This study aims to examine intellectual capital, company size and profitability on intellectual capital disclosure and its effect on market capitalization in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2018. Of the 146 listed companies, 73 sample companies were selected using a purposive sampling method. The data used in this research is secondary data. The hypothesis in this study uses the t-test and F test. The results of hypothesis testing show that intellectual capital has no significant effect on disclosure of intellectual capital, company size has a positive and significant effect on disclosure of intellectual capital, profitability does not have a significant effect on disclosure of intellectual capital, the capital. Intellectual property does not have a significant effect on market capitalization, company size has a positive and significant effect on market capitalization, profitability has a positive and significant effect on market capitalization, intellectual capital disclosure has a positive and significant effect on market capitalization, and intellectual capital disclosure cannot mediate the effect of intellectual capital, firm size and profitability on market capitalization.

This study is aimed at examining the effects of the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Profitability, Capital Intensity, Cash Flow, and Company Size toward Conservatism in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study is the yearly financial statements on firm of manufacturing listed at BEI period 2012-2017, using purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from yerly financial reports published and downloaded through the official BEI website. Data analyzed with Descriptive statistics, test of classic assumption and exmination of hypothesis with multiple linier regression method. The result of hypothesis research shows variable Profitability and Cash Flow have a significant effect on the ability of Conservatism, while the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Capital Intensity, and Company Size has no effect on the ability of Conservatism.

This study’s main objective is to examine the effect of working capital turnover, return on equity, and firm size toward price book value in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. Working capital turnover is the proxy chosen from activity ratio. Return on equity is the proxy chosen from probability ratio. Firm size is based on total assets, with the nominal itself is in natural logarithms. Sample of research was determined by purposive sampling method to obtain 58 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the years 2013-2016. This study uses secondary data. Validity test of this study is done with multiple regression analysis and classic assumption test. The results of this study indicates that there is significant influence between the variables Working Capital Turnover, Return on Equity, and Firm Size toward Price Book Value.

<p><em>The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of organization's strategy, fixed asset investment, and firm performance on quality. In addition, testing whether organizational strategy, fixed asset investment, and company performance can moderate company size to earnings quality.This research uses moderate regression hypothesis testing. Sampling data taken from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the year 2013-2016 which is 72 companies by using purposive sampling </em><em>technique. </em><em>The result of the research shows that the variable cost leadhership strategy, defferentation strategy and fixed asset investment have no effect on earnings quality, while the profitability variable using firm size variables express firm size strengthening relationship between cost lead strategy strategy, defferentation strategy and profitability to earnings quality.</em><em></em></p>

The purpose of the research is to analyze the effect of Intellectual Capital, Company Size, and Ownership Structure, namely managerial ownership and institusional ownership toward company performance. This research used samples from manufacturing companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2012-2015. Based on purposive sampling technique, it got 17 companies as research samples, so as long as 4 years observation there were 68 annual reports were analyzed. Type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The analyctical method used is multiple regression analysis.The results of this research showed than Intellectual Capital doesn’t have significant effect to company performance, company size has significant effect to company performance, managerial ownership has significant effect to company performance, and institutional ownership doesn’t have significant effect to company performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of audit tenure, company size, and KAP's reputation on audit quality. The theory used in this research is agency theory. This research used quantitative research method. This data collected was secondary data by documentation and literature study. The sample used in this study was manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 – 2018.  The sample of this study amounted to 128 observational data from 32 companies chosen by purposive sampling method. The analysis used logistic regression analysis. The results showed audit tenure and KAP's reputation have a significant effect on audit quality, while firm size has no significantly effect on audit quality. This study aims to analyze the effect of firm size, sales growth, profitability and leverage on stock returns in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method. The number of companies sampled in this study are 11 Food And Beverage companies listed on the IDX in the 2015-2019 period. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used in this study is Eviews 9. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of company size on stock returns in Manufacturing companies in the Food and Beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. There is an effect of Sales Growth (Growth) on Stock Returns in Food and Beverage Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. Profitability affects stock returns in Food and Beverage Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. Leverage has an effect on Stock Returns in Food and Beverage Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period.

This research aims to analyze the effects of profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth, and firm size towards capital structure (DER) and the impact on firm value (PBV).This research uses secondary data from yearly financial statement of food and baverages companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2013-2017. The research design uses descriptive quantitative research and causality. Sampling method uses purposive sampling method, with some predetermined criteria, the number of sample is 17 manufacturing companies. The analysis technique used is panel data regression. The research results shows that the profitability (ROA) and firm size partially have negative effect and not significant on capital structure (DER). The liquidity (CR) and assets growth partially have negative effect and significantly on capital structure (DER). Then the capital structure (DER) partially have positive effect but not significantly influences the firm value (PBV). The profitability (ROA) partially have positive effect and significant on firm value (PBV). The liquidity (CR) and assets growth partially have negative and significant effect on firm value (PBV), and firm size partially have negative and not significant effect on firm value (PBV). Simultaneously profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth and firm size effect on capital structure (DER). On the other side, simultaneously profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth and firm size have effect on firm value (PBV).

The aim of the study is to assess determinant of firm value as profitability, dividend policy, firm size and liquidity for manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014. This study using manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange as sample. Sample selected by purposive sampling method. Sample size generated by this method is 14 companies. Data type used in this study is quantitative data. Data souce in this study is secondary data. The data were then analyzed using multiple linier regression analysis to analysis dependent variable, Firm value (TQ), and independent variable such as profitability, dividend policy, firm size and liquidity.The research results revealed that profitability, dividend policy and liquidity have positive and significant effect to firm value. However other firm size has positive but no significant effect to firm value.

This study aims to examine the factors that affect audit delay of financial reports on the manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The examined factors of this research are profitability, solvability and firm size as the independent variables while audit delay as the dependent variable. Audit delay measured from the year of closure years of the book to the date issued the audit report. The sample in this research was secondary data and selected by using purposive sampling method consisting of 246 companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and submitted financial reports consistently in the period 2013-2015. The analysis method of this research used multiple regression analysis.The result of this research showed that profitability and firm size had negative influence to audit delay. Meanwhile solvability did not have any effect to audit delay.

The continuity of the compant’s business among the various risk that arise as a result of internal or external factors are the expectations of all entities in effort to achieve  the company’ goals. The purpose of this study is to find out what the effect of company size, liquidity, solvency and profitability on Going Concern audit opinion of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. Secondary data is used from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the source of data is from www.idx.co.id. In this study, the sampling method selected according to the purposive sampling method was used and 44 companies were selected as samples. Data analysis using Logistic Regression test. The results showed that the size, liquidity, profitability and solvency of the company affected the Going Concern audit opinion.
