The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on loyalty through debtor satisfaction. The research was done in the BRI Bank Surabaya Branch of Genteng Kali Surabaya. The method used in this research was quantitative. The variables in this study were classified into three, including service quality as an independent variable, loyalty as a dependent variable, and satisfaction as an intervening variable. Quality of service in this study was divided into five dimensions including tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The analytical method used was structural equation modeling (SEM) with the help of Smart-PLS software. The results found only two variables found to have a positive and significant effect between variables, including assurance of satisfaction and satisfaction with loyalty. This indicated that companies still need to improve service quality from all dimensions.

<p>This study aims to examine the contribution of influence quality of service, trust, and consumer satisfaction in creating consumer loyalty.The object of this research is JNE Apartment Gading Nias. This study used a causal study using a questionnaire for data collection. For sampling, the method used is non probability sampling with judgment sampling technique The procedure used for model testing and data processing is the structural equation modeling using Linear Structural Relationship (Lisrel) method through software Lisrel 8.80.This research resulted the finding that the service quality have positive and significant effect to the trust, the quality of service have positive and significant effect to the consumer satisfaction, the quality of service have positive and significant influence to consumer loyalty, trust not influence to consumer loyalty, and consumer satisfaction have positive and significant influence to loyalty consumer.<br />Keywords: Service Quality, Trust, Consumer Satisfaction, Consumer Loyalty</p>

ABSTRACT:Improving the quality of education becomes very important nowadays to meet the increasing demands of graduates’ future institutions. This research adopts five dimensions of service quality initiated by Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry (servqual) to assess the quality of academic services affecting student satisfaction. Once the determinants are known, they can be used by policy makers to improve student satisfaction levels. After identifying the determinant factors, policy makers can use them to improve the level of satisfaction of students. There are 100 respondents who participated in this research. The data was collected using surveys and analyzed using structural equation modeling with Smart PLS 3.0. The results showed that among five hypotheses tested, all variables have the positive influence, however, there are two latent variables which have significant associations, while the others have not. Responsiveness and empathy have positive and significant impact on the student satisfaction, while tangible, reliability and assurance have a positive impact but not significant. Keywords: customs student satisfaction, service quality, servqual, SEM.ABSTRAK:Meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan menjadi sangat penting dewasa ini untuk memenuhi tuntutan kebutuhan unit pengguna yang semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini mengadopsi lima dimensi kualitas jasa yang digagas oleh Parasuraman, Zeithaml dan Berry (Servqual) untuk menilai kualitas layanan akademik yang mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa. Setelah faktor-faktor penentu dari dimensi servqual dapat diketahui maka faktor-faktor tersebut dapat digunakan oleh pembuat kebijakan untuk meningkatkan tingkat kualitas layanan kepada mahasiswa. Ada 100 responden di pilih secara acak dari total populasi yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan survei online dan dianalisis dengan pemodelan persamaan struktural dengan bantuan software Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari kelima dimensi servqual, semua variabel memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, namun dari lima variabel tersebut hanya dua variabel laten yang mempunyai pengaruh signifikan, sementara tiga variabel yang lain tidak signifikan. Daya tanggap dan empati berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan siswa, sedangkan bukti fisik, keandalan dan jaminan memiliki dampak positif namun tidak signifikan.Kata Kunci: kepuasan, Mahasiswa Bea dan Cukai, kualitas layanan, Servqual, SEM

The society awareness in consuming halal, safe, and healthy foodstuff within these past few years kept on increasing. This was closely related to responsible food manufacturers which produced sustain halal foods, as evidenced by ownership halal certification. In order to increase the satisfaction of food producers and to maintain their commitment to extend the halal certificates, the quality of halal authority service should always be enhanced. This study aims to identify the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) value, to determine the influence of halal label and product attributes toward customer’s satisfaction and loyalty of meatball stalls in Yogyakarta, and to identify the influence of halal label toward selling volume on certified meatball stalls. The instruments used were questionnaires containing 21 quality attributes of halal certificate renewal service. Analyses were performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The model was composed of seven latent variables: halal certification, brand, price, taste, service, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Result of the research showed that taste and halal certification have significant effect on the customer’s satisfaction and loyalty of certified meatball stalls. Halal certification have affected the certified meatball stalls in Yogyakarta by increasing the selling volume of 25-37.5%.

