The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and compasation on intention to stay with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The sampling method used in this study nonprofit sampling with purposive technique. The total sample in this study was 40 respondents. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis used was the validity and reliability instrument, the classical assumption test, hypothesis test and path analysis using the SPSS 25 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that all items of each variable are valid and reliable. The first model fulfills the criteria for the classical assumption test with no multicolonierity, heteroscedasticity, and fulfills the normality assumption, but in the second model there is multicolonierity. Based on the t test, it shows that job satisfaction and compensation have a significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction and compensation have a significant effect on intention to stay, organizational commitment has a significant effect on intention to stay.

Competition that occurs between companies in the era of globalization requires companies to continue to make improvements or a change in order to remain competitive. The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of organizational climate and reward system on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The sample was determined by 86 people with saturated sampling techniques. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly to CV employees. Wiracana and analyzed using calculative descriptive statistics and descriptive statistics in the form of classic assumption tests and path analysis. The results of data analysis show that organizational climate variables and reward systems have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The organizational climate, reward system and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment on CV.Wiracana.

This study aims to knowing the influence of performance appraisal system based on e-performance on employee achievement through job satisfaction as an intervening variable on Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Banyuwangi. This study is causal research, it means problem characteristics research in a form cause-effect between two variables or more. Population is employees of Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatatn Sipil Kabupaten Banyuwangi with the amount 80 employees. The sampling method for this study was doing with purposive sampling technique and it has been gotten 37 respondents as samples. Data analysis method is Path Analysis. The hypothesis of research are performance appraisal based on e-performance has significantly affected job achievement, performance appraisal based on e-performance has significantly affected job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has significantly affected job achievement. The result of study was performance appraisal based on e-performance has positive and significantly affected employees achevement. It means performance appraisal based on e-performance can increase employee achievement. Performance appraisal based on e-performance has positive and significantly affected job satisfaction on employees. It means performance appraisal based on e-performance can increase job satisfaction on employees. Job satisfaction has positive and significantly affected employees achievement. It means the employees successfully in doing the tasks which have been given by company can increase job satisfaction which got. This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, leadership, and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction at PT Superpoly Industry in Jakarta. This research was conducted by probability sampling method with a type of simple random sampling. The researcher distributed questionnaires to 88 employees of PT Superpoly Industry. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. The results of the analysis concluded that motivation, leadership, and organizational commitment significantly influence the job satisfaction of PT Superpoly Industry in JakartaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, kepemimpinan, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Superpoly Industry di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 88 karyawan PT Superpoly Industry. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Smart PLS. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa motivasi, kepemimpinan, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja PT Superpoly Industry di Jakarta.

This study was conducted with the aim to determine the effect meaning of work on intention turnover can be mediated job satisfaction at the administrative staff of the PTS A Jakarta. Sampling method used is random sampling by using a sample of 80 employees of the PTS A, Jakarta. Methods Data analysis used in this study is path analysis with macro software and SPSS 22 for windows Preacher-Hayes 2013 Moderate Mediation Model. The result of this research shows that the meaning of work can decrease the intention turnover through job satisfaction at the administrative staff at PTS A  Jakarta. Significant work meanings increase job satisfaction. Significant job satisfaction towards turnover intention.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated samples because the entire population is used as a sample, and the number of samples used is 33 people. Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques and multiple tests. The results of data analysis showed that emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction mediates the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment. Employee organizational commitment can be improved by maintaining employee job satisfaction and increasing emotional intelligence in employees.   Keywords: organizational commitment, emotional intelligence, job satisfaction

