<p><em>Kelelahan kerja menunjukkan kondisi yang berbeda–beda dari setiap individu,  semua bermuara kepada kehilangan efisiensi dan penurunan kapasitas tubuh serta peningkatan peluang untuk cidera di tempat kerja. Pemanen Sawit merupakan salah satu pekerja yang beresiko mengalami kelelahan, dimana pekerjaannya dilakukan secara manual, atau aktivitas kerja dengan pembebanan fisik. Kelelahan kerja dipengaruhi  oleh  faktor dari pekerja dan luar pekerja.Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai hubungan  karakteristik  pekerja seperti umur, masa kerja, riwayat penyakit dan status gizi, serta beban kerja dengan tingkat kelelahan kerja pekerja. Tujuan  penelitian  untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik pekerja dan beban kerja dengan kelelahan kerja pada pemanen sawit di PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk. Jenis penelitian analitik, pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dengan metode total sampling yaitu sebanyak 64 responden. Hasil  penelitian  diperoleh  ada  hubungan  antara  umur  dengan  kelelahan  kerja (p=0.000),  ada  hubungan  antara  masa kerja dengan kelelahan kerja (p=0.001), ada hubungan  antara  riwayat  penyakit  dengan  kelelahan  kerja (p=0.001), ada  hubungan antara  status  gizi  dengan  kelelahan  kerja (p=0.001), dan  ada  hubungan  antara  beban kerja  dengan kelelahan kerja (p=0.017). Berdasarkan  hasil  penelitian  ini  disarankan  agar  perusahaan  melakukan  rotasi kerja  berdasarkan  kemampuan  fisik  dan  ketahanan  kerja  pemanen,  serta  memberikan safety  talk  untuk  melakukan  peregangan  tubuh  selama  10  menit.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Fatigue shows the condition of each individual, all leading to loss of efficiency</em><em>,</em><em>a decrease in body capacity</em><em>, </em><em>an increased chance of injury at work. Abstrak Tuberkulosis (TBC) mengakibatkan penurunan asupan dan malabsorbsi nutrien serta metabolisme tubuh berubah sehingga terjadi massa otot dan lemak menurun akibat mekanisme malnutrisi dari energi protein. Malnutrisi pada TBC berpengaruh terhadap prognosis dan tingkat kematian. Peningkatan produksi IFNl- γ dan IL-6, TNF α menghambat dari aktivitas Lipo Protein Lipase (LPL) dijaringan lemak. Enzim LPL berperan dalam proses bersihan trigliserida. Peningkatan ini meningkatkan trigliserida sehingga proses sintesis lemak menurun dan proses lipolisis lemak meningkat di jaringan. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan trigliserida dan status gizi pada klien TBC. Metode penelitian ini korelasi analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional, sampel 25 orang, dengan uji korelasi Pearson-Product Moment. Hasil penelitian status gizi dibawah normal 56%, normal 40% dan kelebihan berat badan 4%. Kadar Trigliserida normal 84%, trigliserida tinggi 16%. Kesimpulan ada hubungan antara kadar trigliserida dan status gizi yakni r hitung sebesar 0,5: r tabel = 0,396 sehingga r hitung > r tabel dengan korelasi positif.Kata Kunci : Trigliserida, Status Gizi, Tuberkulosis.AbstractTuberculosis(TB) resulting the decreasing of nutrient intake and malabsorbsi as well as changing the metabolism of the body. The wasthing are decreased protein energy. Malnutrition on TB affects the prognosis of the treatment and death rates. The increase TNF α will inhibit the enzyme activity of Lipoprotein Lipase (LPL) in the fat tissue. LPL enzyme plays a role in cleavage process of triglycerides. This research was to analyze the relationship of triglycerides and nutrition status on the client with tuberculosis. The design was cross-sectional approach. The respondents were gathered from 25 newly TB patients. The analyzed using Pearson Product-Moment correlation. The results showed 56% respondents undernutrition, and normal 40% and over nutrition 4%. Most triglyceride level of the respondent were normal (84). The concluded was a relationship between triglycerides and the nutritional status with a positive correlation ( P value 0,396).Keywords : Triglycerides, Nutritional Status, Tuberculosis

Objective:  To analyzed the relationship  of nutritional status with the balance of children aged 4-5 years at PG/TK Lumen Christi School SurabayaMethods:  This research design is analytic observational with cross sectional approach.Results:  Involving 22  children aged 4-5 years at PG/TK Lumen Christi School Surabay . Sampling technique using total sampling method. Existing data were analyzed using  Pearson’s Test with significant level of 0.05.  Statistical test results obtained that nutritional status did not had a relationship with balance because p> 0.05Conclusion:   Nutritional status did not related to the balance of children aged 4-5 years

Adolescents are age group that is vulnerable to the nutritional problems. Factors that influence nutritional status in adolescents include physical activity. Physical activity including physical exercise which is one of the efforts to stabilize the intake and expenditure of food substances which is a priority source of energy in the body. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of physical activity with nutritional status in students at SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang District in 2019. The type of research used was quantitative research with cross sectional research design. The results obtained by the relationship of physical activity with the nutritional status of students p value of 0.003 or smaller than 0.05. The conclusion of the study is that there is a relationship of physical activity with nutritional status in students at SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan. Students who are doing physical activity have normal nutritional status because there is a balance between energy intake and expenditure.

