This research is using quantitative study aimed to see the influence of liquidity, leverage, and profitability on financial distress. This research using textile and garment company that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange as sample. The dependent variable in this study is financial distress and the independent variable in this study is liquidity that measured by current ratio, leverage that measured by debt to total asset ratio and profitability that measured by return on asset ratio. The sampling method in this study is using purposive sampling method. The sample used in this study is 17 Textile and garment company. The type of data used on this study is secondary data. This study is using Regression Logistic Analisys to testing the hypothesis. The result on this research is there are no influence of Leverage and Profitability to financial distress, and there is negative influence of Liquidity to financial distress.   Keyowords : liquidity, leverage, profitabily, financial distress, logistic

This research aims is to analized the influence of Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, Debt to Total Aset (DTA), and Earning Per Share (EPS) to the Devidend police, which measure by Dividend Payout Ratio, to the manufacture company listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange, with the period of research is 2008 to 2011. The samples were collected panel data and it has resulting n = 40. The analysis model is using linier regression analysis to 10 go public corporation selected by purposive sampling method in Indonesian Stock Exchange with secondary data of Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). The research result partially found, that independent variable ( Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, Debt to Total Asset Ratio, and Earning per Share ) are influence to the Devident Payout Ratio, and according to Cash Ratio is significant domination influence to the Devident Payout Ratio. The research stimultant results is variable independent are influence to Divident Payout Ratio with significanty result of F 0,031 > 0,050. The adjusted R square (R2) value is 23,3 % mean while the others are 76,7 % influence by the other factors which is not included to the alalysis linier regression model. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of Current Ratio, Debt To Assets Ratio, Return on Assets, and Earning Per Share partially or simultaneously to the prediction of financial distress on customer goods companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.The population in this study is a company customer goods listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2012. Of the 36 listed companies, 32 companies selected samples using purposive sampling method. The data used in this research is secondary data, to gather the information needed from www.idx.co.id and Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). This study analyzed using logistic regression analysis. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that the Current Ratio, Debt To Assets Ratio, Return on Assets, and earning per share has an influence on the prediction of financial distress. While only partially Debt To Assets Ratio which has a significant influence on the prediction of financial distress while the three other independentvariables have no effect on financial distress prediction.

This study aimed to examine the effect of liquidity as measured by current ratio and leverage as measured by debt to equity ratio toward financial distress in trade, services and investment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).This study is considered the causative research. The sample is all trade, services and investment companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2016 until 2017. The sample was determined by the method of purposive sampling, to obtain a sample of 32 companies. Types of data used are secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory and www.idx.co.id. The method of analysis used is logistic regression analysis.Based on the results of logistic regression analysis with a level of 5 percent, liquidity has a negative effect on financial distress in the companies and leverage has a positive and significant effect on financial distress in the companies. Based on the results of this research, it can be used as a corrective action before it develops into severe financial distress and lead to bankruptcy.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh likuiditas yang diukur dengan current ratio dan leverage yang diukur dengan debt to equity ratio terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan perdagangan, pelayanan jasa dan investasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kausalitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan perdagangan, pelayanan jasa dan investasi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016 sampai 2017 sebanyak 134 perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 32 perusahaan sampel. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Indonesia Capital Market Directory dan www.idx.co.id. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi logistik.Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi logistik dengan tingkat signifikansi 5 persen, likuiditas berpengaruh negatif terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan, dan leverage mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan bagi perusahaan agar dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam melakukan tindakan-tindakan perbaikan sebelum financial distress berkembang menjadi parah dan menyebabkan kebangkrutan.Keywords:Bankruptcy; Financial Distress; Leverage; Liquidity.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, sales growth, and the firm size in a partial and simultaneous to capital structure in LQ45 company. The population in this study is LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2011-2015. This research is use purposive sampling method, and get the total sample of 21 companies. The data used is secondary data derived from Annual Report and Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). Data analysis that use in this research is multiple regrestion. Result of this research showed profitability has a negative influence to capital structure. Although liquidty profitability where as the variable of liquidity, growth of sales and firm size are not influential to capital structure. Simultatily the profitability, liquidity, growth of sales and firm size are influencial to capital structure. The amount of adjusted R square is 0,239 it means 23,9 percentage dependent variable of capital structure can be explained by four independent variable, they are profitability, liquidity, growth of sales, and firm size, but 76,1 percentage capital structure explained by other variable outside (node).