Accreditation of hospitals is very important to do as an effort to improve quality and patient safety. Many of the standards that must be implemented in hospitals, requiring an optimal role for all stakeholders (stakeholders), especially the participation of employees. This condition greatly be affected by employees’ perception of the benefits of hospital accreditation. The purpose of the study is to examine employee perceptions about the benefits of accreditation associated with participation, satisfaction, commitment and employee performance. The benefits of this research are expected to be input for the hospital management, to encourage all employees to learn about the hospital accreditation standards. Data from the study was obtained by means of a survey of hospital employees, using a Likert scale. Furthermore, the data do tests of validity and reliability and path analysis (path analysis), to see the correlation between variables. Research conducted on 259 randomly selected respondents, composed of physicians, nurses, medical support, as well as administrative personnel. The results of this study indicate that there is significant influence between the perception of the benefits of accreditation to the participation of accreditation with a significance level of 0.000, the perception of the benefits of accreditation with the organizational commitment amounting to 0,016, the perception of the benefits of accreditation and job satisfaction amounting to 0,000, participation accreditation with organizational commitment amounting to 0,039, accreditation participation with satisfaction employment amounting to 0,000, accreditation participation with performance amounting to 0,000, job satisfaction with organizational commitment amounting to 0,039, organizational commitment with performance amounting to 0,018, job satisfaction with performance amounting to 0.000.

Abstrak: Pengaruh Kompensasi, Kompetensi dan Komitmen Organisasional Terhadap Kepuasan dan Kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh kompensasi, kompetensi dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan koperasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan KSP (Koperasi Simpan Pinjam) yang tersebar di Kabupaten Tuban. Analisis data menggunakan teknik Path Analysis dengan model trimming. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, kompetensi dan komitmen organisasi baik secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kompensasi, kompetensi, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; namun secara parsial kompetensi dan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Kompetensi, Komitmen Organisasional, Kepuasan Kerja Dan Kinerja Karyawan.Abstract: The Effect of Compensation, Competencies and Organizational Commitment toward Job Satisfaction and Performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of compensation, competencies and organizational commitment to employee’s job satisfaction and performance of cooperatives. The population in this study is all employees of KSP (Credit Unions/Loan and Saving Cooperative) in Tuban. Data analysis employed is path analysis with trimming model. The study's findings indicate that the compensation, competency and organizational commitment simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee’s job satisfaction. Compensation, competencies, organizational commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee’s performance, but partially competence and job satisfaction do not has a significant effect on employee’s performance.Keywords: compensation, competency, organizational comitment, job satisfaction, employee’s performance

Organizational commitment is an attitude that shows employee loyalty and ongoing process of how they expresses their attention to organization's success. Purpose of study is to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment of KutaBex Beach Front Hotel Bali employees. The population was 113 people and the sample are 54 people using proportionate random sampling method. Data are analyzed using path analysis techniques. Data collection through interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In addition, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction mediates the effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment partially. The implication of this research is that high job satisfaction owned by employees will increase employee organizational commitment through the influence of transformational leadership. Organizational commitment is the willingness of someone who is in an organization to obey, respect and live the values set by the organization, and the main purpose of organizational commitment is to foster a loyal attitude to the organization. This study aims to empirically reveal the influence of organizational culture, employee empowerment and job satisfaction on organizational commitment with the object of employee research at CV. Tirta Usaha Bogor and a total sample of 140 respondents using path analysis. CV. Tirta Usaha Bogor is a distribution company for bottled water products with Aqua and Vit brands. The results show that organizational culture directly affects organizational commitment with a coefficient of 0.31, employee empowerment directly affects organizational commitment with a coefficient of 0.32, and job decision directly affects organizational commitment with a coefficient of 0.19. Commitment to the organization that occurs at CV. Tirta Usaha Bogor is currently strong enough, even with the conditions of organizational culture, empowerment and job satisfaction that are in the good enough category can create commitment to the organization that is good enough to good. If things related to organizational culture, employee empowerment and job satisfaction can be improved, it will create a strong commitment to the organization in each employee.

A person's condition when experiencing physical, mental, or emotional exhaustion is called burnout. This study aims to measure the level of burnout which is influenced by workload and is mediated by work stress. The research location is located at the Regional Hospital (RSD) Mangusada Badung, especially in the Oleg Room with a total sample of 50 nurses with the saturation sampling method. Data collection techniques using interview and dissemination systems. The type of data analysis used was path analysis and single test. The results showed that workload and work stress each had a positive and significant effect on burnout and work stress partially mediated the effect of workload on burnout. This study also provides an understanding that workload and work stress can have a significant effect on burnout, when the workload perceived by nurses is higher, the work stress felt by nurses will be higher so that it has the potential to increase burnout.
