Nutritional status is the state of the body as a result of eating foods and the use of nutrients.Society Nutrition Status is one of the Indonesia health issues. One of indicator of Society Nutritional Status is the toddler nutritional status. Efforts to achieve the good toddler nutritional status is knowledge of parents, especially mothers as caregivers and her responsibility in family meals implementation including for children. Therefore mothers understanding of toddler food and nutrition is very important. The purpose of this research to determine the relationship of knowledge and education to the nutritional status of children. This research is a quantitative analytic research with cross sectional approach. Sample in this research is some mothers who have toddler counted 70 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This study was analyzed univariat and bivariate. The result of the research is based on chi square test with Pvalue value less than 0,05 (less than 0,006 <0,05) and (less than 0,034 less than 0,05). Early menstruation in adolescents can be influenced by nutritional status and nutrients consumed by teenagers. This studyaims to determine the relationship of nutrient intake and nutritional status on the incidence of early menstruation at SMPN 1East Kabaena. This research is descriptive analytic with Cross Sectional Study. The population in this study were allstudents of SMPN 1 East Kabaena as many as 94 people. Sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data were obtainedusing a questionnaire and anthropometric measurements. Data were analyzed by using Chi-square test. Results show thatfrom 42 adolescents who consumed enough energy, there were 25 people (59.5%) experienced early menstruation, andfrom 38 adolescents who consumed less protein, there were 29 people (76.3%) experienced early menstruation. While the33 adolescents who consumed less fat, there were 25 people (75.8%) experienced early menstruation, and of 37 teenagerswho consumed more carbohydrates, there were 24 people (64.9%) had normal menstruation, while from 37 teenagers whohad over-nutrition status, there were 24 people (60.0%) had normal menstruation. The results show that there is arelationship between nutritional intake and nutritional status with the incidence of early menstruation in female students atSMPN 1 East Kabaena.

Nutrition is a very important part of growth and development. Community problems are considered serious if the prevalence of underweight is between 10.0-14.0%, and is considered critical if it is greater than 15.0% (WHO, 2010). In 2013, nationally the prevalence of underweight in children under five was still 12.1%. For Jambi Province itself, cases of malnutrition tended to increase over the last two years, in 2017 there were 85 cases of malnutrition and four cases died, while in 2018 it rose to 92 cases with six of them died. This study is an analytical study with a cross-sectional design that aims to determine the relationship between diet and mother's knowledge with the nutritional status of children under five in Talang Babat Village, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency in 2019. This research was conducted in July 2019. The population in this study was 220 toddlers. The number of samples was calculated based on Ariawan's formula as many as 67 people. The sampling technique was carried out by means of quota sampling. Data analysis used the chi-square test with a significant limit of = 5%. The results of the study Most of the respondents had normal nutritional status as many as 50 respondents (74.6%), had a good diet for toddlers as many as 37 respondents (55.2%) and had less knowledge about the nutritional status of toddlers as many as 43 respondents (64.2%). Based on the chi-square statistical test with p-values ​​of 0.028 and 0.001 which means there is a significant relationship between diet and knowledge with the nutritional status of children under five in Talang Babat Village, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between diet and knowledge with the nutritional status of toddlers in Talang Babat Village, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency.

Increasing life expectancy in Indonesia affects the elderly population in Indonesia is getting higher. The elderly is a group have risk for hyperuricemia,  characterized by a buildup of uric acid that cause joint pain. Based on the data Riskesdas 2013, disease prevalence according to diagnose in Indonesia (24,7%) and in West Borneo (22,3%). It can be affected by physical activity, nutritional status and food selection behavior based on the level of knowledge. This research aimed to determine the correlation of knowledge, physical activity and nutritional status with the incidence of hyperuricemia of Telaga Biru Public Health Center, Pontianak 2016. This research was a cross sectional which sampling technique is accidental sampling with the number of sample 65 samples. The statistical test used is chi square test. The result of this research most of the knowledge level of respondents in less category (58,5%), physical activity in light category (73,8%) and obesity nutritional status (33,8%). The result of analysis with chi square test showed that there was no correlation between knowledge, physical activity and nutrition status with the incidence of hyperuricemia (p >0.05).  Suggest for the next researcher to do reaserch on respondent with heavy physical activity to see its effect on elevated levels of uric acid.

