Statistics around the world showed that attention deficit significantly leads to road accidents. Hence, the growth of studies on attention deficit detection becoming more important. The studies obtained the waveform from electroencephalography (EEG) to identify the characteristic of attention. However, each individual has own unique characteristics to significantly shown the attention deficit. Thus, this research aim is to use the fuzzy approach to minimize the variability gap of the EEG signal between each individual. The research conducted the prior experiment to develop control parameter for training set of fuzzy by using two distinct stimulations to create two groups of attention sample i.e., attentive and inattentive. An approach of novel Hybrid Mean Fuzzy (HMF) was proposed in this research to detect attention deficit in EEG signal. It is the combination of simple averaging (Mean) and Fuzzy approaches for EEG analysis and classification. The results of using this method shows a significantly change in EEG signal which correlates to the attention detection. An Attention Degradation Scale (ADS) is successfully developed as the threshold value of EEG for attention detection. Therefore, the findings in this research can be a promising foundation on attention deficit detection in large application not only for reducing the road accidents.

Indian roads have a sizeable amount of accidents happening in them. The transportation problems faced by various nations across the world have increased manifold, necessitating search for methods or alternatives that ensure efficient, safe, feasible and faster means of transport. Government of India is taking many efforts to minimize the road accidents. Amongst all traffic accident, road traffic accident bears largest number of human life and tends to be most serious problem world over. Road accidents are largely predictable and preventable, provided rational analysis and counter measures. The number of accidents in India is increasing rapidly every year due to addition of more number of vehicles on the streets.  This project is to look for few accidental prone spots in our locality and analyze the causes of accidents and try to provide viable solutions for improving the safety in the accidental zones. In this study, the accident zones were taken and a particular spot was selected and suitable measures to control the accidents were suggested.

Bad road conditions are one of the main causes of road accidents around the world. These kinds of accidents prove to be fatal as many lives are lost in these accidents that are mainly caused by potholes or distress on surface of roads. This paper suggests a system that will not only help in reducing the chances of these accidents by making the driver aware of the upcoming distress/potholes on the road but also saving the location of these potholes which can be sent to respective authorities so that they can be repaired. The authors have used technologies like image processing, computer vision, deep learning, and internet of things (IoT) to make this happen. It uses a camera mounted in front near windshield that will capture the images which will be further be processed to get the location of the potholes and distress on road. These detected potholes can be projected on a heads-up display (HUD) placed near windshield which will notify the driver of the potholes.

This paper includes review of the trends, selected underlying, determinants and status intervention. The 1.17 million of deaths occur each year worldwide due to road accidents 70 % of which occur in developing countries in the world. 65% of deaths involve pedestrian’s causes, 35 % of which are children. Estimates suggest that 23–34 million people are injured worldwide every year in road crashes. Fatal accidents are among the major factors of death in the world apart from chronic diseases such as stroke, lung infections, respiratory difficulties and heart disease. The rise in fatal accidents in Malaysia is 70%. This study was conducted to study the rate of fatal accidents on roads in the state of Selangor and Perlis based on fatal accident data for a period of five years from 2013 to 2017. The data were analyzed using quantitative methods which took into account the research conducted by researchers last. Based on analyzed data, the state of Selangor recorded the highest accident rate while Perlis state recorded the lowest accident rate. Among other things being studied are factors affecting the rate of road accidents in both states. In conclusion, the traffic, the physical structure of the road and the road users' focus is a factor of road accidents more concentrated in a particular area.

AI (ML) is the investigation of calculations and factual models that PC frameworks use to play out a particular activity without utilizing guidelines and depending on designs. It is communicated as subset of man-made brainpower. In this, the sample data is split into test set and the training set. Major drawback for the deaths in world is recorded by the road accidents. Most of the deaths are occurred in the middle-income countries. These studies result in finding the major factors for road accidents using decision tree and random forests. Decision tree is a choice help device that is a like a tree model which contains just control explanations. Random forest corrects the decision tree for overfitting to their training set. In this, the decision tree and the random forest algorithms are used to find the severity and the factors for the road-accidents using driver’s personal information. Results conclude that the possibilities for the road accidents using the machine learning algorithms.

The main objective of this study is the substantiation of experiment as one of the key features of the world music in Ukraine. Based on the creative works of the brightest world music representatives in Ukraine, «Dakha Brakha» band, the experiment is regarded as a kind of creative setting. Methodology and scientific approaches. The methodology was based on the music practice theory by T. Cherednychenko. The author distinguishes four binary oppositions, which can describe the musical practice. According to one of these oppositions («observance of the canon or violation of the canon»), the musical practices, to which the Ukrainian musicology usually classifies the world music («folk music» and «minstrel music»), are compared with the creative work of «Dakha Brakha» band. Study findings. A lack of the setting to experiment in the musical practices of the «folk music» and «minstrel music» separates the world music musical practice from them. Therefore, the world music is a separate type of musical practice in which the experiment is crucial. The study analyzed several scientific articles of Ukrainian musicologists on the world music; examined the history of the Ukrainian «Dakha Brakha» band; presented a list of the folk songs used in the fifth album «The Road» by «Dakha Brakha» band; and showed the degree of the source transformation by musicians based on the example of the «Monk» song. The study findings can be used to form a comprehensive understanding of the world music musical practice. The further studies may be related to clarification of the other parameters of the world music musical practice, and to determination of the experiment role in creative works of the other world music representatives, both Ukrainian and foreign. The practical study value is the ability to use its key provisions in the course of modern music in higher artistic schools of Ukraine. Originality / value. So far, the Ukrainian musicology did not consider the experiment role as the key one in the world music.

Almost 50 per cent of the world population is constituted by the women and they have been making substantial contribution to socio-economic development. But, unfortunately their tremendous contribution remains unrecognized and unnoticed in most of the developing and least developed countries causing the problem of poverty among them. Empowering women has become the key element in the development of an economy. With women moving forward, the family moves, the village moves and the nation moves. Hence, improving the status of women by way of their economic empowerment is highly called for. Entrepreneurship is a key tool for the economic empowerment of women around the world for alleviating poverty. Entrepreneurship is now widely recognized as a tool of economic development in India also. In this paper I have tried to discuss the reasons and role of Women Entrepreneurship with the help of Push and Pull factors. In the last I have also discussed the problems and the road map of Women Entrepreneurs development in India.

The article examines the correlation between the world and the word in two novels which engage with a post-apocalyptic scenario: David Markson’s Wittgenstein’s Mistress (1988) and Cormac McCarthy’s The Road (2006). Shifting the focus from the very event of catastrophe to the notion of survival through memory and storytelling, both novels problematize the strained relationship between language and reality in an increasingly diminished and dehumanized world. My aim is to investigate the limits of language as well as its capacity to withstand the chaos, loss, trauma, and death that follow the apocalypse. The issues to be considered include the influence of external experience on forms of communication, the role of central metaphors (the archive and the museum in Markson’s novel; cinders and the road in McCarthy’s) and their relation to the form of both novels, as well as the word’s (in)capacity to preserve human values and hopes. Both novels will be discussed as deconstructionist projects in which language becomes a habitat at once impossible and life-preserving: in Wittgenstein’s Mistress it plays the role of both home and prison, whereas in The Road it functions as messianic discourse which simultaneously carries, propels and extinguishes the human hope for a transcendental reality beyond the post-apocalyptic emptiness and doubt.
