Problematic issues of functioning and further development of the market of virtual assets in Ukraine are outlined. Historical aspects of legal regulation of cryptocurrency circulation both in Ukraine and abroad are researched. The principles of development of the market of virtual assets in Ukraine are determined. Globally threatening trends in the use of virtual assets and cryptocurrencies have been identified. Legislative initiatives of some countries in the world to create national digital currencies are detailed. The threats and risks of using cryptocurrencies worldwide have been specified. The global trends in the development and use of virtual assets, in particular cryptocurrencies are outlined. The directions of the improvements of the legislative support for the circulation of virtual assets in Ukraine have been identified.

The article is devoted to the study of the international e-commerce market and trends in the development of e-commerce in Ukraine, one of the key trends in the progressive development of the national economy and the world economy as a whole is international electronic commerce. Within accelerated development of information technology growing socio-economic needs influence Internet commerce constantly, as far as access to the resources of the global Internet information network opens up new opportunities. Therefore, the tendency to increase the volume of e-commerce and the importance of its optimization is obvious. The subject of the study is the analysis of the market of international e-commerce and Internet commerce in Ukraine at the present stage. The purpose of the article is to analyze the current state of e-commerce in Ukraine on the basis of information technology implementation tools and develop proposals for its further development in accordance with global trends. Objective: to study the development trends of international e-commerce and Internet commerce in Ukraine in connection with the growing role of computerization in the global dimension. The normative base of legal regulation of e-commerce in Ukraine, the concept of e-commerce and the main forms of Internet commerce are given. The number of Internet users in the world, the socio-demographic structure of regular Internet users in Ukraine, the net profit of world leaders in e-commerce, the dynamics of marketplaces with the Android application are analyzed. The following results were obtained: the analysis of the current state of e-commerce indicates the dynamic development of e-commerce in the world, including in Ukraine. It is investigated that the world leaders in e-commerce are Amazon and Alibaba, and in the Ukrainian e-commerce market – olx.ua, rozetka, prom.ua. It is established that e-commerce is a promising area of intensification of Ukraine's foreign trade activities. Conclusions: for the further development of e-commerce in Ukraine, increasing its volume in line with global trends and expanding actors in the e-commerce market, it is necessary to create appropriate conditions that would promote the inclusion of the state in the segment of international trade relations.

This paper is devoted to research and analysis of the issues on legal regulation of the relations arising in connection with the removal of human organs or tissues with the purpose of their subsequent transplantation to a donor. The current national legal framework and lawenforcement practice in transplantation relations are investigated. The theoretical and practical problems affecting the provision and protection of the rights and interests of parties to these relations are analyzed. The necessity of further development and improvement of legal regulation of transplantation relations is substantiated. The scientific novelty of the work is that the authors, on the basis of studying the history of the formation and development of the institution of human organ and tissue transplantation, have made attempts to identify the main trends and directions of legislative support of this sphere of social relations and to substantiate the most constructive proposals in order to improve the corresponding mechanism of legal regulation.

The article explores the global trends in the development of tourism and hotel and restaurant business, provides insights to the basic franchising concept and offers a definition of the term franchising in the hotel and restaurant business. A statistical analysis of profitability indicators of the global tourism market has been performed. The results of the world and domestic hotel and restaurant industry survey have validated positive prospects for the implementation of franchising in the hotel and restaurant business in Ukraine. The research findings demonstrate qualitative and quantitative profitability indicators for the franchising companies operating in the global developed markets, in particular, the franchising networks performances in the hotel and restaurant sectors in Europe and the US have been investigated. The world top franchise business leaders have been identified. The study results have verified a strong correlation between high profitability in the hotel and restaurant industry and the number of franchisors engaged in this sector. An overview of the specifics of franchising relations legal regulation across countries is provided along with revealing the major challenges in the national legislation domain as to the basic terminology of legal regulation of franchising as a whole. A special emphasis is placed on mutual benefits the franchise system provides for a franchisor and a franchisee. The reasons behind the slowing down of the franchising process implementation practices in the domestic hotel and restaurant business settings are revealed.