<p><em>T</em><em>his research has the aim to analyze the relationship of nutritional status, knowledge, body temperature with fluid intake in pregnant women in West Jakarta. This study design used a cross sectional approach, with number of subjects 84 pregnant women in West Jakarta. Sampling using a purposive sampling method. The nutritional status of pregnant women </em><em>was</em><em> obtained based on the weight record before pregnancy. Subject knowledge and fluid intake were obtained by interview</em><em> with questionnaire. The subject's body temperature was measured with a digital thermometer. </em><em>Analysis of the relationship between nutritional status, knowledge, and body temperature with fluid intake using the Spearman test. Based on the test of the relationship of nutritional status with fluid intake, the value of p = 0</em><em>,</em><em>002 was obtained. Analysis of the relationship of knowledge with fluid intake obtained p = 0</em><em>,</em><em>022 and the relationship between body temperature and fluid intake obtained p = 0</em><em>,</em><em>089. The conclusion that can be obtained is that there is a relationship between, nutritional status, knowledge with fluid intake, and  body temperature has no relationship with fluid intake.</em></p>

Background. Malnutrition in children can affect growth and development. Infectious diseases are also associated with malnutrition, including diarrhea and Acute Respiratory Infections where this condition still occurs in Posyandu Kusuma, Palur Village.The Aim of the Study. To find the relationship between the history of acute respiratory infections and diarrhea with the nutritional status of children. Subject and Method. Subject were 47 of children 1-5 years old in Posyandu Kusuma at Palur Village. This research was observational analytic and correlation design with cross sectional method. Sampling by accidental sampling. The data obtained were analyzed using the Chi Square test.Result. The children with a history of diarrhea were  8 (17%), 39 with no history of diarrhea (83%), 16 with history of acute respiratory infections (34%), 31 with no history of acute respiratory infections (66%). The Childrens with good nutritional status were 34 (72.3%), 13 underweight nutritional status (27.7%). The results showed that the relationship of diarrhea history obtained p = 0.001 and a history of Acute Respiratory Infections obtained p = 0.693 to nutritional status.Conclusion. History of diarrhea has a significant relationship with the nutritional status of children (p=0.001) and a history of acute respiratory infections has no relationship with the nutritional status of children (p=0.693).Keywords : diarrhea, history of acute respiratory infections, nutritional status.Korespondensi: Ratna Indriati. Latar Belakang: Konsumsi kopi dilaporkan meningkat selama pandemi COVID-19. Status gizi seseorang seringkali dikaitkan dengan kebiasaan konsumsi kopi. Meningkatnya konsumsi kopi dapat mempengaruhi jumlah kafein yang masuk dalam tubuh sehingga dapat memberikan efek samping yaiut perubahan status gizi. Pada peningkatan status gizi dapat menurunkan produktivitas, khususnya pekerja yang melakukan pekerjaan dari rumah (WFH).Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara konsumsi kopi dan status gizi pada petugas WFH di Surabaya.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan sampel sebanyak 55 pekerja WFH di Surabaya. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan secara online termasuk usia, jenis kelamin, pekerjaan, pendapatan, aktivitas fisik, konsumsi kopi (jenis dan frekuensi), berat badan, dan tinggi badan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan Uji Korelasi Spearman.Hasil: Sebagian besar responden mengonsumsi kopi (67,3%) dengan frekuensi 1-3 kali / minggu (49,1%). Jenis kopi yang paling banyak dikonsumsi sehari-hari adalah kopi hitam (10,9%) dan kopi instan merek Kapal Api (9,1%). Sebanyak 23,6% responden mengalami obesitas, namun tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara konsumsi kopi dengan status gizi (p = 0,797).Kesimpulan: Tidak ada keterkaitan antara konsumsi kopi dengan status gizi petugas WFH. Pada penelitian lebih lanjut dapat digali lebih dalam tentang hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan karakteristik pekerjaan dan riwayat konsumsi kopi pada saat pandemi di kalangan pekerja WFH. Kata kunci: konsumsi kopi, status gizi, pekerja WFH ABSTRACTBackground: Coffee consumption is reported to have increased during the COVID-19 pandemic. A person's nutritional status is often related to coffee consumption habits. Increased coffee consumption can affect the amount of caffeine that enters the body so that it can have side effects, namely changes in nutritional status. Increasing nutritional status can reduce productivity, especially workers who do work from home (WFH).Objectives: This purposes  of the research to analyze the connection between coffee consumption and nutritional status of WFH workers in Surabaya. Methods: This research used a cross sectional design with a sample of 55 WFH workers in Surabaya. Sampling using accidental sampling method. Data was collected online including age, gender, occupation, income, physical activity, coffee consumption (type and frequency), body weight, and height. Collected data were analyzed using the Spearman Correlation Test. Result: Most of the respondents consumed coffee (67.3%) with a frequency of 1-3 times/week (49.1%). The types of coffee most consumed daily were black coffee (10.9%) and instant coffee with the Kapal Api brand (9.1%). As many as 23.6% of respondents were obese, but there was insignificant relationship between coffee consumption and nutritional status (p = 0.797). Conclusions: There is no link between coffee consumption and the nutritional status of WFH workers. In further research, it can be explored more deeply about matters related to job characteristics and the history of coffee consumption during the pandemic among WFH workers.Keywords: coffee consumption, nutritional status, WFH workers

