This paper aims to optimize the design of individualized classroom teaching for mobile English learning in colleges, and find a scientific and effective English teaching mode and strategy for mobile learning. For this purpose, the application and evolution of mobile learning in English teaching was investigated, and the concept and theoretical bases of mobile learning were introduced in details. Through literature review, questionnaire survey and face-to-face interview, the status of mobile English learning among college students was analysed qualitatively and quantitatively from three dimensions, namely, the mobile device, learning resource and learning attitude. Then, several strategies for individualized teaching reform were presented through status analysis. Finally, the application of individualized mobile English learning was demonstrated through case studies on public platforms like Weibo and WeChat. The research findings shed new light on the individualized English learning among college students and lay a scientific basis for the application of mobile learning in college English education.

With the advancement of multimedia technology, a series of problems have emerged in the reform of college English teaching. How to use multimedia to assist college students in English learning has become a meaningful study. Multimedia-assisted instruction is a common method of teaching English. The design of multimedia-assisted English teaching resource software determines its development, management, evaluation and other aspects, so the design of multimedia platform plays a vital role in the effect of multimedia teaching. This paper will discuss the design and implementation of multimedia-assisted college English independent education resources from the perspective of knowledge classification. Through the content analysis, some problems exist in the design process of some college English multimedia teaching, and the status quo is analyzed. It also studies the difficulties of college students in the process of multimedia assisted learning, and how college students hope to design multimedia independent learning multimedia platform. Finally, the five knowledge classification learning theories of “listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating” can change the status quo, meet the needs of college students, and develop the knowledge of vocabulary, grammar and listening in college English. The design strategy of self-learning multimedia-assisted instruction and the design of college English self-learning multimedia teaching is briefly written.

The main goal of college English education is to cultivate the students’ language ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing, and to promote the formation of individualized learning and autonomous ability of college students. At present, the new curriculum reform in our country has put forward a new educational requirement to college English teaching, which requires the innovation of college English teaching idea, and under the background of the development of new media, it proposes to use new media equipment to carry out teaching activities. However, college English education in our country is influenced by examination-oriented education mode, and the traditional education method is still used, which is not good for college students to improve their comprehensive quality of English. In view of this development situation, the Ministry of Education of China Based on the development of new media, a multimodal discourse analysis approach to college English education is proposed to enhance the level of College English teaching.

As the development trend of the English era gradually became clear, more and more young people began to pay attention to the special importance of student English teaching in the English learning of Chinese college students. At the same time, in higher vocational colleges, the student English teaching system needs to make certain system adjustments and continuous improvements, not only because the current situation of the development of student English teaching in higher vocational colleges is not optimistic , but also because some students in colleges and universities are less enthusiastic about the work of college English education and learning, which leads to the low quality of college English teaching. As a key stage of talent training and corporate human resource savings in colleges and universities, we still need to continuously strengthen the learning of weak points of English. In other words, in vocational English colleges, our English teaching level needs to be improved to a certain extent. There are still many teaching methods in higher vocational English teaching that need to be gradually improved. This inevitably requires language teachers and English schools to give full play to their roles at the same time. Teachers must fully stimulate students’ interest in learning in the classroom, schools must organize various communicative English regularly. Cloud computing is a new platform for Contemporary College Students' English education. It is based on the construction of theory, cooperative learning and learning community, and is of great help to improve the quality of College Students' English teaching. This paper analyzes and discusses the College English teaching model based on cloud computing. The ecological teaching mode based on cloud computing platform combines cloud computing with ecological teaching concept, which can help teachers abandon the traditional filling teaching mode. The platform can support autonomous learning and meet the requirements of students' personality development. The experimental results show that cloud computing has good openness and sharing. Through cloud computing, the "co construction, sharing and sharing" of high-quality teaching resources can be realized. This method can achieve the balance of educational resources and inject new vitality into the traditional means of College English teaching.

<p>There are different teachers in China, which leads to great differences in the English ability of new college students. Therefore, the implementation of English teaching mode in colleges and universities has been widely recognized and accepted in China. Through the shunt teaching, colleges and universities in China will be more suitable for the learning rules and development needs of English, which is the necessary guarantee for individualized teaching. In practice, there are also many problems in English diversion teaching, which requires us to guide the freshmen to arrange their learning psychology. Through teaching diversion, colleges and universities can start students' emotional motivation, which will be more conducive to CET-4. Through the teaching diversion, this paper analyzes how to guarantee the training mode of the students who have not passed the CET-4. Then, this paper puts forward some suggestions, which can better stimulate students' interest in learning.</p>

With the advent of the Internet age, network information technology is rapidly entering college English classes, which fundamentally changes the mode of college English teaching.