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine and explain the effect of the current ratio, return on asset, debt to asset ratio, and total assets turnover to financial distress in the retail trade sub sector for the 2015-2018 period both partially and simultaneously. The research population is all retail trade sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Sample was selected using the purposive sampling method. The method of data analysis in the form of a quantitative analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study revealed that partially the CR does not affect financial distress while the return on assets, debt to assets ratio and total assets turnover in partial effect on financial distress. Simultaneously, the CR, ROA, DAR and TATO affect the financial distress. This can be a concern for companies to pay more attention to these four elements so that companies avoid financial distress conditions as well as for investors who want to invest. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh current ratio, return on assets, debt to asset ratio, dan total assets turnover terhadap financial distress pada subsektor perdagangan eceran periode 2015-2018 baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sektor perdagangan eceran yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data berupa analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa secara parsial CR tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress sedangkan return on assets, debt to assets ratio dan total assets turnover secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap financial distress. Secara simultan CR, ROA, DAR dan TATO berpengaruh terhadap financial distress. Hal ini dapat menjadi perhatian bagi perusahaan untuk lebih memperhatikan keempat unsur tersebut agar perusahaan terhindar dari kondisi financial distress serta bagi investor yang ingin berinvestasi.

The objective of this research was to examine the directors size and shareholderequity ratio towards financial distress. In this research, directors size measured by its size and shareholder equity ratio measured by comparing shareholder equity to total assets, while financial distress was measured by Altman Z-Score Model with five ratios.The object in this research was companies that are experiencing financial distress and were listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for period 2012 until 2015. The sample was selected by using purposive sampling method and the secondary data used in this research was analyzed by using multiple regression method. In total, there were 22 companies that fulfill the requirements set by the researcher.The results of this research were directors size and shareholder equity ratio simultaneously had significant effect on financial distress. Directors size had no positive effect on financial distress and Shareholder equity ratio had positive significant effect on financial distress. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji ukuran direksi dan rasio ekuitas pemegang saham terhadap tekanan keuangan. Dalam penelitian ini, ukuran direksi diukur dengan ukuran dan rasio ekuitas pemegang saham yang diukur dengan membandingkan ekuitas pemegang saham dengan total aset, sedangkan financial distress diukur dengan Altman Z-Score Model dengan lima rasio. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang mengalami financial distress. dan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) untuk periode 2012 sampai 2015. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan data sekunder yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode regresi berganda. Secara keseluruhan, ada 22 perusahaan yang memenuhi persyaratan yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian ini adalah rasio direksi dan rasio ekuitas pemegang saham secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress. Ukuran Direksi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap financial distress dan rasio ekuitas pemegang saham berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap financial distress.

This research was conducted at manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector. This research focus is on the pharmaceutical company sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018. The population in this study was 11 companies. This study used a purposive sampling method, and then, based on the predetermined CRiteria, obtained eight samples of companies that will be tested in this study. The type of data in this research is quantitative data. The data source used is secondary data sourced from the official website of the IDX, BI, and their respective companies. This study's results indicate that only the Current Ratio and Return On Assets partially have a significant effect on stock prices. However, simultaneously Current Ratio, Return On Assets, and Rupiah Exchange Rate have a significant influence on stock prices.

The development of companies nowadays have been growing rapidly and causing intense competition in the market.  Trade, service, and investment sector companies are emerging in Indonesia. Thus, this study aims to identify the impact of current ratio, inventory turnover, debt to asset ratio, growth and size  towards firm’s profitability in Trade, Service, and Investment Companies Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from year 2016-2019. The research type of this study is quantitative method.  The data is classified as quantitative and ratio scale. This study uses secondary data. The population for this study is 154 trade, service, and investment sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from year 2016-2019. The sample for this study is 65 trade, service, and investment sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from year 2016-2019 using observational sampling method. The model of this study is multiple linear regression.  The result of this study shows that current ratio, inventory turnover, debt to asset ratio, growth and size partially and simulteneously do not affect firm’s profitability in Trade, Service, and Investment Companies Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from year 2016-2019.
