Composed cognitive maps are a tool based on grounded theory and on Lynch's urban model of cognitive maps, which allow the transfer of information from ethnographic situations to general patterns, and to the so-called spatial dynamics. In criminological matters, they have been applied in the context of environmental and criminology of place to identify criminal situations, criminal patterns, and spatial dynamics of crime. The latter concept has allowed reliable diagnoses for the design of criminal policies. Their advantages are compared with traditional criminometric methods. It introduces a brief compilation of the existing literature on the subject. In a special way, this chapter shows how composed cognitive maps allowed the measurement of drug trafficking networks, police intelligence, and, above all, crime reduction.

The Ecuadorian State implemented policies to improve the quality and reliability of statistical material. Among these materials, composed cognitive maps were innovated and applied. These materials consist of drawings made by witnesses and victims of perceived hostile and dangerous territories that were analyzed through ethnographic and Grounded Theory Method.  This process allowed for a deeper understanding of hotspots, associated criminal situations and large victimization patterns throughout the national territory, than traditional ones. The composed cognitive maps and resulting spatial dynamics of crime helped to overcome the gap between the micro and macro level problem in criminology and gave important insights to design crime policies. We briefly describe the experience, compare the method to the traditional ones and give an example of its diagnostic potential compared to regular information managed to day by the police.

We consider the issues of correlation between the international law of citizens of different states to travel and national legislation restricting illegal migration, which are the subject of interstate agreements. The issue of combating organized illegal migration for Russia is urgent, since the dynam-ics of this crime indicates an increase in the registration of such crimes and the identified persons who committed them. This is due to the large length of Russian borders and integration with foreign states, which entails an increase in the penetration of foreign citizens into the territory of our country. Illegal migration leads to an increase in ethnic organized crime and related smug-gling, drug trafficking, tax evasion and extortion. The fight against this criminal phenomenon is relevant for the entire world community. States seek to protect their citizens, but at the same time are obliged to comply with in-ternational legal norms on the issue under consideration. This activity of states should be carried out in accordance with the principles of respect for human rights and freedoms. We analyze international and Russian legisla-tion, damage caused by illegal migration, and propose measures to prevent crime related to illegal migration.

This paper explores some of the issues that arise when one is dealing with data that has been produced by the researcher about their own experience. In particular, we are interested in exploring the ways that researchers can go about analyzing autobiographical data. Many researchers produce data that is autobiographical. Ethnographers produce field notes. Action Researchers often write about their own practice. Phenomenologists, sociologists and historians may write narratives that are autobiographical. There is a growing trend for researchers working in a range of settings to view themselves simultaneously being both a subject (or the subject) and a researcher. Data analysis techniques that work well when dealing with data about other people may not be as useful when one is working with one's own data. We will suggest a number of strategies that a researcher can employ to analyze such data including collaborative analysis, forms of grounded theory and alternative forms of representation such as poetry, art and drama. We will also discuss the use of frameworks such as particular psychodynamic theories, feminist theories and critical theories as ways of gaining additional insight from the analysis of the researcher's biographical writings.

The introduction of bilingual programs for future bureaucrats turned out to be a great challenge. In Russia this is one of the “classic” areas, in which the spirit of conservatism and collectivism prevails. In this area, the idea of teaching in English may be perceived with hatred: English can invade the closed area communication of offi cials, to make the excessive diversity of their contacts and violate patriotism and national identity. We used a cognitive map approach. It allows us to create diff erent kinds of cognitive maps and teaching materials for university students who need to learn in one course the terminology in both languages. The results show that the study of the subject/course in English is not harmful to the development of professional Russian language. It was confi rmed by the individual discussion in Russian. At the same time, the skills of reading articles in English were signifi cantly improved.

The article puts forward the hypothesis of the possible existence of direct and reverse communication between the subject of "city resident" and the object of "urban structure". The features of "urban Language" are considered. The theme of everyday "urban slang" development through the spatial compilation of the city forms is also raised. Some chronological features of the urban Language model formation (archaism and neologism in the context of "urban Language") are revealed. The author introduced new terms describing the phenomena of archetypaLization of urban syntactic forms. The author stresses that the city shouLd be perceived as a deveLoping LinguaL-urban model, a professionaL anaLysis of which provides an opportunity to unveiL current trends in urban development This kind of monitoring wiLL aLLow architects to design reLevant modeLs regarding the existing status of urban deveLopment.