Infertility is the inability of a couple to produce a pregnancy after 1 year carry out regular sexual intercourse and not using contraception. To determine the factors associated with the incidence of infertility in women of childbearing age in the General Hospital Sawerigading Palopo 2016. This study was an analytical survey with cross sectional study design. The population in this study were all women of childbearing age who came medical check up in Palopo Sawerigading Hospital from March to June, 2016 as many as 240 people. 70 subjects were selected by purposive sampling technique. The data was processed by the statistical program (SPSS) version 20 for windows. Data were analyzed by Chi-Square test using Yates Correction and Pearson Chi-Square test. There is relationship between the work with the incidence of infertility in women of childbearing age p = 0.047 (p &lt;0.05). There is relationship between knowledge and the incidence of infertility in women of childbearing age p = 0.018 (p &lt;0.05). There is relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of infertility in women of childbearing age p = 0.011 (p &lt;0.05). No relationship of age and nutritional status and the incidence of infertility in women of childbearing age in the RSU Sawerigading Palopo 2016.

Optimal development requires a balanced nutritional intake, especially in children aged 1-3 years (toddler). The role of parents is very important, ranging from providing nutrition, to help toddler achieve mental development and optimal cognition. Less nutrient intake, can result in abnormal toddler nutritional status (less nutrition). As a result, toddler will have problems on the development of toddler. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of nutritional status and the development of children aged 1-3 years in the village Campurejo, district Mojoroto Kediri. The design of this research is analytical corellation with Cross Sectional research approach. The population of this research is children aged 1-3 years in Campurejo Village Kecamatan Mojoroto Kediri with Simple Random Sampling technique in get sample 52 respondents. The research variables consist of independent variable is Nutritional status of children aged 1 - 3 years and dependent variable is the development of children aged 1-3 years. The research instrument is in the form of Health Toward Card (KMS) and Denver Development Screening Test (DDST). Data were analyzed by Spearman correlation test, data analysis using SPSS v.20 program. Based on the result of research, nutritional status of 52 respondents studied got 23 respondents (44.23%) good nutrition status and 2 respondents (3.85%) malnutrition status. The result of the research is 52 respondents (73.07%) normal development and 2 respondents (3.84%) development of delay, the result of statistical test with Spermean Test obtained the result of Z value 0,590 , H1 accepted means there is a relationship of nutritional status with the development of children aged 1-3 years.

Nutritional status was an important element in determining someone health status. Nutrition status was good when nutritional intake balanced with the needs of the Body. Physical activity was a way to regulate the amount of energy entering and leaving in the body. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the macronutrient intake and physical activity with nutritional status at office staff of Directorate Poltekkes Kemenkes of Jakarta II. This research was conducted in April-May 2018 at the Office of Poltekkes Kemenkes Directorate of Jakarta II. The number of samples which was obtained was 49 people and Cross-sectional research design with a Chi-Square test. The data which was used was primary data. It mean the researcher took the data by conducting direct interview with using questionnaire. Most intake of more protein as many as 27 people (55.1%), fat as many as 35 people (71.4%), and carbohydrates as many as 29 people (59.2%). More nutritional status as many as 32 people (65.3%) and normal nutritional status of 17 people (34.7%). While physical activity mostly has physical activity is as much as 34 people (69.45%). There was a significant relationship between protein intake (p: 0.042), fat intake (p: 0.000), carbohydrate intake (p: 0.000) with nutritional status. There was a relationship between the intakes of macronutrients (protein, fat and carbohydrates) with nutritional status

