Background. Malnutrition in children can affect growth and development. Infectious diseases are also associated with malnutrition, including diarrhea and Acute Respiratory Infections where this condition still occurs in Posyandu Kusuma, Palur Village.The Aim of the Study. To find the relationship between the history of acute respiratory infections and diarrhea with the nutritional status of children. Subject and Method. Subject were 47 of children 1-5 years old in Posyandu Kusuma at Palur Village. This research was observational analytic and correlation design with cross sectional method. Sampling by accidental sampling. The data obtained were analyzed using the Chi Square test.Result. The children with a history of diarrhea were  8 (17%), 39 with no history of diarrhea (83%), 16 with history of acute respiratory infections (34%), 31 with no history of acute respiratory infections (66%). The Childrens with good nutritional status were 34 (72.3%), 13 underweight nutritional status (27.7%). The results showed that the relationship of diarrhea history obtained p = 0.001 and a history of Acute Respiratory Infections obtained p = 0.693 to nutritional status.Conclusion. History of diarrhea has a significant relationship with the nutritional status of children (p=0.001) and a history of acute respiratory infections has no relationship with the nutritional status of children (p=0.693).Keywords : diarrhea, history of acute respiratory infections, nutritional status.Korespondensi: Ratna Indriati. Background Child under five years of age is the period of life that are veryimportant and need serious attention. During this process of growth anddevelopment very rapidly. One of the important factors that affect childdevelopment is a nutritional factorThe purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of nutrition statuswith the development of children aged 1-5 years in Sirnoboyo village of PosyanduWonogiri RegencyMethod Correlation research design with cross sectional approach . The subjectof research is the 35 children aged 1-5 years with his mother in Sirnoboyo villageof posyandu Wonogiri Regency with technique purposive sampling. Dataobtained by doing observation to know nutritional status and child development.The data obtained are then analyzed by chi square test with p = 0.05Results showed the child with good nutritional status of as many as 25 children(71,43%), nutritional status less as much as 9 child (25.71%) and betternutritional status as much as 1 child (2.86%) while the children with normaldevelopment of as many as 24 children (68,57%) and a total of 11 children ofquestionable developments (31,43%). The results of the analysis using the chisquaretest p = 0.006 obtained so that the value of p < 0.05, which means that Hois rejected and Ha accepted.The Conclusion of the research was there is relationship of the nutritional statuswith the development of children aged 1-5 years in Sirnoboyo village of posyanduWonogiri RegencyKeywords : Nutritional Status, Development

The toddler period is a period that must be observed property, at this time the direction of child development will be determined for the next period. The purpose of this study was to study the immunization status of nutritional status in infants. The research design used was cross-sectional in the work area of Johar Baru Health Center, Jakarta Pusat, which was conducted from April–June 2019. The population of all children aged 6-59 months, while the study sample was infants with stunting of 105 respondents, which is data child nutrition in Health Center. Data processing and analysis using SPSS with Chi-Square statistical test, the confidence level of 95%. The results of variables related to the nutritional status of children under five are the relationship of immunization P value (0.004 OR and CI (0.173 (0.051-0.59). The conclusion of the variable related to the nutritional status of under-five children is immunization.

Abstract Introduction: Healthy the card serves as a tool for monitoring the motion of growth. The population in this study were a number of mothers in the Posyandu Dadali III, Tugu, Cimanggis, Depok. Objective: This research was conducted to find out the relationship between the mother's knowledge about healthy cards with the nutritional status of children. Method: The design of this study was cross-sectional with 83 respondents were used as samples. The univariate analysis used frequency and proportion. The bivariate analysis in this study used the Chi-Square test with a p-value <0.05. Results: The results of this study obtained a p-value of 0.021 which means that there is a relationship between a mother's knowledge about a healthy card with the nutritional status of children. Conclusion: The results of this study obtained a p-value of 0.021 which means that there is a relationship between a mother's knowledge about a healthy card with the nutritional status of children.