The article presents different ways of dealing with the subject of the body and corporeality in the humanities, which can form the epistemiological and axiological basis in a reflection on the psycho- and physiotherapeutic relationship with patients, and confronts them with the results of two qualitative studies based on the grounded theory concerning exploration by women of their own body and experiencing their own corporeality, intimacy and touch in medical relations. The author shows that phenomenological philosophy, taking into account the concepts of “carnal self” and “presence of the embodied” that human knowledge always has a carnal character, is the most adequate for use in analyses regarding therapeutic interactions related to the body. Analysis of qualitative research on the process of realising your own corporeality in the cognitive-emotional dimension in the relationship with oneself and in the therapeutic relationship fully confirms the legitimacy of applying the grounded theory method in the study of phenomena regarding carnality and such values as gratitude, mindfulness, care, efficiency and autonomy emerge.

Palavras-chave: Território; Tráfico; Drogas; Rede.ABSTRACTUnderstanding the processes that occur in space requires several factors that help gather information that spreads throughout your organization. Then, from the problematic of drug trafficking in the university city Prof. José da Silveira Netto (UFPA), where this activity ends up exerting new dynamics on space, having the potential to be considered an parallel agent to the State, the article aims to make a theoretical approximation of the concepts that permeate drug trafficking on campus, in order to understand the spatial dynamics of this practice, aiming the construction of a network of social relations. Thus, the paper intends to collaborate for studies related to the concept of territory geared to the issue of public safety, aimed at research in the field of Geography and/or related sciences, where the research element is placed in the urban context. As methodological procedures, two stages were used: bibliographical review of authors that deal with the social relations that involve space, materializing the territory, being the main concept and, from then on, to relate the own to the activity of sale and drug use at university; fieldwork to better understand the reality of the area of study, and thus, to use all the theoretical discussion about this reality. Therefore, a study of drug trafficking in UFPA has several challenges, since the issue of drug sales and consumption on campus is an activity that many people know to occur, but few make any discussion about the subject, lack of debate to arrive at actions that deal with this problem more seriously, and seek to make possible the coexistence of people who attend and use these spaces. Keywords: Territory; Traffic; Drugs; Network.RESUMENComprender los procesos que hacen con que no hay espacio necesario de varios factores que ayudan a reunir información que se lanzan en su organización. When transferring data to foreign enterprises, institutions, organizations or their representatives constituting the official information collected in the process of operative and search, counterintelligence activities, in the field of defense of the country, it is offered to understand the commission of any actions by the subject, which are: 1) the direct transfer of information to a representative of a foreign enterprise, institution or organization (verbally, by the delivery of material carriers, etc.); 2) forwarding information with the use of communication means (postal, telephone, telegraph, electronic, etc.) to the address of a foreign enterprise, institution, organization or their representatives; 3) creating the conditions for acquaintance or access to them by a representative of a foreign enterprise, institution or organization. The author believes that the collection of data for the purpose of transferring to foreign enterprises, institutions, organizations or their representatives that constitutes official information collected in the process of operative and search, counterintelligence activities, in the field of defense of the country, should be considered as a process, which depending on the situation, may include: detection of information (its carriers), its recording (in memory or by technical means: photo, video, audio recording, copying of documents, electronic documents on USB, HDD, CD drives, etc.); removal of recorded information in the form of a copy or the original carrier from the location; placing the retrieved information in a specific place for storage and further transfer. The collection of data for the purpose of its transfer should be considered as an action, which is contrary to the rules established by law and, accordingly, requires overcoming the obstacles established by law in order to get access to it. To achieve this purpose, the offender may resort to illegal means such as wiretapping, abduction, bribery, extortion, etc.

The subject of our interest is an educational process, which is a dynamic process, changing in time, and can be examined from various viewpoints. We can focus on participants of this process, i.e. on students and lecturers, and observe their mutual relations and interactions. Educational process understood as a dynamic system is an insofar extensive sphere that it provides almost limitless opportunities of observation, modelling and simulation. In this contribution we shall focus mainly on the special part of educational processes – on teaching of subjects focusing on technical and system issues (Logical systems, Architecture of computers, Operating systems and Computer networks), which are specific with their focus on adopting the knowledge on principles and functionality of computer systems for the processing and transfer of information within the studies of informatics. Key words: e-learning, learning management system, blended learning, modelling of Petri nets, adaptive hypermedial systems, model of user, information and communication technology.