Fatigue can lead to a decrease in productivity and increase the incidence of workplace accidents. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between nutritional status and history of disease with work fatigue in workers at PT. X. This study was an observational study using a cross-sectional approach. The sample of this study was the total population of 45 workers from the morning shift workers. The independent variables of this study were nutritional status and disease history. The dependent variable was work fatigue. Coefficient correlation is used as data analysis to determine the strength of the relationship of the variables. The results showed that some workers’ nutritional status was fat (57.8%), and as much as (26.7%) workers had history of a certain disease. The conclusion of this study is both nutritional status and history of disease have a moderate relationship with work fatigue in workers of morning shift at PT.X. A monitoring of nutritional status from the companies is needed to be done for the workers also regularly holding a physical activity or exercise every once a week and conducting regular health checks can be done to maintain the good condition of the workers. Menarche is a sign of the proper functioning of a woman's reproductive organs when having her first menstruation and is common in the age range of 10-16 years. Menarche is influenced by several factors, one of which is nutritional status. According to Noviyanti research (2016) nutrition affects a girl's sexual maturity so that it affects the slowness of menarche. Similarly, research conducted by Munda (2016) that students with overweight nutritional status faster experienced menarche compared to students who have normal nutritional status and underweight. This study aims to find out the relationship of nutritional status to the age of menarche grade VII students in Pesantren Bahrul Ulum. This research method uses descriptive method with cross sectional research design. This research was conducted in SDN 007 Rambah. The sample of this study amounted to 45 respondents. Data collection uses simple correlation and linear regression tests. The results of this study stated that the average nutritional status of grade VII students is 21.60Kg /m2, and the nutritional status of students is at least 16.90 Kg / m2 and the highest nutritional status is 27.60 Kg / m2 with an average age of menarche 12.11 years. The conclusion of this study is that there is no relationship of nutritional status with menarche age in grade VII students in Pesantren Bahrul Ulum with a value of p= 0.036.

In general, the process of each child's developmental stages is the same, that is the result of the maturation process. But in accomplishment, every child has a different speed.  Based on the initial survey 5 (50%) children doubt in the development. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship among nutritional status with the development of children age toddler. This research design using correlation analytical method with Cross Sectional approach. The number of 45 samples of children under five with simple random sampling technique with the independent variable of nutritional status and the dependent variable of development, analysis using Spearmen test with ρ <0.05. The test results obtained significant 0.002 (ρ <0.05).  Shows there is a relationship of nutritional status with the development of children age toddler. Mother's efforts to improve the development of toddler age children by improving nutritional status that includes 4 healthy 5 perfect in accordance with the needs of children aged toddler and provides stimulation of development through the provision of educational games and immediately bring the child to health personnel if there is suspected deviation of development

One of the important factors that affect childdevelopment is a nutritional factorThe purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of nutrition statuswith the development of children aged 1-5 years in Sirnoboyo village of PosyanduWonogiri RegencyMethod Correlation research design with cross sectional approach . The subjectof research is the 35 children aged 1-5 years with his mother in Sirnoboyo villageof posyandu Wonogiri Regency with technique purposive sampling. Dataobtained by doing observation to know nutritional status and child development.The data obtained are then analyzed by chi square test with p = 0.05Results showed the child with good nutritional status of as many as 25 children(71,43%), nutritional status less as much as 9 child (25.71%) and betternutritional status as much as 1 child (2.86%) while the children with normaldevelopment of as many as 24 children (68,57%) and a total of 11 children ofquestionable developments (31,43%). The results of the analysis using the chisquaretest p = 0.006 obtained so that the value of p < 0.05, which means that Hois rejected and Ha accepted.The Conclusion of the research was there is relationship of the nutritional statuswith the development of children aged 1-5 years in Sirnoboyo village of posyanduWonogiri RegencyKeywords : Nutritional Status, Development
