recent years, there has been a reasonable increase in the interest of the medical community to the non-drug treatment methods. It is caused by the polypharmacotherapy side effects, an increased numbers of allergic reactions, problems with polypragmasia, and a low level of compliance. At the same time, the question of the possibility of various non-drug treatment methods combining is quite acute.The goal of research is to substantiate the clinical effectiveness of the combined application of osteopathic correction and reflexotherapy in the complex treatment of patients with dorsopathy at the cervical-thoracic level.Materials and methods. A prospective controlled randomized study was conducted on the basis of the medical clinics of LLC «Family Health» (Kazan) and ANO «Center for SEB assistance» (Kazan) from April 2018 to May 2019. The study involved 52 people with dorsopathy at the cervical-thoracic level, aged from 25 to 45 years. In accordance with the exclusion criteria, 7 people dropped out of the study. The remaining patients (45 people), depending on the used treatment method, were divided by a simple randomization method using a random number generator into three groups of 15 people. The first group (main group) received osteopathic correction and reflexotherapyon the background of standard drug therapy; the second and the third groups (control groups) received only osteopathic correction orreflexotherapy, respectively, on the background of standard drug therapy. The osteopathic examination was performed for all patients regardless of the group, before and after the course of therapy, with the formation of an osteopathic conclusion.Also there was the estimation of the degree of pain syndrome severity,the asthenia, and the degree of accumulated emotional and energy charge that does not get out in a person.Results. It was found in the course of the study that the inclusion of osteopathic correction and reflexotherapy in the complex therapy of patients with dorsopathy at the cervical-thoracic level is clinically more effective than the isolated use of these methods. Such complex therapy allows to achieve a more significant reduction in the severity of the pain syndrome by VAS (p<0,05), relief of internal emotional tension (p<0,05), and increase the effectiveness of correction of dominant somatic dysfunction. Based on the obtained data, it could be assumed that reflexotherapy potentiates the effects of osteopathic correction.Conclusion. Based on the study, it can be concluded that the combination of osteopathic correction and reflexotherapy in the treatment of patients with dorsopathy at the cervical-thoracic level increases the clinical effectiveness of the standard drug therapy. At the same time, it is worth noting the potentiating effect of the combined use of two non-medicinal methods. The question of combining of various non-drug treatment methods is quite acute today, so this study will be continued.
