The paper presents current state of digital transformation of Russian banks. The author defines the digitalization of banks as the introduction of FinTech technologies, close cooperation with Fintech-companies. Digitalization has both positive and negative consequences: cyber risks are growing, financial stability is decreasing. The analysis allowed the author to draw conclusions that the digital transformation of Russian banks is characterized by: the complex implementation of BCBS scenarios and the interaction between banks and Fintechcompanies, the emergence of neo-banks; increased competition in the banking sector; innovative opportunities for the production and sale of banking services and products, the emergence of new risks; accumulation and use of large amounts of data; the need to significantly change the information systems of banks (growth in demand for the services of IT companies); the emergence of ecosystems in which non-banking organizations are actively involved; large costs of Russian banks, which, as a rule, leads to an improvement in their financial results (as a result, medium and small banks begin to lose in the market).

The article reveals the importance of analyzing financial stability for the development of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine and improving the country's economy as a whole. Based on the study of the current state of the agricultural sector by the main indicators and their comparison with developed countries, its features and main problems were determined. In addition, the analysis of the main indicators of financial stability for the largest enterprises in the agricultural sector was carried out and the factors influencing their dynamics were determined, as well as forecasting the profitability of the agricultural business using financial stability modeling.

Nowadays, the study of financial stability of banking is important, which is to observe the behavior of the bank in the future. In this paper, a simple model of deposit and loan of a bank is solved analytically and numerically, and then it is implemented into data of four groups of commercial banks in Indonesia based on their capitals. From the data for each group of banks, the parameters will be estimated using the Spiral Optimization Algorithm. The results show that the algorithm gives satisfactory solutions in terms of closeness between the analytical and numerical solutions. In the long run, the deposit and loan volumes will be stable at their equilibrium points which showing the good condition of the future of the banks based on current state.

AbstractRapid development of community health information networks raises the issue of semantic interoperability between distributed and heterogeneous systems. Indeed, operational health information systems originate from heterogeneous teams of independent developers and have to cooperate in order to exchange data and services. A good cooperation is based on a good understanding of the messages exchanged between the systems. The main issue of semantic interoperability is to ensure that the exchange is not only possible but also meaningful. The main objective of this paper is to analyze semantic interoperability from a software engineering point of view. It describes the principles for the design of a semantic mediator (SM) in the framework of a distributed object manager (DOM). The mediator is itself a component that should allow the exchange of messages independently of languages and platforms. The functional architecture of such a SM is detailed. These principles have been partly applied in the context of the HEllOS object-oriented software engineering environment. The resulting service components are presented with their current state of achievement.

Studying the current state of cartography and ways of further developing the industry, the role of the map in the future of the society, new methods of promoting cartographic products is impossible without a deep scientific analyzing all the paths, events and factors influencing its formation and development throughout all the historic steps of cartographic production in Russia. In the article, the history of cartographic production in Russia is considered together with the development of private, state and military cartography, since, despite some differences, they have a common technical, technological and production basis. The author describes the stages of originating, formation and growth of industrial cartographic production from the beginning of the XVIII century until now. The connection between the change of political formations and technological structures with the mentioned stages of maps and atlases production is considered. Each stage is studied in detail, a step-by-step analysis was carried out, and the characteristics of each stage are described. All the events and facts are given in chronological order, highlighting especially significant moments influencing the evolution of cartographic production. The data on the volumes of printing and sales of atlases and maps by commercial and state enterprises are presented. The main trends and lines of further development of cartographic production in Russia are studied.

The market for shared mobility services is growing very quickly. New types of vehicles have been introduced, and the offer of available services and functionalities has expanded, the purpose of which is to improve the quality of service. Despite all the improvements, it is still not possible to speak of achieving full availability of systems that meet the needs of users. This is due to the reluctant involvement of operators of shared mobility systems in joining Mobility as a Service platforms based on the idea of open innovation. The aim of the article is to analyze the factors influencing the limitations in the development of open innovations in the form of Mobility as a Service (MaaS) services. The authors focus on identifying the challenges and concerns faced by shared mobility service providers. The article supports the development of the concept of open innovation in shared mobility services. It also contains practical recommendations for the development of MaaS systems. The results of the developed research can be used by operators of shared mobility services, transport authorities, or IT service providers providing MaaS services to strengthen cooperation and integration using the language of mutual benefit.

The article analyzes statistical data on the management of active and passive operations in commercial banks, forms the theoretical views of foreign and domestic economists.Scientific novelty of the research:1. One of the main expected results of the transformation of commercial banks with the support of international financial institutions is based on the reduction of the state's share in a number of commercial banks, the introduction of international experience in attracting strategic investors with sufficient experience, knowledge and reputation;2. When managing the assets and liabilities of the bank, first of all, it is necessary to analyze the factors of attracting the bank's resources, the stability of the resources of commercial banks has proven that it allows risk-free management of active operations

This study investigates the impact of credit risk on the financial stability of Vietnamese commercial banks. The paper uses the Z-score to proxy the financial stability of banks. We use the data of 27 Vietnamese commercial banks on BankScope, during 2010 - 2019. The paper applied a dynamic panel data approach; the selected method is the difference GMM (DGMM). The key question discussed is which factor impacts on Z-score. Analysis results show the negative effect of non-performing loans on the financial stability of banks. When commercial banks have higher non-performing loans, the lower the financial stability is. Additionally, bank-specific variables such as equity on asset ratio, the return on equity, the size of the bank and set of macroeconomic variables affect the bank’s financial stability. Based on the analysis results, we imply relevant policies for the State Bank of Vietnam and commercial banks.
