The paper considers psychological adaptation in the conditions of military service. The author argues that adaptation to a new social role, a new professional environment, and military relations requires a person to mobilize all his adaptive resources and developed self-regulation skills. As the main indicators of readiness for psychological adaptation, the adaptation experience of a serviceman in the pre-conscription period and psychological resistance to adaptation processes are considered. An indicator of psychological adaptation in the narrow sense of the word is the quality of the military personnel’s development of a military accounting specialty. As a result of psychological diagnostics and analysis of adaptive indicators of the subjects, all participants of the study were divided into three groups. The first group of military personnel needs additional time to fully master the military accounting specialty, because they have problems with psychological readiness to learn new types of activities, and they perceive the service situation as stressful and impossible for them. The second group includes military personnel who have shown a high level of development of military accounting specialty, but have insufficient psychological ability to adapt and have not had extensive experience of social adaptation in civilian life. The third group includes military personnel who demonstrate a high level of development of military accounting specialty in the initial period of military service. Recommendations on adaptation have been developed for each group, which are presented as a threelevel model of psychological adaptation of military personnel to the conditions of military service. The model is a complex of organizational, psychological, educational and professional activities aimed at the development of personal qualities of military personnel that contribute to improving the level of adaptive development. The implementation of the proposed model allows you to build working relationships in the military team; to form a belief in the need to improve the quality of knowledge for successful military professional activities; to successfully perform their professional military duties; to implement personal adaptation resources.

The features of the mental health of 150 servicemen (an experimental group), who perform military service in submerged command posts, are analyzed in comparison with 60 servicemen whose professional activities are outside the influence of the conditions of these points (control group). It has been established that the mental health indicators of the military personnel of the experimental group differ for the worse in comparison with the same indicators in the control group. With an increase in the duration of service in the buried points, the severity of mental disorders increases, and the level of social adaptation decreases, which necessitates an expansion of the scope of psycho-preventive measures. Within the framework of psycho-prevention, it is advisable to conduct psychocorrectional measures with the use of methods of mental self-regulation, allowing to improve the neuro-psychological adaptation of military personnel.

Аbstract. In the process of special training of military servicemen, various elements of the musculoskeletal system of a person are constantly exposed to mechanical loads of various frequencies, intensities and strengths. With such prolonged and shock loads characteristic of military personnel and athletes, permanent minor damage to the bones occurs, which over time can lead to impaired formation of bones and joints, up to the development of the disease. Violation of the motor reactions of the limb ultimately leads to the suppression of the mechanisms of social adaptation, physiological functions and aggravates the course of most diseases, decompensating processes that affect not only the quality of life, but also its duration. A very important point is that labor losses in military personnel during stress fractures can reach 6 months, which negatively affects the service, with a total duration of 12 months of military service. In this regard, questions arise about the advisability of such military servicemen in the army and further spending of budget funds for their maintenance. The stress fractures of long bones are analyzed on the example of fractures of the tibia. It has been established that the greatest number of injuries associated with stress fractures occur during combat training conducted in a special military uniform. A feature of the course of stress fractures is increasing pain in the limb. Among injured with tension fractures, 83,5% of the military did not do the sports before drafting, and physical activity that arose during the service was difficult or not tolerated.

Inspite the requirements set for insolvency officers (IO), their professionalism and the quality of their work remain poor, the number of administrative violations is rising. SRO hardly manage to control IO professional activities and their compliance with applicable law. The salvation for this problem lies in eliminating existing inefficient norms and searching for ways of improving efficiency of IO and SRO professional activities.

Relevance. The level of suicides, according to several authors, is one of the most significant indicators of mental health in society, including in the armies of the world.Intention. To analyze suicides and their existing prevention system in the Russian Federation population and Armed Forces in 2007–2018.Methodology. Mental disorders and behavioral disorders (F00–F99 by Chapter V, the International Classification of Diseases of the 10th revision) were analyzed according to 3/MED Form in the military units, where ≥ 80 % of the military personnel served. The longterm trends of the main statistical indicators of suicides and mental disorders among military personnel compared to the Russian population have been established. Results and Discussion. In 2007–2018, the level of suicides in the Russian Armed Forces was (12.00 ± 1.35) per 100 thousand military personnel and was 1.7 times lower than in the population of Russia (20.12 ± 1.56) per 100 thousand (p < 0.001). The level of suicides seems to decrease among the military personnel of the Russian Armed Forces. When analyzing the longterm incidence of mental disorders and the level of suicides in the personnel of the Armed Forces of Russia, no significant correlation was found. At the same time, in a cohort of officers and ensigns, a statistically significant correlation was established between the level of suicides and the general incidence of the Chapter V diseases (r = 0.87; p < 0.01), including stressrelated neurotic and somatoform disorders (F40–F48; r = 0.72; p < 0.01), mental and behavioral disorders associated with the use of psychoactive substances (F10–F19; r = 0.89; p < 0.001). In the military conscripts, there was a correlation between the level of suicides and general morbidity related to Chapter V diseases (r = 0.72; p < 0.05), including personality and behavior disorders in adulthood (F60–F69; r = 0.81; p < 0.01) and organic, including symptomatic, mental disorders (F00– F09; r = 0.76; p < 0.05). It was revealed that among the officers and military personnel under the contract, family and domestic causes of suicide prevailed in contrast to the draft servicemen. Meanwhile somatic and mental diseases as a predominant cause of suicide accounted for a relatively small proportion.Conclusion. Psychoprophylactic measures should be aimed at early detection of servicemen prone to suicidal behavior, effective assistance in resolving militaryprofessional difficulties and domestic problems, as well as at improving their adaptation to military service. Special attention should be paid to the early detection of people with addictive disorders, especially alcohol abusers.