Subject. The article reviews major trends in the global venture capital market for 2018. Objectives. The interrelated objectives of this study include identifying the categories of innovation that are of priority for investments, analyzing global trends in the venture capital market in Russia and in the world, considering the structure of investments in Russia by categories of investors and their activities. Methods. The study draws on methods of comparative evaluation and differentiated approach to analysis, analysis and synthesis of information collected in newspaper articles and earlier studies on the issue. Results. The findings show that in the Russian market, the most significant investment volumes are in the corporate sector. The segment of private clients is stagnating. The most popular categories for investing are business solutions, virtual and augmented reality, transport, marketplaces, logistics, finance, and medicine. Conclusions and Relevance. Investor activity has increased significantly as compared to the previous year. This points to further development of the venture capital market in Russia.

The purpose of the research is to analyze land use and protection global trends in the activities of state bodies. Main content. The global trends of state administration of land use and protection were investigated. It was revealed that the use of the land resource potential in the countries of the world is carried out taking into account the environmental safety requirements provided for in the strategic documents of the land sphere. Taking into account the European integration intentions of Ukraine, tools were proposed for the development of rural areas based on the ecosystem approach. Methodology: Materials and methods research based on the analysis of documentary sources. The basis is the dialectical method of cognition of the facts of social reality, on which the formal legal and comparative legal approaches are largely based. Conclusions. The EU and the world countries experience gives reasons to assert that the priority task of state administration of land use and protection (land administration) is an ecosystem approach to the conservation and reproduction of land and other natural resources, which is implemented by maintaining a joint agricultural policy, creating funds to support farmers, providing technical assistance, developing national, targeted programs and long-term development plans. For the European Union countries, the development of strategic documents for the development of the land sector for 5-10 years is a general trend.

The article is devoted to the study of cybersport as a legal phenomenon. The analysis of the Russianlegislation showed that the term “computer sports’ is the most frequently used in the texts of regulations.Equivalent to this term are such as “cybersport” and “e-sports”. Russia became the first country in the worldto recognize cybersport as an official sport. Currently, the legal regulation of cybersport in Russia is carriedout mainly at the subordinate level. The main regulations in this area are listed. The authors came to theconclusion that cybersport relations are an understudied area, so it is still difficult to make a decision onthe need for a special law. It is proved that such a decision will be justified if such a specificity of this sportis established, the level of which will not allow the existing legislation to be applied to these relations andwill require other approaches. The main discussions on the studied issue that take place in the scientificliterature are named. Special legislation on international cybersport has not yet emerged either, althoughthe development of cybersport in the world is quite dynamic, and the International Esports Federation unites 100 countries, and the Asian Electronic Sports Federation — 45 countries. Some features of the developmentand legal regulation of the area under consideration in some Asian countries are identified. The authorspredict further development of legislation in this area in the near future.

The article investigates the condition of national IT industry. The analysis and assessment of global trends in IT industry development during past decade was carried out. Based on experience of the leading countries of the world the conditions that must be created for the further development of the IT industry in Ukraine were researched. The role and place of IT industry in overcoming the crisis in Ukrainian economy is defined. The experience of the IT industry’s leading organizations of Ukraine for 2017-2019 years and the main factors that influenced the tendencies of IT development are analyzed. The problems to be solved for further development of the national IT industry are identified. The main problems in IT staffing, influencing the further development and competitiveness of domestic specialists are examined. The main ways of IT industry development and the necessary measures for its implementation in the context of Ukrainian economy’s growth are offered.

The global trends in the localization of personal data are considered. Peculiarities of localization of personal data in some foreign countries (EU, USA, Indonesia, Malaysia, India, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Russian Federation) are investigated. Some aspects of the storage, processing and transfer of personal data within the jurisdiction of states are summarized. The legislative support of penalty sledges for violation of regulatory requirements for localization of personal data, their confidentiality and privacy is detailed. The positive aspects and achievements of using the world “InCountry” service are identified. The peculiarities of outsourcing of personal data transfer are regulated. The directions of improvement of the domestic legislation in the field of personal data localization are outlined.
