Особенности возникновения и предупреждение взрывоопасных режимов в системах аспирации с фильтрами-пылеуловителями

Обоснованы преимущества использования зернистых фильтров в системах аспирации производственных помещений, в которых образуется и обращается горючая пыль. Рассмотрены некоторые известные конструкции, имеющие достаточно узкое применение, однако перспективные для обработки взрывоопасных пылегазовых потоков. Дано описание лабораторного стенда и приведены результаты экспериментальных исследований процесса фильтрования зернистыми фильтрами, подтверждающие необходимость контроля взрывоопасных ситуаций в работе пылеуловителя. Предложен автоматизированный способ контроля аспирации для предупреждения взрывоопасных состояний фильтра.There is a large number of technological operations associated with the treatment of combustible dusts at production facilities. Such industries include food, pharmaceutical, woodworking, metalworking, textile and other industries, the main technological equipment of which is supplemented with aspiration systems. According to the requirements of ecology, labour protection and fire safety, this system must include a dust collector. When choosing a dust collector for such systems granular filters are found particularly effective. They allow to precipitate combustible dust. The article presents the known constructions of granular filters, the narrow application of which is associated with insufficient study of their operation with explosive flows. Therefore, the authors developed an experimental stand and analyzed the operation of different filters: with metal balls, screws, peas and pea mash, grain, which can be used as filter material. During the experiment it was found a state in which the filter operation is explosive. According to the results of the analysis, the criteria for the descriptions of normal and explosive operation are introduced - the criteria of geometric form, characterizes the filter and dust - K, and the rate of filtration - T. Numerical values of criteria are given for automated control of the filter operation. The automated control method of the filter allows to make the operation of the aspiration system more efficient and prevents explosive situations by timely regeneration and replacement of the layer, taking into account the calculated value of criteria K and T. In the scheme there are shown fire extinguishing modules, which are triggered by sensors when the temperature rises above normal.

Introduction. Mixer branches of metallurgical enterprises are an intermediate link between blast furnace and steelmaking workshops. They are equipped with mixers – footer containers for storing cast iron melt. In Ukraine, mixers with a capacity of 1300 or 2500 tons are used. Technological operations are accompanied by emissions of finely dispersed brown smoke and large-dispersed graphite dust into the atmosphere. Problem. Mixer compartments of Ukrainian factories are equipped with aspiration systems that dimity emissions from cast iron pouring and draining units with the help of fume tubes, then emissions pass the dust collector and discharge into the atmosphere through a chimney. The main impact of mixer compartments on the environment is: disorganized emission through an aerodynamic dust lamp, which is not allotted by the aspiration system; organized emission through a smoke pipe of dust not caught by a dust collector; solid waste from gas cleaning and dust hoppers settling on the floor and structures of the mixer compartment from the disorganized ejection that did not come out through the lantern. The main problems are insufficient aspiration (disorganized emission) and low emission purification efficiency (emission through the chimney). A separate problem is the disposal of caught dust. The degree of aspiration in the factories of Ukraine is about 0.7 for the filling unit in the mixer and 0.8 for the drain unit from the mixer at the power of the aspiration system 150-250 thousand tons. This does not meet modern requirements. Results. Cyclones are used as a dust collector in most factories, which completely capture graphite, but are not effective enough for brown smoke. Therefore, it is proposed to use sleeve filters or electro filters. It is also possible to introduce the suppression of brown smoke with nitrogen. The use of nitrogen is possible in accordance with cyclones (for existing systems) or compatible with filters (during reconstruction or new construction). The use of suppression of brown smoke with nitrogen allows to solve the problem of disposal of caught dust, because nitrogen supply leads to enrichment of dust with graphite. The content of graphite increases from 15% to more than 30%, which converts dust from care to commodity product. In a low-voltage islanded microgrid powered by renewable energy sources, the energy storage systems (ESSs) are considered necessary, in order to maintain the power balance. Since a microgrid can be composed of several distributed ESSs (DESSs), a coordinated control of their state-of-charge (SoC) should be implemented, ensuring the prolonged lifespan. This paper proposes a new decentralized control method for balancing the SoC of DESSs in islanded microgrids, without physical communication. Each DESS injects a current distortion at 175 Hz, when its SoC changes by 10%. This distortion is recognized by every DESS, through a phase-locked loop (PLL). In order to distinguish the origin of the distortion, each DESS injects a distortion of different time duration. This intermediate frequency has been selected in order to avoid the concurrence with the usual harmonics. The DESSs take advantage of this information and inject a current proportional to the SoC. Implementing this strategy, a comparable number of charging/discharging cycles for each DESS are achieved. Furthermore, an active filter operation, implemented in the dq rotating frame for each individual harmonic, is integrated in the control of the distributed generation units, supplying nonlinear loads with high-quality voltage. The effectiveness of this method is verified by detailed simulation results.

The article presents an automated control system for a screwdown mechanism of a laboratory rolling mill DUO-130 developed by NPI 'Practice Equipment and Technologies', SUSU (NRU). A specific feature of the system under consideration is its integrity into control system of the whole rolling mill. The article describes the operating principle of a screwdown mechanism regulated by a step motor and advantages of the chosen control method. It also gives the structure and operating principle of the control system of a servo drive that ensures regulating of a screwdown mechanism. It also presents the process of calculating the determination precision and positioning the upper roller of a roller plate.

We selected a typical filter material for high voltage electrostatic filter composite horizontal collector. Air filter can achieve high speed. It cost very low and can endure high temperature resistance. Removal of fine particles of dust effect is good. Solving the complex problems of higher smoke temperature conditions of traditional bag house can not handle, while reducing the dust collector investment cost, promote the development of China's dust remover industry.

In the paper, we experimentally analyze a pneumatic actuator and possibilities of piston positioning. Paper shows mathematical model of pneumatic actuator. Actuator is experimentally tested and therefor experimental stand is assembled for the purposes of positioning of actuator piston. The changing parameters during the experiment are weight of load and pneumatic pressure. The results show how these parameters can have influence on precise positioning of pneumatic actuator. For experiment there is purposely used open loop control system. The aim of the study is not to show control method for positioning but to show influence of mentioned parameters.

Power Unit This work is devoted to the development of automated control models and methods of power change at WWER-1000 power unit to provide the most stable axial offset in the load-following mode. Improved multi-zone mathematical model of WWER1000 allows taking into account the energy release of 235U nuclei fission as well as 239Pu and includes a sub-model with distributed parameters. The automated control method of power change at WWER-1000 power unit that uses three control loops was proposed for the first time. The first loop maintains change of reactor power by controlling the boric acid concentration in the primary coolant. The second control loop maintains the required value of axial offset by controlling the position of 9th group control rods, and the third one maintains coolant temperature mode or steam pressure mode by controlling the main valve positions in the turbine generator.

The article presents a scheme for automated control of an aspiration system equipped with filters-dust collectors for production associated with the circulation of explosive dust- gas flows. As an indicator of the state of the entire aspiration, it is proposed to use the total pressure drop on the filter partition and the temperature shown by the pressure sensors. Based on the experimental study of the unrelated layer structure filter total pressure drop dynamics a mathematical description, algorithm and software for trouble-free operation of aspiration were obtained.