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the relationship between mothers' knowledge about nutrition and nutritional status of children aged 1-3 years in the Mopusi village, Lolayan Bolang Mongondow Induk. This was an analytical study with a cross sectional design. There were 90 samples that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data were collected by using anthropometric measurements and questionnaires and then were analyzed by using Spearman's rho test. The results showed that there was 5.6% samples with nutritional status (BMI/A) very thin, 6.7% underweight, normal 68.9%, obese 18.9%. The nutritional status (H/A) of the samples was 38.9% very short, short 12.2 %, 45.6% normal, and tall 3.3%. There was no relationship of nutritional status of children (BMI/A) with mothers’ knowledge about nutrition with ƿ = 0.480 (p <α = 0.05) as well as there was no relationship of nutritional status of children (H/A) with knowledge of maternal nutrition in children aged 1-3 years with ƿ = 0.113 (p <α = 0.05). Conclusion: There was no relationship between nutritional status (BMI/A) as well as (H/A) of children aged 1-3 years with mothers’ knowledge about nutrition in Mopusi village, Lolayan Bolaang Mongondow Induk. Rancangan penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan potong lintang. Sampel merupakan bagian dari populasi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi berjumlah 90 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengukuran antropometri dan kuesiener pengetahuan dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Spearman’s rho. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan status gizi (IMT/U) yang sangat kurus 5,6%, kurus 6,7%, normal 68,9%, dan obes 18,9%. Status gizi (TB/U) yang sangat pendek 38,9%, pendek 12,2%, normal 45,6%, dan tinggi 3,3%. Pengetahuan ibu tentang gizi dengan kategori baik sebanyak 12,2%, cukup 42,2 %, dan kurang 45,5%. Analisis statistik menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan status gizi (IMT/U) dan pengetahuan gizi ibu dengan anak umur 1-3 tahun, nilai ƿ = 0,480 (p<α=0,05), dan tidak terdapat hubungan status gizi (TB/U) dan pengetahuan gizi ibu pada anak umur 1-3 tahun, nilai ƿ = 0,113 (p<α=0,05). Simpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan antara status gizi (IMT/U) dan (TB/U) dengan pengetahuan gizi ibu dengan anak umur 1-3 tahun di Desa Mopusi Kecamatan Lolayan Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Induk.Kata kunci: status gizi, pengetahuan gizi ibu

Early menstruation in adolescents can be influenced by nutritional status and nutrients consumed by teenagers. This studyaims to determine the relationship of nutrient intake and nutritional status on the incidence of early menstruation at SMPN 1East Kabaena. This research is descriptive analytic with Cross Sectional Study. The population in this study were allstudents of SMPN 1 East Kabaena as many as 94 people. Sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data were obtainedusing a questionnaire and anthropometric measurements. Data were analyzed by using Chi-square test. Results show thatfrom 42 adolescents who consumed enough energy, there were 25 people (59.5%) experienced early menstruation, andfrom 38 adolescents who consumed less protein, there were 29 people (76.3%) experienced early menstruation. While the33 adolescents who consumed less fat, there were 25 people (75.8%) experienced early menstruation, and of 37 teenagerswho consumed more carbohydrates, there were 24 people (64.9%) had normal menstruation, while from 37 teenagers whohad over-nutrition status, there were 24 people (60.0%) had normal menstruation. The results show that there is arelationship between nutritional intake and nutritional status with the incidence of early menstruation in female students atSMPN 1 East Kabaena.

ASSESSING THE RELATIONSHIP OF NUTRITIONAL STATUS TO THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF CANCER PATIENTS RECEIVING CHEMOTHERAPY AT THE ONCOLOGY DEPARTMENT OF HUE COLLEGE OF MEDICINE AND PHARMACY Background: Cancer is the second leading cause of death globally as well as in Vietnam. Chemotherapy is a systemic treatment with chemical drugs. Chemotherapy often causes many problems related to physical, mental and toxicity, which have an effect on the quality of life and nutritional status of patients. While malnutrition has been shown to be common in cancer patients, its impacts on the patient's quality of life have not been adequately studied, especially in Vietnam. Objective: To evaluate the quality of life of cancer patients receiving chemotherapy. To determine the relationship of nutritional status to the quality of life in these patients. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted on 82 patients with cancer during a chemotherapytreatment at the Department of Oncology, Hue College of Medicine and Pharmacy from February 2018 to February 2019. Assessing the quality of life by the Quality of Life Questionnaire of the European Organizationfor Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC QLQ-C30). Descriptive statistics and test Chi-square and Fisher exact were performed to analyze the quality of life parameters and the relationship between nutritional status and quality of life. Results: A total of 82 subjects were included in this study, 51 subjects (62.20%) were males and 31 subjects (37.80%) were females, the mean age was 58.98 ± 12.52. The most common type of cancer is gastrointestinal cancer (37.80%), the highest stage of cancer is stage 4 (56.10%), symptomatic chemotherapy accounts for the highest rate with 53.70% and the average number of chemotherapy cycles is 4.00 ± 3.68. The study shows that the meanglobal health status is 50.00 ± 16.89, the best quality of life score is in the field of cognitive function with 83.33 points, the worst quality of life score is in the symptoms field of insomnia and in the financial difficulties with 66.67 points. Results from Chi-square and Fisher Exact analysis test revealed a statistically significant association between the risk of malnutrition according to SGA classification and the role functioning offunctional scales (p <0.05). Conclusions: The quality of life of cancer patients is generally good. The nutritional status affects the quality of life in the field of role function. Health is the one of readiness factors in marriage. Towards the wedding, usually thebody image will be a concern. A diet to get the ideal body is often to found. The results showedthat the percentage of anemia in WUS who were not married was greater than WUS who werealready married. This study aimed to determine the relationship of body image, level ofnutritional adequacy, nutritional status, and anemia status in premarital women. An observational study with cross sectional approach. A number of 65 respondents wereselected by accidental sampling. The data were obtained through interviews usingquestionnaire (respondent characteristics, body shape questionare-34), anthropometricmeasurements (weight, height, body mass index, nutritional status), and blood sampling(hemoglobin levels). The data were analyzed using Chi-Square Test. The results showed a significant relationship between body image and anemia status(p<0,05). There was no significant relationship between the level of energy sufficiency,protein, fat, iron, zinc, and vitamin C with anemia status (p>0,05). There was no significantrelationship between nutritional status and anemia status (p>0,05). The conclusion is thatonly body image has a significant relationship to anemia status.Key words : anemia, body image,  nutrition

Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI) are infectious diseases that cause one and better parts of the channel (alveolus) including the adnexal tissue, such as sinuses, ear cavities, and pleura. Environmental saturation is an activity aimed at improving and maintaining standard environmental condition fundamentals that affect humans. Improper home sanitation is associated with high health problems, such as acute respiratory infections. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the home environment with the incidence of ARI disease in Tuapukan Village, Kupang Timur Sub-district, Kupang District. This study uses an observational method with cross-sectional study design. The population of this study was 519 and the sample was 81. The bivariate analysis used Chi-Square statistical test with 95% significance level. The results shows that variables related to ARI occurrence were house wall (p=0,029), house ventilation (p=0,011), house lighting (p=0,003), occupancy density (p=0,021) and smoking habit (p=0.002). It is recommended that the societies should keep the cleanliness of the house so it will not be a place for the growth of germs; thus the societies are able to prevent ARI disease.

Nutritional status is the state of the body as a result of eating foods and the use of nutrients.Society Nutrition Status is one of the Indonesia health issues. One of indicator of Society Nutritional Status is the toddler nutritional status. Efforts to achieve the good toddler nutritional status is knowledge of parents, especially mothers as caregivers and her responsibility in family meals implementation including for children. Therefore mothers understanding of toddler food and nutrition is very important. The purpose of this research to determine the relationship of knowledge and education to the nutritional status of children. This research is a quantitative analytic research with cross sectional approach. Sample in this research is some mothers who have toddler counted 70 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This study was analyzed univariat and bivariate. The result of the research is based on chi square test with Pvalue value less than 0,05 (less than 0,006 <0,05) and (less than 0,034 less than 0,05). <p><em>Kelelahan kerja menunjukkan kondisi yang berbeda–beda dari setiap individu,  semua bermuara kepada kehilangan efisiensi dan penurunan kapasitas tubuh serta peningkatan peluang untuk cidera di tempat kerja. Pemanen Sawit merupakan salah satu pekerja yang beresiko mengalami kelelahan, dimana pekerjaannya dilakukan secara manual, atau aktivitas kerja dengan pembebanan fisik. Kelelahan kerja dipengaruhi  oleh  faktor dari pekerja dan luar pekerja.Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai hubungan  karakteristik  pekerja seperti umur, masa kerja, riwayat penyakit dan status gizi, serta beban kerja dengan tingkat kelelahan kerja pekerja. Tujuan  penelitian  untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik pekerja dan beban kerja dengan kelelahan kerja pada pemanen sawit di PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk. Jenis penelitian analitik, pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dengan metode total sampling yaitu sebanyak 64 responden. Hasil  penelitian  diperoleh  ada  hubungan  antara  umur  dengan  kelelahan  kerja (p=0.000),  ada  hubungan  antara  masa kerja dengan kelelahan kerja (p=0.001), ada hubungan  antara  riwayat  penyakit  dengan  kelelahan  kerja (p=0.001), ada  hubungan antara  status  gizi  dengan  kelelahan  kerja (p=0.001), dan  ada  hubungan  antara  beban kerja  dengan kelelahan kerja (p=0.017). Berdasarkan  hasil  penelitian  ini  disarankan  agar  perusahaan  melakukan  rotasi kerja  berdasarkan  kemampuan  fisik  dan  ketahanan  kerja  pemanen,  serta  memberikan safety  talk  untuk  melakukan  peregangan  tubuh  selama  10  menit.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Fatigue shows the condition of each individual, all leading to loss of efficiency</em><em>,</em><em>a decrease in body capacity</em><em>, </em><em>an increased chance of injury at work.
