Purba Midwives is one of the agencies engaged in the health sector that uses information systems to support activities and patient health services at the Ancient Midwife. The problem that occurs in the Ancient Midwife is that the existing information system is not computerized or is still using manual methods in processing patient data, resulting in accumulation of patient data, inaccurate reporting processes and ineffective and inefficient processing of patient data. Researchers aim to research and assist in solving problems that exist in the ancient midwife, namely, making a patient data collection information system. Making a system at the ancient midwife, researchers used a process model or waterfall method. The research method used by researchers is a qualitative research method by collecting and analyzing data on the ancient midwife. While the system is built using the Java programming language and uses MySQL as a database. In the process of making a patient data processing system, it is hoped that it can assist officers in processing patient data, assist officers in presenting patient data information and making health service reports to be effective and efficient.

Jamu Payung Emas Siti Fatma vepretty much mastered the markets, especially in the area of East Java. With the development of Jamu Payung Emas Siti Fatma industry, the required data processing system more regularly so as to facilitate the herbal medicine industry is in a store all the information related to the production. Therefore, it is necessary to do research on agro-industry system design information Jamu Madura. This research method using system development life cyrcle (SDLC) method.  Preparation and storage database, using a MySQL the programming language used is PHP and interface design was created using LTE Admin Template the editor is Sublime Text. The results of this study indicate that the design of information systems agroindustrial of Jamu Madura require ten entities are tables on leave, the employee table, the table stops working, the product table, table sales detail, table salaries, tables other expenses, entry table another table the bill of sale, and the table notes production. Each entity has a data type that has been tailored to the needs of data and linked with other entities that have relevance to make the system completely. Ten of these entities then designed and built the system up into four modules, namely modules personnel (containing sub-modules of employees, submodule salaries, submodule off, and submodule stops working), production modules (containing submodule products and submodule production records), marketing modules (containing submodules, and submodules sales note monthly demand), and the financial module (submodule contains other income and other expenses submodules). In each submodule, there are several actions that menu adds, edit, delete, and print so that users can monitor and control the company's system more easily.

The paper gives a report on the Karolinska Hospital Information System in three parts.In part I, the information problems in health care delivery are discussed and the approach to systems design at the Karolinska Hospital is reported, contrasted, with the traditional approach.In part II, the data base and the data processing system, named T1—J 5, are described.In part III, the applications of the data base and the data processing system are illustrated by a broad description of the contents and rise of the patient data base at the Karolinska Hospital.

Research conducted at the Office of Archives and Library of Padang Pariaman Regency aims to find out the data processing system library and data archiving. All data processing is done is still very manual by using the document in writing and there is also a stacking of archives on the service. By utilizing library information systems and archives that will be applied to the Office of Archives and Library of Padang Pariaman Regency can improve the quality of service that has not been optimal. This research was made by using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which is better known as waterfall method. The first step taken on this method is to go directly to the field by conducting interviews and discussions. This information system will be able to assist the work of officers in terms of data processing libraries and facilitate in search data archives by presenting reports more accurate, effective and efficient.

Data processing system administration at Ekasakti Padang University of Graduate Program still use manual way in data processing, therefore, the author conducted research at University Graduate Program Ekasakti Padang by collecting information and data to be processed to be made an information system administrative data processing student consists of data entry, data processing and report generation. This information system can generate; Student Data Reports, Payment Data Report, and report graduation data. The system is designed with the needs in Padang Ekasakti University Graduate Program in order to be more effective and efficient, and is expected to administrative data processing can be optimized.

The management of Land and Building Certificates at Universitas Malikussaleh is still using a manual library in Biro Perlengkapan which contains some problem whereas it can be burned accidentally refers to fire case in 2017 in Rektorat Building at Universitas Malikussaleh. Given the problem faced by the staff in Biro Perlengkapan, the authors idea is to create a database-based data processing system, the authors designed an integrated information system which be able to anticipated such problem in the future and saving time to collecting important certificates such Land and Building Certificates at Universitas Malikussaleh and protecting them with Honey Encryption algorithm. The information system based on desktop and works as a client-server system. The result  of this research provide that the honey encryption algorithm can protect the data and it can solve the problem in management system of land and building certificates.

The purpose of this research is to design a medical service information system for Java-based human citeureup clinical patients to accelerate and manage patient data, search for medical service information systems and to produce medical service information systems in Java-based human clinical clinics. The research method used by researchers is a qualitative research method that is research on research conducted descriptive and using analysis. The results obtained were about medical service information systems to assist in processing patient data. The construction of this information system is expected to facilitate and provide maximum service to patients as well as facilitate the processing of transaction data for reporting, data and information management processes become more effective, produce faster output and no longer use incorrect data input or require duplication of data.

<p>ABSTRACT<br />The population data processing system is very important for all population administration processes in a village, or in a smaller scope, namely hamlets. An information system is needed to access population data, so that one can use it to carry out population track records and simplify the process of population registration. Tegal Kori Kaja Hamlet is located in Ubung Kaja Village, North Denpasar District. Currently village officials carry out data collection on paper and processing population data by storing data in word and excel documents, making it difficult and slowing down the process of reporting and archiving population data including data on KK (Head of Family), Population Data, Arrivals Data, Data on Death, Birth Data and Transfer Data. With these problems, a population data information system will be designed which can help village government organization officials, especially hamlet heads in recording and managing population data, so they can produce population report and can provide information on population status to all people because this system based on website and can be accessed by all people .<br />Keywords: system, information, population<br />ABSTRAK<br />Sistem pengolahan data penduduk sangat penting bagi segala proses administrasi kependudukan dalam suatu desa, ataupun dalam ruang lingkup yang lebih kecil yaitu dusun. Suatu sistem informasi diperlukan untuk mengakses data kependudukan, sehingga diantaranya dapat digunakan untuk melakukan rekam jejak penduduk serta mempermudah dalam proses pendataan penduduk. Dusun Tegal Kori Kaja terletak pada desa Ubung kaja kecamatan Denpasar Utara. Saat ini aparat desa melakukan pendataan penduduk dengan kertas dan pengolahan data penduduk yang dilakukan dengan menyimpan data-data dalam dokumen word dan excel, sehingga menyulitkan dan memperlambat proses pelaporan dan pengarsipan data penduduk meliputi data KK (Kepala Keluarga), Data Penduduk, Data Pendatang, Data Kematian, Data Kelahiran dan Data Perpindahan. Dengan permasalahan tersebut maka akan dirancang sistem informasi data penduduk dusun yang dapat membantu pemerintahan desa, khususnya kepala dusun dalam pencatatan dan pengelolaan data penduduk sehingga dapat menghasilkan laporan penduduk dan dapat memberikan informasi status kependudukan kepada seluruh penduduk karena sistem informasi berbasis website dan bisa diakses oleh seluruh masyarakat.<br />Kata Kunci : sistem, informasi, penduduk</p>

Information system is a data processing system that is used to provide information to process data in order to provide concrete information to management. Information is a processed data that is useful in order to assist a management in the planning, operational and control fields. Management Information System is a series of joint steps that collect and create relevant, organized and concrete data that can support the decision making process in an organization. MIS is a group of processes where data is obtained, assessed, and presented for the purpose of decision making in an organization. This MIS is a tool for the purpose of monitoring and directing the company's operations.
