The study introduces a mathematical model of an asynchronous motor control system for a hydraulic drive of a crane-manipulator, the model being implemented in the Matlab Simulink package. The choice of the frequency of the pulse-width modulation and the components of the controlled electric drive depends on the load diagram and the characteristics of a new electric motor. The paper emphasizes some features of this choice and also demonstrates the output characteristics of the motor powered by a sinusoidal voltage source and a frequency converter, which is a source of modulated pulse-width voltage

This paper proposes a space vector motor control system based on DSP four-legged bridge topology A three-dimensional space vector control principle based on four-bridge arm three-phase inverter is introduced with a MATLAB model using space vector Motor Control Algorithm instead of traditional Motor Control method. A DSP experimental setup is also carried out to verify the control theory and simulation result. The experiment and simulation results show that the speed control system helps the asynchronous motor to achieve the consistent response characteristics with separately excited DC machine. When the motor doesn't work or the load is unstable, asynchronous motor can still achieve excellent electrical characteristics with the proposed speed control system, such as quick start, small overshoot and static torque ripple.

At metallurgical enterprises, slab transfer devices are widely used, the principle of operation of which is to lift slabs in the steel casting area and transport them to the storage area. The article considers the existing control system of the slab transfer device. At the moment, the mechanism has a DC motor controlled by a thyristor Converter. This system is difficult to maintain and has a large size. As an upgrade, the installation of an asynchronous motor with a frequency Converter is proposed. In the Matlab environment, mathematical models of single-circuit and double-circuit DC motor control systems and a model of asynchronous motor with a short-circuited rotor have been developed. A vector control system is used as an AC motor control system. As a result of simulation performed analysis of the characteristics. As an optimization of the system with vector control, in order to reduce dynamic loads on the turntable, it is proposed to introduce an intensity setter into the system, the use of which provides the necessary restriction of accelerations and jerks, reduces shock loads on the mechanical components of the electric drive, including a reduction in the load on the turntable when lowering the slab.

ь частоты, моделирование. Abstract. The urgency of the problem of studying the operation of inverters in the frequency Converter is shown. The characteristics of the pulse-width inverter when working on an asynchronous load are obtained. According to the results of research, conclusions are made to determine the relationship between the form of output current and current in the DC voltage link and the mode of operation of the asynchronous motor. It is determined that the inverter has the greatest influence on the internal and output characteristics of the frequency Converter. the Converter has an inverter.

SVPWM (Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation) technique is type of traditional PWM method that efficiently utilizes its dc link voltage and generates high voltage pulses with low harmonic content and high modulation index. VSI (Voltage Source Inverter) with SVPWM generates adjustable voltage and frequency signals for VSDs (Variable Speed Drives). This research work presents the simplified SVPWM technique for controlling the speed and torque of induction motor. The performance of developed SVPWM technique is analyzed in terms of its switching losses and harmonic content and compared with SPWM (Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation). Mathematical modeling for induction motor control through two-level VSI with SVPWM and SPWM is presented. The voltage and current TDHs (Total Harmonic Distortions) of the drive with SVPWM technique are 73.23 and 63.3% respectively as compared to 101.99 and 77.89% with SPWM technique. Similarly, the switching losses with SVPWM technique are 178.79 mW and that of with SPWM are 269.45 mW. Simulink modeling and laboratory setup are developed to testify the efficacy of SVPWM and SPWM techniques. The modulation factor of SVPWM technique is 0.907 which is higher as compared to SPWM technique with 0.785 modulation factor.

Motor in a variety of electrical transmission and position servo system occupies an extremely important position. After the DSP technology being applied to the motor control, the unification of the hardware and the flexibility of the software can be combined. Take the brushless DC motor for example, obtained the design scheme of the DSP-based asynchronous motor control system. With its 32 bit fixed point DSPTMS320F2812 as the core design of the hardware system, we wrote the system software, debug the motor control system and the results show that the system achieves the expected effect. The results of the research can be applied to brushless DC motor and other motor control, it will have a wide application prospects.

This article discusses the disadvantages of electric motor control systems for the running gear of mine self-propelled cars of the 5vs-15M brand used for transporting ore to conveyor transport at the Tyubegatan potash Deposit and analyzes the use of a control system with a frequency Converter. Based on the results of the analysis of the recommended possible options for the electric drive, it is advisable to conduct further studies of the electric drive based on an asynchronous motor and a power circuit of a frequency converter.