Abstrak Kurangnya kualitas pelayanan menjadi salah satu kendala terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien. Pihak rumah sakit juga sering kali kesulitan dalam mengukur kualitas pelayanannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien yang menggunakan layanan BPJS Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. H. Kumpulan Pane. Pengukuran kualitas pelayanan dilakukan dengan metode Fuzzy servqual. Kualitas pelayanan menggunakan lima dimensi yang terdapat dalam servqual yaitu tangibles (bukti fisik), reliability (keandalan), responsiveness (daya tanggap), assurance (jaminan), emphaty (empati). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai gap dari kelima dimensi memiliki nilai negatif. Yang artinya kualitas pelayanan di dapatkan belum sesuai dengan yang diharapkan oleh pasien BPJS Kesehatan. Nilai gap tertinggi adalah dimensi emphaty (empati) dengan nilai gap sebesar 0.15 dan nilai gap terendah adalah dimensi tangibles (bukti fisik) dengan nilai gap 0.49. dengan demikian dapat diketahui bahwa dimensi tangibles (bukti fisik) ini yang menjadi perhatian untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Kata Kunci : Fuzzy, Kepuasan, Pelayanan, Servqual Abstract Lack of quality of service becomes one of the obstacles to the level of patient satisfaction. The hospital is also often difficult to measure the quality of service. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of satisfaction of patients who use BPJS Health services in the Regional General Hospital Dr. H. Collection Pane. Measurement of service quality is done by Fuzzy servqual method. Service quality uses the five dimensions contained in the servqual are tangibles (physical evidence), reliability, responseiveness, assurance, empathy. The results of this study indicate that the gap value of the five dimensions has a negative value. Which means the quality of service is not in accordance with the expected by the patient BPJS Health. The highest gap value is the empathy dimension with the gap value of 0.15 and the lowest gap is the dimension of tangibles (physical proof) with the gap value of 0.49. thus it can be seen that the dimensions of tangibles (physical evidence) is of concern to improve service quality. This research addresses the respective importance of the charitable, experiential, and service-based dimensions associated with benefit concerts. Through a consumer-based approach, we examine the effects of three antecedents (charitable scope, immersion, and quality of service) on satisfaction and behavioral outcomes (loyalty and positive word-of-mouth). Data collected on site immediately after a charity concert are analyzed with structural equation modeling. The state of immersion and the event’s charitable scope enhance the overall satisfaction, which, in turn, fosters the behavioral outcomes. Direct effects are identified; satisfaction is influenced more by immersion, whereas behavioral outcomes depend more on charitable scope. The type of initial motivation moderates the findings: The quality of service enhances satisfaction only among attendees with other-focused motivation, immersion improves satisfaction if the motivation is self-focused, and charitable scope remains an important factor of satisfaction regardless of the type of motivation.

The development of various facilities and infrastructure as well as efforts to improve the quality of service on Pandawa Beach Ecotourismis always done to attract and give satisfaction to the visitors. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and promotion on visitor decisions and visitor satisfaction as well as to determine the effect of visitor decisions on visitor satisfaction on Pandawa Beach Ecotourism Badung Regency, Bali Province. The variables in this study consistof two independent and two dependent variables. Independent variables in this study are service quality and promotion, while the dependent variables in this study are the visitor decision and visitor satisfaction. The population in this study is foreign tourists who visit the Pandawa Beach Ecotourism. In this research a non-probability sampling method is used, taking anaccidental sampling approach with asample number of 96 respondents. The type of data used is descriptive and quantitative data expressed in 5-Point Likert Scale ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree. Methods of data analysis in this study are through descriptive and inferential analysis. Inference analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with SMARTPLS 3 program.The result of this study indicates that: 1) Quality of service has a positive and significant effect on the visitor decision with coefficient value of 0,528 and t-statistic value of 6,625.2) Promotion has a positive and significant effect on the visitor decision with coefficient value of 0,246and t-statistic value of 2,843. 3) Service quality has a positive effect on visitor satisfaction with coefficient value of 0,415 and t-statistic value of 4,007. 4) Promotion has no effect on visitor satisfaction with coefficient value of 0,069 and t-statistic value of 0,638 which t-statistic value is under critical value of 1,96. 5) Visitor decisions have a positive effect on visitor satisfaction with coefficient value of 0.389 and t-statistics of 4.422.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the “Effect of Service Quality and Store Image Purchase Decision And Implications On Repurchase Intention (A Survey On Consumer Motorcycles JG Motor Group in Bandung Region)”. In addition, this study wanted to know how the quality of service, store image, and Yamaha Motorcycles purchasing decisions are the implications on repurchase intention JG Motor Group in Bandung region. The method used was a survey method with a descriptive and explanatory approach. Data collection using questionnaires to a sample of 200 customers. Analysis of data analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The results showed that the quality of service, store image was rated by the majority of consumers are already good, so is the customer purchase decision and repurchase intention. Service quality and store image influences purchase decisions either simultaneously or partially, as well as influencing purchase decisions of consumers repurchase intention JG Motor Group in Bandung region.