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang : Keberadaan kader di posyandu sebagai salah satu sistem penyelenggarakan pelayanan sangat dibutuhkan. Mereka adalah ujung tombak  pelayanan kesehatan yang merupakan kepanjangtanganan puskesmas Jawa Tengah tahun 2011 jumlah gizi kurang 5,35% dan gizi buruk 0,10%. Untuk Kabupaten Semarang dari 23.562 balita yang ditimbang pada tahun 2011 gizi lebih 1,13%, gizi baik 93,51%, gizi kurang 4,86% dan gizi buruk 0,49% (DepKes Prov Jateng, 2011). Tujuan Penelitian : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan peran kader posyandu dengan status gizi balita. Metode Penelitian : Desain penelitian ini adalah survey analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh balita di Posyandu Mawar di Desa Gedangan sejumlah 40 responden, dengan teknik total sampling dan analisa data chi square. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil perhitungan chi square di peroleh X² hitung 10.644 pada df=4, P.value 0.031 dimana probabilitas lebih kecil dari level of significant 5 % (0,001 < 0,05) berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. The chi square calculation results in getting X ² count 10.644 on df = 4, P. value 0.031 where probability is smaller than the level of significant 5% (0.001 < 0.05) mean Ha Ho accepted and rejected. Background: Nutritional status is the best indicator of the child health. Malnutrition has both short and long term adverse ramifications. As per NFHS III 47% children are stunted in the state of Chhattisgarh. However still many communities in the tribal dominated and naxal affected state may remain affected, hence the study was planned to identify the nutritional status of children and find out its determinant.Methods: Present cross-sectional study was conducted among 12-59 months children in the urban slum of Jagdalpur city, Bastar region of Chhattisgarh. Predesigned and pretested questionnaire was administered to the caregiver of the child, information on socio-demographic characteristics was obtained and anthropometric measurements were taken. Statistical Analysis: all frequencies were derived for completeness of data. WHO Anthro Software version 3.1.0 was used to classify the malnutrition status. Chi-square test was applied to find association between dependent variables.Results: Out of 225 children 53.3% were boys and 46.7% were girls. The overall prevalence of underweight stunting and wasting was 28.4%, 41.3%, and 19.1% respectively.Conclusions: Prevalence of underweight has reduced in the district over a period of years. However high level of stunting, a sign of chronic hunger points towards the pivotal role of socio-demographic and behavioral practices prevalent in the district. Interaction with health system in the form of ANC, institutional delivery and safeguarding effective 100% immunization coverage has shown preventive effect.

Overweight is an accumulation of excess adipose reserve within the body, resulting in an increase of bodyweight. Consumption of ultra-processed beverages, and energy intake from food and beverage are several fators that can cause the problem of overweight. This research aims to understand the relation between sugar intake in ultra-processed beverages and energy intake from food and beverages with overweight among teenage students of senior high school 6 Surabaya. The research is an observational research with cross-sectional design. Sampling is taken using proportional random sampling technique. The number of participants are 80 teenagers from 10th and 11th classes in June 2020. Participants are aged 15-18 years old. Energy intake from food and beverages are taken from 2x24 hour recall questionnaire, and sugar intake from ultra-processed beverages taken from seven-day beverages diary.. Statistical analysis are done using chi-square. The result shows relation between energy intake from food and beverages with overnutrition, with (p =< 0,001). In conclusion, excess energy intake from food and beverages relation with overweight problem to teenagers, thus requiring balanced nutritional guide education as well as annual nutrition status monitoring, from the school to its teenage students.

One of the important factors that affect childdevelopment is a nutritional factorThe purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of nutrition statuswith the development of children aged 1-5 years in Sirnoboyo village of PosyanduWonogiri RegencyMethod Correlation research design with cross sectional approach . The subjectof research is the 35 children aged 1-5 years with his mother in Sirnoboyo villageof posyandu Wonogiri Regency with technique purposive sampling. Dataobtained by doing observation to know nutritional status and child development.The data obtained are then analyzed by chi square test with p = 0.05Results showed the child with good nutritional status of as many as 25 children(71,43%), nutritional status less as much as 9 child (25.71%) and betternutritional status as much as 1 child (2.86%) while the children with normaldevelopment of as many as 24 children (68,57%) and a total of 11 children ofquestionable developments (31,43%). The results of the analysis using the chisquaretest p = 0.006 obtained so that the value of p < 0.05, which means that Hois rejected and Ha accepted.The Conclusion of the research was there is relationship of the nutritional statuswith the development of children aged 1-5 years in Sirnoboyo village of posyanduWonogiri RegencyKeywords : Nutritional Status, Development
